Wanted to try killing Vortice since it's like the one superboss I hadn't managed to kill yet and I found this spot which makes it incredibly easy to fight it on foot. I always thought you'd have to lure it closer to the ground but you can do this way easier.

I figured for stuff like Telethia and Pharsis, the places you could stand to fight them were coincidental but this spot lines up so perfectly with the boss it honestly makes me think the designers were putting in these little spots intentionally to let players fight the normally skell only superbosses on foot if they were willing to look for them. Very thoughtful design on their part if that is the case.
