So today's morning meditation practice was about Wabi Sabi which means to find beauty in imperfections. Whether it's a physical flaw like a scar or crack or a character flaw like a temper. Whatever the "flaw" is, cherish it. Embrace it. It's what makes you, you! You are truly unique and whole. So today (and everyday) celebrate those little imperfections. I know I've got a lot of them.
