Why focus on a bad situation, when you can use the love/beauty/goodness in your life to get you through it. Worrying about change, resisting change, all of these things can make it hard to stay focused or stress free. Once you start focusing on change as a part of life, appreciating the beauty behind it, you will find that inner peace.
