Who's the sexiest incestuous couple in your opinion?
This is tough! (And I would love to hear everyone else's responses too, especially you, Anon.)
If I'm restricting myself to canon onscreen incest then I am going to go with Natalie and Richard from Close My Eyes. I feel like their scenes are just dripping with sexual tension and passion and the relationship is driven by sexual chemistry. The first time they kiss, I don't think either of them had had any notion of incestuous feelings, but the attraction was just there all of the sudden, so it's very characterized by its sexual element.
Also, the movie is a drama but things end sanely, so the overall experience is still fun, not sad, unlike the pain of something like Jaime and Cersei in Game of Thrones, Thomas and Lucille from Crimson Peak, or the twins from Geminis.
Honorable mention for Bart and Cindy from Seeds of Yesterday because they're adopted siblings. But the love/hate thing they have going on really ups the sexiness factor for me.
Also honorable mention for the brother and sister from Against The Wind/Contra El Viento. That's a very sexy incestuous affair.
Thanks for the question, Anon! Reminds me of the heyday of the blog and the kinds of messages I would get.

On this day in 1980, the Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band LP “Against the Wind” went to #1 on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart (May 3)
It was to be Seger's only US #1 album, spending six weeks at the top of the Billboard chart, knocking Pink Floyd's “The Wall” from the top spot.
The album also went to #3 in New Zealand, #6 in Australia, #11 in Sweden, and #17 in Germany and the Netherlands.
Glenn Frey helps out with harmonies on the title track, and joins with fellow Eagle Don Henley contributing harmonies to the lead single “Fire Lake”.
The title track had a revival in 1994 when it was included on the “Forrest Gump” soundtrack, and featured in a significant scene in the film.
Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band won the 1980 Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal for the album “Against the Wind” and Capitol Records art director Roy Kohara won the Grammy Award for Best Recording Package.

And I remember what she said to me
How she swore that it never would end
I remember how she held me oh-so-tight
Wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then
