Célestin was not sure what the cards wanted to tell him with a fateful encounter. These days he felt like he had nothing but encounters with important and influential people. But he knew the more difficult it was to read the true meaning of his cards the more important it was.

Célestin "Ma Mère" (NOUVEAU CLIP)

élestin est de retour en cette rentrée avec la vidéo de Ma Mère, un superbe clip évoquant l'écologie sur un mode tendre et poétique, avec des images en animation faites par le studio Folimage. Coup de cœur chanson française du moment.

Moitié du duo Fills Monkey, Célestin alias Sébastien Rambaud, raconte ses histoires d’une plume malicieuse, qui virevolte entre ironie, lucidité, engagement et poésie.

Avec son nouvel extrait, Ma Mère, extrait de l'album Deuxième Acte, sorti il y a quelques mois de cela, le musicien parvient à parler d'écologie en échappant aux stéréotypes et en délivrant un message poignant et juste. Dans une chorégraphie effrénée, Célestin nous interpelle sur l’urgence de sauver sa mère yéti tandis que des silhouettes noires dansent, consomment, et la maltraitent sous le regard impuissant des animaux.

Célestin est en concert à Paris à La Petite Loge le 15/09 (complet) et le 04/10.

Gnomeo & Juliet:

It's Romeo and Juliet but they're gnomes and it has garden drama and at one point Juliet's a ninja and it has a song by Elton John and it has a cool frog in it and murder.

Ernest & Celestine:

The art is absolutely stunning. It's beautiful and tells such a sweet, caring story.

It's a heart-warming story about an unlikely friendship that overcomes prejudice and the animation is just adorable.

Time to post the drawings made for obscur_echange, the french event where we swap art of obscur fandoms !

My first assignments were characters from a french children book, Ernest (the bear) and Celestine (the mouse). My prompt was "music lesson", and I immediately knew I wanted to draw that one. Ernest et Célestine is an adorable pair, the books are very, very cute, and it's overall very soft. I tried to follow the style of the book with watercolors, and I'm really happy with the result !
