Hi Angel... ^^ Since we recently hit 5K Discord members, I've decided to release Day 5! You can now play it earlier than everyone else by joining the 14DWY Discord server — but please be aware that it's only for 18+ folks, so you'll need to verify your age to get in!

Don't want to join? That's okay! Day 5 will be released to the public after a week! This is just for those who want to skip the queue!

For those who've already joined the sever: you're free to make content (videos, TikToks, memes, etc.), stream it (privately, on YouTube, Twitch, etc.), and share spoilers outside of the server, but make sure to use #14DWY Day 5 spoilers so that people can easily blacklist the tag! and also the whole 'stan getting that poem by bill via a website which contrasts with bill getting one from the axolotl via a website' foreshadowing thing

like idk i would love something like su future but like more optimistic, aka not an accumulated breakdown that has to be mostly resolved off screen at the end :/// but something thats being kinda addressed throughout? (although would love to see one of them turn into a monster thats always fun lol)

stan having severe issues from his dad and those years of being homeless that we keep on getting more info on but never really getting confronted on (the drifter catalogue and tijuana incident...), him being completely alone for like twenty years when running the shack before soos comes along to the point that 1998 is noted as his low point, and him not really learning about bill+what he did to ford until ages after he killed him if he ever did get the full context

while i think amnesia and everyone seeing him as a hero actually helped with stan's 'i'm a worse version of my brother' thing its still a lingering issue too and we now got him being insecure over his own hands

ford being immediately thrown from 'being tortured by bill' to 'being stuck in the multiverse and being chased by bounty hunters constantly', him fully expecting himself to die when destroying bill, and him only now being safe for the first time in 30 years ....relatively safe, he's still in constant danger because of course he is

idk in the end the series wants them to be happy and they deserve it, its why i wasn't too worried about the book being like 'ooh bill is back!! and the book is haunting ford' thing cos i knew they'll be ok

I just heard another writer trying to figure out which self-publishing route to take, and all I'll say is that I'm glad I found Draft2Digital. (More accurately, I'm grateful to my more knowledgeable writer friends who told me about it a couple years ago.) I don't even use the free services as much now that I've learned to do fancy formatting etc on my own, but it sure is nice that the option is there.

TL;DR: you upload a manuscript, they make it presentable and available everywhere from Amazon to your local bookstore, and they charge you zero dollars, only taking a cut of the profits they helped you make. A small cut.

They are run by Writer People who want to help other Writer People succeed, and it shows.

okay so you can watch pretty much (almost) everything on youtube, including a bunch of fan-translations of post-NA server content. but you'll wanna start with the arc 1 main story (you can watch the prologue here and chapter 1 here--there are 10 chapters of arc 1 in total) but there's also the "another story" side chapters (basically showing the main story events from the POV of the original pmmm cast and offering additional context. and boob jokes.)

there's ALSO short side stories for nearly every playable character and event stories (listed in release order here)

it's definitely a huge amount of content (almost 7 years' worth...sob...) and can be overwhelming for a newcomer but the only REQUIRED reading is the main story, so just stick with that to start and you'll be fine

or you could...uh...watch the anime... but it's, uh, kinda... it has...some issues, so... maybe not...

Hahah, glad to entertain! Yeah, it was pretty wild as it was all happening, and I tried not to really talk about it at the time really because my blog was pretty popular in that fandom and people could get really upset at the implication that they didn't like each other, and a bit fervent with the idea they might've had an affair (also his wife definitely looked at tumblr, and had had one in the past). Plus Manny had some pretty intense stans who could be a bit much for me sometimes, but a lot of that has died off now (the show ended in 2021 - I think some of his fans fell away with his hairline too), so I feel more relaxed about talking about it on here now (hopefully those aren't famous last words, haha).

But yeah, Christina and Manny literally didn't do a single interview together in four seasons even though their character arcs were heavily entwined (his with hers more so, but he was still the impetus for her growth), and by s4, wouldn't even be photographed at events together. It was - - yeah. Nuts, lol. They literally had some of the best chemistry I've seen on TV maybe ever though, and their sex scene in s2 is I think one of the best on TV. They crackled!

Re: the affair, if it happened (and again, it's a big IF, I really do think it's a bit of a conspiracy theory, haha), I think it likely happened early while shooting s2. It's mostly because they seemed to get along while shooting s1, and even were sitting like this together while rehearsing 2.01:

Annnnnnnd by the end of filming that season, they'd obviously had a falling out, his wife was constantly on set and Christina and her husband were getting a divorce. The latter two things could be unrelated, but it's also kind of the Occam's Razer theory, you know? The simplest explanation is usually the most likely to be correct.
