There’s a lot of stuff I need to do, and I feel reader’s had her fill of vulnerable moments and that adding anything else in would be too much? Going over to someone intending to have a deep conversation feels too planned out and I don’t like that it would have been premeditated—I like vulnerability in the moment, and I kind of feel that I can write it better? I feel more confident if it naturally arises in a conversation rather than knowing I have to bring it up?

Thinking about how Disney's Robin Hood is a fox. On one hand I wouldn't change him being a fox because doing so would drastically alter not only furry fandom but history as a whole. In the alternate timeline where Disney's Robin Hood was not a fox could lead to a World War 3.

That said I think it was a missed opportunity for Disney's Robin Hood to not be a robin bird.

listen there really was just something about how in the book, snow’s 3-page descent from hesitant lover boy to deluded mfer happens entirely in his mind. lucy gray gives him no indication whatsoever that she suspects him, that she’s going to leave or betray him. he’s just sitting quietly in the cabin waiting for her to return when that seed of calculated suspicion, which he has needed to survive the capitol, takes a hold of him and chokes the life out of any goodness left inside him. it really drives home your terror as a reader that “oh my god did he kill her? did she escape? what happened to her? why would he even think that?” in a way that when the movie had to adjust for visualization it lost some of that holy shit this guy has lost it emphasis.

mob psycho is the greatest show ever made because reigen being cancelled on twitter is one of the most important moments for his character as well as one of the most emotionally heavy episodes of the show but him being trapped in alone in a purgatory dimension slowly starving to death is treated as a gag and never mentioned again
