"...I know my family is a bit skeptical when it comes to my dealings with Chuohku. But I always assure them, my meetings with them are strictly professional and for business's sake. Truthfully, I don't like dealing with them any more than I have to. If having the Prime Minister stare at me with her cold, dead eyes wasn't bad enough, I also have to put up with Kadenokoji glaring at me as we talk, as if begging me to set one foot out of line."

"But as bad as the two of them are, they are nothing compared to this woman here, Ritsuko Okada. I made the mistake of accepting an invitation to this woman's laboratory once, and it is a mistake that I regret to this day. The things I've seen in that lab... let's just say, they are the things that nightmares are made of. And what's more, she heard about the condition that my daughter, Isuzu, was suffering from and offered to cure her, free of charge. How she heard about it, I don't know, and I didn't ask."

"As much as I wanted to tell her where she could shove her offer, I knew I had to be the modicum of professionalism, so I thanked her kindly for her offer, but refused. After that, I bid her farewell and exited her lab as quickly as I could. I'm still shaking at the thought of that place..." Eiji shakes his head, a bit anxious.

"Miho Kobayashi, one of the CEOs of the well-known pharmaceutical company, E.L. Medical Co. I've seen her on T.V. numerous times, during press conferences and interviews. We've spoken on occasion, but it was nothing memorable. Truthfully though, I do respect her and her company for work. I don't buy the medicine I need for my daughter from them, but I do think it is good that they are working hard to put out new medicines each day. Believe it or not, E.L. Medical Co. is actually one of the companies I donate money to so they can someday find a cure for Isuzu. I hope that day comes soon..."

"Besides that, as stated, I don't really know much about Kobayashi-san. I know she and Arakawa-san don't exactly have a good relationship. I hope someday I can mend it. If the three of us worked together, we could do a lot of good, I think. Besides that, she also seems to have a PROFILE set up. It's mainly just photos and updates of her company, but she does have a few detailing a younger girl; possibly, her sister. I don't know if she is around or not, but if she isn't, then she has my condolences."

Eiji looks at the photo of the anarchist and sighs. "Is it bad to say that I know this young girl? Not personally, of course, but... well, let's just say there are a lot of people out there that don't seem to care much for PROFILE or what we do here at Sigma Inc. Truthfully, this young girl and her band of miscreants have been giving me no end of trouble the past year. I can't count the number of times they've tried to hack their way into my database and disrupt everything. Can you believe they actually tried to stop the gaming tournament I hosted? Fortunately, I've got some of the greatest computer geniuses on my side and they've managed to keep this young girl and her friends from doing any permanent damage."

"Still, it is very annoying to have to fix some errors just because this girl doesn't seem to like CEOs or something. I've tried to contact her and see if there is any way the two of us can work together, or at least stay out of each other's way. However, she always ignores my messages and emails." Eiji sighs. "It really is a shame. I've seen what this girl can do just from the pictures on her PROFILE. She has a genius and a mind for technology that you don't normally see in most people. If she put that mind to good use, there's no telling what she could do."

"I did some digging and I found out, she and her friends call themselves 'Player One Studios'. Apparently, they feel threatened by the fact that my company makes video games or something. If they're worried about me outshining them, then I assure you, that is not at all what I am trying to do."

"...To be honest, I'm actually hoping I can talk to her and see if she can do anything to help my daughter. If she found some way to cure her, I'd do anything she asks... within reason, of course. ...But, from the way things stand, that seems to be nothing more than a pipe dream..."

"'CodeX'. If you lowercase the 'x' in their name, then they'd be called 'codex', which is basically the ancestor to the modern book you can find anywhere. In video games, the codex is usually where one goes on RPGs to find out the lore on a video game. ...It makes me wonder if the young girl had something to do with this name, and Ritsuko just altered it to make it sound more... 'scientific'.

"But besides that, I think Masa grossly underestimates the power this team has. Ritsuko, by herself, is dangerous enough, as is Kobayashi-san and the young girl. Together, however, I can't imagine what they could do. Even if they haven't had any battles, they still are dangerous. If we face them, we should be careful not to underestimate them. If we do, we will have lost before we even started."

Blind Beast is a claustrophobic chamber piece centering on a blind sculptor (Eiji Funakoshi) who kidnaps an aspiring model (Mako Midori) in order to create the world’s most sensorial sculpture. It is part pink film and part arthouse horror, with references to Baudelaire, Marquis de Sade, and Hume’s evolutionary ethics.

Eiji doesn't like the fact that Mayumi left, but he decides to ignore it for now. He'll just try to remember that if something happens, she should be the first one to be punished.

"Of course they're going to get worse if you don't listen to me." He looks at Kiyoshi. "I'm not gonna forgive you so easily, but I can appreciate you trying to get on my good side. See, you just have to be cooperative and maybe I'll go easy on you~"

He looks at Haku and then some other younger prisoners. Ichiro, Akane, Rin..

"Huh, so you have a lot of young ones here too. Seriously, what's up with kids learning how to kill earlier than they graduate from school.."

Miki tries to process all this new information in her head and tries to explain how they got here.. even though she doesn't know that herself.

"U-um, to be honest, we don't know why we're here and, like, how we ended up in this prison.. We just remember falling asleep in our Milgram and then waking up in yours." She shrugs. "Who knows, maybe we really did teleport here, haha.."

She thinks about what Noa said.

"Wait a minute.. So your original guard disappeared? D-does that mean we somehow replaced him?!"

"That's what I was asking you..." Noa trails off worriedly.

"Did he do something wrong? Maybe he wasn't fit to be a guard," Haku offers his theory emotionlessly.

"Or maybe he found something he shouldn't have," Yui mutters to herself as she tugs at her hair. She was trying to be quiet, but the male nearby heard her well enough.

"So you're saying you don't know anything?" Akane pipes up with a huff, hands crossed over her chest. "What? Has no one briefed you about the situation? Did you check the screen in your room for any instructions, or were you too busy panicking?"

"Ah, I think what Akane-chan meant was that you could try looking for any clues that you might have missed. Clues as to how or why you two were brought here," Kiyoshi tries to soften the blow.

"Hey! Don't put words in my mouth," Akane retaliates with a jolt.

"How useless. All of you," Rin frowns as he picks at his scrambled egg. "Hurry up and give us instructions already. If you don't have anything meaningful to say, just leave us alone."

"Have you seen my koala bear anywhere?" Ichiro asks, tugging on Miki's sleeve. She seems nicer compared to the mean boy guard. Maybe she'll give Keiko back to him.

The other prisoners glance at him briefly, but no one says anything. So they won't protest when Haruto isn't around, huh?

I wanted to make a detective game where you can choose to hang out at different places, meet new characters and make new friends ^^ (Kinda like Persona, Coffee Talk, and VA-11 Hall-A)!

Free Time Events

There'll be 'free time events' and a 'world map system' where you choose where you want to hang out:

Trust Meter

During free time events, you get to meet different characters and deepen your relationship with them - learning more about their backstory.

There'll also be a 'trust meter' for each character.

Unravel the Mystery

Instead of visiting places like the bar, park or gym, you can also choose to visit your detective's office. Here, you'll be able to unravel the mystery by choosing which leads you want to investigate further:

Investigating leads is crucial to solving the case, but spending too much time here can lower your sanity, so be careful.

Once enough evidence is collected, there'll also be a deduction phase similar to Danganronpa/Ace Attorney, where you must select evidence to support or contradict a statement!

The 2021 released animated television series Lupin III: PART 6 is now available for pre-order on Blu-ray in the United Kingdom, courtesy of All The Anime!

The boxed set, which is currently on sale for the introductory price of £49.99 (£79.99 RRP) contains all twenty-four episodes, in addition to Kiyoshi Kobayashi's special send-off episode, "Episode 0 ~ The Times".

Also included in the set is a 52-page art booklet, featuring character profiles, sketch sheets, background artwork, and more. Both the English and Japanese audio versions feature, along with English language subtitles.

Clean opening and ending animations, along with seven television promos make up the special features, and all three discs some in a special digipak with a collectors slip case.

PART 6 is directed by Eiji Suganuma, and while is primarily written by both Takahiro Ōkura and Shigeru Murakoshi, it also features a variety of guest writers coming in for its one-shot episodes, including (but not limited to) Ghost in the Shell's Mamoru Oshii, and Astro Boy's Masaki Tsuji.

The set is due to release in the U.K. on the 15th of April 2024 (a little over a month away from time of writing), and the early-bird price will only be available until Thursday the 21st of March, 2024.

Summary:

Ever since watching Migi to Dali I’ve been paying more attention to seiyus because I’m so deprived! I’m resorting to watching animes with the same seiyu as Dali. Not that I’ve done it yet but I’m planning to ;-;

And I’ve just come to appreciate how they bring life to the characters and emotions to a scene okay ;-; I’m getting why seiyus have their own personal fandoms now lol.

Most people’s reactions when they realise Dali was voiced by Murase Ayumu was “lol ofc” since he had to play both female and male roles when voicing him (and he did a damn good job too wtf). And now I just found out Eiji shares the same VA as Hoshina and Tokito too like wtf. Actually I can sorta hear it on hindsight… At least between Tokito and Eiji, but not Hoshina!

Chiaki Kobayashi also seems to play A LOT of main male lead roles but I’ve never heard of him till now! I’ve seen Hanazawa Kana’s name thrown around so much and now I also understand why lol. Her voice is so distinct I can always recognise her because of her Kanroji role. In Dark Gathering and now in Hananoi I was like yea it has to be Kanroji’s VA…
