So there's the rule kotlc councilors can't have any immediate families so their judgement won't be clouded.

Ok, but lets just say that Emery has a niece that he absolutely adores. Like, her spoils her with gifts, always takes her side, yaps about her to the other councilors, etc.

Now, lets say his niece suddenly becomes 'troublesome' and does something that merits a tribunal. Obviously, Emery's going to defend her and do whatever he can to lighten the punishment, no matter how bad her crime was.

How're you going to stop that, Elvin law?

Because basically, in order to be a councilor, all your relatives have to be dead.

I’m actually going to explode

I feel like I’m going to die I just realized that my councilor changed my schedule so I have four study halls but due to this change I have no science class. They got rid of my Ap physics class FOR A STUDY HALL.

I genuinely want to cry. If this is irreversible I will be yelling at them so change it back no matter what because don’t tell me a class I sunk half my year into crying and bawling while studying for it is going out the window cause I wanted a study hall CLOSER TO SAID CLASS. NOW I CANT TALK TO MY COUNCILOR UNTIL MONDAY CAUSE THEY WORK ON A BUSINESS DAY 5 DAY CYCLE AND I AM PANIKING AND CRYING IN MY ROOM BECAUSE WITHOUT MY GRADES I AM NOTHING AND WITHOUT THIS CLASS MY ENTIRE LIFE CAN GO TO ABSOLUTE SHIT. I WANT TO DO BAD THINGS BUT I CANT DO ANYTHING.
