who cooks meals for the others?

emma! she’s not exactly the best cook out there but she enjoys making meals for camden. it’ll probably take her a few tries before the dish she’s making will taste good but at least she’s trying her best.

who spams the other with memes?

camden. emma’s not really familiar with most memes and most go over her head. she’s not really updated with the latest memes and trends on the internet so it’s very rare of her to send things like that. she mostly spams camden with cute selfies.

who likes to play pranks on the other?

camden’s the one who’s more likely to play pranks on emma. emma isn’t really the type of person to pull pranks. it’s just not something she’ll think about doing. camden’s pranks mostly come in the form of teasing since emma is gullible and is quick to believe whatever he says.

who asked the other to move in with them?

emma. it literally took all of her courage to ask him but she had to do it. they were getting more and more domestic each day and he was spending a lot of time over at her apartment. she just really wanted to take that next step with camden but she was really nervous about it. it took her almost half a year to actually ask, battling her inner thoughts of ‘should i ask him or is it stupid?’ every day.

who is in charge of the music during a car ride?

camden! he’s the one who definitely has better music taste out of the two. emma’s playlist just consists of kpop, top 40 pop, and nostalgic music from her childhood. she’s honestly a little embarrassed to play her personal playlist in public just in case her disney songs come up on shuffle.

who is more likely to tickle the other mercilessly?

camden does! he does it a lot to tease emma, especially ever since he found out she is ticklish. emma will literally squirm in his arms when he does it.

who needs to hold the other while watching scary movies?

emma is the one who needs to be held. she absolutely hates horror films and cannot stand them. camden has convinced her a couple of times to watch a horror film with him. every single time she’s ender up with her face buried in his neck, too scared to actually watch the film.

who has to help the other when it comes to technology?

camden is usually the one who has to help emma in these situations. she knows how to use her phone and laptop pretty well but can still get confused with other types of technology.

who likes to get a bit frisky in public/ an inappropriate setting?

camden. he’s the one who likes to initiate pda when they’re both out in public. emma will probably get a little bit shy in the beginning but she’ll slowly warm up to him. it’s very hard for her to resist camden and his advances. they’ve definitely had a heated make out session in public before.

who wakes up first, and do they wake up the other or let them rest?

emma is the one who usually wakes up first since she likes to follow her daily routine. she has a very long morning routine and knows how long it will take her, so she’s very conscious of what time she has to wake up. camden is usually still sleeping by the time she wakes up and she’ll just let him rest.

who is always taking pictures of the other when they aren’t looking?

emma. she loves to take candid shots of camden when he’s not paying attention. when they officially start dating, 90% of her camera roll is literally just photos of him. she’s also the type who loves to post cute photos of him on her insta stories.

who always forgets their wallet and never ends up paying for anything?

camden. emma is very meticulous and will always double check that she has everything in her bag before she heads out. camden will sometimes forget to bring his wallet but he will always make it up to emma the next time they hang out.

who can’t sleep because the other snores or moves too much at night?

emma. it didn’t take her long to realise that camden moved around a lot in his sleep when they first got together. emma’s also a light sleeper so any sudden move from him will wake her up.

who is better at video games, and do they let the other win or show no mercy?

camden is the one who is better at playing video games. emma is absolutely useless when it comes to gaming. she’s never been interested in it and basically has no experience. she’s literally the type of person who will ask ‘where’s the any button’ when the game asks the player to press any button. in the few times she finds herself gaming with camden, he’ll usually go easy on her and let her win a few rounds.

who always gets up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and accidentally wakes the other?

camden. again, emma is a very light sleeper so she will wake up to the slightest noise. she’ll also wake up whenever camden has to detangle himself from her tight grasp while they’re sleeping. there was a time very early on in their relationship when she woke up to find her bed empty. girlie probably went through a crisis thinking that camden left in the middle of the night when in reality he just went to the bathroom.

“What is Bosco’s problem today?” Jasmine huffed, plopping herself down on the river bank, Willow, Camden, and Angie perched on a toadstool next to her.

Willow shrugged. “She’s always like that on her birthday. Don’t take it personally.”

Jasmine sat up straighter. “It’s her birthday? Why didn’t she tell me?”

“She hates her birthday,” Angeria replied, matter of factly, “something about people always forgetting when she was a kid or something, or maybe no one cared. Whatever the reason, she gets salty about it every year. Last year she didn’t leave her lair the whole day.”

Frowning, Jasmine rested her chin in her hands, conjuring up a plan to make Bosco forget about hating her birthday.

Though, the three could tell what she was up to, Willow crossing her arms over her chest and huffing. “I am not helping you with this one. Not after last time your scheming left me with food poisoning.”

“It’s not my fault! I grew up in the city, how am I supposed to know what poison Ivy looks like! I thought it was mint.”

“Mint doesn’t even grow in this forest,” Willow grumbled.

“Regardless,” Camden interupted, her hands in the air like she was accepting defeat, “Bosco has always hated her birthday, for as long as I’ve known her.”

Ignoring their pleas not to, Jasmine already had a plan to change that brewing in her mind.

Later that evening, Jasmine was dressed in her best dress, with the whole kitchen decorated as best she could and everyone her and Bosco knew mingled around the kitchen, even the fairies who promised Bosco wouldn’t change their mind about their birthday.

“Okay everyone, listen up,” Jasmine announced, clapping her hands to gain the attention of everyone in the room, “I’m going to go get her, hide and turn out the lights, this is a surprise party, after all!”

Once the lights were out and everyone was hidden from plain view, Jasmine skipped off to Bosco’s hidden room and did the special knock that magically made the door appear. She sauntered in and without a word slid herself into Bosco’s lap.

“Jazzy, I love you, but I’m not in the mood today,” they muttered, kissing her shoulder but not wiping the sour look from their face.

Jasmine pouted. “But I really need your help. Like really badly.”

“What, did you almost set the oven on fire again?”

Jasmine giggled guiltily and Bosco groaned. “Okay, let me fix it.”

Jasmine slid out of her lap and followed her to the kitchen where they looked back at her, confused.

“Jas, what’s going-“

Before they could finish their sentence the lights flicked on and all their friends jumped out and yelled, “Surprise!”

Bosco jumped back a bit, a look of astonishment written on her features as she looked back at Jasmine. She wrapped herself around Bosco and kissed her cheek.

“Happy birthday, baby.”

“Who told you?”

Jasmine nodded to Willow sat on the windowsill with the other fairies they knew, laughing at something one of them said.

Bosco chuckled, hiding her blush in Jasmine’s neck. “Sounds like something she’d do.”

“She also told me you hated your birthday, and I wanted to change that.”

“You’re hellbent on changing everything in my life, huh?”

Jasmine giggled. “Yep, only for the best, though.”

“Only for the best,” Bosco agreed.

The rest of the evening went off without a hitch. The cake Jasmine baked was delicious and the games she planned had everyone laughing, even though Daya got a little too competitive throughout everything.

At the end of the night, Bosco found herself happier than she’d ever been on her birthday as she fell into bed with Jasmine, the sweet human had a habit of making her feel that way.

“Did you enjoy your party?” Jasmine inquired from where she laid her head on their chest, index finger tracing patterns on their exposed shoulder.

“I did. I’m so grateful for you, do you know that? I love you with everything I have.”

Pressing a kiss to her collarbone, Jasmine hummed. “I love you too, so much.”

Her starry eyed gaze stirred something in Bosco and she began trailing a hand down the curve of Jasmine’s spine, eyes dark like they always were when they made love.

“Lay on your back for me, princess. I wanna thank you.”

Jasmine shook her head and looked up at her through hooded lids as she began to kiss down Bosco’s body. “Nope. Tonight is about you, you can make it up to me some other time.”

It’s a big day for Sammy! Decision day! But he’s already made up his mind, it’s purely letting the others involved know now. I’m nervous. He does some push ups to amp himself and quickly sends a bragging text to all his sisters about what a catch of a guy he’s found and they’re all going to be so jealous that they didn’t get a bachelorette challenge.

In most respects Jackson Whittemore was an average eleven-year-old. He liked sports, ice cream, jumping on his best friend’s trampoline, and his mom reading him Harry Potter books before bed, but unlike most children, Jackson hated summer vacation. Every year his parents would take him to London to visit their family there, and while getting to eat all the Cadbury chocolate he wanted in between cricket and tennis matches was cool, if someone asked Jackson what his favorite part of his summer vacation trips to England were, he’d always say ‘coming back home.’

Last two sentences of the same work:

“Camden is gonna be there, he’s on the swim team Mum! He’s a lifeguard at the Y!”

willow won season 14, but i was rooting for camden KGJGKJ. i genuinely like some of the cast; camden i think is pretty endearing, willow has really creative drag, kornbread and kerri own my entire heart mind and soul, MADDY IS MY BITCH, angeria is also my beloved darling angel, DAYA IS ONE OF THE BEST QUEENS WE GOT IN THE LAST FEW YEARS, but i feel like the trajectory of s14 was so Messy that it feels fake.

like, there were so much safe episodes where no one gets home. the jorgeous favoritism is odd. the "maddy is just a cishet with no business of being here" edits are kind of weird. i think the overabundance of episodes is what really throws drag race off kilter, since people felt the same with s12 and s13. drag race gonna mix shit up or eliminate people more bc istg this is gonna grow stale rlly quickly

9. Best month for you this year?

I’m gonna say September I think? I went on a city trip that month, which I went on about for way too long at #22! I also felt pretty confident about myself that month, which was nice!

19. What’re you excited about next year?

I’ve been... kind of reevaluating myself and certain choices for the last few months? and I look forward to continuing that and discovering new things and coming to new conclusions. I’m also excited to learn new things and get to know new people, and with that being able to let things go instead of letting them hold my brain hostage, in a way.

Also, I’m seeing one of my favourite bands again after 4,5 years!! Right after my finals week so I’ll be dead inside but that’s fine!!!

22. Favourite place you visited this year?

This is gonna be a long story so sorry for that, but!!! I went to London (UK) twice this year, but the first trip (in September) was super special to me! I went with my cousin, it was her first time going “really” abroad (since we live super close to the Belgian border we don’t really view that as going to another country. In literally 20 minutes we’re in Belgium, it takes longer to travel to let’s say.. Amsterdam) so I got to show her around and take her to places I really love there! (Also coincidentally, we agreed to meet up like three days before we would leave, to talk some stuff through, and we ended up having one of our movie, talk & do everything except the thing we originally met up for nights, with one of the best burgers I’ve ever had?? I still cry over the fact that I can’t get my hands on one of the spice blends we used tbh)

We had a super nice hotel, at a nice location which was honestly not that expensive?? There also was free cheese and wine between 5 and 8, so of course we told everyone that asked us about our plans about that, and we (and my grandma) seemed the only ones excited by that. Which yknow. Lame. We went specifically that weekend because I had a ticket to a show that was rescheduled to that weekend, so I went to see that and cried because he (Jeremy Jordan) sang Bring Him Home from Les Mis without a mic, so just him and a guitar I think? and also his cover of It’s All Coming Back To Me Now which straight up murdered me.

We also went to see Heathers, which I purposefully got us both to skip school/uni for, because it opened on the 3rd (a Monday) and I made us stay until Tuesday so we could go see it. She wasn’t very excited about it when we first went in, telling me repeatedly that she didn’t really musicals, but then at curtain call she turned to be and went “that was.... so good and I didn’t expect that. I really enjoyed that!”

Finally, we were both very excited about going to Camden, and we shared many amazing foods, but we had this ice cream there that was made with liquid nitrogen and holy SHIT I’ve never experienced any taste like that?? It was very cool (literally and figuratively) and super complex in flavour and it got us both really excited as foodies.

He sighed and watched Roan and Jack playing with the dog. Dogs weren't exactly strange to him, he'd had plenty around him in his life, and loved them. In fact, he'd seen some fans compare Jack to a dog, energetic, playful, and loving. They weren't wrong, he was very much like a dog, in many ways. And Alex was lucky, of course he was, but something twinged in his stomach thinking about going to his dogs back home. Taking them away from either him or his spouse would probably be bad for the dogs; they were quite loyal, but preferred the people they'd lived with for so long over just Alex and someone they wouldn't know well enough. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw movement, just enough to catch even his zoned-out attention. Jack was carrying Camden like a baby, and it suddenly occurred to Alex what he'd been pushing aside, the ache in his chest that didn't want to go away.

How can one forget they're in love with a boy who wouldn't love him back?

Well, Alex did. And that wasn't the worst of his problems because he was just as emotional as when some of his friends had gotten avid "baby fever" except about a fluffy dog with his best friend/unrequited love while he was married for fuck's sake. What kind of person did he have to be? It's like the universe had it out for him, apparently.

"Alex!" His silent self pity party is interrupted by the very person he'd thought of coming towards him, Camden cuddled into his chest like a fluffy little bundle of joy (with a tongue sticking out happily, thank you very much). Speak of the devil.

"Jack?"

"Look at Camden, he's so soft!" Sometimes the boy's enthusiasm irked Alex, and thus seemed to be one of those times where his love thankfully overruled the annoyance.

"I know, he's been crawling between all of our laps like a kid," There's a slight panicked look that he gives, thinking Jack can read his mind by just his word usage. While Jack is too focused on Camden the Apparent Baby, Alex can see Rian giving him the Eyebrow. Alex just gives him an apologetic look and continues watching Jack as his heart aches and splinters off itself.
