HAIR ; learn to do a hairstyle rly well so that then u can have a signature go-to hairstyle that looks pretty and looks neat. some neat hair styles include

NAILS ; grow out ur nails and use a clear polish to prevent the nails from breaking. also, file the nails in the shape that u want so that then ur nails can look polished and beautiful.
LESS IS MORE ; if ur going for a clean and polished look, less is more in ur makeup so keep things simple. not only for makeup but for skincare, keeping things simple removes stress from you and frees up your time for other things as well.
TOUCH UPS ; carry some lip palm, hand lotion, extra mascara, perfume etc around with you so that then u can do touch ups throughout the day and keep your appearance polished at all times. i do touch ups during my classes at school bcuz school air is brutal sometimes.

im a silly teenager who loves pink, anime and self improvement.. starting my glowup/looksmaxxing journey and im going to update about it to you guys here and on my tiktok @futurebillionarexo! ((i broke my phone though so im not updating on there in a while..) i feel very self conscious about myself especially at school so im very determined to change that♡. i will update at LEAST weekly in here about my goals and how i am feeling currently about this journey..
My goals for my looksmaxxing journey:
lose 10kg (im a little overweight currently so(╥_╥)
read atleast 10 pages per day (A PHYSICAL ONE NOT FANFICTION OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.)
go for a run atleast once a week (im a really bad runner so i want to change that)
practise piano everyday (i have been slacking off on my piano homework lately...)
pray/manifest every evening✎ (❁ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈) ༉‧ ♡*.✧
eat sweets only on fridays
my makeup routine will only consist of concealer on my undereyes and natural-like lashes. (im trying to use less makeup to fix my skin and save money!)
stretch every morning for 5 minutes
go to sleep at 10pm or 10.30
get a job or a some way to get money so i can afford new skincare products and stuff

Getting into skin care can be really overwhelming, with everyone telling you what to do, which products to use, and what you're doing wrong. Here you have some easy tips to improve your skin! <3
Wash your face twice a day. Once in the morning + once at night.
Stop picking your skin. It never really helps anyways.
Wash your hands more often.
Buy a silk pillowcase. Also great for your hair!
Use SPF daily. No excuses here.
Don't touch your face too much.
Wash your makeup brushes. At least once a week, come ooon!
Don't over-exfoliate your skin.
Find out what your skin type is.
Don't wear makeup at home. Letting the skin breathe yk?
If you have sensitive skin, try Korean skincare.
Go easy on the sugar. Helped me a lot! :)

it’s really severe and bad, and my parents don’t take me seriously, so isotretinoin is a no go.
im currently working a part time job, so i have some money saved for myself, and i saw your post about skincare.
could you please recommend the top products you think i could use? i don’t want to wait another 2 years so i can finally go to a dermatologist for myself.

so, if you have some money, and want results but you can’t get to a dermatologist, here are the best products i think could be used for acne prone skin.
-Cleanser: La Roche Posay Effaclar micro exfoliate cleanser.
-Toner: Effaclar toner, Caudalie Vinopure toner
-Serum: Effaclar Salicylic acid serum, or, (if you are starting or have never used retinol) La Roche Posay B Retinol. (Retinol can be very effective but it’s very harmful if not used properly. If you want advice ask me)
-Moisturizer: Effaclar Isobiome moisturizer and Effaclar Duo M+
-Exfoliate: Garnier BHA 3 in 2.
-SPF: ISDIN waterfusion (tinted or not tinted)
Always remember to exfoliate every day if you have oily or acne prone skin. This will help renovate the skin and it complements perfectly with retinol. And always use SPF, even if it rains or it’s cloudy.

WHO WAS GONNA TELL ME THAT ANTIBIOTIC/ CORTICOSTEROID OINTMENTS WILL SOLVE 85:90 % OF MY ACNE PROBLEMS????? 🙂 fr it's the 3rd day and I'm already noticing the difference!!!!!
Literally all I did is stopping all the products, washing my face and adding the ointment, and trying to drink at least 1 liter of water a day (Bec it helps)

how to treat yourself on a budget

I often get comments about my self-care routines being unrealistic, and I get it; not everyone can afford a facial, a professional massage, or some fancy lush products, so here I have a guide on how to tread yourself on a lower budget! <3
Got some oats and a banana? Great, try the oatmeal banana face mask! Mash a banana, add some honey, and add your oats; let that soak for a while, and put it on your face! (link down below)
Exfoliate, shave and put coconut oil on your legs. It will feel amazing.
Make yourself a green tea, and once your tea is done, put the tea bags on your eyes, it helps with dark circles, and you will feel great!
Make a new playlist with your favorite songs.
Slice up some cucumber and put the slices on your face; I don't know if it actually does something, but I've seen it In movies, and it looks fun.
Make a smoothie; my favorite is banana, frozen raspberries, and coconut milk! :)
Drink a lot of water.
Look for a yoga or stretching routine on youtube; my favorite is the Pamela Reif 30 stretching routine <3 (link down below)

for my skincare girlies: i’m going to help you get your skin healthier than ever.
i’m currently studying medicine. my aim is to become a dermatologist and/or chemist to work for a pharmaceutical/ medical/ cosmetic company or entrepreneur my own.
i’m an acneic person. i started getting breakouts when i was 11. this led me to several different types of problems, such as depression and mental health issues, which just made my breakouts worse.
if you have acne and don’t want to start with isotretinoin, (dercutane, roacutan in spain) (dk how to say it in english) try using:
-If you have severe acne: EFFACLAR line by La Roche Posay.
-Less severe acne: Vinopure line by Caudalie. CeraVe. Biretrix line by Cantabria Labs.
-Combination of skins/ dry skin: Nuxe. CeraVe.
The routines should be like this:
Morning:
-Cleanser
-Toner
-Serum (not necessary)
-Moisturizer
-Spf not lower than 15.
Night:
-Cleanser
-Toner
-Serum
-Moisturizer
-Vaseline for the lips, lash serum, face masks etc.
I also recommend, if you have acne, DONT, under no circumstances, wear your makeup without your skincare routine beforehand, AND DONT GO TO BED WITHOUT CLEANING YOUR MAKEUP.
Makeup is not recommended btw. If you want to wear foundation, use better a tinted spf.
Never listen to influencers. They’re always paid to promote the products. Listen to dermatologists instead, they’ve studied 6 years of medicine and 4 years of residency. Don’t forget that.
And remember, this takes time, money, pain and patience. But let’s do it together this 2024. Follow me for more tips and advice.
