I think its because I got obsessed with watching him at one point and I went to go check tumblr or twitter for something like a daily blog of him (for content purposes) I just couldn't find any which were like committed. then I always wanted to start a daily art account of some kind, like of any person or whatever. so my big wrinkly brain put two and two together and boom. the birth of daily joels

also I think he's genuinely such a versatile youtuber and his characters are all so interesting I just couldn't not make one on him.
