hey gina ik freddieismyqueen was very famous in this fandom back in the day. As much as I could gather from the comment section of people who re-uploaded her edits on youtube, I found that she went incognito(is it the right word to use here?) cause some people threatened her? Would you happen to know the real backstory? also, does nobody from here know her irl, so do we know if she's okay and everything? I mean, ofc, it's okay, if people from the fandom are still in touch with her and choose not to disclose this for her safety concerns but I was just curious if that's the real story or if she left the fandom cause it tired her out.? i hope you don't mind me sending this to some other blogs too, cause I've sent you some other asks too a few days back, but timezones suck and hence, I imagine my ask always gets lost in your inbox, which is okay, I understand :)

I’m just going to copy/paste an answer I gave previous about what happened to Ellie:

A few years ago a deranged anti decided to stalk and doxx her. They spread rumors that she was anti-semitic, that she was “the leader” of the larries. Worst of all, they found out where she lived, they knew her full name, they made it clear that they knew who her family members were, they made death threats that the police said legitimately put her in danger – basically they scared the shit out of her and forced her to delete her videos and her accounts. Then they bragged about it like the piece of shit they are.

And I’m sure there are people still in touch with her. The few that I talked to regularly aren’t active here these days, so I don’t know for sure, but they were feeds outside of fandom, so I imagine they’re still in touch. Last I heard, she was doing just fine.

But man, I miss having her here. She would have had a blast with what happened yesterday. 💜

i wasn’t in the fandom when she was, nor was i around when it happened. i’ve heard stories from people who were here through it, though. her name is ellie, and essentially what happened was they found her address and sent it to her, threatening to dox her unless she deletes everything. that’s all i know, and it makes me so angry because those deranged antis deem that us larries are the evil ones, meanwhile most of them dedicate their time and energy into harassing us, some even threatening to dox. there aren’t any posts for the incident though!

I mean the name Freddie can just be a name. It doesn't have to be a 'message to the larries' (and maybe Freddie's mother chose it?)

How do we know hes an absent father? We don't know where he and Freddie are all the time- we don't know how much time they spend together

As for the absent father thing, I am of the opinion that he is evading responsibility by touring. He said he made his albums just to tour and all he does is go out and party and drink. He teared up in AOTV when his son was backstage at his concert in LA and he cried to Helene about how Freddie was getting so much bigger and how he told himself he wouldn't cry, which tells you that he doesn't see him enough -- but if he wants to see him more, then he could just retire. He's a millionaire.

Also, he doesn't even live in LA. Yes, he visits often it seems, and it may be some custody issues. Maybe he did want full custody. I don't know. But he doesn't seem to see the kid often based on what was in that film.

Plus, there was an instagram comment by Briana's bio father where he said that Louis hardly sees his kid.

There are other reasons why I think he is not a good dad, but that's all I will say for now.

(Also, yes, I do believe it is most likely his kid, and I can expand on that if someone will be open minded enough to listen; I think it was a surrogacy and I think he was either forced into it or convinced to do it, and I have my reasons for believing that).

Several people in this fandom at some point or other had paypal donate or buy me kofi buttons on their blogs.

I've never done either.

What I have done, together with a number of others, as part of Rainbow Direction/Take me home from narnia, is the following:

Asked people to donate art to TMHFN/Rainbow Direction

Again, with the help of others, put up a webshop where people could buy this art on t shirts mugs and other things

Had the proceeds from these sales sent to a paypal account we started up in 2014 in the name of Takemehomefromnarnia

Donated the proceeds of the sales to LGBTIQ organisations such as Itgetsbetter, London LGBTQ switchboard, ILGA, Young out Here, Rainbow International and others from that paypal account.

Reported transparently to the general assembly of TMHFN and the readers of their blog on all comings and goings on the account - how much money came in and how much money went out

Reported transparently, and in advance to potential buyers of the RD "merch" when we wanted to also start using that money not only to donate to externals but also to keep up the blog and website of takemehomefromnarnia/rainbow direction (which we had been funding out of our own pocket until then).

Taken down any art that people wanted retracted from the shops

Not promoted the RD/TMHFN "merch" in years as people are perfectly enjoying making their own rainbow outfits for each occasion.

Set up the tmhfn Paypal of takemehomefromnarnia in such a way that the money remaining in the account and any proceeds that might potentially come in still (very unlikely, hasn't happened in the last three years), are used to fund the annual subscription to maintain the domains the group owns so the historical record can remain.

As this annual subscription goes up like crazy every year, I've also had people repay concert tickets I've had to resell due to COVID, to the TMHFN PayPal account. Which means basically instead of recovering the money I lost, I asked people to donate to TMHFN. I am and always was one of the main persons donating to the TMHFN account. The other main ones were people involved in Rainbow Direction. So yeah, no profit there.

That's it.

I know you'd like to paint it as if I'm getting rich out of scamming young people but that's really not what this is you dumb fuckwit.
