Penny was pretty sure her energy levels were starting to hit a low. The same could not be said for her Jolteon, the little guy always seemed so full of energy. Penny would have blamed it on him being an electric type, but he was this way even as an eevee. As much as she would have wanted to take a break and sit somewhere or maybe even just head back to the dorm, if Jolteon didn't get the zoomies out, he'd just get into trouble and cause problems.

He also seemed to love to run up to random strangers and try and get their attention. "Fizz no-!" An annoyed hiss that didn't have any bite to it and was certainly no deterrent to the Jolteon as he spotted his target to beg for attention from.

"Sorry about him." Penny apologised, shooting a narrowed eyed look at her pokemon, who was as happy as could be, wagging his tail and looking between both Penny and the stranger.
