NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Saturday, March 14, 2020, conducted the CBSE Class 12th Biology examination. The subject of Biology is very important for class 12 science stream students who wish to take up medical studies for higher education.

CBSE Class 12 Biology Syllabus

Important units of the CBSE Class 12 Biology paper includes:

Reproduction – 14 marks

Genetics and Evolution – 18 marks

Biology and Human Welfare – 14 marks

Biotechnology and its Applications – 10 marks

CBSE Class 12 Biology exam paper analysis & students’ feedback

CBSE Class 12 Biology Question Paper Pattern The class 12 Biology theory paper is of three hours duration and total of 70 marks. There are five sections in the question paper – A, B, C, D, and E.

Section A contains question numbers 1 to 5, multiple choice questions of one mark each.

Section B contains question numbers 6 to 12, short answer type I questions of two marks each.

Section C contains question numbers 13 to 21, short answer type II questions of three marks each.

Section D contains question number 22 to 24, case-based short answer type questions of three marks each (1+1+1).

Section E contains question numbers 25 to 27, long answer type questions of five marks each.

There is no overall choice in the question paper. However, internal choices are provided in two questions of one mark, one question of two marks, two questions of three marks and all three questions of five marks.

So my boards exams ( senior year finals) just got over and I'm supposedly free. Class 12 came to it's end and with it my school life. But hehe jokes on me and all the students like me (@nineballbutmakeitstudy and @almost-rory-gilmore can relate) had their entrance exams due for April and May, 2020. The corona outbreak not only postponed our exams but also spoilt our hopes of getting at least a month free from studies before our colleges had to start. We have been studying our asses off for 2 years to have this virus ruin our lives and many others.

It's not the illness it's causing that's affecting us the most ( don't get me wrong we're worried about that too) but the fact that we still can't get out of this vicious monotonous cycle of studying day and night.

As I said earlier my finals just got over and I was well.. hoping for a break but I am SUPPOSED to study. And to my despair my motivation has gone to shit and I can't help but procrastinate the whole day or sleep. Have been sleeping for 11 hours a day lately just because I can't study and that ain't right.

I REALLY need serious help right now so that I can finally study. I even made a time table but I'm pretty sure I won't be able to follow it and sleep on it instead.

My friends are being productive as fuck and scoring good and what not and I on the other hand when studied for 12 hours nonstop couldn't achieve anything ( a whole other story lmao)

Please suggest some methods to help a fellow desperate soul in need.

Board exams are conducted around month of March and early April every year by CBSE in central region across Government schools and other boards by other institutions that take responsibility of education in secondary level.

CBSE Class 12 Biology examination was conducted on Saturday, March 14, 2020. Thousands of science stream students from across the country and outside appeared for the class 12 Biology exam. The total duration of the exam was of three hours. The CBSE Class 12 Biology exam started at 10.30 AM and concluded at 1.30 PM. This is the fourth main exam for Science stream students as exams for other three subjects – English, Physics, and Chemistry was conducted earlier. The next major paper for the Class 12 Science stream students will be conducted on Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

CBSE Class 12 Biology Paper Pattern

The CBSE Class 12 Biology subject is of 100 marks out of which 30 marks is for practical exam and 70 marks is for theory exam. The CBSE Class 10 and 12 Practicals were conducted between January-February 2020. The CBSE 12th Biology theory exam was conducted on March 14. The CBSE class 12 Biology question paper 2020 was divided into five sections – A, B, C, D, and E. There was no overall choice in the question paper. However, internal choices were provided in some of the questions.
