It was larger than the average Autobot, built for war and he wouldn’t change it for all the energon on the Arc.

Despite his exterior screaming ‘I know how to offline you with a wrench and hide the frame while I’m at it.’ Buddy proved time and time again that he’d prefer the Autobots over the Decepticons.

Much of the crew isn’t at ease when they see this hulking beast enter the ship being their last member.

Bumblebee might as well be the bane of his existence.

He is constantly having stare conversations with Ratchet on the trip when one of the younger bots does something dumb.

Team that does not trust this bot at all

These Bots take one look at Buddy and immediately classify him as a threat. Even with all the proof that he is an Autobot, the fact that he used to work for Megatron is as clear as daylight. They do not drop their guard around this bot and refuse to do so. When some of the team starts to trust this bot, they try and convince them that Buddy is out to get them all. The longest to even begin to tolerate Buddy around the Plant. They do not care if Buddy has a code of honor or says that he cares for Earth, it could be a trick for all they know! Sari is in their constant vision when she is in the room with him.

These Bots understand that Buddy used to be a Decepticon, but they pay more attention to the fact they changed sides. Bonus being that he changed sides when the Cons looked like they were winning, not when they were losing. It takes a bit for them to get used to Buddy, but out of the team, they are the fastest. They find Buddy’s code of honor and willingness to protect the organic life on Earth to be admirable. They have no trouble being on patrol with him or simply hanging out with him. They may pester the older bot for a story or too and depending on the bots mood, they may get a story… or a sparring match. They don’t mind Sari being around Buddy knowing he is a softy under that war frame.

These bots are hesitant to trust Buddy when he enters the ship. There is a good chance that these bots may or may not have read his profile beforehand. They are cautious and looking for any signs of Buddy being a Decepticon. It changes when they see Buddy headbutting Megatron before they crashed on Earth. Their hesitation slowly turns into trust the longer they get to know Buddy. They are not surprised learning about Buddy’s code of honor and willing to protect the innocent lives on Earth. There may be times where they think he might leave, but it gets squashed almost immediately. Sari is allowed to be with him after a while.

Priyaleb is bad because it takes up too much screen time and both of their individual personalities disappear when they interact in a failed attempt to make them seem compatible. But Priyaleb is The Worst because it’s so boring compared to every other possible nonsensical het* ship we could’ve gotten. Romantic Mipper would’ve felt off to me but Millie finds him interesting and Ripper’s willing to help her. Emmaleb seems boring but Emma could’ve gotten the handsome sweet partner she deserves. Chasiya would’ve been bad but it would’ve been so funny. Damiya would’ve been kinda boring but Priya and Damien are capable of having human conversations. I don’t like Juliayne but golden retriever bf x Brooke Hayes LPS Popular cat girlfriend is a classic dynamic. Emmayne is blonde x blonde but it would’ve given them both serious character development (probably). Damiemma…No complaints that sounds adorable. Nichamien is right there too, they’re buddies in canon, maybe they can kiss too?? MKaleb would’ve been funny. Zemma would’ve been fantastic. Zeeya (Pee) has so much potential guys the hurt/comfort the jealousy the misunderstanding of your own feelings. Damillie have interacted and they get along and now they have angst material. Scary Chase would’ve been funny. Scary Ripper would’ve been [funny]. Never forget what they took from you (possibility of less/no priyaleb screen time)

BEFORE THE WAR

Claudia Difiori is brought by her father, to Germany. See her lore.

So began a love affair between Claudia and Josephine von Segensfeld. But during a party hosted in the manor, Claudia "broke up" with Josephine because this was "unnatural" and "she had to marry a man". They had a huge fight and became bitter towards each other.

Giles Eleison is there as well. His father took him there so he may find a wife.

Giles Eleison meets Claudia Difiori, shortly after, he asks her to marry him.

**England

They both thought marriage would fix them. it did not. [1]

some years pass. Carol is born.

News of the rebellion in the American colonies reaches them. Giles reads about it one certain morning and suddenly it feels like his entire life's purpose was revealed to him.

Giles quickly leaves his home to join the army.

DURING THE WAR

Giles is thriving ! The bloodshed, violence and death is exhilarating ! He's a completely different man than who he was before !

note: Giles was originally meant to have one ending -- he would be shot and would die alone on a field without anyone having loved him. But thanks to Joseph, his fate is split into two possible paths, or routes as i like to call them. One where he does die, and one where he ends up surviving, but pronounced dead at first.

Like we knew. We all knew. All the fans knew, and everyone working with the show knew. But the fact that they're actually talking about it? Being transparent about it? From Mr. PR Golden Boy's mouth to the masses? Mind-blowing.

To know for a fact that Bi Buck (and I'm assuming queer Eddie and queer Buddie) was talked about (again we KNEW but like now we know know, ya know)??? I mean Tim literally said years ago that all the discussions we have about buddie online are the discussions they have in the writer's room. The fact that they TRIED to give it us and were shut down. The fact that we still rallied behind them because we fucking. KNEW?!!?!?!

Like queer fans especially like....I'm not going to get into the history of queercoding/the Hayes Code, but anyone who's been around the block with queer media just knows that writers (not just 911 writers) have done their damndest over the years to give the audience queer characters while still trying to appease their homophobic bosses that control their livelihood and the life of their art in general.

It just fucking sucks that only now, when networks realize that openly queer media sells, that they're finally allowing writers and creators to finally tell their authentic stories.

911 is interesting. They're kinda like the elder Gen-Z/Young millennial cuspers. They started during a time when queer media was allowed some visibility but still had heavy sanctions placed upon it, and so they still dealt with homophobia and discrimination in underhanded and mostly invisible ways, and are living long enough to see the social transition into big profitable open queer media.

It's like...I've heard a lot of elder queer people question why some of their fellow elders are so "mad" that young queer people have it "easier" and can be more "open". The critique is "isn't that what we were all fighting for? So that younger people did not have to deal with what we dealt with?" The same goes for TV. I know a lot of people (like people who came from SPN or the MCU or Merlin or Rizzoli & Isles or Sherlock, etc) are seeing what's happening with 911 and they're experiencing this shock of like "we deserved this" and they did. But now they get to see the fruits of their labor come true for new(er) shows like 911 or RW&Rb or Heartstopper or Heartbreak High, or Interview with a Vampire or Good Omens or Umbrella Acadmey or Euphoria or Yellowjackets or the Haunting of Bly Manor, etc.

It's still a long battle, but occasionally, like now, we get to see these BIG wins, and it should be something to celebrate.

This, combined with the fact that we knew a queer Eddie storyline was also being discussed, tells me all I needed to know. And again, I already fucking knew.

Now all we gotta do is wait. We've already waited this long.

Hello! Fellow Frankenstein freak here! I have to ask, what's your favorite Frankenstein movie you've seen? Not necessarily the best one, but your favorite one. I made myself watch about 25 last year for reasons (that's as many as I could watch in one week for free, dating from 1910 to the early 2000s) and they're all so bizarre. I love talking about them so much, I love watching peoples faces when I tell them that one time Sting played Frankenstein, and in that same movie The Creature and his buddy are targeted by the Circus Mafia. Or how at least one version of Victor Frankenstein has an alligator pit. Or how Kenneth Branagh made Robert De Niro be birthed out of instapot and then they spend like 30 seconds slipping in Mysterious Science Goop before the plot continues.

TLDR; I don't know anyone else who is as obsessed with this stuff as I am and would love to hear your thoughts lmao

damn, my biggest problem is that I've watched so many of then few years ago, that I mostly don't remember anything :")

but I definitely have some that I still think about constantly!! maybe the first one and the most special in my eyes is "Frankenstein: The True Story" (1973), because in this movie Victor REALLY cared about the Creature and TOOK THE RESPONSIBILITY. he taught him things, he spent time with him – and when the Creature started to decay and lose temper, yeah, he decided to lock him, but Victor was going to lock himself as well so the Creature wouldn't be dying alone. and they even had a hug!! (still everything ended up terribly, but it was interesting to see this responsible version of Victor, not canonical book version, but also not usual movie mad scientist either).

well, speaking of classics and mad scientists – I love first two movies of UNIVERSAL's franchise, rewatch them from time to time. And within the Hammer's franchise I like the third (if I remember right) movie – "The Evil of Frankenstein", even though it mostly is called the worst of them all lmao. I just think it was funny and not annoying like the other. and I also LOVE the first several minutes of the first movie – "The Curse of Frankenstein" with the young Victor played by Melvyn Hayes, because OH HE WAS DEFINITELY SERVING. for me this young Victor was the closest to the book from all of the versions of him.

(I even did a funny edit of him once, here, lmao)

the most controversial version but I can't NOT TO THINK ABOUT IT – it's "Flesh for Frankenstein" of course (not even speaking about the plot, but god how I hate color correction in most of the 70's movies, these colors usually make me sick almost physically).

but well, uh, how the hell I was surprised when Udo Kier's Frankenstein turned out to look SO DAMN CLOSE to like I always draw him (I mean just give him another nose shape and he will look exactly how I imagine Victor) :") just hello??? DAMN

also want to mention "Terror of Frankenstein" (1977) movie, because they have an interesting design of the Creature here (finally black lips yaaay!) and sweet sweet Clerval (I hate that most of the movies are throwing him and Justine out of the plot :(( )

AND ALSO!! not movies, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE these adaptations – Frankenstein: the Metal Opera, 2014 (you can find its official record for free on youtube) and Frankenstein, the Royal Ballet, 2017!! I, personally, enjoyed them both very much
