I've significantly slowed down with breeding petz, but I've got some dalis to show off today! (but not in-game pics...)
Tumblr media
Aly is 5th gen, and I was gathering up four more to breed them up to 7th gen.
Tumblr media
I had Downpour, the son of Anarchia & Overcast.
And I thought I had Calligraphy, pup of Ink & Paper. Turns out, I hadn't finished that line and was breeding 4th gen Ink to 5th gens. I kept wondering why my pedigree numbers were off. Below is Ink, Paper, and their pup Calligraphy.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Aly & Downpour & Calligraphy are 5th gens.
I was trying to breed two 3rd gens I have Mirrormere & Honey
Tumblr media Tumblr media
but I kept getting inbreding somewhere. Turns out, Mirrormere is a litter mate of one of Aly's grandfathers. So I dropped Mirrormere out of the line. (Still keeping him, as he's already SGCh.)
Tumblr media
So the rest of the block got filled in with new dalis I just bred with Sindarian words as names. Resulting in Elloth & Eirien.
So this piece-mealed line has 5 5th gen pups:
Aly, Downpour, Calligraphy, Elloth, and Eirien. I actually bred everyone (except the siblings) and tried to decide who to keep that way, but I did get a bit confused doing that. So I probably won't do that again.
In any case, Aly & Calligraphy had Fergenol.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And Downpour & Elloth had Flamedark.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So that's two more 6th gens added to my crew.
I think I'm counting 15 unrelated 6th gen Dalmatians, which doesn't count any petz that were "replaced" by rebred petz (like Florida, Fabrizio, and Fabienne replaced respectively with Florence, Felix, and Felicity.)
I guess if I get to 16 unrelated 6th gens, I could combine them all together and get an ultimate 10th gen litter. I don't think I'll be doing that (at least not for a while). I don't really have an ultimate goal. I just wanted a variety of lines so I could have several unrelated full pedigree 8th gen litters.

the line of elros ◈ chieftains of the dúnedain ◈ headcanon disclaimer
Arahad was the son of Araglas, and the seventh Chieftain of the Dúnedain. During his rule, the Watchful Peace came to an end when Sauron returned to his fortress of Dol Guldur and spurred his orcs to multiply. Arahad was wearied by these struggles and leaned on his wife, the wise-woman Silivreneth, for support.           The son of Arahad and Silivreneth was Aragost, who was firmer of will than his father and more active in fighting against the rising turmoil in the North. Though Sauron focused his efforts on Gondor and Rhovanion, not Eriador, he was ever vigilant in his defense of his lands. His wife Alphalas was dear friends with Lord Elrond’s wife Lady Celebrían, bonding with her over their shared love for swans, for which Alphalas was named and Celebrían honored as a symbol of her mother’s Telerin heritage.           Alas, Arahad’s wisdom and Aragost’s guarded watch upon the Misty Mountains were, though valiant, imperfect, and Celebrían was waylaid by orcs upon her return from a visit to her parents in Lothlórien. All her companions were slain, including Alphalas, who had been eager to meet the great Lord and Lady of the Golden Wood. Celebrían’s twin sons Elladan and Elrohir found and recovered her, but she was deeply affected by her time in bondage to the orcs and not even Elrond’s medical abilities could save her. The next year, she departed for the West in search of deeper healing.           Alphalas’ young son Aravorn was only twelve years old at the time of her death, and before she sailed, Celebrían made sure to pass along his mother’s love to the child. He was the last Heir of Isildur to know the Lady of Imladris. He carried this sorrow all his life, marrying an equally solemn woman, Sírdhem, whose own parents had been slain by orcs.           The son of Aravorn and Sírdhem was Arahad II, named for his great-grandfather. Despite his parents’ melancholy attitudes, Arahad was a boisterous man of great cheer. He frequently traveled westward to the borders of the Shire, and though he never trespassed upon the land of the periannath he took great heart and comfort from watching their flourishing community, knowing his and his fathers’ efforts to fight against evil were doing good in the world.          It was on one such journey that Arahad met Ellother, a hunter from a small community of Men in the Hills of Evendim. They became fast friends, and soon Ellother asked to be Arahad’s spouse. Though Ellother had a lesser lifespan than their Dúnadan husband, their love was great and from it came an heir, Arassuil.           In the first part of his rule as Chieftain, Arassuil established trade with the hobbits of Bree, delighted by their recent development of pipe-weed. But soon troubles increased in the North, with the orcs of the Misty Mountains growing bold enough to raid Eriador. Arassuil and his rangers fought tirelessly to hold them back, but one party managed to reach the Shire where they were fought off by a brave band of hobbits.           Upon hearing tale of their leader, Bandobras “Bullroarer” Took, Arassuil was greatly impressed and traveled to honor him in person, though Bullroarer had only a vague idea of who this strange Man was. However, this friendship was fortunate, for soon the Long Winter arrived. Many lives were lost throughout Eriador, and with the aid of the wizard Mithrandir, Arassuil and the Rangers of the North brought supplies from Rivendell to the Shire to aid the hobbits.           As he aged, Arassuil grew weary from his wounds, and was forced to spend more and more time in Imladris where his grandson Argonui was growing into a young man. Though he cherished this time with his family, Arassuil worried that he was not doing enough as Chieftain. His wife Glórineth, a few decades younger than him, bravely took up the task of leading the Rangers in their journeys alongside their son Arathorn I. Glórineth and Arathorn continued to aid the hobbits of the Shire and also to the dwarves of the recently-sacked Erebor as they made their long pilgrimage westward to the Blue Mountains.

Brenior
While his daughter is a spitting image of himself, that is where their similarities end.
Brenior, born Alcarin, was the son Mahtan and the younger brother of Nerdanel - only a few hundred years older than his oldest nephew, Maedrhos. He had always been a quiet soul - soft-spoken and gentle, though rather timid in his youth. Easily intimidated and pushed around by other Elflings, and not one to speak out for himself or others. He was described as a coward and softhearted fool, and preferred keeping to himself - spending long hours in the forges alongside his father and, later, brother-in-law. His focus was tools, and anything of use, though he later began making trinkets and toys for his nephews to keep them entertained.
It was a surprise when he agreed to help Fëanor in crafting weapons - something his father disproved of greatly - but he had always been interested in tools of use. While he didn't see the need for weapons, he could understand his brother-in-law's reasonings, and was fascinated by them. Although he was still not a fighter, he would even go on to forge his own sword, Tyelpelango, which would later be named Hathellas, and given to Faegalad by Celebrimbor.
However, despite his interest in helping Fëanor create such weapons, Alcarin stepped back when Fëanor was exiled, and continued to work in the forges on tools and other trinkets. Putting aside his skill for weapons in favor of remaining in the good graces of the Noldor and Valar. He also intended to stay in Valinor as Fëanor rallied the Noldor to leave for Middle-earth, but after Nerdanel pleaded for him to go after her husband and sons to try and change their minds, he agreed to follow. He knew he wouldn't be able to change Fëanor's mind, but he promised to do everything he could to keep his nephews safe - foolishly believing they would one day return. And when they reached Alqualondë, he realized too late he was in over his head.
Alcarin was a reluctant participant in the First Kinslaying, though a participant nonetheless, but could not bring himself to burn the swanships with his kin - already wishing he had heeded Námo's warning, and regretting the blood he had drawn. Still, he remained with his kin, determined to uphold his promise to his sister, even as tragedy struck swiftly. Even as he began to lose his nephews, and even as he began to realize their Oath was bound to doom them all.
It was his capture by the Orcs, and later rescue by a band of Silvan Elves, that made him begin to question his own loyalty and his own desires. He still wanted to protect his nephews, to be able to find a way to get them back to Valinor without death, but... he was growing weary. He had become a soldier over the years, but he was not a soldier at heart. He yearned to create, not destroy, and he was growing frustrated with his nephews' decisions. And, in truth, he had fallen for Ellother - one of the Elves who had saved him, and the Elleth who had taken it upon her to nurse him back to health. The one who had given him the name Brenior. With her and the other Silvan Elves, he was free from the worry of what would become of his kin as their Oath tore them apart. As much as he didn't wish to leave them - to leave her - he knew he needed to, even despite Ellother returning his affections. His loyalty to his nephews, and his promise to his sister, won out in the end, and he returned to them. Upon returning to his kin, he kept the name Brenior, and became more outspoken. He kept his kindness and soft-spoken tone, but was harder to be pushed around. Firm on doing right after everything they had done, and chose to follow Maedhros.
Yet, he followed his nephews to Doriath, but had no intention of participating in the Second Kinslaying. Instead, he had followed in the hopes of stopping it before it could begin, and when that failed, tried to talk sense into Curufin. But, his nephew only grew enraged with Brenior's interference, and attacked him - scarring his face and sentencing him to exile, lest he fancied death if he chose to remain. Brenior fled for his life, and headed east - hoping to find Ellother and her kin once again. Hoping they would allow him to stay, though in his heart he felt he deserved no place with them for everything he had done. And, he did find them again, and they accepted him with open arms. He admitted his wrongdoings to Ellother, believing he was unworthy of her love, but she refused to waver from his side, and within a year of him joining her, they married.
In mid-Second Age, Faegalad was born, but Brenior and Ellother's joy was shortlived. They noticed an increase of Orcs in the forest surrounding where they lived, and he suggested they travel to Eregion - promising that Celebrimbor would welcome them with open arms. Ellother agreed, and together they traveled with their daughter and Ellother's parents, who feared for their safety if they traveled alone, began to make their way to the Elven kingdom. He was looking forward to seeing his grand nephew again, and believed they would be safe within Ost-in-Edhil's borders. Alas, Brenior would never make it to the eastern kingdom, and would be killed by Orcs as he tried to buy Ellother time to escape with their daughter.

Now for Elloths backstory. Again very close with Dandi since they basically grew up together, although he's a bit younger.
He/they, 23 aromantic, aegosexual
Elloth is primarily an artist who works with pottery and some paintings/drawings that he sells. Occasionally he finds himself selling small pieces and trinkets to the clones on shore leave, which is how they met many of them, as well as some jedi, who he's now friends with.
Elloth is slightly force sensitive but views it more as magic/signs - basically has no idea how the force works. They are slightly superstitious which affects his beliefs on the force

Harlindon’s Guard | ValyaBrethil | Closed
@valyabrethil
A stack of letters sat on Fili’s desk once again. The Elloth whose name he was not allowed to know was dues to come soon to take them and send them. After the last misshap with the letters - specifically the one he had coughed blood all over being sent to Glorfindel - He had hidden the letters away until he was ready to send them He was trying to send at most 3 at a time and not jsut a singular one nor the fifty he felt like writing throughout the day.
His door glided open and he could feel the shift of the air. His one good eye looked at the Elloth. She was a healer and a guard as far as he could tell. Not the kind that was in here often to heal him, but she had more like battle khealer knowledge. He jerked away as her cool fingers touched hsi heated face and it took a moment for him to relax as she began to remove the bandages.
It was always disconcerting as he couldn’t see her on that side, plus the cool feeling always startled him. “Gehyith.” Fili called to her as she slowed with the bandages, getting to the area that his wounds had wept through, making the bandages hard and stuck together. “I think tis time for a bath. As Much as I do nay mind filth, it would be best for the wounds, aye?”

cw/tw for: war, death, murder, wartime imprisonment, torture
Year of the Trees
Year 1450 > Fëanor completes the Silmarils.
Year 1495 > Melkor steals the Silmarils. > Fëanor and his sons swear an oath to retrieve the Silmarils no matter the cost, and head out to leave Valinor. With them joins Alcarin, who is both Fëanor’s apprentice and brother-in-law. > The First Kinslaying occurs, and the Noldorin steal the swanships from their fallen kin to sail to Arda.
First Age
Year 1 > Alcarin and his party are ambushed by Orcs, and his party is slaughtered. Alcarin survives, but is severely wounded and taken by the Orcs. > A few days later, Alcarin is rescued by a small band of Silvan Elves, although he is fading in and out of consciousness. The band’s healer, Ellother, begins to treat him, and gives him the epessë Brenior while he is unable to give his name. > A week later, Alcarin comes to.
Year 2 > Alcarin, now going by Brenior, fully recovers and remains with the Silvan Elves - finding peace in their nomadic life compared to the constant, war-ready temperaments of the Fëanorians, and is reluctant to leave. While with them, he falls for Ellother, which only furthers his reluctance. > Although Ellother returns Brenior’s affections, he leaves the Silvan Elves nearly a year after recovering to return to the Fëanorians.
Year 3 > Brenior returns to the Fëanorians, and decides to keep his epessë as his name, instead of going back to Alcarin.
Year 506 > The Fëanorians raid the kingdom of Doriath for a Silmaril, marking the Second Kinslaying. However, at the start of the raid, Brenior attempts to stop it by drawing his sword on Curufin, and blocking his strike from felling another Elf. Brenior pleads with him to call it off, but Curufin, in his rage, ignores his pleas and attacks him - striking him across the face - and calls for his exile. Brenior flees Doriath in fear for his life. > Curufin, Celegorm, and Caranthir are killed, as well as King Dior. Any survivors of the Kinslaying escape to the Havens of Sirion with the Silmaril.
Year 507 > (early February) Brenior comes across Ellother and the other Silvan Elves once again, and they welcome him with open arms, even when he reveals his roles in the First and Second Kinslayings. > (mid-November) Brenior and Ellother marry.
Second Age
Year 1200 > Gil-galad turns Annatar, the self-proclaimed Maia of gifts, away from Lindon.
Year 1500 > Celebrimbor and Annatar forge the Rings of Powers, but, in secret and alone, Celebrimbor forges the Three Rings: Narya, Nenya, and Vilya. However, just by using the same magic Annatar showed him, he inadvertently connects the Three Rings to the other Rings of Power.
Year 1582 > (March 20th) Faegalad is born to Ellother and Brenior. > (early December) Brenior, Ellother, Faegalad, and Ellother’s parents (Eweneth and Barhador) travel to Ost-in-Edhil to seek sanctuary from roaming Orcs. > They stop miles outside of the city, and are ambushed by Orcs during the night. Brenior, Eweneth, and Barhador do their best to distract the Orcs, but Ellother is still severely wounded while trying to flee with Faegalad. Brenior rushes to his wife’s aid, and she is able to escape with their daughter on horseback. > By late morning, she reaches Ost-in-Edhil, and is met by a small patrol. The patrol is alarmed by her state, and, although greatly weakened, Ellother is able to explain what had happened, and pleads for their help. The patrol’s lead, Saelheneb, agrees and orders his party to make haste for the camp while he escorts Ellother and Faegalad into Celebrimbor’s kingdom. > The patrol arrives at the camp too late, and finds Brenior, Eweneth, and Barhador dead. Although none of them recognize the Elves, the Star of Fëanor is recognized on the pommel of Brenior’s sword, and the sword is taken back to Ost-in-Edhil after the patrol takes care of the bodies. > Upon the patrol’s return, the sword is brought to Celebrimbor, and he recognizes it as Hathellas, and after meeting with Ellother, who is slipping in and out of consciousness, is able to piece together what had happened. He promises she and her daughter will be safe there, but doesn’t believe Ellother will last the night. > A few days after arriving in Ost-in-Edhil, Ellother succumbs to her wounds and grief - lasting longer than believed, but still unable to survive such injuries and the grief of losing her parents and husband. At her death, Celebrimbor takes Faegalad in as his own, and names her his heir.
Years 1583 to 1599
Although it was no secret that Faegalad was the daughter of a Kinslayer, and although some questioned Celebrimbor’s claim that Brenior had turned against his nephews, it was not something that held much interest for long in Eregion. And it was something Faegalad knew of as soon as she was old enough, as her cousin refused to keep secrets of their kin and their history from her. It answered questions she had started to ask, and while it gave some heaviness in her mind, it was not something that she let bother her. She was determined to rise above the sins of their kin, and grew determined to be great like her cousin. And, like her cousin, she was deceived by Annatar. The Maia was ever-present as Faegalad grew up, and she saw him as a friend, although she remained unaware of the Rings of Power - only knowing he taught her people arts and magic to mix with their smithing skills. It was something she held little interest in, despite Celebrimbor doing his best to teach her, and instead, she turned her attention to fighting. She not only trained as Lady of Eregion, but as a soldier as well. She learned to fight with both a bow and sword, though preferred using the latter, and became a skilled horse master. Faegalad did take her other lessons seriously, but… grew uninterested in those pertaining to politics and ruling. Celebrimbor knew she would be a great Lady if she put her mind to it, but her temper proved difficult with politics, and she often skipped any lessons pertaining to such in favor of battle training, or to venture into the forests outlying the city. And, when she did leave the city, Mirdaniel would join her more often than not - the two having been close friends ever since they were little. They would explore the city or forests together, and were rarely seen apart when not busy with their responsibilities.
Year 1600 > Annatar reveals himself as Sauron by forging and bearing the One Ring.
Year 1692 > Celebrimbor realizes Sauron is close to starting a war, and finally tells Faegalad of the Rings of Power, including the Three Rings he had forged in secrecy. He asks if she would be willing to take the title of Ring-bearer for him when the time comes, and, although frightened, she agrees to it. > He gives her her father’s sword, Hathellas, as well as a dagger he had forged named Echeleb. He increases her training, although is yet to show her the Rings.
Year 1693 > (late November/early December) Hearing word of Sauron approaching, Celebrimbor finally reveals the Three Rings to Faegalad, and instructs her to take them and to flee - telling her to bring Nenya to Galadriel, and Vilya and Narya to Gil-galad. He then proclaims her the first Ring-bearer of all three, but strips her of her name and rank to protect her. He orders her to tell each Bearer they cannot wear their Ring under any circumstance, as the One Ring is bound to each, and wearing it will reveal to Sauron its location. He also warns her to be a Ring-bearer is to be alone, but she refuses to be deterred, and assures him she will see the task through, and return to help protect their realm. To keep herself safe, she wears them on a silver chain around her neck. > With her name and rank no longer, she cuts her hair, and leaves the next day at the first light of dawn - making her way east to Lothlorien. The kingdom is unaware of her reason for leaving, and some begin to believe she had deserted them despite Celebrimbor’s reassurance it was not the case. Mirdaniel, aware of the growing tensions but unaware of the Ring-bearer’s task, feels betrayed, and grows angry with her friend. > The War of the Elves and Sauron begins.
Year 1694 > (early/mid-January) The Ring-bearer arrives at the borders of Lothlorien, and is confronted by the marchwardens. She tells them she has taken the duty of courier for the time being, and has word from Celebrimbor for Galadriel, though is careful to keep the Rings a secret. Although curious, they are wary of letting her through, but agree to take her to King Amdir to let him decide. > She meets with King Amdir, and tells him what she had told the marchwardens - she has taken the duty of courier, and has a message from Celebrimbor to Galadriel involving familial matters. He permits her to stay in Lothlorien for as long as she needs to both deliver her message and rest, though asks she hand over her sword until she leaves. Although reluctant, she agrees to the terms, and swallows the harsher whispers of her blood. > The following day, she is able to speak to Galadriel in private, and reveals Nenya to her - telling her that Celebrimbor had created it with her being its Bearer in mind. The Ring-bearer then warns her that taking it meant being alone, and that she could not yet wear Nenya under the order of Celebrimbor. Still, Galadriel accepts the task. > The Ring-bearer remains in Lothlorien for a few days recovering her strength for the journey west to Lindon, and is given fresh provisions for her travels. Before a week is over, she leaves Lothlorien, and travels North through Mirkwood to reach the High Pass to try and skirt around Sauron’s forces. > (early/mid-March) She makes it through the High Pass, and makes her way down into the valley before following alongside the Bruinen south to find the outskirts of the Trollshaws. However, a small band of Orcs finds her, and she is forced into the river to try and escape them. They remain on her trail and, out of desperation, she puts on Vilya - using it to summon a torrent of water to wash away the Orcs, and is nearly washed down the river herself. She’s able to reach the other side despite almost drowning, but by wearing Vilya, she unintentionally drew Sauron’s attention, and heard his voice in her head. Frightened, she quickly takes off the Ring, and flees into the Trollshaws, where she is forced to remain to evade Sauron despite the threat of the Trolls - hunted by Orcs now sent to patrol the forest. > (late April) She leaves the Trollshaws and heads west for Lindon once more, though has grown more paranoid and fearful of capture. > (late June/early July) The Ring-bearer arrives in Lindon with Narya and Vilya, and tells Gil-galad and Elrond what Celebrimbor had told her - that Gil-galad is to be the Bearer of both Rings, and should wear neither lest he reveals their location to Sauron. Gil-galad accepts Vilya, but refuses Narya, believing it to be too dangerous for him to keep both, and instead gives Narya to Cirdan. However, when she insists she return to Eregion to fight, Gil-galad orders her to remain in Lindon - warning her it was far too dangerous to return. She listens.
It's clear that her task, while successful, took its toll on her, and, not long after her arrival in Lindon, a lock of her hair turns gray. She's visibly more paranoid - often keeping Echeleb on her hip, even within Lindon's walls, and keeps her hand resting on the hilt. She believes Sauron's eye is upon her, although she dare not voice such a fear aloud, and is restless to return to Eregion, even despite the raging war. And, come late July, the Ring-bearer disappears without a word. She was there one night and gone before the dawn. Although considered a deserter by her people, her paranoia turns to anger and determination to save them. She flees Lindon during the night on horseback, and makes her way back to Eregion with a new fire in her heart.
Year 1695 > Sauron takes over Eregion. > Elrond and his host travel to Eregion to join Celebrimbor in the war, unaware they're unintentionally following the Ring-bearer.
Year 1697 to 1700 > The Ring-bearer manages to sneak into Eregion and reunites with Celebrimbor, who's relieved to see her alive and to hear the Three Rings have been successfully given to their rightful Bearers. He names his cousin once more, but she refuses her title of Lady - claiming she has yet to earn it. Something that confuses him, but he reluctantly accepts. > In a desperate plan to help free their people, Celebrimbor tells Faegalad to lead them and some of their army away to safety while he and the rest of their army stay behind to cause a distraction. She pleads for him to go instead and offers to stay, but he refuses. > They set their plan in motion, and Faegalad rallies together their people and is able to flee while her cousin and the remaining army do their best to hold Sauron's forces back. She leads them north and across the Bruinen. > Sauron kills Celebrimbor. > Elrond’s host arrives too late to defend Eregion, and they are forced towards the Misty Mountains, where Elrond establishes Rivendell. > Sauron attacks the Grey Havens, and brings his army a pike with Celebrimbor’s body used as a banner. > Faegalad, now also known as Maethorwen, leads her army to the Grey Havens and launches a surprise attack on Sauron and his forces - helping to drive him back and save the Grey Havens. It's not until after the battle is over does she see her cousin's body.
She’s unable to tear her gaze away, frozen to the spot, as she stares at Celebrimbor’s body. On the way the pike had been driven through him. It hadn’t been that long ago she saw him alive and well. Not long ago she saw him smiling despite the threat of Sauron looming over them like a storm. Not that long ago he had told her to lead their people to safety. When he had been healthy, and– Someone tries to pull her away, but she can’t move. They try to speak to her, but she can’t hear them. Unable to look away. Unable to unsee how Celebrimbor’s body had been ravaged by torture. How his body was now pierced with crude arrows of the Orcs. Someone once so full of life - so full of wisdom and kindness and ideas - now lying on the ground with a pike speared through him. Used as a banner - tortured and slaughtered by someone he once trusted. By someone she once trusted. A scream rips from Faegalad's throat as she falls to her knees. As she wails and curses Sauron for what he had done. Fury searing through her grief and guilt - threatening to burn her alive. A fury that she will be unable to shake. And, in that fury, she swears an oath to Eru - swearing that she will see the death of Sauron, and unknowingly sealing her future fate.
> Following the attack on the Grey Havens, Faegalad takes the title of Commander instead of Lady, and earns the name Maethorwen, Commander of a Broken Army. > Although Eregion is considered lost, she and her people are permitted to stay in Lindon, and she's still treated with the same respect as any Lord or Lady would receive. She doesn't consider herself to be a part of Lindon, and spreads hope amongst her people that they will see Eregion again.
Year 1700 > The War of the Elves and Sauron ends, and Sauron is defeated. > Faegalad finally takes her place as Lady of Eregion. She leaves Lindon and returns to the fallen realm with her people, and finds Ost-in-Edhil in ruins beyond repair. But, she refuses to give up, and leads them elsewhere to find a new place to settle.
Year 1703 > Faegalad establishes Ost-in-Rínas, with the city located west of the Caradhras, and northwest of the ruins of Ost-in-Edhil.
Years 3262 to 3319 > Sauron is taken prisoner by the Numenoreans, but begins to corrupt them from the inside. He soon becomes the king’s advisor, and most of Numenor falls to his influence. > The Valar sink Numenor, although some of the Numenoreans are able to flee.
Year 3429 > The Last Alliance is formed, and war is waged against Sauron once again. > Faegalad joins the war as a Commander once more, and leads Eregion in the fight with both confidence and caution.
Year 3431 > Ost-in-Rínas is invaded, and Faegalad and her people are forced to retreat to Rivendell.
Year 3434 > The Battle of Dagorlad and the Siege of Barad-dûr take place.
Year 3435
During a scouting mission, Faegalad and a few other Elves are ambushed and captured by Orcs and taken prisoner. For weeks, they and a few others are starved and tortured, and one by one, Elves begin to die - either killed by Orcs and their imprisonment, or releasing their souls to the Halls to escape their torture. However, Faegalad does her best to encourage the survivors to hold onto hope, and begins to play a way of escape - knowing the chance of being saved was slim to none. And, in an effort to distract the Orcs and give the other Elves time to escape, she begins to act out - starting fights and doing everything she can to draw and keep the Orcs' attention on herself. More than once, her distractions resulted in her being able to goad the Orcs into fighting her, and she was successfully able to kill a small few before they wisened up and stopped falling for her trickery. Her torture, however, was great - she was targeted the most for her actions, and her wounds grew numerous. She was starved and beaten and whipped, but her spirit never wavered despite her fading strength. However, it is during one of her fights that Echeleb is stolen and broken. Almost nearly two months after their capture, the survivors' hope would pay off, and most of their captors left to fight another battle elsewhere - leaving them only with a few guards. The Elves were able to escape their bindings, and killed their guards before fleeing. It took days of avoiding more enemies and struggling with their weakened states to make it over enemy lines, and they soon reached a small camp of Greenwood Elves. Their wounds were treated and they were finally given food and water. Once her strength was restored, Faegalad returned to battle, and further cemented her name as Commander of a Broken Army. By then, Eregion's numbers had dwindled, but her people still followed her, and Elves from fallen armies under different banners began to follow her as well.
Year 3441 > Gil-galad appoints Elrond as the new Ring-bearer of Vilya. > Gil-galad and Elendil are killed by Sauron, but are able to wound him in the process, allowing Isildur to take up his father’s broken sword, Narsil, and cut off Sauron’s fingers - separating him from the One Ring. > The Siege of Barad-dûr ends, and Sauron is defeated once more, although the losses are heavy for all involved in the Last Alliance. > Elrond takes Isildur into Mount Doom, encouraging him to destroy the Ring, but Isildur refuses, and binds it to his bloodline. > And, by the end of the war, Eregion could hardly call itself a kingdom. Ost-in-Rínas, although having been protected by its marchwardens, had been torn to ruins, and many of Faegalad’s people had been lost. Faegalad, in her grief, accepts Elrond’s offer of sanctuary in Rivendell, and travels there with the remainder of her people to heal. A part of her yearns to sail, but… her oath prevents her, and her mind continues to fall to ruins like her city.
Third Age
Year 1 > Faegalad does her best to fight through her grief to be strong for her people, but struggles to be the ruler they need. She sees they still look up to her, although she can also see that some are happier in Rivendell, and does her best to try and get better for them, if not for herself. > It is also in Rivendell that Faegalad reunites with Mirdaniel, but their reunion ends bitterly - Mirdaniel is still angry with her for leaving Ost-in-Edhil, for leaving her, when things were beginning to go south, and accuses her of being a deserter. Faegalad, still dealing with her own demons and still blaming herself for what happened to her home, takes Mirdaniel’s words to heart, and the two part ways. Mirdaniel moves to Lothlorien not long after, and Faegalad is heartbroken at the loss of her dear friend.
Year 2 > Isildur sets out for Arnor. > Isildur is killed in the Battle of the Gladden Fields, and the One Ring is lost in the Gladden River.
Year 10 > Although Faegalad's grief is still strong, she makes the decision to leave Rivendell with her people and back to Eregion. She thanks Elrond for all that he's done for them, and with those that wish to follow her, heads out for her beloved city. > Upon returning, she’s more than relieved to see that the ruins are not as severe as Ost-in-Edhil’s, and she and her people begin to work on rebuilding. But, it is no longer a true kingdom with such small numbers, although she is still given the title of Lady out of respect. It is still her realm, and something she is fiercely protective and proud of despite it all.
Year 13 > Ost-in-Rínas is officially rebuilt, and Faegalad begins to feel more sound in mind and body with her city blossoming anew.
Year 2463 > Deagol finds the One Ring while fishing, and his cousin, Smeagol, murders him for it. > Smeagol is driven out by the other Stoors.
Year 2470 > Smeagol takes refuge in a cave in the Misty Mountains, where he slowly begins to transform into Gollum.
Year 3018 > Upon hearing news that Elrond is forming a council, Faegalad travels back to Rivendell to learn what the urgency is about. > When she learns of the Ring and Sauron’s return, she is eager to agree with its destruction. A part of her wants to join the Fellowship to see it through, to finally put her oath to rest, but… she holds her tongue, in both part due to her duties as ruler and her fear of the Ring corrupting her. At the council alone, she feels its pull, can hear it speaking to her, and… she knows she could not be trusted. Instead, she offers aid to the Fellowship if they happen to travel through Eregion. > Once everything has been settled, she returns to Ost-in-Rínas.
Year 3019 > While Faegalad sees her people off as they begin to leave Eregion for the Grey Havens, her mind remains on the Ring, and she knows she can’t sail just yet. She feels war brewing once more, and is eager for it. > She learns from Elrond the upcoming battle at Helm’s Deep, and she rallies the remainder of her people - those willing to fight - one last time, and leads them to Rohan. They join with the marchwardens of Lothlorien, and arrive at the Hornburg.
Upon reaching Helm’s Deep, Faegalad rests her horse, Sador, with the other horses, and takes position on the walls with the other Elves. She has with her a dogwood bow, as well as her sword and dagger, and willingly puts aside her own leadership to follow Aragorn’s command. She’s quick to abandon her bow in favor of Hathellas once the Uruk-hai set up their ladders, and only begins to take charge as the chaos of battle grows - trying to keep those around her focused. Once the Uruk-hai breach the Hornburg, Faegalad carries out the order to fall back into the Keep by making sure the other Elves get inside first - doing her best to fight off the Uruk-hai as they escape. She’s one of the last to get inside the Keep, but continues to fight as the Uruk-hai continue to overrun the Hornburg. She rides out with the remaining Rohirrim at dawn to continue the fight, and is overjoyed to see Gandalf alive once more. She rides out in front to keep any of the Rohirrim from following the Uruk-hai into the Fangorn Forest, and when it comes time for Rohan to regroup, she goes to count her own dead.
> Faegalad gives her people the option to leave for Ost-in-Rínas once the people of Rohan begin to leave Helm’s Deep, but makes it clear she is not leaving the war just yet. She is determined to see it through, and while a few leave with the marchwardens, most of her people continue to follow. > She travels with Gandalf and a few of the others to Isengard, where they find Saruman defeated, and the Ents having taken over with the help of Merry and Pippin. She follows them inside Isengard’s walls, and witnesses Saruman’s death. > Upon returning to Edoras once more, Faegalad initially joins the celebration, but soon retreats to stand watch outside - unable to shake a feeling of dread heavy on her heart. Later that night, Pippin uses the Palantir, and she realizes it was Sauron’s presence that she had been feeling. > Faegalad remains in Edoras as Gandalf and Pippin leave for Minas Tirith, and tries to help Aragorn convince Theoden to ride out to aid Gondor, although he refuses. It isn’t until the beacons are lit that he agrees to travel to Gondor, and Faegalad rallies her people once more to follow the Rohirrim out. > She leads her people ahead of Rohirrim, although waits for them before she leads the charge on Sauron’s forces in Pelennor Fields. An attack without them, she knew, would only result in their slaughter, and it gave them time to scout from the outskirts of the battle to see what they were up against. > Once the battle is over and Sauron’s forces are either destroyed or driven away, Faegalad still remains, and her and her people follow Aragorn to the Black Gate. She knows the end is near, and is content with the idea of death, knowing she has done everything she could to see Sauron’s defeat once and for all. > She rides up to the Gate with Aragorn and the rest to face the Mouth of Sauron, and feels her own hope falter when he reveals Frodo’s mithril shirt. But, she refuses to give in then, and orders her people to prepare for battle as she rides back to them - encouraging them to stand their ground to see Sauron’s defeat. > Faegalad gives it her all during the battle, doing her best to try and keep an eye on her people to protect them as best she can, and sees the collapse of Sauron’s tower as the Ring is finally destroyed. She is overjoyed at the sight, and finally feels a sense of freedom she had long since lost by making her oath, and she knows it has finally been fulfilled. > She remains in Minas Tirith with the remainder of her people for a while longer to rest and recover, and aid the wounded kingdom, before she leads her people back home. There, she tends to them, and makes preparations for their sailing. > A few of her people choose to remain behind a while longer, and she sets out with them back to Gondor once more to see Aragorn’s coronation. From there, she sets off to the Grey Havens, and watches the rest of her people sail for Valinor. A few still remain, but she knows it’s not much longer until all of her people leave, and until her own time to sail arrives.
Year 3021
By the end of the Third Age, Faegalad is the last one remaining in Ost-in-Rínas. Her people have since sailed for Valinor, and although she’s beginning to feel the stirrings of Sea-longing deep in her heart, she’s reluctant to sail herself. She doesn’t want to leave Middle-earth just yet, and… a part of her is afraid to sail - afraid of the judgment she will face in Valinor, and afraid of facing her family and friends once more. She’s content remaining in her realm alone, although knows she can’t ignore the longing forever. In doing so, she becomes known as the Wight of Eregion. Elrond invites her to the Grey Havens to sail with him and the other Ring-bearers, and while she doesn’t plan on sailing, she agrees to join them. She follows them there, and says her goodbyes to him, Galadriel, and Gandalf. She gives her thanks to the Hobbits for all that they had done, and sees the Ring-bearers off one last time. A part of her does wish to join with them - to not sail alone - but she still remains, and returns to Ost-in-Rínas once more to spend her days tending to her once proud kingdom.

Note
Kurdel,
Let me start by saying I am fine.
There was a minor misscommunication accident. The elves seem to have not known about my problems with the flower Lavender. It was mistakingly put into my bath and i was minorly exposed to it. Thankfully naught ahs come of it other than a few irritations and itches. But please make note that i am nay able to be around that flower as nice as it is for i wish to continue to breathe.
I am now clean also. Not that I wasn't before but I am now scrubbed and smell decent. My hair is still unmanageable as i did not allow the elloth to touch or clean it properly. Ye ken how important ahir is to the dwarrow. I await to wash it until I am well enough to do so on my own or until ye find me and come.
With love, your Kidhuzurâl 2/?
@weheirsofdurin
All the comfort he had been given in the first letter left him with the opening statement of the second. Usually when someone made the statement of being fine it meant something had happened that could make that not be true. He let out a breath when he heard things had not gone as poorly as they could have. He paused long enough to fetch one of his signet rings, taking a moment to string it on a golden chain before settling in to write a letter in return.
Rauro-nin, Well do I remember when you told me of your trouble with lavendar after I had used a soap with its scent to wash my hair. I have been careful to keep it away from you since. I am sorry you were exposed to it once again, though I cannot say I am disappointed they have managed to get you clean.
I have said it before and I will repeat it until you believe me. I would rather have you alive and on the mend than with pristine hair. Your beard and mane will regrow for me to tangle my fingers in and wash for you. Until then, all I will see is the fact that you bravely faced what stood before you. I am doing all I can to clear the roads for you to return to me as soon as you are strong enough to travel. Then I will wash and braid your hair, and pamper you until you have returned to your full health.
I have enclosed one of my signet rings on a chain for you to wear whilst you continue to heal. I hope it brings you comfort as well as helps to open any doors you may find closed while you stay with the elves. I am trusting you with my reputation with my people I know you will not abuse my position.
Please, continue resting so we may be runited soon.

Did you Miss Story Time in Dalaran?
Dont Worry because here is the story told by Sieunnesri Ellothal
Grab a Hot Cocoa and a Slice of Pie and enjoy a mixture of story telling, poetry, DRAMA and singing.
When the Stars Loved the Moon
“ Once upon a time, there were two elves, a sweet boy written in a dark sapphire sky, a star known as Lunithi, and a sweet girl that came from the moonlit waters under the same sky. The two intertwined at birth....destined to be the greatest of friends..... “
She swirls her hands around, creating a small arcane draw between her illuminated fingers, a funnel appears, a lavender tornado, swirling, ever growing, as two beings of arcane energy form, children dancing around.
“ Lunithi and his Moon would dance, play, explore, and even etch stars in their skin to seal their fate as friends.....”
She runs her fingers across her bare skin, walking from shoulder across her collar bone to stop a star-shaped scar on her right shoulder, she slowly looks up at the crowd.
Tumblr media
“They grew to be adventurers, youthful hearts waiting to break free of the forest of purples and teals, to see what the world wrote for them to explore, but the world had other plans....”
“A meeting was called, one that did not interest the children....but the pull, the draw of the parents forced the children to go....”
She frowns and shakes her head, “ The children crafted a plan....” nodding, “ Oh it was a good plan.... “
“ They would sneak out before the meeting and go and play while all the adults had their boring meeting, but we must pack first, no adventurer is without tools! They children rushed home to grab hammer, rope, and endless candy, while it does not seem an adequate tool, to a child, sugar is the fuel of movement.... “
“ Lunithi was the first to leave and wait...The Moon, snatched, halted in her tracks, the journey abruptly never starting.....her parents snatched her by the ear.....and said....YOU ARE GOING TO THE MEETING!”
Sieunnesri stomps her feet, swinging her arms, throwing a tantrum as she walks backwards being dragged away by her imaginary parents.
As Sieunnesri lays down on the floor she says, “ The meeting was endless....it was long.....it was boring...it but me to sleep....but then.....then it happened....”
Tumblr media
“ Suramar was covered, covered with a magical circle, an arcane prison, the Moon's eyes widened, hearing the words again and again that no one could leave or enter....she had to find her friend. Rushing through the  crowds she endlessly searches, to find nothing..... She ran to the meeting spot, at the moment the children slammed into the wall....crashing hard on soft butts on cold stones and wet Earth.... Standing up they ran to the wall, placing their hands to kiss the seal that locked that away... “
Music starts to play.

I keep a Little Picture with me all day
She raises her hand up as if she is holding hands with the person on the other side of the bubble wall
I need a little whisper from you again See the thing about love Is it breaks everyone When the day comes along that they're gone And I hate thinking of All the pain you endured Now your free hope your hearing this song
She slides her hands down the imaginary wall
Cuz I lost someone there was there so much Now their soul lives on Hey I lost someone that meant so much Now they smile from above My heart criiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiies
She cups her face with her hands and pretends to cry
My heart criiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiies I have to make you so proud thats all I want Life's fast I wish It'd slow down I know it wont See the thing about love Is it breaks everyone When the day comes along that they're gone And I hate thinking of All the pain you endured Now your free hope your hearing this song Cuz I lost someone there was there so much Now their soul lives on Hey I lost someone that meant so much Now they smile from above My heart criiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiies My heart criiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiies No I cant love again to the death no love left Need you near just appear Miss you here missing you here Cuz I lost someone there was there so much Now their soul lives on Hey I lost someone that meant so much Now they smile from above Cuz I lost someone there was there so much Now their soul lives on I....I.....lost someone yeah
As the music slowly fades to a stop and she stands there looking down shameful.
“The moon lost her night sky....they had to live the rest of their lives....without each other.”
“But this was not good enough for the two...they decided to come to the wall each day, at this spot....and spend time, share stories of their days, of their lives and everything.”
“And they never gave up hope…they were separated, but shared one thing in common...” as she looks up throwing a handful of black glittered with silver sequins as well
Tumblr media
She yells loudly, “THE SKY!”
“ They shared the night sky…no matter where she was or he was, the sky was the blanket they shared. And their friendship grew and grew over the years, having each other backs in a different kind of way...”
A swirl of lilac magic spilled at her feet, as music began to play as she sits down.

Too many hours on the road Too many days as you grow older And tears are spilled As each moment unfolds Your head is resting upon my shoulder
She touches her shoulder, hoping their was a head their, but looks to see no one was there. She keeps singing
And I'm quietly thrilled Did I miss that smile? Did I miss that first step? All the moments you supposed Not to forget
Sieunnesri closes her eyes and moves slowly with the song. Holding her knees as she smiled and sang
You are my little something It's like you came from nothing And now you're everything to me
She quickly gasps as her eyes open up slowly.
I used to fear what you bring I didn't know if I could love you The way you deserve You make me feel like a king A day is no longer what I get through You're my everything Did I miss that smile? Did I miss that first step? All the moments you supposed Not to forget You are my little something It's like you came from nothing And now you're everything to me You are my little something It's like you came from nothing And now you're everything to me
She stands up and takes to spinning around with her arms spread out to keep singing.
Tumblr media
If I could turn back time And be there for every minute Give up the life I chose Just to have you in it If I could turn back time And be there for every minute Give up the life I chose Just to have you in it
Sieunnesri stops spinning, wobbling side to side, she was dizzy for a moment as she kneels and giggles out as she song comes to an end, “I might be dizzy guys....one moment....” takes a moment to collect herself. She stands up and looks left and right, “Oh right the story!”
“ The Moon and Lunithi  had fallen in love...they were adults now, but something grim...dark was coming “
Tumblr media
She speaks in a dark voice, “The brewing of evil painted the sky, from a starry lit painting, to storms of muted green and grey, the smell of sulfur and rot…..”
“Corruption.....”
She sighs, “ Those that were like the Moon started to change, within the walls and without the walls…withering like dead roses…. Lunithi was not free of the horrors that plagued those inside of Suramar, his skin tainted, burned free of its azure tint, twist, decaying, turning to a burnt olive...”
“ The Fal’dorei  “
“The moon was determined to help, determined to free her friend form the corruption, from the taint, but it was too late.”
“ The pair approached the bubble one night…..he knew his fate, he knew there was no saving him...the reality of the couple “
She swaps between a shadow form and speaking in a deeper, booming voice, and then back to the soft spoken voice of the moon
“ Moon you must give up on me, you must live your life….my end is near….soon I shall be a monster….and a monster that will not know his own friend and love….”
As the illusion drops from the shadowy form, she shakes her head in disagreement, “ No! Lunithi No! I cannot give up on you....I will do whatever it takes, become stronger.....be a better mage......”
She changes back into the shadowy illusion, “NO MY MOON!” she shakes her head, “ No….you must find your own way….a life without me….this will be my last day at this wall….I want you to remember me as I was before the change....”
Sieunnesri shakes her head, “And the two spent the entire night….just staring at each other….not a word….wanting to remember the night forever….and he kept his word....that was the last night he would go to the wall. He never returned....but still everyday the Moon would return....to see if he would show, and he never did....”
“The Moon was always alone.....”
She sighs, “But she moved on, and for ages her life felt incomplete....eventually the bubble of Suramar came down, and she was finally able to walk new lands....”
Tumblr media
“ She was able to start over and have a new life....while the moon never had her star....she was hopeful for a new chapter.....” said while looking up, she slowly looks down, “ I never got to be with my Star....and sometimes life does not go the way you plan, but that does not mean life is over....it felt like then that life was over, but I moved on....and remember those memories shape us to be better for the future....dont let one bad thing ruin your life....it was meant to happy to shape you to find where you fit....”
She rotates her wrist and smirks and snaps her fingers together as music starts to play. “ Encourage you all to stand and break free with me! “
And everyone dances with her as she ends the night singing this last song.

🌟 brothers
Send 🌟+ a word and I will tell a memory that my muse has with it.
Haldir could remember the day he held little Orophin in his arms. He was much younger then. Much more than he was now. Outside the healers he stood, beside that same brother now. No longer a babe in his arms, but a grown elloth. A warden in training. Following in their mothers footsteps, the two boys were. Now they awaited for the blessing of another child had been bestowed upon their parents. Much later in age was the last to Haldir, but closer to Orophin it would be. Time passed and no sound came from the room. Worry crossed Orophin’s face as he looked over at Haldir. His mouth opened, but no words came out. He already knew what was to be asked. Haldir shook his head, his own features remaining unreadable even to his own blood kin. He would not allow such feelings to cross. He needed to be strong.
Then silence was broken by the sound of cries. Small cries filled the room. A light seemed to shine upon both who stood outside and smiles were contagious as they embraced. A short time passed before they were allowed in.
Once inside quickly they made to their mother’s side. In her arms lay the small bundle. “Is it?” Orophin couldn’t finish his question as he looked at the sleeping child. Their mother smiled and nodded. “A boy. Another brother,” her eyes flickered to Haldir. Haldir reached out touching the soft blanket that wrapped around the babe. A small hand grasped his finger from where it lay. His heart swelled with love for the little one. He had another little brother. He had brothers now. “I promise to always protect you,” he whispered. “You and your brother both.”
