💨 Don’t worry, you sent Bi-Han to timeout (which he begrudgingly served)

❄️ Okay, scenario-

🔥 Whether your good at training or not . . . You still got kicked in the face by Tomas :(

💨 Really hard too!! This mans a little brother of two ninjas, play fighting is fighting for your life out here 😮‍💨

❄️ It wasn’t necessarily the kick that made you regress on spot, but the 360 spin your body did as you fell to the ground defintently didn’t help (when i say kick hard, i mean he was sparing you like you were Bi-Han)

🔥 He felt terribly bad, especially when you began to blubber and just sit there, holding onto your buised cheek

💨 Kuai Liang rushed over first, gently shushing you as he picks you up, and Bi-Han goes towards Tomas for one of the biggest scoldings Tomas will ever receive in his life

❄️ (^ Also don’t worry, you four were training for fun, so no one was around. If they were, the Grandmaster’s icey glare would keep them away)

🔥 Kuai Liang took you to his room, gently shushing you as he patched your cheek

💨 He gently dried your tears and let you cuddle up to him, giving you some pain meds for the time being

❄️ ^ Kuai Liang gives really nice hugs (unless it’s summer), he’s warm and like a big teddy bear

🔥 It isn’t long because Tomas and Bi-Han come to find you, and it almost looks like they got into a fight

💨 Tomas starts spewing apoligize, never meaning to hurt you the way he did

❄️ You do forgive him, after babbling a few things about him being naughty

🔥 Tomas gives you a bone crushing hug afterwords (and I mean bone crushing, survival rate is low) 

💨 ^ Bi-Han has to tell him to watch his strength and Tomas does lighten up though

❄️ The rest of the day is spent doing whatever you want, tv, coloring, making Bi-Han buy your favorite food

🔥 Different scenario-

💨 There are nights where you come to the three brothers already feeling small and a bit clingy

❄️ Suprisingly, Bi-Han is the first to scoop you up, claiming that you should have only came to the best, not these other incompitents

🔥 . . . If you repeat his last word, Kuai Liang snatches you from him and Tomas begin scolding Bi-Han for using naughty words around you (it’s not nice to tell that to others, Bi!!)

💨 There’s a bit of bickering from the three of them

❄️ They all want your attention (very similar to a Johnny and Kung Lao senerio)

🔥 Although unlike Johnny and Kung Lao, they don’t use mean voices and agree to certain things

💨 Kuai Liang wants to color with you? Alright, Tomas and Bi-Han will sit close by, recommending colors and such

❄️ ^They’ll also praise anything you make!! Two scribbles? Going on one of their walls (they’ll fight over it too)

🔥 Tomas wants to play peek-a-boo or have a dance party? (Johnny’s influencing him)

💨 Tomas will hold you on his hip, twirling you two around as you giggle

❄️ Bi-Han and Kuai Liang also demand a turn dancing with you (much to Tomas's pout)

🔥 Bi-Han’s request is very simple, he just wants to have a small cuddle session

💨 He’ll turn on whatever cartoon you want, and hold you while he lays on the couch, you on his chest

❄️ Kuai Liang and Tomas both wiggle into the cuddle session too, and the four of you end up taking a long nap <3

So, let's go over my and my alters' Helluva/Hazbin inserts

Note: this is running under @nottapossum 's au to a large extent

Further note: given the day, I feel I must clarify this is *not* a joke post, aright? 100% seriousness here.

Running under them all having been distinct souls stuck inhabiting the same body in life. Still bound together in death via chains similar to the ones from deals, but at least they have distinct bodies now. All the chains really do is make it so they can't actually sell their souls. Not one has control over the others.

🐍👢 Vincent(Me!): Is a sinner with the appearance of a melanistic sidewinder (or desert horned viper as it's also known.)

He is in large part a snake regressor (60% easy) with most of the remaining percentage being little, and some traces of caregiver and guardian in there.

Favorite foods: raw veggies with buttermilk ranch, milk with barley powder, chilli, baked beans, and fruit smoothies

Takes a bit of a Western/farmboy aesthetic both in and out of headspace. In headspace it's taken up to 11, but even out of it he's rarely seen not wearing a plaid shirt, leather duster, and stetson hat. Talks the part too, having grown up in Texas almost his entire childhood.

He does occasionally work with Carmilla, testing weapons for accuracy, balance, ease of use, etc. Finds he's a better judge with firearms.

Very much a musician at heart. Often heard singing old folk songs and gunslinger ballads softly to himself. His singing voice is rich and sweet, but still requires practice to properly hit notes.

🦂🌼 Aster is 80% guardian, 18% caretaker, 2% neutral.

He's a sinner that takes the appearance of a South African deathstalker scorpion, with the ability to shoot venom from his tail included. He will spray involuntarily if sufficiently startled, but the venom is heavily diluted even with a direct sting and at most makes the victim really tired, burns a bit like peroxide if it touches a mucous membrane like the mouth or eyes. He's actually used it to sedate some of the others when they start getting panicky or excessively violent.

He speaks with a Middle English dialect, but don't be fooled, it's just an affectation. Sometimes the fact he has chelicerae in place of a normal mouth does make speaking difficult.

He does have pedipalps with slender claws. They sprout from between his shoulder blades like wings and are held above his shoulders when he feels there's a threat, otherwise he tucks them neatly behind his back. He'll hold them off to the sides if carrying anything with them. Besides those he has two pairs of normal arms, one of which he keeps folded over his midsection when not in use, and two pairs of legs.

He does have bad hips and occasionally requires a cane to get around comfortably.

In terms of fashion choices, he tends to lean toward a Victorian style. Button vest, lace-fly pants, cloaked tailcoat, long leather boots, and tricorne hat

Very much a bread and meat enthusiast when it comes to food, and has the gut to show it. If he's cooking it's all but guaranteed to be a roast, a meat stew, or a grilled cut/patty dish.

Before coming to the Hotel he spent most of his time in the Cannibal Colony. While he didn't get the opportunity in life, he did wish to try something more "exotic" to say the least. Helped run a butchery there for some time, left when the butcher ran afoul of Alastor. Doesn't have much rapport with Rosie, being relatively new to the colony overall, but does have a crush on her nonetheless.

Note: Do not try to shorten his name, and do not call him "Daisy." Assuming he's familiar with you he will cease speaking with you until he gets an apology. If unfamiliar you will be torn apart and eaten. An exception is made for sign language as the signs for "Daisy" and "Aster" are the same unless fingerspelled.

Like Vin he is very much a musical type, his voice being just a bit deeper, but also more rough and gravelly. Primarily he focuses on love songs, chain gang songs, and sea shanties.

🕸🤘 Rhiannon: 98% caregiver, 2% guardian

Takes the form of a regal jumping spider. She does have fanged chelicerae at the corners of her mouth that fold over her upper lip and pedipalps that sprout from her lower mandible, but her venom is not significant and even if she were to bite (which would never happen unless she was protecting someone) it wouldn't have much effect beyond a slight blister and rash around the area.

Speaks with a slight Midwestern US accent, and her voice is usually bright and cheery.

Fashion-wise she tends to just stick with a t-shirt and pants or shorts with a loose fit.

Like Aster she has two sets of arms and two sets of legs, but she doesn't keep either set of arms folded, choosing to let them rest on her hips or hang at her sides most of the time.

Favorite foods are pasta bolognese, eggplant parmesan, and fried dill pickles.

She'll answer to "Rhi" or "RhiRhi"

Worked as a bartender in Club Kaiju for a bit, but found that she really just couldn't keep up with the size of the patrons. Still on good terms with Missy Zilla, though.

Not as musically inclined as the others, but does find herself tapping along to a random beat a lot of the time.

🐙💡 Isaac: 87% neutral, 13% caregiver

Looks a mindflayer with a blue-ringed octopus pattern, 5 tentacles hanging around his mouth. Can change colors to blend in somewhat, but the rings turn much brighter when excited, agitated, or frightened. Also sprays noxious ink when startled, though there's not any range on it, so the most that happens is he needs to change clothes and/or clean the floor under him. Can also summon tentacles from most surfaces and has some psychic influence to be able to calm people very slightly on touch.

He's *extremely* skinny. Unhealthily so. He deals with regular major depressive episodes that make him not have any appetite.

His favorite food, when he can stomach it, is crab rangoon, but he'll at least try to eat pretty much any seafood if given to him regardless of his appetite.

He doesn't really speak that much if at all. Finds writing and sign language to be easier, especially with the tentacles in the way.

Does do occasional work for Valentino, being able to summon tentacles has its uses in that industry, after all. And thus does have some relation with Angel Dust, albeit limited.

Like the rest he has musical inclinations. His longer, spindly fingers make it easier to play guitar, bass, harp, and piano.

🦈🐺 Gareth: 50% shark regressor, 50% little. Permaregressor as well.

Smallest of the bunch, he stands just a head over Niffty. Takes the form of a spurdog with a cerulean skin tone, complete with a venomous barb in front of his dorsal fins that causes extreme pain and swelling. Almost always wearing a specialized harness set so he doesn't accidentally prick anyone.

Besides his harness, he's usually wearing only a pair of jeans or shorts. Shirts press on the dorsal fin between his shoulders too much.

He was bounced around between the caregivers in the group based on who was the least busy at the time. There was one incident where Valentino pissed him off enough to try and bite a chunk out of him, but the other overlords he's met he got on fine with. Except Alastor, who seemed to only begrudgingly tolerate his presence. (He's a shark regressor, so major dog vibes) And especially Vox, who seemed to absolutely light up, both figuratively and literally, on meeting him.

Doesn't talk much, because he can usually get his point across just fine without words. Does bark and whine like a puppy. And when he does speak his speech patterns are somewhat robotic, unless he's quoting a spoken line, then he'll match the candor of the original speaker.

Favorite foods: jambalaya, black pudding, sweet potatoes, and fried mushrooms with ranch.

And, like the others, he likes to play music. Ocarina and tin/low whistle are his favorite instruments, and so long as he can play a song on either he's happy to do so.

The first one will be the 'lesbians series', which is actually lesbian ships from the series I usually draw.

Since you asked me these, I'll talk about my Dark Souls oc: Leiurus The Scorpion!

7 - Does their name have a meaning?

Leiurus's name is taken from the genus name of the deathstalker scorpion, Leiurus quinquestriatus. My Latin isn't the greatest, but I believe it translates to "smooth tail."

I thought it would be a cool name since it sounds like a plausible old-timey fantasy name while also reflecting how dangerous she is. Lei is a thief who's killed a fair number of people. Her moniker of "The Scorpion" came from her preference for backstabbing with her ever-reliable bandit's knife; a fragile body, but capable of delivering a deadly sting!

9/10 - Do they have a good relationship with their family? If not, why not?

Well, it's a long story, but I'll summarize it here as best as I can.

Her parents were decent caregivers for their time period, but Lei always feared their strict authority and how often (and loudly) they would fight with each other. When she was but nine she suffered three terrible losses in a row: her older brother running away, her father dying, and then her mother being killed by an "unknown assailant" not long after. Her aunt then took her in and raised her with far more kindness than her parents ever gave her, but sadly this wonderful relationship would end in a tragedy that would haunt her for the rest of her mortal and undead life...

Yet Leiurus would soon discover that not all of her family is gone when she reunites with her long lost brother, now going by the name of Trusty Patches!

Unfortunately for her, the two had hardened their hearts too much to ever recapture those same feelings of closeness they had as kids. Add this with nearly being thrown off a bridge and kicked down a hole and Lei can't exactly say she has warm fuzzy feelings over their reunion. If anything it's a goddamn miracle she hasn't killed him for everything he's done. Thieves of a feather stick together, I suppose.

35 - Are they very forgiving?

Leiurus would like to consider herself a forgiving person. As stated above, she was able to forgive Patches for all the grief he caused her. Really it's just people whom she's close to that she's most willing to forgive for their faults. Anyone else would be dependent on her mood, which is often quite sour and unwilling to make peace with those who wronged her.

The one person Lei struggles the most with forgiving is herself. She can't deny that there's a strong bloodlust within her that helps grant her the strength needed to kill, a fact about herself that has left her fearful and guilt-ridden that her soul will be damned for the crimes she's committed. She clings to the idea that she is the Chosen Undead so that she can undo her past sins and finally find a sense of grand purpose in her miserable life.

Scarecrow, Saint Walker & Antonio- it is Extremely difficult to pick between these three. Each of them is just as happy spending time around animals as they are people- more so in Jon's case. Each have and/or have had meaningful connections with an animal. Each would go out of their way to help one. Each are passionate enough to try and convince someone else insert animal here "isn't that bad"- even with bats and birds for Jon, bugs for Bro'Dee, and cats for Antonio. Each respects them as an individual thing more than something for "higher beings" that are "more intelligent" than them.

Fright- Linda wouldn't describe herself as an animal lover (even though she absolutely is.) She certainly admires them, finds interest in the diversity of animals and life's ability to evolve, to adapt specialized features. Sure, maybe she takes painstaking care to make sure her myriad of creepy crawly companions all have exactly what they need- but that's not necessarily love or compassion so much as being a responsible caregiver. And stealing neglected scorpions and tarantulas is just another part of that role.

March Harriet- she adores animals. Unsurprisingly, rabbits are her favorites- but she also loves rats, mice, dogs, hamsters, chinchillas, cats, sugar gliders- oh, and frogs. She loves frogs.

Copperhead- understandably feels more at ease around animals than 99% of humans. He's very content to share a sunning spot with a rattler or float around with some gators, not an ounce of fear in him- but that reptilian territorialism does have him prefer his personal space.

Two-Face- they've never been crazy passionate about animals, but they’re not apathetic about them either. Hell, they have a couple of rescue cats themselves, named Coke and Pepsi. Granted the pair was pretty much an assignment from Selina, but they’ve nevertheless taken care of them. And maybe they've tossed their scraps out for the strays instead of tossing 'em in the bin a few times.

Jackdaw- like Two-Face, she isn't a die hard animal activist but has a fairly positive opinion on animals. She doesn't necessarily have one particular favorite, but she doesn't dislike any as an entire species- more so cussing out a specific roach that's going after her food, scaring off a stray dog so the cat it's chasing can get away, live and let live.

Abe- he's very interested in animals, both ordinary and extraordinary, deriving entertainment from studying them- but he's much more content watching from a distance than directly interacting. Maybe it has something to do with most creatures he interacts with wanting to eat or kill him, but he's perfectly happy studying from the other side of the glass.

Bookworm- he's fine with some animals- individuals and species- but would rather not live with any. Maybe some fish would be fine, but anything else would either get hair everywhere, get into his books, skitter or slither- Like kids, he's much more content to let someone else have them and visit now and again.

Dedan- again, not overly fond of animals- but he doesn't necessarily hate them. Just finds them annoying more often than note, nuisances or another chore to do. Maybe if he was able to slow down, he'd appreciate a cat or dog curled up on his lap, but that's incredibly unlikely.

Salaak- he has surprisingly limited interaction with animals. And almost all of which have been dangerous, aggressive wildlife on alien planets. So, beyond passing interest in a new organism, he doesn't have the best opinion.

Thoth- animals don't care much for him, and the feeling is mutual. Most are loud, messy, unpredictable, needful- unnecessary extra headaches for him to keep track of. He refuses to let even his ibises into his library for a reason.

Regressor Bi-Han & Kuai Liang w/ CG Tomas (Fic)

"Raaaaaaaaaawr!" Tomas shouted as he chased his brother.

Kuai Liang squealed, running into the living room. He ran across the table, using it as a shield as Tomas tried to catch him.

"Awe that is sneaky, brother!" Tomas put his hands on his hip.

"No it isn't!" Kuai Liang shook his head.

"Is too!" Tomas laughed, jumping onto the table.

"No!" Kuai Liang gasped, dodging as Tomas tried to tackle him. "Can't catch me!"

Bi-Han glared at them. He was trying to watch Sesame Street, alone. He didn't like the fact they were loud. He also didn't like the fact that Tomas was giving all his affection to Kuai Liang.

Did he yell at Tomas for trying to baby him? Absolutely. But that didn't mean he didn't want him to! He didn't want cuddles or anything. But he did want Tomas to give him apple juice and sit near him . . . And maybe cuddle him.

How dare his actions have consequences. >:(

"Go away!" Bi-Han shouted, swatting in their direction.

"Are we being too loud, Bi-Han?" Tomas asked, grabbing Kuai Liang and wrestling him to the ground. Kuai Liang giggled and fought him back. "Hey! You little- Are we louder than the tv, Bi?"

It wasn't often that Tomas watched over his brothers anymore. Nowadays Harumi watched Kuai Liang, and Sareena watched Bi-Han. But when they were busy, Tomas was their go to babysitter! The girls were having a girls day, plus Hanzo, today anyways, so the timing was perfect!

He had helped them regress when they were young, as they had done for him. Tomas liked watching his brothers. Just as much as he adored being watched by them!

He'd miss how grumpy Bi-Han could get. Or when Kuai Liang wanted to be michieves and try to blame it on whatever toy of the day. Really, he just liked hanging out with his brothers, without the fighting.

"Move," Bi-Han shoed them away again.

"Bi's being no fun," Kuai Liang pouted, pinching Tomas's arm.

"Ow!" Tomas hissed, unwrapping his brother from his headlock. Kuai Liang giggled and ran into the kitchen. "Kuai! That's cheating!"

"No it isn't!"

"Sorry about the noise, Bi. We'll try to keep it down, okay?" Tomas smiled, Bi-Han just huffed and turned his head.

Tomas ruffled Bi-Han's hair before jogging after Kuai Liang. Bi-Han watched him go. No! Tomas wasn't suppose to leave! He was suppose to stay and sit next to him, getting bored of Kuai Liang's chase. Or Kuai Liang should be getting tired by now. Wanting to nap on the couch.

Bi-Han looked back at his show. He didn't wanna watch Sesame Street anymore. Not that he had been watching it at all. He pouted earlier at every show Tomas suggested, so he put something he personally watched while small. It wasn't bad . . . But it wasn't Ruby Gloom.

Bi-Han didn't like Ruby Gloom either though. He only watched it because Sareena liked watching it. Which usually meant he got cuddles and goldfish.

"Get off the counter," Tomas said, carefully watching as Kuai Liang balanced himself on the kitchen counter. Kuai Liang giggled, shaking his head. "No, this is very dangerous. We don't climb on things that we can fall from."

"You jumped on the table," Kuai Liang pointed out.

"Very different scenario, Kuai," Tomas said sternly. Kuai Liang deflated at his tone. "Come on, I'll help you down."

Tomas picked his brother up, setting him carefully on the ground. Kuai Liang immediately sprinted to the pantry closet, looking at all the snacks.

"You getting hungry?" Tomas asked, Kuai Liang nodded in response. "I can order some food. Does McDonald's sound okay?"

"I want . . . fruit!"

"I don't think fruits in the pantry," Tomas chuckled, shutting the pantry. "Fruits in the fridge. How about you go fetch some?"

Kuai Liang got up, waddled to the fridge. He liked fruit, especially strawberries! But pineapple was really good too. And blueberries when they were in season! And-

"Tomaaaaaaaaaas!!" Bi-Han shouted, stopping Kuai Liang's thoughts.

Tomas stuck his head through the open doorway, "What's up, Bi?"

"Change it," Bi-Han pointed to the screen.

"Can I hear a please?" Tomas asked.

Bi-Han glared at him in reply.

"Bi-Bi, you've gotta be nice," Kuai Liang said, moving to Tomas's side. "Otherwise 'Reena's gonna know."

Bi-Han grumbled at this fact. Tomas was not against calling either of their caregivers if they were misbehaving. It usually got them to stop whatever they were doing quickly, not wanting a lecture or timeout.

"Don't want it no more," Bi-Han pointed to the screen again. "Change it."

"Alright, alright," Tomas rolled his eyes, walking over and grabbing the remote. "Whatcha wanna watch?"

Bi-Han stayed silent. He didn't really wanna watch cartoons right now. But he also didn't wanna be up and running around like Kuai Liang.

Tomas waited for Bi-Han to give some sort of name suggestion or a site. When none came, he went onto Netflix, scrolling through some shows. He didn't want Kuai Liang to get impatient and try to cut the fruit himself. He could probably do it with a hand guiding him, but Tomas still didn't want to chance it.

"There's a ton of good shows on here, Bi. You want a bigger kid show with some plot in it? Or maybe a smaller show? Disney has Bluey if you wanna-

"Wait!" Bi-Han frowned, pointing to the tv.

"Octonauts?" Tomas asked, receiving a small nod.

Bi-Han didn't care for Octonauts, but Tomas and Kuai Liang liked it. So maybe they'd stop chasing each other and come hang out with him.

Luckily, the show did seem to catch Kuai Liang's attention.

"I wanna watch!" Kuai Liang gasped, rushing over and sitting beside Bi-Han.

Bi-Han gently rested his head against Tomas's shoulder, looking at the tv. Tomas patted his head before moving to stand up. Earning an upset look from the oldest brother.

"I know, but I've gotta go get Kuai Liang his fruit! I'll get you some too," Tomas offered. "Is there any other snack you wanna have?"

". . . Fishies," Bi-Han mumbled.

"Fishies? Goldfishies?" Tomas double-checked, Bi-Han nodded. "Alright, I'll get some goldfish. Kuai?"

"No thank you!" Kuai Liang shouted. Bi-Han nudged him lightly. "Oh! Sorry."

"Don' be loud," Bi-Han mumbled.

Kuai Liang nodded, laying down, moving his head to Bi-Han's lap. Bi-Han didn't completely mind, beginning to play with his brother's hair.

They were definitely going to have a cuddle fest when Tomas came back though. Per to Bi-Han's silent request . . . order.

American record producer Keith Olsen died age 74. He worked with many artists including Rick Springfield, Fleetwood Mac, Ozzy Osbourne, the Grateful Dead, Whitesnake, Pat Benatar, Heart, Santana, Foreigner, Scorpions, Magnum, Journey, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Joe Walsh, and Eric Burdon & the Animals.

2016 - Pop Records

A study by The Journal of Advanced Nursing reported that pop records set a bad example by portraying ageing and old people in a negative light, focusing on dying and physical decline. Researchers trawled the musical archives from the 1930s to the present day for any tracks mentioning old age. The majority, 55 out of 76 songs, focused on 'bad' aspects of ageing. The Beatles and Elton John featured on the 'negative list', along with Pulp and The Who.

2012 - Jerry Lee Lewis

76-year-old Jerry Lee Lewis married for the seventh time when he wed his caregiver Judith Brown. Lewis split from his sixth wife, Kerrie McCarver, in 2004 after twenty years of marriage. Brown, who was 14 years younger than Lewis, was previously married to the star's cousin Rusty.

2007 - Brad Delp

Brad Delp lead singer of US rock band Boston committed suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning in at his home in the New Hampshire town of Atkinson. He died from the smoke of two charcoal grills he’d lit inside his sealed master bathroom. He was found by police lying on a pillow on his bathroom floor with a note paper-clipped to his shirt which read: "Mr. Brad Delp. I am a lonely soul." Boston had the 1977 UK No.22 single 'More Than A Feeling' and the 1986 US No.1 single 'Amanda.'

1987 - U2

U2 released their fifth studio album The Joshua Tree which features the singles 'Where The Streets Have No Name', and 'I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For'. Bob Dylan started a ten week run at No.1 on the UK chart with John Wesley Harding. Field Trip to the Field Museum (Chicago, IL)

Hello! I recently went to the Field Museum, and I decided to write a little self-insert imagine fic where the reader is an age regresser and the author is their caregiver. I really liked doing this, so I’ll probably do it again next time I go somewhere fun! 😊 All pictures were taken by me, and there are two temporary exhibits that have only one picture each to respect that they aren’t permanent features of the museum. Also, heads up, this includes pictures of dinosaur bones, taxidermied animals and a brief, simple discussion about mortality. Under the cut ‘cause it’s a long post. Hope you enjoy! 😁

You’re right, sweetheart! There it is! Are you excited?

Oh, no, don’t worry, we’re not driving away. We just have to go around the museum to park. And that gives us time to listen to another song! What should we listen to?

My goodness, I always forget how big it is! What do you think, sweetheart? I know, it’s very busy today. Do you want to sit for a minute? Okay, but if you need a break, you can always tell me.

Alrighty, why don’t we look at the elephants? I know, they’re so big! Hm, I think the elephants would be a good meeting spot. So if we lose each other, we can both go to the elephants and find each other again. I know you have your phone, sweetie, this is just to be extra safe. I know, I know, I’m a silly worry-wart. Okay, where should we go first?

Ooh, we’re gonna learn all about sea creatures! Some of them are still swimming around in the ocean, and some of them are extinct like the dinosaurs. Oh, you’re right, my little smarty. The ocean’s so deep, we don’t know for sure what’s down there. But we THINK these creatures are extinct. I wish this great big salamander was still around, though. He’s so cool! Oh my goodness, look at this tooth! It came from a megalodon - the biggest shark that ever existed! How much do you think the Tooth Fairy would give her for one? Ha, this is a little funny. This little manta ray is extinct, but this great big one still lives in Australia. Usually it’s the little ones that are still around! And these horseshoe crabs are the same way! Now, what’s this? Oh my goodness, it’s a colossal squid tentacle! We’re lucky, very few people get to see one in real life. Ah, looks like this is the end. That was so interesting!

Are you sure you want to go to this exhibit? I mean, you already know all your colors, right? Oh, oh no, it’s okay sweetheart, I’m only teasing, don’t cry- Hey, where did those tears go so quickly? Were you teasing ME? Oh, you silly thing!

Look at all this beautiful red! So many red animals and red plants, just gorgeous… Ooh, and these orange things… I think I like this yellow area the best. It makes me feel like we’re out in the sun! Oh, you like the green? It DOES look like a forest, you’re right! But blue is still my favorite color - look, tiny little robin eggs! And the purple is just beautiful… Is that the end of the exhibit? Whoa! Ultraviolet? Really? Look, sweetheart, the black light is making the white parts of my shirt glow! Isn’t this cool? Here, press this button! You see, the scorpion is a dark color, but he glows white in ultraviolet light! I changed my mind, THIS part is my favorite! Over here there’s black, and white, and black and white together! And- oh my goodness, look at these rainbow colors!

Oh, that was amazing! I’m glad you picked it, sweetheart, I liked it very much.

Look how high up we are! Maximo could give you a kiss right on the nose if he wanted to! Are you having fun? I’m glad.

Oh, so cool! A little scary, too… Are you doing okay? Oh, I know you’re brave, sweet thing. Even brave people get scared sometimes. I bet even dinosaurs could get scared! Oh, not this one? Maybe. He does look pretty fierce, huh?

Ooh! The Apatosaurus swallowed the rocks and they helped digest his food! But that wouldn’t work for you, would it? So the rocks better stay out of your tummy! Yes, if you were a dinosaur it would be okay… Of course I’d still love you if you were a dinosaur!

Look how cloudy the city is! I’m glad we’re not outside right now. But maybe we’ll visit the city on a sunnier day. Would you like that?

This is my favorite dinosaur! I’m not sure why, actually. It’s not the biggest or the strongest or the scariest, but I still think it’s really cool. It’s got a funny name - think you can say Parasaurolophus? And scientists think it used the crest on its head to make noise! Do you have a favorite dino, sweetheart?

There she is! Sue’s one of the best T-Rex fossils ever found! Pretty cool, huh? We know from the bones that a lot of stuff happened to her - she got hurt a lot. But she was a fighter! Just like you, right? Here, lemme take your picture with her!

I think this is my favorite part of the museum. This is where the stuffed animals are- yeah, like your plushies! Only these are REAL animals, not cotton and fluff. They used to be alive, and now they aren’t. You’re right, it is kind of sad. But it’s also kind of happy too. These animals help scientists learn new things, and artists come from all over to draw them and paint them, and everyone who visits gets to see how amazing they are. It’s sad that they’re dead, but it’s happy to think about when they were alive. Are you ready to go in?

You’re right, they’re deer! Just like we see sometimes when we’re driving! The papa deer is watching for predators while the mama deer helps the baby find food. They take good care of their baby, don’t they?

Oh my goodness! It’s a good thing your teddy isn’t that big. There’d be no room in the bed for you! You’re right, he does look cuddly. But if we saw a bear like him walking around, we wouldn’t get this close. Because bears are very strong, and they might hurt us if we got too close. Oh no, it’s not mean, sweetheart. The bear wants to protect himself. He doesn’t know how nice we are. Well, giving him food wouldn’t be the best idea either… It’s okay, sweetie. Sometimes the nicest thing to do is give someone their space.

Wow, I always forget that moose are this big! Moose? Mooses? Hm, I’m not sure what to call more than one. What do you think?

Look at that bear cub riding piggyback! Isn’t that silly? And you’re right, the big bear’s face is silly too! What do you think he’s eating? Maybe bugs? No, not “ew”, it’s good for the bear. Everyone needs to eat, and sometimes they eat things that are a little different. No big deal.

Oh, speaking of eating, I’m hungry! What about you?

We can eat right next to the animals. Now, let me get the food out… Sweetheart, stay over here please. I know you want to look at the seals, but you’re going to get crumbs on the floor! We can look at them after we eat, okay? Thank you, sweetie.

Mall AU scene setting balony.

Big post for the major characters (well. just my personal favorite characters) in my babychild Mall AU since I actually kinda wanna do more with it lol

If you have maybe an idea for a ficlet (Like @anonymous-dentist 's series of knapity getting together (pt 1 / 2 / 3) just shoot me a dm abt the idea and ill help talk thru the concept to keep things at least a little consistent but I most likely won't say no!!!

- Set in a coastal town in Oregon (but a fake one. Like how Stephan King does it)

- Population is just slightly above “everyone knows everyone”, but everyone at least knows someone who knows someone you don’t know

- Aside from the beach, the mall is like the Big Attraction which is why so many people flock to work there as their first job

Quackity (Manager at Spencer’s)

- In the foster system most of his life after being taken away from his parents as a kid

- Bonded with Tubbo extremely fast and was honestly more of a parent to him than their actual foster parents

- Foster parents passed in an accident, after a month of confusing legal junk he & Tubbo were left a house on the oregon coast and Quackity was made Tubbo’s sole caregiver

- He was given a year (the length the house was prepaid off to) to prove he could be a reliable caregiver

- Met Schlatt a couple months into the move, the two started going out almost immediately

- Schlatt was very possessive and only let Q hang around people he “approved of” (those being Schlatt’s own friends, one of which being Wilbur)

- Despite the downhill of the relationship Schlatt was helping with payments on the house and keeping everything in order so Quackity could remain in care of Tubbo so Q kinda just put up with everything

- Two years into the relationship Schlatt ended up dying bc [bro idk he just dies i dont care enough to sort this out]

- Despite rarely seeing eye-to-eye, Wilbur was quick to step in and help Quackity find his footing. He offered him a job at the HT in the mall, but Quackity ended up getting the manager position at the Spencer’s through chance.

- Is still scarred and blinded in his left eye, but not as intensely. Got it from a less-than-ideal foster family prior to his one with Tubbo.

- Gets a new piercing every time there’s a crisis in his life

- A couple of tattoos here and there (Most significant are the golden wings on his back)

- Occasional stress smoker but not an addict

- Wasn’t actually aware poly was a thing before Sapnap & Karl came along

- Has psychosis but is slowly starting to manage it better

- Ossium is his pet Python, has a pet deathstalker scorpion as well

- Despite his complaining, he really does appreciate Sam’s parental-ish care for him since he’s not very used to the concept

Sapnap (Disney Store)

- Adopted by BBH when he was 8

- Met Dream and George when he was 10 and decided at that moment they would be his besties forever. He has very much held true to this.

- Eryn was adopted into the family when he was 12. He dedicated his life to caring for him.

- Ended up becoming pretty close with Wilbur bc of their brother’s friendship

- Is also just generally close with Tommy and hangs out with him a lot on their breaks

- Applied to work at Vans in the mall pretty much the second he turned 18

- Became the asst. manager like 7 months in

- Has abandonment anxiety so he likes to hold people’s hands a Lot

- Runs hot naturally

- Has a pet skunk named Sketchers that he got for free from some guy on the beach (stink gland removed)

- Proposes to Karl & Q daily. They’re not sure if he’s serious. (He is.)

- Does fencing + archery for fun

- Volunteers on weekends to help rehab ex-military dogs

- Drives a bright orange two door jeep wrangler

- Really good with kids and gets lots of compliments at the Disney Store

- Soft-banned (aka not actually banned, Hannah just gives him a mean look) from Yankee Candle for trying to steal something 

- Used to play drums in a band with D&G, still messes around on his kit sometimes

Karl (Manager at the Disney Store)

- Parents are important political figures of [fake New York city here]

- Book Nerd ! Book Nerd !

- Worked at a disney store in his hometown but a really good manager promotion led him to packing up and moving across the country

- Rarely talks abt his own problems so he kinda just listens to everyone else’s

- Feels bad for Quackity so he never takes issues with letting Tubbo stay over if Q has to avoid spending money on other basic necessities to keep up with house payments

- Is very nosy but has a charm that kinda makes people wanna rant abt their problems to him

- Loves his HT job, is very bitter towards his friends who chose other places in the same damn mall to work instead of working with him

- Jokingly calls Phil “dad”, unclear if him saying he’s twins with Techno is a joke or if he’s tricked himself into fully believing it despite to age gap

Tommy (Build-a-Bear)

- Started working at BaB when he wasn’t even old enough

- Sam just likes him a lot and fell victim to the puppy dog eyes

- Applied to the lego store first bc he wanted to work with Eryn. Refuses to shop there now after being rejected

- Barely ever actually in the store if he’s not on the clock. Loves bothering Sapnap specifically

- Unironically calls Phil dad but tells everything it’s totally ironic

- Doesn’t rlly gaf abt his lack of an actual parent and is cool with just having Wilbur around

- Rivalry with Dream that he’s not sure how it started but loves to encourage it

- Is also soft-banned from Yankee Candle

Tubbo (Manager of most of the food court places)

- Most of his life prior to moving to the town is a blur in his mind

- Kinda shuts out the past and just focuses on his happiness living with Quackity

- No one is sure how he ended up as the manager of most of the food court places. And he will never tell.

- Didn’t have a lot of chances to make friends before moving so he grips pretty tightly to the ones he has now

- Michael is a pig BaB he got with Ranboo

- Really wants to get a matching tattoo w/ Q

Charlie (Spencer’s)

- Didn’t have a huge plan for how his life was supposed to go so when Q called and said “my life sucks please move here”, he moved!

- Very charming loved by basically everyone

Sam (Manager at Build-a-Bear)

- Had a very lonely life for a while

- Was basically like a dad to a lot of people but never had someone to Truly care abt bc everyone always had someone else

- Met Q through Tommy and they got along pretty well from the start

- Sam could tell Q was going thru things just based on his behaviors so he started doting on him (asking if he’d eaten, constantly doing check-ins, driving him around if he felt too anxious to do so himself)

- Gave Q his old car

- Has a…. Thing. with Ponk and Foolish. No one can describe their Thing. No one dares try.

- Very particular about the way the store looks
