So, with the Patch 5, we got the epilogue party. But if you are a Dark Urge that embraced Bhaal but then did not destroy the Absolute in his name, you crash the party as a feral murderer instead.
Despite all the loss of identity and inability to speak, Durge still remembers Astarion and thinks about him.
More shockingly to me, it implies that even male Durge can somehow have biological children with Astarion.
But the way Durge imitates Astarion in raising a toast? My heart is shattered, thank you.
(If you want to see the full new scene, I've uploaded it on YouTube.)
BG3 ROMANCERS!
I just found something in the game that might be of interest to you (assuming it's a common occurrence ofc, I'd need others to confirm or deny...)

I just finished the "Free the Artist" quest in Act 3.
When Oskar offers to make a painting for you as a reward I decided to make Astarion talk to him instead of my Tav and after Oskar finished, my Tav said:
"It's a good likeness but I prefer the real thing."
Out of curiosity, I reloaded the save and got Oskar to paint my Tav instead and Astarion said something about it.
I reloaded a couple times and it *SEEMS* that whoever you romance will comment about the accuracy of the portrait and vice versa, so if you get Oskar to paint your partner of preference, it seems your Tav/Durge will also make a comment.

Just thought that was a really cool tidbit if it's related to your romance choice.
I need help, I want to play Baldur's Gate 3, but act 3 not only crashes my game and takes ages to render the scenes, it is incredibly confusing!
I don't know where to go, even following guides I feel like crazy. Mainly because now I can't play with a browser open on the PC. And I'm finding it all very... Fast? I finished Astarion's mission quickly (apart from the final fight), I thought I would spend hours in Cazador's dungeon.
But I want to play the game!! Shit, almost creating a new save with the same character... Mainly, I missed a lot of things from Act 1 and Act 2 because, well, it was lost. (I get lost a lot in big maps)
dear mr larian studios. i'd like to report a very serious bug. the option to pet the large armoured owlbear at the end of act 3, which you definitely would not have missed out, is not appearing for me. please correct this oversight in your next patch. thank you.
Has anyone else had this happen? Us took the key and opened Crimson's door while I was talking to him.
I figure it has to be an intentional easter egg since it happened twice for me when I went back for screenshots, and since Us can't usually take/use items.
SOBS my little guy learned "cages bad"
[...] So, during the night, they would sometimes wake up the other man, before finding their way up on the roof of the Elfsong tavern, to sleep under the stars. It was not perfect, but Tav felt that it was theirs.
Precious, secret, intimate.
Away from the loud sounds from drunken men and women screaming below, far from the bloody murders plaguing the streets, away from the greed of men. Just them, lucky for this moment of peace, under the stars, and sometimes a bottle of wine stolen from some rich jackass' cellar. [...]
“Why would I ever trust the word of an Oathbreaker?”
“It’s unwise to trust a bloody Sharran”
To:
“Why hello, Lover, that sounded more debonaire in my head, I admit”
“I am yours, my Heart”

Aaaand I’m finally in Act 3 (fucking finally) with my Oathbreaker Paladin Durge run. I can only wish I’m talented enough of a writer to write a fic for these two I swear-
Really quick doodles of a few scenes from the stream yesterday. Including combat flirting taunting, gale’s magnificently distracting shoes and.. whatever you wanna call gale agreeing to give 15 gold to astarion 😐😑😐😑😐 (that’s me blinking)
Ok but when I was fighting Haarlep, he kept running in circles in Raphael's room and everytime he'd run past Astarion, Astarion would perform an [opportunity attack]. It hit EVERYTIME but not just that, because Haarlep had his back to him, it always looked like Astarion was stabbing Haarlep in the ass which, I headcanon, is how Raphael even knew we were in his house.
Oh and Haarlep charmed Gale which, I gotta be honest, I was disappointed in our resident wizard. All it took was an incubus running around in his underwear to make him changed sides, can't believe it, Gale. After all the magical items I fed him - I thought we were friends, man. We cast a spell together once, GALE. Where's the loyalty? This ain't one off either, first it was the harpies, now Haarlep, where does the betrayal end?
I was drawing characters during enemy turns in the final battles of my 2nd run of the game, and one thing led to another. I've fallen in love with the whole cast. 🫶
Ft. my paladin Dark Urge and bard Tav.
