last year my mum said I have the same round face as Tintin so I should cosplay him. unfortunately she was right. I'm even the same height as him at 5"6 🥲

I went to comic con with my mate @tenderlyhands! They're cosplaying Midas Papos, a Greek merchant from the 1961 live action film Tintin and the Golden Fleece. He basically shows up, seriously serves with his amazing button up, gets told his friend died then is immediately shot. guy deserves a break so he went to comic con after recovering I guess

#like not reallyyyy #bc I think he fired Steph bc he was no longer desperately lonely and the ‘cons’ to working with her (ie reminds me of my dead son) were #suddenly a lot more obvious #but from Steph’s pov she has no fucking clue what could have brought this on #she’s entirely out of the loop when it comes to BW: murderer/fugitive #she just gets ghosted and then fired and told it’s because she’s just never going to be good enough #which must feel like such BS - he came to her #she points that out. but still she has no way of knowing if it is the truth or not #anyway it was random and cruel and pointless and ESPECIALLY those things from Steph’s limited POV #to her it very well might’ve been bc he was bored #anyway sorry I feel like I’m always rehashing like 5 Steph talking points but whatevs #stephanie brown #bruce wayne #it’s worse because it’s tender. it’s worse because they bonded and were friendly and Steph looked up to him. it’s worse because they’re both #lonely and alone and they felt less alone working together.

Update! A kind soul over on twitter let me know that there are pretty reliable AI art checkers online, that have been developed by people specialising in AI and machine learning!

An NYT article also talks about the pros and cons of a number of them.

I tested all the 3 free open access sites (Illuminarty, Optic AI or Not, Umm-Maybe) and only Illuminarty and Optic AI or Not gave consistent results on both art and photographs.

I'll put the links below so anyone can go and check for whichever art they want to (download the original images from tumblr posts, and upload them)

These are the results :

Optic flagged it as AI immediately.

But Illuminarty had very interesting aspect : when I uploaded the full image, AI probability was 10%. but, on cropping out the bottom of the image (jacket) the probability jumped to 73.9%

This is consistent with my original comment on the art here

My limited understanding of these programs indicate that they scan the entire image including all the individual pixels. AI programs like Stable Diffusion, Mid Journey, DallE all leave signal artifacts when they process an image, which is then left on the final pic generated!

Compare these two @/skykashi original arts, that are immediately flagged as human made.

And now I get to my favourite AI art bro in the fandom @madasama! I commend you for admitting that you not only use AI, but are proud of producing a large number of "real" arts in such a short time!

I'm still learning about Transformers and not all that up to date on the lore currently - the only transformers related thing I've completed from start to finish is Rescue Bots (not including RB Academy because I don't like the art style) - but is it stated in cannon how old the bots are or how they age??

I know in TFP Bumblebee is considered a fledging if you will when compared to Optimus, and the fandom joke about Ratchet being an old man (which he is-) but what's the general age if they have any? Like is Ratchet older than Optimus?? In human years would Ratchet be in his late forties/early fifties?? I just want to know what the general headcannon is for TFP, because all I know is Bee is considered one of the youngest of the team while Ratchet is one of the more older guys alongside Optimus

So if we were ranking bots from oldest to youngest Optimus and Ratchet would be on the older end, Bee would be at the younger end, but where does the fandom place Bulkhead, Arcee, Wheeljack and the others at??

Dentist didn’t give me media options today and the tv was playing some kind of US army vs aliens type movie which usually I don’t care for at all for multiple reasons. But they lost all their modern ships and had to rev up a retired steam powered battleship as a last ditch effort and I have to admit that’s kind of cool... having to face against super tech with a single retired steam ship...
