One year ago, I received an unmistakable message. I was instructed by what I accredit as my divine counsel to establish a formal institution of higher thought, metaphysics and magical training for mystics, seekers, and aspiring luminaries. Thus, did the search begin to find the home for what would become 22 Teachings School of Hermetic Science and Magical Arts, in my birth city and what masters have called "modern-day Alexandria", Los Angeles. The curriculum had been written and refined over a decade. My student body was already thriving due to my long tenure at @houseofintuition. My individual clients would seek me out to continue their journeys of self-discovery. My closest and most trusted team of up-and-coming practitioners would become my staff and faculty. We began the search.... 🍎 #hermestrismegistus #mysteryschool #egyptianmysteries #sacredgeometry #magicaeestrealis #tarotschool #astrologyschool #crystalschool #magicaltraining #westernmysterytradition #hermeticqabalah #alchemy #realmagic (at 22 Teachings School of Hermetic Science and Magical Arts) https://www.instagram.com/p/B75mb2anTf4/?igshid=bln5pjb2ir0l
My first post on this side blog! Welcome to the latest expression of my path in the Egyptian Mysteries. Instagram just feels too shallow for me these days.
Today I read again in my favorite translation of the Book of the Dead, by Normandie Ellis. It is one of my ways of making an offering to the gods, as well as to connect with them. I choose which chapter to read intuitively. Sometimes, like today, I felt the energies very strongly, the resonance with the words was so intense that I cried. I sat with all the emotions, felt them all consciously traveling through me. Especially joy and gratitude!
When was the last time you were aware of feeling joy?
I can’t remember. It doesn’t matter. I felt it deeply today and I was aware in the moment. Now it is gone and serves as a reminder that all emotions simply want to be felt and pass through us. All of them, without exception.
I am so grateful for having found my way in the Egyptian Mysteries.
For without that I would not have come across this wonderful and poetic translation, that is so full of what feels true and right to me that it seems to speak directly from and with my soul.
If you have read this entire post, I’d like to thank you!
If my words resonate, please do reach out and let’s connect. It’s what we’re here for.

Stay turned for my review later this month❗️ . 🌼 . Thank you to @kensingtonbooks and @tlcbooktour for sending me a free copy ❤️ . 🌼 . Egypt, 1926. Fiercely independent American Jane Wunderly has made up her mind: she won’t be swept off her feet on a trip abroad. Despite her Aunt Millie’s best efforts at meddling with her love life, the young widow would rather gaze at the Great Pyramids of Giza than into the eyes of a dashing stranger. Yet Jane’s plans to remain cool and indifferent become ancient history in the company of Mr. Redvers, a roguish banker she can’t quite figure out . . . While the Mena House has its share of charming guests, Anna Stainton isn’t one of them. The beautiful socialite makes it clear that she won’t share the spotlight with anyone—especially Jane. But Jane soon becomes the center of attention when she’s the one standing over her unintentional rival’s dead body. Now, with her innocence at stake in a foreign country, Jane must determine who can be trusted, and who had motive to commit a brutal murder. Between Aunt Millie’s unusual new acquaintances, a smarmy playboy with an off-putting smile, and the enigmatic Mr. Redvers, someone has too many secrets. Can Jane excavate the horrible truth before her future falls to ruin in Cairo . . . and the body count rises like the desert heat? . 🌼 . #jennblogsbooks #murderatthemenahouse #ericaruthneubauer #kensingtonbooks #tlcbooktours #egyptianmysteries #cozymystery #historicalfiction #historicalmystery #booksbooksbooks #fortheloveofbooks #quaratinereads #bookcommunity #booksareforlovers #booktography #janewunderlymystery https://www.instagram.com/p/B-s117WlxMV/?igshid=xaxr5fcror3t
