LU Update! So welcome back to the analysis corner with me!

We have another LU update! Called Moving forward we see the heroes leave the town and make their way to the location that Sky found. With learning a little more about the team as a whole.

With 10 pages there's a lot of information to work through so I hope you are sitting comfortably

So before we get started im just gonna say that the brain cell is pinging around this lot so much that I'm bound to miss some stuff. But I shall try my best to get everything I wanna say said.

I can understand the concern from the captain, as a captain from the army during a time of war secrets are dangerous. He's probably thinking if Twilight has concealed this what else has he concealed.

And then we get snarky wars again

I missed the snarky captain, he's wonderful.

Also the line about double duty, Come on captain, you know full well that patrol is an important part of a group dynamic like this.

This also confirms that the group have had encounters with monsters outside of what we've seen. As the line from wars about missing fights implies that they've fought a bunch of stuff. But we've only really seen wolfie in a fight back in the sunset arc.

Twilight fondly mentioning Midna, I'm so proud of him.

These two are the goddamn brothers ever and I love them dearly. Also, the knowledge we are about to be given about how this works is very exciting.

Twilight thinking Wild had more than two brain cells. I love him. And the hug? The hug gives me life.

Also the captain, the captain is a point to talk about here. This feels like an accusatory sentence. The "You dont say?"

Legend, why are you so grumpy about this? Like he looks angry to hear this.

Four thinking about the implications of this sentence. I can literally hear the brain cell bouncing as it pings from hero to hero as they try to figure out this time travel thing.

Wind is a small bean as well look at him. The youngest I love the eyes.

Ahh, so thats the explanation. A spirit wolf that helped guide him on his journey which he trusted so much that he thought that the wolf he saw here was just another spirit until twi changed in front of him.

But this line from him is so sad. "Right after my resurrection" and "we both would have known the grave." This feels like as a person wild is at peace with it but doesn't want others to have to go through what he did. He's a chill dude and i love him for that to be honest.

Meanwhile, my blorbo Sky is out here trying to get actual work done. This is 10/10 the sksw dousing experience if you've not played it. You just swing the sword around while it pings at you until you eventually find what you are looking for.

Fi is trying her best.

Lads all of you need to remember that not all of you have had things that perform transformation magic. Im surprised (But also not surprised) That Time doesn't have anything to say about this. Like my man has used a tone of different transformation masks that change him into various different things and has one that turns him into a god.

The magic users ganging up on the non-magic users, like please behave.

Ahh Time, Time is the disappointed old man that has to coral a bunch of kids. And Wild is like the most kid of them all. (Tell me why I'd love to know! :D) (Which makes sense if we take LU to be at most a few months after the end of his game. Wild would be 18 at most.)

Feels bad for twi man he earned that title and to have it reduced to just some guy.

Wild is gonna get told off by Time if he ain't careful, that's his blood descendant right there and we all know he has a soft spot for him.

This is important, because I'm pretty sure most of them did at one point.

Another thing that appears to be a constant amongst the team is the need to conceal an identity. Either from them or them to others.

I'm not versed in all of their games so I can't go into full details but these guys ain't the only ones. Pretty much all of them have. The spirit of courage does love secrets, doesn't it?

Now this depends on what exactly Sky was dousing, was he dousing the portal, the helmet outside the portal? The postman even?

My money is on the helmet outside the portal, so that Dink came back into this timeline to retrieve it before leaving. But I may be incorrect on that account because Fi is able to track people as well as objects (Sksw would often have you tracking Zelda directly)

I was wondering how they were going to do it. But with Twilight able to track it they'll be able to use a combination of dousing and him sniffing out Dink's scent to be able to find him no matter where he might be.

It's so distinct, twilight you know by saying that you're gonna have some of these guys asking questions. Just wait for the next campfire story time it's gonna come up.

I can see Wind and Twilight having a conversation like this.

"What does Dink smell like?" "What?" "You heard me."

I wonder if we are gonna have a four and Twilight conversation about this, with four's past he's understandably worried about the use of dark magic in one of his friends.

I'm glad Hyrule is coming in for his defence and all but 5 minutes ago Hyrule you were with Legend and saying to Wild that there's a load of items that do it.

Please tell me about your sexy dragon dick headcanons, please, I am begGING

Ok I need to preface this by saying I believe in both dick and pussy supremacy in hot men. Lu Woh has whatever is more convenient to bully at the moment.

For the dick side, first of all I think he should have two because hes a dragon, and I think they should be ridged and have glowing markings. I'm 50/50 on it being more flexible than the human dick, because it can be hot but it heavily depends on the context.

If his dick ends up more erune inspired than dragon, i will not include the hooks/barbs that induce heat in cats but man has to have the knot and maybe some small barbs.

Regardless of form, size is also something relevant. He's not too thick, but he every length has its own merits:

catching flights

luca fantilli x reader word count: 1.5k warnings: none :) just fluff a/n: unedited and first writing in a while. I needed something to force the writers block out of me :')

You anxiously drummed your fingers against your arm rest as you glanced out the window for what felt like the millionth time. It had been about 10 minutes since the flight attendant announced that the plane would be landing soon, instructing everyone to fasten their seatbelts. However, it wasn't the landing that had your heart pounding.

You hadn't seen your family or your boyfriend, Luca, in 5 months. Originally, you had been ecstatic to embark on your study abroad trip to France. But you had been entirely unprepared for how much you would miss the people back home, Luca especially.

Having moved from your home in New York to Michigan for college, you were accustomed to being distanced from your family. However, you'd been with Luca almost everyday for the past year and a half. While you two had never navigated a long distance relationship, you were both confident your relationship could survive the trip.

You had planned the whole thing out, scheduling FaceTime dates often and promising to update each other pictures throughout the week (yours were admittedly a lot more interesting). Luca even had flowers delivered to you from a local florist in France on multiple occasions. Your love didn't dwindle with the distance, but it was the smaller things the two of you didn't account for prior to the trip.

Both of you struggled with the time difference, of course, but being without each others support on the hard days was the most difficult part. You couldn't go curl up in Luca's bed after a bad day, or meet him for coffee during your class break. There were no pregame naps or post win parties to be had. But the absolute worst part was missing hockey playoffs.

Luca was always incredibly hard on himself after a loss, and the playoffs only amplified this. You had to watch through your phone screen as he broke down after losing in the championship. You didn't think it could get worse than the lose to Quinnipiac the year before, but somehow it had. You did your best to comfort him from afar, but it shattered your heart seeing his pain and being unable to just be there. Not only did it pain you to see Luca's defeat, but the rest of the boys as well. The team had become your family, most of the boys even referred to you as 'mom', and you hated being unable to comfort them.

After that night in April, time seemed to go by a little quicker, and you were now finally headed home. You had begun counting down the days until your return the second your plane landed in France. And, despite him chastising you for this, so had Luca. But the day had finally come, and Luca would be waiting to pick you up and the airport.

He had texted you that morning to let you know he'd be picking you up instead of your mom. To say you were excited would be a drastic understatement. Originally, he wasn't going to be able to come see you in New York until 2 weeks after your arrival because of a golf trip with 'the boys'. But, in his words, he "missed you too much". So he skipped the trip to come welcome you home instead.

The plane landed at the airport right on schedule, and you quickly grabbed your carry-on before making your way to baggage claim. After you told Luca you had landed, he sent you the location of where he'd be waiting. You were about to burst with excitement, entirely prepared to grab your bag and haul ass to the airport lobby.

However, as you descended on the escalator you noticed a familiar blond smiling up at you. Luca had already grabbed your bags, and was waiting for you near a bench in the corner.

You couldn't stop the wide grin that formed, and you had to refrain from toppling over the people in front of you on the escalator. As soon as you reached the bottom, you were sprinting towards him.

"Lu!" you shouted, dropping your bags and practically tackling your boyfriend. Your arms wrapped around his neck as your legs found his waist, and you were finally reunited. You had promised yourself that you wouldn't get overly emotional, but you could feel the tears that were beginning to well. Luca chuckled as you clung to him, wrapping his arms around you to return the tight embrace.

"There's my girl," Luca mumbled into your hair, inhaling the sweet scent of your perfume for the first time in months.

You couldn't care less about the attention you had attracted with your dramatic display. It was just you and Luca in the world right now, that's all that mattered. You basked in his embrace for what felt like hours. He didn't release his hold until he heard your sniffles, only then did he pull away to look at your tear streaked face.

A look of concern crossed his face, "Hey, no tears. What's that all about?"

"I just really missed you," you mumbled, slightly embarrassed by your level of emotion.

Luca had set you down now, and his hands came up to brush your hair from your face before resting on your cheeks. A small smile played at his lips.

"I missed you too, love. But there's no need for tears. You're back with me now, yeah?" You nodded in response, sending a small smile back. "And you're literally not going to be able to get rid of me for the entire summer. You're gonna be tired of me before the month is over."

You shook your head at this, "I could never get tired of you, Lu."

Luca didn't respond, instead leaning down to give you a long overdue kiss. Your hands made their way to grab where his wrists rested by your face. You pulled away before the kiss could get too intense, but you both still pulled away breathing heavily.

Luca rested his forehead against yours, "God, I missed that so much."

"Really?" You scoff, playfully shoving his shoulder, "Is that all I'm good for Fantilli?"

"Well I definitely didn't miss your attitude," Luca rolled his eyes, only to be met with you smacking him across the head. He quickly corrected himself.

"Ouch. I mean of course not, baby. I love everything about you."

"That's what I thought." You were about to place another kiss to your boyfriend's lips when an all too familiar voice sounded to your left.

"You guys can't seriously be fighting already."

"Come on Fants, she just got back."

You look to find none other than Seamus and Rutger approaching you. You gasp, quickly wiggling out of Luca's hold to throw your arms around the boys.

"MY BABIES!!" You exclaim, practically jumping with excitement. Luca stands to the side, jaw dropped as he watches the interaction.

"Damn, Fantilli. We've done stole your woman," Rutger pokes at Luca, giggling at the scowl on your boyfriend's face.

"You two were supposed to wait in the car," Luca grumbles, voice exposing his mild jealousy.

"And miss this reaction? Not a chance, bro."

Luca only glares at Seamus, turning to wrap his arm around your waist. He presses a chaste kiss to your temple before mumbling a "surprise" in your ear.

"Careful, Lu. You're looking a bit green." You whisper back to your boyfriend.

Luca groans, "The least they could do is give me 15 minutes alone with my girlfriend. Who I haven't seen in 5 months, in case you forgot." Luca sends a pointed look to the two boys standing before you.

They both just shrug, throwing their hands up in mock surrender.

"Neither have we, bro. That's our mom. It's on you for bringing us along," Rutger says.

"And I'm sure you guys will get plenty of alone time tonight," Seamus suggests, winking at you.

"Okayyyy, that's enough of that," You joke, "I'm going to guess this means the boys trip wasn't actually canceled on my account."

"More like relocated," Luca responds with an innocent smile. You just roll your eyes, nodding in acceptance.

"We promise not to steal him away too much, y/n. Don't you worry."

You let out a small laugh, "thanks shea."

Turning to Luca, you yawn slightly. "I am incredibly jet lagged though, so can we go home?" Luca nodded, turning to grab your bags. You stop him, and he looks back at you confused.

You jerk your head to the two idiots behind you, "let them get it."

"I think your thinking," Luca smiles at you before intertwining his hand with yours. The boys grumble, but pick up your luggage nonetheless. They complain the entire way to the car, only to be met with your apathy.

"You two are the ones who decided to come inside. You could've been sitting pretty in the car instead," you smarted back. This shut them up quickly, and you looked up to find Luca grinning at you.

"What?"

"I missed you so much."

hey, it's me! i'm still alive, somehow, though just barely. this semester has been pretty tough so far and will probably remain that way until spring. despite this, i managed to add some fun new features. : ) ALSO i promise 100000% that if you sent me an ask i WILL answer it. i will. anyway, look at all those cool things! -> a system for cuts, bruises, tattoos, wounds and other decorations your whumpee's skin is an empty canvas. whether you fill it with scars and wounds or cutesy band aids is up to you!

the way this is set up is kind of like a bunch of stickers. so for example, if you decide to hurt the lil' guy with something sharp, he'll get a "stab wound" sticker in the spot you decided to target. over time, that sticker will change over to a "stab scar" one. it's a very flexible way to do things, but it still needs some work and a couple big changes, since it's very unfriendly to low-end computers. in terms of visuals though, it should look exactly the same as the decal-based "decorations" for your whumpee that you see above!

- a better way of getting that dude on camera the camera system is now a lot more immersive and will fit the story. the awkward developer cam that could clip into walls is no more.

you can drag around the view and zoom in and out by scrolling. as you progress, you'll get access to even more ways to invade your whumpee's privacy. : )

-> new ways to get horny in the last devlog post (around 1000 years ago) i said that you won't see any "horny accessories" in the upcoming updates. that was a complete lie, sorry! here's a preview of some cool new horns you can give to your whumpee.

the neat part is that the horns are customizable - other than just choosing the shape, you can modify their size and color gradient. -> other stuff + story i've made plenty of changes and additions to the back end. most of it is not flashy or super significant - most of the time and energy i could dedicate to the project went right into fueling the violent, bloody conflict between me and custom shader code. i've also made some updates to how time is simulated and fixed a bunch of bugs. there is now a sound system too! i'll look for some copyright-free sfx and music before the next update. oh, and there's some lore too!

warriors uses his scarf to scare people sometimes by putting it over himself and walking around all hidden by the fabric in the dark and it is hilarious to him when he sees people jump at his unexpected presence

I thought of this because in the panels where legend flips wars' scarf over his head, I genuinely thought he looked like a fucking ghost with his hands out all tangled like that I DON'T KNOW WHY THAT SEEMS LIKE SUCH A FUNNY THOUGHT TO ME LIKE HE COULD'VE GONE 'oooooooo' all ominously and I would've laughed my ass off

❝ CHAPTER ONE ❞

“It’s not like they’re three separate tapes. We were all together when it was made,” JJ smirks. 

Josh, his manager, lets out an exasperated sigh. “That doesn’t make things any better, and it does nothing to help our circumstances. You need to clean up your act and you need to start doing it now, Maybank, or you’re going to lose everything.”

JJ rolls his eyes for what feels like the millionth time in the fifteen minutes that this meeting has been going on. It’s bullshit, really. He’s one of the hottest actors in Hollywood right now. He’s youthful, dashingly handsome, and loaded. The world is his freakin’ oyster, and he deserves to have some fun.

“You’re supposed to keep up your whole approachable, goofy, boy-next-door image intact, and having a ménage à…quatre, is not the way to do it.” my publicist, Andrea, chimes in. “If you aren’t careful, you’re going to lose your entire fanbase. You’re one of the most universally-liked celebrities in the business, right now. If this gets out, you’re going to have to kiss your crystal clear reputation goodbye.”

“So, let’s just pay ‘em the hush money. What do I care?” JJ says, taking his cap off and running a hand through his unruly strands.

“And you’re fine with forking over ten million dollars? Just like that?” Andrea scowls. “What if they take the money and still decide to release the tape? Or demand more?”

“Then we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it, Andrea. Now, are we done here? I’m supposed to meet my co-star for my new movie in an hour and I’d really like to get in another — how did you put it? Ah, yes. Ménage á quatre — before I go.”

Josh runs a hand over his face, “Do you care about anything anymore?” 

JJ ignores his statement, putting his hat back on and sitting up in his chair. “Can I leave?”

He can tell that Josh wants to scold him or make some witty remark in return, but he bites his tongue. 

“Go. And, please, for the love of all things holy, do not screw this up.” 

If JJ had a penny for every time he’s heard that, he’d be richer than Jeff fucking Bezos.

“And last but not least, this is your dressing room. You’ll have your own trailer, but this is more for when we’re actually on set and in between takes.”

You grin as you look around the luxurious room. There’s a huge vanity in front of you, as well as some plush couches, and you don’t fail to notice the large mini-fridge in the corner of the room or the flat-screen TV plastered onto the wall. There’s a window as well, letting in the California sunshine you’ve come to love and appreciate beyond your beliefs.

“Wow, this is…amazing. I can’t thank you guys enough for this opportunity. I’m so grateful, I hope you know that.”

“Don’t be silly, Y/N. You’re the very reason we wanted to do this project in the first place. If anything, we’re the lucky ones,” Derek, the director states with a grin. “So, you ready to meet your co-star, or what?”

“Yeah! I mean, I’m nervous, but, beyond excited.”

Derek leads you back into the hallway, and you make your way to one of the offices. 

“I think you’ll love him. Word is, he comes from the Outer Banks just like you. Who knows, you’ve probably met him in passing.”

Wait…what? He’s from OBX? No. No way. He couldn’t possibly mean—

“Y/N Y/L/N, meet the esteemed JJ Maybank,” Derek states, his proud smile growing sizeably larger than you thought possible. 

It doesn’t matter how excited he is, though. All you can focus on is your heart beating out of your chest and the ringing in your ears. You see Derek’s lips moving but you can’t hear a thing. Your eyes are caught on the blonde in front of you, and all you can think about is how painful it is to look into those oceanic eyes after five years.

It’s equally as painful as it was the last time you saw him. If not, more.

“Uh— Y/N, I…it’s— it’s been a while,” JJ stutters out. 

It’s all too much. Seeing him here, in front of you. His eyes locked on yours, his hand reaching out to touch you but retracting once he notices the fear in your gaze. Your eyes flit over to Derek, whose face has a more than confused look painted over his features. 

“Excuse me, Derek, I— I need to get out of here.” 

You speed into the restroom, locking the door behind you and setting your hands on the counter. Your chest tightens, and your breathing speeds up. She shudders, trying to shake it out as the room starts to feel like it’s closing in on you.

“You’re okay. You’re okay. You can do this. Don’t let him get to you,” you say, staring at yourself in the mirror. “It’s just…it’s just JJ.”

You feel the tears start to well in your eyes and you watch as they overtake their boundaries and roll down your flushed cheeks. You’re quick to wipe them away, though, refusing to admit defeat. 

“Stop,” you tell yourself. “It’s been five years. You’re better than this.”

You aren’t sure if the words are true to your heart, because all you can think about is how the boy you loved from the ages seven to eighteen — the one who betrayed you and shattered you into a million pieces — is now your co-star for the romantic comedy you’ve just been cast in.

What could possibly go wrong?

A lot, you think. A lot could go wrong.

JJ watches as you make your way back into Derek’s office, shooting him a convincing smile.

“My apologies, Derek. Girl troubles,” you say. 

JJ still knows you well enough to see that you’re hoping Derek will believe your bullshit excuse. 

“Oh, uh, no worries at all, Y/N. I completely understand. I’ve got three daughters at home,” he speaks, trying to assure you that everything is fine. He places this hand on JJ’s shoulder, squeezing slightly. “JJ, here, was just telling me how the two of you have known each other since you were in elementary school. It must be quite the hell of a reunion, huh?”

You plaster a fake grin onto your lips, “One hell of a reunion, indeed.”

JJ refuses to look at you, his ex-best friend, and vice-versa. Truthfully, he’s terrified to catch your eye again. He’s not sure if he’ll be able to form a coherent sentence if he does. 

“Well, I’ve got some stuff to take care of, so I’ll leave you two to catch up.”

Derek exits his office, and you and JJ are left in complete and utter silence.

God, JJ missed you so much. He’d seen you making headlines just as you always said you would, but he was always quick to click away, deciding not to dwell on everything he’d lost. But this, now, seeing you right in front of him as gorgeous as ever…it made the walls he’d worked so hard to put up begin to crack. 

Then again, you’d always had that effect on him. 

Even after all these years, he was still a complete wreck over you. You held his heart in the palm of your hand and he wasn’t even sure if you knew it.

Your scent was still etched into his mind, still buzzing deep within his senses and his memory. You smelled of the saltwater beaches of the Outer Banks. The notes of coconut from the shampoo he’d recognized still lingering in the tresses of your hair. The sweet hints of vanilla that clutched to your skin are prominent as ever. The combination sounds like a lot, and it was, but not in the overpowering way one would assume. They blended into one heavenly and unique fragrance. 

She smelled like her, he thought. She smelled like home. 

To be honest, JJ wasn’t sure whether or not this was a reminder he wanted to welcome with open arms, but either way, here it was. Here you were. After the way he’d hurt you and destroyed your relationship forever. 

After he lost himself. 

Funnily enough, you’d always had a way of popping up whenever he needed and longed for you. He never even had to speak a single word. You just always knew. And you might not have guessed it now, but he needed you more than he ever had before.

JJ scratches his brow with his index finger. “So, um…how have you been?” 

“Don’t. Just…don’t.”

“Y/N, please,” he pleads. He almost wants to get down on his knees and beg. You can’t even look at him, and that hurts more than he could ever put into words.

“No. I don’t wanna hear it. I’m fine with being professional while we film this movie, but I’m not getting into this with you. I’m not getting into any of it.”

JJ remains silent, choosing to nod because he’s not totally sure he can find his voice. 

As much as he hated to let the thought in, you were a walking reminder of every bad decision he’d made since he left the island and never looked back. He looked at you, and he saw two things. The first being the crinkling of your bright eyes when you smiled. The melodic laugh he could pull from your lips at a moment’s notice. Your hair blowing in the wind as you stuck your head out the window of John B’s Twinkie. And the second being the look of despise and pain on your face as you confronted him. The mascara-stained tears flowing down your heated cheeks. The way you walked away from him and deliberately chose not to look back and steal a second glance at him. 

How was he expected to act all suave and cool when you were right there in front of him, actively choosing not to even look in his direction?

Truth is, he doesn’t think he can.

JJ glances at his phone once he leaves the production office still shaken by the day’s events. 

2 Missed FaceTime Calls from John B

JJ swipes to the right and watches as his phone rings, awaiting his best friend’s answer while he plops down on the steps in front of the building. The line rings for a few moments before he hears shuffling through the speaker, followed by John B’s face appearing on his screen.

“Hey, man. how was your meeting? Your new costar as hot as we imagined?”

JJ tears his eyes away from the camera, his lip sinking between his teeth. His complexion pales, and John B picks up on it. 

“Jeez. You look like you’ve seen a ghost.”

“Because I have,” JJ deadpans. He’s still reeling from your presence, and it shows.

“Huh?”

“It’s Y/N…my costar is Y/N.”

“Ooh, yikes,” John B responds. “Did she nut-punch you?”

“It’s not funny.” 

JJ tugs his cap off as he always does when he’s stressed, and his fingers card through his hair. He tugs lightly at the strands as he tries to alleviate the tension building up in his head. 

“She couldn’t even look at me, John B. Her eyes were on me for all of five seconds before she made an excuse to go to the bathroom. Then, when she came back, she looked at everything but me. She barely even let me speak to her.”

“Well, to be fair, you guys didn’t exactly leave things on the best of terms.”

“Yeah, JB. I know. Thanks for the reminder, as if I didn’t fucking know that already.”

“All right, look. Did you fuck up majorly? Yeah. But the love the two of you had…it ran deep. It doesn’t just disappear without a trace, especially if things are this heated after five years. I think you can get her to forgive you.” 

JJ scoffs, “Yeah? And how do you suppose I do that?”

John B gives him a knowing look through the screen. 

“You have to tell her the truth, JJ.”

“Funny.”

“J,” John B mildly scolds. “The reason she hates you right now is because you weren’t honest with her. The JJ she knew before that night never would’ve treated her the way you did. Buck up. Tell her.”

The call disconnects, and JJ is left staring at his screen with a tense jaw. He knew John B was right. He was always right. But how on earth was he expected to muster up the courage and tell you the truth about that night? He doubted — no. He knew it’d be impossible to convince you to hear him out. 

Then again, he also knew he had to try. Because he couldn’t stand to be around you nearly every single day for the next few months, knowing that you wouldn’t spit on him if he was on fire.

I think I'm going to stop doing art for some time.

I have too many ideas for posts and comics but I need to put it aside and focus on writing my AU's summary. It urgently needs an update and it's gonna be a HUGE one since I'm putting more details about the story. I just started with the first arc and I'm already reaching 6 pages, so you can imagine it will take a while to finish it all. Not to mention that I'm going to do some redrawings for the new update too.

I have some pics ready to be posted for Halloween and after that I will be on hiatus so I can work on the summary. I'll try my best to finish it as soon as possible because I have 3 comics to work on after that and one has to be ready for December AND I'm also planning to do a summary of the summary of my AU lol please someone stop me I have no control over myself I have so many WIPS I'm going to die.

Anyway, I'm a mess and I need to focus on one thing at a time, so no more art stuff for a temporary time :')

chapter update: fit for thrones ch 3

Now with more sex!

Chapter 3 is Ciri and Lu having very hot sex and also taking turns uncovering their own trauma, so hopefully it will be worth the wait. I actually wrote this chapter I think more than a year ago-- there are some beta comments from the invaluable @bittylildragon that are simply dated "Oct 12th" but as I look at them, it's not this past October, for sure. But I was so stuck on chapter 4, I didn't want to put this chapter up until I was sure where it was going. (Because sometimes when you're stuck the actual answer is that you've got to backtrack a ways; I really try not to write myself into a corner.) The issue was within chapter 4 itself, however, and while I didn't finish fixing it this week I did get it fixed enough that I could be sure chapter 3 wouldn't be affected.

So here is chapter 3 for you, my loves, and I hope December is being gentle with you.

“That’s a start,” Lu said, beaming down at her. There was something coy in her expression, almost like she knew a secret, or something. Ciri couldn’t place it. “You seem like you have a destination in mind,” Ciri said. “Ha,” Luliana said, “it’s not a destination, it’s an entire journey I want to take.” Ciri could recognize this expression; Lu was delighted to have come up with such a good metaphor. That made her warm all through her middle. She loved that she could read Lu so easily, and that everything she could read was so straightforward. Ciri wriggled in delight, settling herself deeper into the bed. She put her hands up above her head, as if surrendering. “Take me on a journey,” she said. It seemed gracious, to surrender thus. “Oh,” Luliana said, a little bit breathless, “I will.”

Rolling out the Red Carpet for the Cinema branch!!

Hello,hi, it's me that one person who makes the funny videos and thinks she can draw(she cannot) Inspiration hit me in the middle of my film studies course while watching Vertigo by Alfred Hitchcock and I thought "what if I made my own LCB branch where every sinner is based on a movie I've watched in my film class (and just general classic Hollywood cinema) and so I did it! The branch is currently VERY unfinished,as I add a new sinner each week for every film we watch in the class,so lemme introduce you to the guys that I've at least doodled so far(awful art incoming lol)

First up,we need a manager,or should I say,director(get it, because it's based on movies?) anyway here's Dorothy! If it wasn't obvious, she's based on the Wizard of Oz,She may or may not have come from the Outskirts and now she's running around with these sinners,and her little dog too! Oh and her red slippers(boots now,IG lol)? Those have a use, clicking her heels 3 times allows her to bring her sinners back to life!

Our guide is Glinda! Also based on Wizard of Oz,I have....not drawn her yet! But she is ultra hands off,she mainly communicates by sending Dorothy letters in bubbles,oh and did I mention she's a color fixer? ...yea I probably should have started with that

Now onto our actual sinners, don't ask me about major plot details about them,I haven't worked it out yet,

Sinner #1,This is Chaplin! Based on Modern Times by Charlie Chaplin,this guy is more of a fusion of the two main characters of the movie since uhm...neither of them have names and frankly their stories are both so intertwined that You could easily mix them together so here we are. They are the most comical of the sinners,I have described them as having a lot of cat like behaviors to a degree, and they are selectively mute(silent film lol) They have a white board they write on like it's Lethal Company and they have Heelys(mainly for the funny)

I haven't uhm.....finished sinner #2 yet because everytime I try to draw him my art style makes him look like the Pringles mascot lol but it's Kane! Kane is based on Charles Foster Kane from Citizen Kane by Orson Welles! Right now currently he's like "god I'm in a company of all women...AND CHAPLIN" He's rich like....richer than Hong Lu rich,he does seem to offhandedly mention something Rosebud and it seems almost like he's searching for it...wonder what that could be?(Btw go watch Citizen Kane, I'm not telling you what Rosebud is)

Finally out last Sinner at the moment: Sinner #3 Judy based on Judy from Vertigo! Yessir this is the reason for the branch, her source got my imagination spinning (she may or may not be mine and Amia's favorite atm of the branch) I would have made Scottie a sinner but......I hate his ass and need him exploded and not in the cute way(JUDYYYYYY YOU DESERVED SO MUCH BETTER GIRLLL) Judy is also 20x more fun as a character than Mr. "I'm gonna stare at women for 70% of my screentime" Honestly I could gush so much about her but I won't to keep this brief... essentially by the end of Vertigo Scottie convinces her to change everything about herself to turn her into his lost love/obsession Madeleine (ai know there's more too it but uhm....Go watch Vertigo, I'm not spoiling the movie)[PS, Ignore the doodle in the corner, that was from an idea that Amia's OC Tessie and Judy would get along well]

Tomorrow we'll actually have Sinner #4 who's gonna be based on someone from the movie Sunset Boulevard ( I don't pre watch these bc my attention span actually increases so much when I analyze movies for Limbus)

Following the poll Nomad was next, this is one of two OC heroes that I made, originally she was an OC for LU but I decided to add her to this story as I explore my concepts and altered timeline. The other concept included with Nomad is her adopted brother. To help keep things clear Nomad's story was kind of a "What If" scenario of Link from BOTW never waking from the Shrine. I may make an updated map later that will show the changes to the landscape that occurred when the Divine Beasts were left unchecked because there wasn't anyone who was able to board them to stop them.

This is also one of the most fleshed out description/backstory that I've written and I apologize for the large block of text.

After that night Lin's mother grew more serious about teacher her sword fighting, though Lin still preferred using Scimitars that the Gerudo, and her mother, favored. Three years later her mother and father explained the importance of the Master Sword and instructed her to go to new Kakariko and find the Shiekah, specifically the Chieftess Paya or the Head Scientist of the Sheikah Purah.

STARTING THE ADVENTURE

Lin first found the Master Sword when she was 13 while her family caravan were resting for an evening along the creeping Hyrule Forest. At the time Ganon had followed her and been there when she first drew the blade. When they returned to their caravan her mother and father had asked her to store the blade, having heard of it through stories passed around the fire.

Before she leaves, her adopted older brother Ganon decides to come along with her and recieves the Scimitar that their mother used to bring along with them. They travel around the flooded basin and through the collapsed ruins of old Kakariko as they head south-east towards New Kakariko, they pass the scavenged remains of corrupted machines that have been picked for parts while some have reanimated to the point where some fields are hazardous to pass through for fear of crossing paths with the shambling remains.

When she arrives with Ganon at New Kakariko, one of the only remaining stationary settlements, the Sheikah immediately recognize the blade that Lin carries at her back. When she speaks with the Cheiftess Paya she is dismissed as the hero and instead Paya claims that she is a messenger sent by the goddess to deliver the sword to the Hero resting, and her appearance with the sword must be a sign that he is healed and waking.

Upon reaching the Collapsed Plateau, Lin approaches the entrance to where the Hero rests and is faced with and impenetrable wall. While trying to find a way in Lin sees a flash of teal through the corner of her eye and follows it, after some time she comes face to face with a translucent teal specter. Immediately she understands that the Sheikah were wrong and the hero they were waiting for was never going to wake up.

It is on the Platteau where Lin and Ganon meet Zelda, the daughter of the leader of another Caravan who were visiting the Collapsed Plateau. Among her Caravan she was seen as a prophet due to her dreams and she had followed a pull towards the plateau where she found the two siblings.

The Zora had relocated to Shatterback point and what remains of Lulu Lake as their once Divine Beast has flooded the reservoir and and attempts they had made to slow it in the past have been faced with heavy consequences and little success. Lin requires the aid of the King of the Zora, Sidon, to halt the machine in order to board it.

DURING THE ADVENTURE

Lin, teaming up with Ganon and being followed by the spectral form of the fallen hero, follows the lead of the Hero who fell and travels across the collapsed landscape and visits the other races of Hyrule who have been effected by the corrupted machines since they first awakened about 100 years prior. Each machine is controlled by the remains of the fallen champion twisted, corrupted, and fused with the beast that killed them until they are unrecognizable. After each is subdued Ganon had found later on that he is able to remove the corruption but having been corrupted for so long the Champions have little time before they truly pass.

The Goron have relocated to shelted caves that they are able to seal using heavy metal bridges, while the entrance to their new home is naturally sheltered by having the lava flow naturally over it. Lin requires aid from the descendant of the once proud chief Daruk. She find a serious and loyal Goron, Gaburi, who works to divert the flow of the lava away from Hyrule by creating culverts for the lava to flow through.

The Rito have long since left Lake Totori after the corrupted machine of their region had ran into and destroyed their towering home. They've rebuilt between the Hebra and Talonto Peaks and since evolved further for the colder climates of the region, only made colder due to the wind that is kicked up by the machine. When Lin, Ganon and the Fallen hero arrive the Rito push them away and refuse help, believing that their arrival will only make it worse for them. In the end Lin finds a quiet Rito, Ane, who agrees to help her reach the machine.

Upon arriving in the desert there is a huge sandstorm that she and Ganon are only able to traverse with the aid of the Fallen Hero who is not affected by the harsh sand. A Gerudo sentry finds them and immediately tell them to leave the desert and Ganon's presence will only tempt fate, and they can already feel the corruption on him. Lin is allowed access into the new Gerudo Oasis only until she recovers while Ganon is brought to a cell until Lin leaves, so they remain together at least. Lin gains aid from her Aunt, Sinas the Chieftess of the Gerudo, and mother Ganon. The entire time Sinas is cold and uncaring towards Ganon, only helping the two as a favor to who sister who saw something in the child that she had abandoned.

After defeating the calamity the remnants of the fallen Zelda, who had been holding back the Calamity explains to the Fallen Hero, Link, that there is a chance to fix this, undo what was not meant to happen. She reminds Link of a hero from the distant past who was said to have the ability to move forward and backward through time. As a carrier of this previous Hero's spirit it may be possible that he would be able to do the same.

END OF ADVENTURE

In the end the Gerudo were right about feeling corruption on Ganon as every time he cleared the Malice from the champions and the machines he was taking it into himself and when they reach the palace to remove the final piece of corruption Ganon is overwhelmed and controlled. It is with the Zeldas' help, the current Zelda who Lin and Ganon had run into on occasion during their quest, but also the remnants of the Zelda who had remained within the ruins; holding back the Calamity for over 200 years, that Lin was able to recover her brother and remove a majority of the corruption. As a side effect of this though he is permanently marked by the corruption on his face while Lin hold a bit of it as well in her Left arm.

So Lin says goodbye to her silent companion, one who her brother and her Zelda were unable to see as the Fallen Zelda's suggestion seems to work, though in their timeline they have no way of knowing if he fully succeeded.

(If you look back at Hermit under "100 YEARS LATER" the events of Lin's story is the "dream" that Hermit was unable to explain after waking up)

So, Twilight, four and Time all appeared to get letters, with Time getting multiple (More on that later)

Twilights reaction to the super sale was my reaction while playing TP (I recently finished it for the first time! :D) when they opend the store in castle town. Every time i couldnt get there to get potions i was low key gutted.

But... I, as a part of the The team is heading to Skyloft next, team. Believe that Sun has done this on purpose. (Or that the Skyloftians dont have the mail system for him to retrieve anything) but i like to think its the first one.

Hmmm.... Time got multiple letters. (That takes care of the letter discrepancy)

Twi asking about the ranch, Time looking to one of the letters. This tells me one of two things.

The letter he's looking to could be from Malon, and he's genuenly not concerned.

or The letter he's looking at isnt from malon. Infact, by the way he's looking at it i think its from his Zelda. Possibly a report about black bloods in his time period. (As last time we see them in Time's era. They dont actually fight anything)

Twilight being cheeky and Time's dad face are giving me life.

But... as we know, Time is Twilights direct decendant only by a few generations at most. With the infomation we have from Twilight princess with Shade. And from jojo with Time and Twilight. I'm seeing this conversation as more of a father and son conversation over brothers.

And the rest of this conversation follows this same pattern. Twilight is very much being scolded. He's biting back with what he see's as Time's own words. (not that time know's as such)

Twilight looks genuenly shocked to hear this.

And I'm convinced that theres going to be something bad happens to time directly after the end of the LU timeline.

Time is missing an eye. So we know that Shade and Time are closer together than the hero of time (In game). SO.... If time dosent Die on the adventure with the chain. I'm almost convinced he does almost right after he returns back to his time.

The armour is almost identical. He has most of the scaring which lines up....

If the helmet turns up, then i think Time dies during this adventure. It's the only thing i can see as missing.

Twilight.... Now i think Twilight thinks that the gods are giving him an opportunity to save the hero of time from dying to become the heros shade. but thats the funky thing about timetravel.

(Depending on how Jojo and LU time travels works.)

I believe that the timetravel in LU solidifies the adventures of the other links. And that nothign that occours in this adventure impacts their adventures. Even if something was changed it wouldnt change the past.

IE - Twilight breaking his shadow crystal wouldnt mean that wild didnt remember having the wolf on his adventure - as its already happened.

(I hope that makes sense. - time travel is confusing i see it as an alternative timeline type thing)

It also makes a lot of sense. If Sky is the slowest of the group(Again not confirmed but we have had jokes about his stamina), it makes sense to put him at the front to maintain pace of the group. Stops people going too fast and prevents people from being left behind.

Which i might add has already happened. (Warriors and Hyrule im looking at you.)

We just need to read the boss partterns for a bit so we can then decide how to fight it. You know, like we did when we were in our adventures and had to figure out boss mechanics.

Important that hyrule is saying this as his game is arguably one of the hardest. He probably spent a long time on each boss learning attack patterns.

It’s Time That I Updated My Introduction

So hi! I exist

You can call me Keke or Øl!ver

I’m a 20 year old self taught artist who’s been drawing since about the age of 8 or 9

I can barely remember when exactly I started drawing but I know that it was a long ass time ago

Also I swear I lot so please pay no mind to it

I am gender fluid and bisexual

I am taken and in a relationship with my boyfriend Thomas

He does tend to have trust issues with new people however because of his past so be mindful of that if you do friend him out of the blue

But I specialize specifically in traditional sketches, digital drawings, and character designs

Oh yeah, I can also make a basic ass starry sky looking background which is used a lot in my digital works

I currently live in the countryside of Oklahoma with my mom, younger sister, uncle, and grandparents

here’s an updated version of blitz :D

species: nether hybrid (specifically a dragon)

this is her upbringing/past:

her “father” (adoptive) found her when she was a hatchling (aka a baby-) and brought her home, though she was mostly covered so he didn’t realize she was A LITERAL DRAGON

though even when the adoptive father learned that he still chose to raise her as his own. though mom? wasn’t very happy and when the dad died she was able to treat her however she wanted without risking divorce. her mom would do many things like testing her nether hybrid-ness (ex: putting her hands in boiling water/forcing her to drink the boiling water, literally throwing her in fire, testing her wings, hence the torn wing) but she would also just abuse here verbally and overtime physically (bc all the scars). her mother also really hated her black sclera eye so she literally tried to rip it off-

uh but she still had work to do so she kinda just dropped her off at the daycare and she met x and mom? is out of the picture (for now..)

idk if watchers are gonna be a thing but if not its a lil easter egg that lu is legit a watcher bunny

now for more context about the whole “getting blitz kidnapped by mom?” uhhh if you see this goldie would you be ok with the lady to be part of this?? my plan is gonna be that someone just grabs blitz while everyone is outside and since this has so many kids now they didn’t realize and assumed that she was sitting in her corner and reading. though x doesn’t realize until it’s time to go home or he kinda just does realize at some point and goes berserk trying to find her, then it’s gonna take some time but eventually x will learn that she’s been taken by mom? and maybe the lady if goldie is ok with it (goldie would have to do the writing for that part tho) and then that’s all i have rn

LEGEND - LU Update analysis

He's just.... he looks so young. And sad. AAHHHHHH

Anyway. So, he started out reacting to this situation the way I would expect him to react.

He's ready to fix it, he's ready to find a way to solve the problem.

As a side note, this panel of Legend and Wind is so cute. They're squiggly and I love them.

And once he realizes that the gravity of the situation, here:

He is SO SAD. He cares so much about Twilight.

But he's not about to let his sadness take over. So he smothers it in frustration and anger, which is what I've come to expect from our beloved snarky Legend- always hiding his emotions behind a wall

And he has the discussion with Four and Wind, and he's yelling, and he's reacting with so much emotion.

BUT THEN. He doesn't find a solution. He mentions it earler:

And that's how he's feeling in sunset 12. He has tried so hard to find something to help Twilight but he's come up empty handed. He's distraught at the thought of losing someone else he cares about. He's angry with himself for not being able to help, because what good is he if he doesn't have something to help (his thoughts, not mine OBVIOUSLY).

And he is so sad

This is a huge switch from all the emotion that was pouring out of him earlier. He looks so young here, and so broken. In this update, he just. sits. in the corner.

And then they go in to see Twilight. He takes his hat off out of respect for Twilight and he's wringing it in his hands.

HE'S SO SAD

AND SO NERVOUS. HE DOESN'T WANT TO SEE TWILIGHT SUFFERING. But even through all of that, he still puts on a happy face and tries to find any last way he can help Twilight

He looks significantly less sad in that picture because he's trying so hard to be strong for Twilight.

And then Twilight basically says he knows he's going to die, and then Wild gives his speech. And Twilight decides to keep fighting. Legend was one of the two Links to be brought to tears by Twilight's words

And that is something I really didn't expect. Legend tries so hard not to let his true emotions through, but he feels them so strongly. I'm not surprised to see Wind crying because he wears all of his emotion on his sleeve. Legend always tries to push it down, keep his head down, and just try to be useful.

Legend reminds Twilight they have to go fishing. That's a really sweet, mundane thing to choose to mention. He doesn't say Twilight needs to fight to save the world, or fight for the chain, or fight to see his family again. Those are all incredibly valid reasons, of course, but Legend chooses fishing.

He chooses something that he knows makes Twilight happy. He chooses something that is meaningful to himself and to Twilight, where they would get to spend quality time relaxing together.

It's just... Legend is so sweet. He loves his brothers. He's having so many feelings and he doesn't really know how to deal with any of them.
