Lovrina from Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

Next gen 3 Pokemon girl up is the genius scientist and Cipher Admin: Lovrina. I don't remember much from Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness from when it first came out, but I do remember this spunky little scientist (and Mirror B).

Perhaps some of the most contrasting vibes coming from our contestants here, will that make it easier to choose?

Zinzolin began as one of the Seven Sages of Team Plasma, helping N and Ghetsis with their plan to take over the Unova region. His bigger role came in Black 2 and White 2, however, with Zinzolin being the sole remaining member of the Seven Sages still working with the group! He leads the mission on Opelucid City towards the end of the game, and gets in the player's way multiple times too. A harsh man with a spiteful personality, he's not particularly pleasant, and despite his stated dislike of the cold, he wields a team of Ice Types. Has his coldness left an impression on you?

Beware, Lovrina isn't as sweet as she looks! As one of her own grunts says, the head of research and development for Cipher is nothing short of terrifying! An egotistical young woman, she always gets what she wants, and will straight up bully anyone who doesn't yield to her. It's her research that allows Cipher to create their most deadly creation yet, XD001- a Shadow Lugia. Her strategy in battle is simple- she loves to use Attract! She can be infuriating and difficult, but she's loyal to the cause and a deadly member of the Cipher Admin staff, making her a villain to remember.

This article addresses pokémon abuse within the Unova Police Force.

It's no secret that pokémon working with the UPD have a history of being unnaturally violent. The leak of February 28th brought light as to why.

While the precise process of creating a shadow pokémon hasn't been revealed to the public, its inventor described it as "shutting the door to their hearts". Shadow pokémon were found to show heavy signs of trauma, often struggled to show any emotion at all, and would not sleep, eat or drink unless prompted by their handler.

Any practice that involves "Shutting off a pokémon's emotions" has since been deemed abuse and criminalized worldwide.

Among the files, we've found emails aimed at new recruits, instructing to "suppress" their pokémon's emotions.
