the good thing, i guess, is that i never really truly think I'd get deep enough to try and kill myself. but i do get pretty deep into hating myself and who i am, and that's not any better. if anything it's worse, because I know that feeling like i want to die or hurt myself is wrong and bad and thus if i have those thoughts it just makes me More wrong and bad, logically. they're not logical thoughts and they will hurt people around me - ergo i would be hurting people, even just by having them, and it's not like i can make myself Stop having them, so I'm just sort of. stuck keeping them to myself or risking a whole lot of bad bad shit.

no one knows how deep my mental health issues go, and unfortunately or not I don't think anyone ever will, in the end. its my job to keep it to myself and then one day pass away with all the words left unsaid so everyone can think i was a happy, healthy, cheerful person and not a bitter sad shell pretending to be human that i am.
