can you fucking imagine being so high on norepinephrine you’re practically on another plane of existence because it’s finally the moment you’re making a break for it trying to finally finish off the murderer who’s been lying in wait for you to get too desperate in the desert tomb temple you’ve sealed yourself in alone for months and some friends you have really mixed feelings about showed up long after you pretty much gave up hope anyone was listening to your distress calls and you kinda never thought you’d see them again or maybe never see anyone again except the guys trying to kill you and now oh wow suddenly there are actual real physical people !! to see and talk to and touch !! but you’re now experiencing the weirdest collision between your past and present and also as surreally nostalgic and euphoric as it is to see them again they’re also just about the most stressful people that could possibly have turned up because oh my god no you have to keep these people from causing disaster on top of managing everything else holy shit fuck your job fuck your life and also uh you’re Not Dealing With This Right Now but they’re telling you your best friend you kinda had insane unresolved tension with is dead but also he’s here but also he doesn’t know who you - and only you - are but also he was never alive in the traditional sense but that’s different somehow apparently now he’s Dead-dead but you’re talking to him again so what the fuck are they talking about and fuck fuck fuck this ct asshole has you cornered on the edge of a fucking roof with a gun you’re about to die and you’re going down swinging and - holy shit holy shit holy shit that guy you had unresolved sexual tension with who came back from the dead just fucking swooped in and saved you by fucking disintegrating that guy UM OKAY THAT’S KINDA -
and then he says
without a shred of irony
“My name is Leonard Church... AND YOU WILL FEAR MY LASER FACE!!!”
like i’d have been fucking gone. neck broke by emotional whiplash and passed out from the terrifying speed of blood rushing away from my genitalia.

evangeline is such a dear character to me. i love how, even after everything she's been through, she still has the courage to be vulnerable. i admire the way she has faith in people and gives chances to those who don't deserve it (after all, otherwise it wouldn’t be faith.) i see people saying that she is immature (oh wow, she is seventeen and people are comparing her to characters that are hundreds of years old!) or too innocent, but the truth is that she was only raised by good people who believed in kindness and in love. she is this kind of person and that's not a problem, i actually think it's very brave.
love how the fandom understands jacks and sees him as a deep and layered character, but evangeline is amazing too. i wish the fandom recognized her more since i constantly see people ignoring her or treating her like less.

I have been researching Animatronics and it is oh so very very fascinating. The arduino boards vs something complex enough to use a raspberry pi, the types of servos, how you can build a servo without using an actual servo if the servo would be too big, etc etc etc.
The downside is now I look at fnaf animatronics and figure how they may mechanically work and you know what? The Daycare Attendant, if they were real, would be such a highly advanced machine. Not only is the programming and machine learning and large language models of all the animatronics of FNAF security breach super advanced, just the physical build is so technically advanced. Mostly because of how thin the Daycare Attendant is, but also with how fluid their movement is. One of the most top 10 advanced animatronics in the series. (I want to study them)
#fnaf sb#fnaf daycare attendant#animatronics#in about a month i could start working on a project to build a robotic hand#i want to build one that can play a game of rock-paper-scissors because i think that would be SO cool#mostly just want to build a hand. plus super tempted to get into the programming side of things#i want to see how the brain-machine interface works because if it is accurate it is theoretically possible to make a third arm#that you could control#also getting into AI machine learning and large language models#im thinking of making one myself (name pending. might be something silly) because why buy alexa if you can make one yourself right?#obviously it wouldnt be very advanced. maybe chatGPT level 2 at most??#it would require a lot of training. like SO much#but i could make a silly little AI#really i want to eventually figure out how to incorporate AI into a robotic shell#like that would be the hardest step but it would be super super cool#i already know a fair amount of programming so its moreso that i need to learn the animatronic side of things#strange to me that a lot of the advanced ai is in python (or at least ive seen that in multiple examples??)#what if i named the AI starlight. what then? what then?#<- did you know that i have dreams that vaguely predict my future and i have one where i built a robotic guy that ended up becoming an#employee at several stores before making a union for robotic rights?#anywho!!#if anyone reads these i gift you a cookie @:o)

today i saw a massive shiny red silverado (you know, the kind either used for actually hauling really heavy shit like livestock or for showboating) with several decorative rear window stickers, including a big one that said “CERTIFIED SHITBOX” and i’m not saying that i was listening to hear whether the engine was firing correctly but living in a pretty urbanized part of appalachia really makes you notice a lot of people with the same vibes as country music stars who have never touched dirt in their lives and own two private jets

Vindemiator tastes the cruelty of an Enforcer. Freelancer immediately runs to him, helps him up, and holds him still. Say it!— the Enforcer commands. The Freelancer sits there, beside him, as if some semblance of mercy, as if the closest thing to salvation. With such careful touches, they make him feel like a sacred thing. Something that holds value. He looks at them (Worry— worry in their eyes... why, why for me?) and says: Thank you. The Enforcer proceeds to talk, to mock the demon, thinking the gratitude was directed towards him— but Vindemiator hears, sees, and feels nothing but the poor, unhappy Freelancer who would do anything but leave him helpless.
Later, in the haven, in the midst of grieving their separation, he searches for them in his dreams.

I think some people need the word “dystopic” taken away from them until they learn to use it.
No, your child saying “Alexa” before making a request is not dystopic: they’re just mirroring what they see the adults around them doing. That’s how children learn. And kindly refrain from wording your complaint in a way that somehow implies this accidental social faux pas is somehow the child’s fault. Maybe you should have explained the concept of the Alexa to them better.

Common Mistakes Made in Amazon PPC Campaigns: A Complete Guide by Muqadas Ghous
Common Mistakes Made in Amazon PPC Campaigns: A Complete Guide by Muqadas Ghous
Tumblr media
You already know what Amazon PPC is, right?
Amazon PPC, or pay-per-click, is an advertising model where advertisers pay each time a user clicks on one of their ads. It’s a highly effective way to drive traffic to your products and increase sales. The Amazon PPC platform offers different ad formats, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Looking for an Amazon PPC Specialist to help your business succeed on the world’s largest online marketplace? Look no further than Muqadas Ghous. With a deep understanding of Amazon advertising and years of experience under their belt, Muqadas Ghous has the expertise to optimize your PPC campaigns and boost your sales. Trust in her unmatched knowledge to take your Amazon advertising game to new heights.
Mistake #1: Not Conducting Proper Keyword Research
Tumblr media
One of the most common mistakes Amazon sellers make is not conducting proper keyword research before launching a PPC campaign. If you’re not targeting the right keywords, your ads won’t be shown to the right audience, and you’ll waste your ad spend.
To avoid this mistake, you should conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Amazon’s Keyword Tool, Google Keyword Planner, and third-party tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout. You should focus on relevant keywords with high search volume and low competition.
Mistake #2: Not Using Negative Keywords
Another common mistake is not using negative keywords. Negative keywords are words or phrases that you don’t want your ads to be shown for. For example, if you’re selling luxury watches, you might want to exclude keywords like “cheap watches” or “affordable watches.”
By using negative keywords, you can improve your ad relevance, reduce your ad spend, and increase your click-through rate (CTR). You can add negative keywords to your campaign at the ad group or campaign level.
Mistake #3: Not Setting a Proper Budget
Setting a proper budget is crucial for the success of your Amazon PPC campaign. If your budget is too low, your ads won’t get enough exposure, and if your budget is too high, you might end up overspending.
To set a proper budget, you should consider your profit margins, your advertising goals, and your competition. You can start with a small budget and increase it gradually as you see results.
Mistake #4: Not Monitoring Your Campaigns
Many Amazon sellers make the mistake of not monitoring their PPC campaigns regularly. If you’re not keeping an eye on your campaigns, you might miss out on important data and fail to optimize your ads for better performance.
To avoid this mistake, you should monitor your campaigns regularly and track metrics like CTR, conversion rate, and cost per click (CPC). You should also test different ad creatives and targeting options to improve your ad performance.
Mistake #5: Not Optimizing Your Product Listings
Your Amazon PPC campaigns are only as good as your product listings. If your product listings are not optimized for conversions, your ads won’t perform well.
To optimize your product listings, you should focus on creating high-quality product images, writing compelling product titles and descriptions, and getting positive customer reviews. You should also use Amazon’s Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) or A+ Content to showcase your products and differentiate them from competitors.
Mistake #6: Not Using Automated Bidding Strategies
Automated bidding strategies can save you time and improve your ad performance. Amazon offers different automated bidding strategies like Dynamic Bids — Down Only, Dynamic Bids — Up and Down, and Fixed Bids.
By using automated bidding strategies, you can adjust your bids based on different factors like ad placement, device type, and time of day. You can also set bid adjustments for different targeting options like keywords, placements, and audiences.

It’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of running an Amazon PPC campaign and make common mistakes that can hurt your ad performance. But don’t worry, with a little bit of planning and some helpful tips, you can avoid these mistakes and improve your results.
One of the most important things to keep in mind is proper keyword research. This means taking the time to find the right keywords for your product that customers are actually searching for. It’s also important to use negative keywords to prevent your ads from showing up for irrelevant search terms.
Another mistake that many Amazon sellers make is not setting a proper budget for their campaigns. It’s important to determine how much you’re willing to spend and monitor your spend to make sure you’re not overspending or underfunding your campaigns.
Monitoring your campaign performance is also crucial. This means regularly checking your metrics and adjusting your campaigns as needed to improve results. It’s also important to optimize your product listings, including your product titles, descriptions, and images, to ensure that they’re relevant and appealing to customers.
By keeping these tips in mind, you can avoid common Amazon PPC mistakes and run successful campaigns that drive results. Remember, it’s all about careful planning, monitoring, and optimization.
