Note
here's some Normal Monsters i think are cool! (mostly just ones that i like the artwork of)
Power Pro Knight Sisters Chosen by the World Chalice Wattaildragon Gem-Knight Garnet Alexandrite Dragon Mekk-Knight Avram Luster Dragon 7 Colored Fish Suppression Collider Frostosaurus Angel Trumpeter Galaxy Serpent Guardragon Justica Crowned by the World Chalice Doll Monster Miss Mädchen Doll Monster Bear-Bear Dragon Core Hexer Divine Dragon Ragnarok Digitron Rabidragon Metaphys Armed Dragon Flash Knight
I might have more later.
also, one question. If a monster is Normal/Pendulum, but it does have a Pendulum Effect, does it count for the list? If so, i'd like to nominate Dragonpulse Magician and Hallohallo.
All added!
I'm a little mixed on Normals with pendulum effects, but for now I'll allow it unless a significant number of people feel it's unfair.

Note
i am lowkey obsessed with neo the magic swordsman and trance the magic swordsman. of course xe's trans and uses neo pronouns (he/xe bc he be hexing folks). also Seto used an anime only trap card in DSOD with trance on it. kaibacorp says trans rights
KaibaCorp has been saying Trans Rights for YEARS!!!!
Personally to me, all Yugioh Monsters are trans but you are so so so right.
Also I didn't even notice Trance on Counter Gate... Good Eye! I think having someone be named 'Neo / Trance' be Trans and use neopronouns is hilarious. Xe named himself after xeir gender (/j)
Anon, for you I hope they make something out of Neo and Trance. I think Frostosaurus was part of the Transcendrakes (TRANS DRAKES!?) and considering Trance (along with OCG exclusive Lucifer) are the highest ATK Normal Level 6 Monster I think they could both get something going for them (considering they've recently been retraining a lot of Normal Monsters)

Frostosaurus ———————————————— 'This monster's metabolism enables it to endure long periods of cold, harnessing the power to become a creature of solid ice! Nothing else can withstand such temperatures, especially victims of its glacial rampage.' ———————————————— Can Be Found In: Strike of Neos (STON-EN002), Starter Deck: Xyz Symphony (YS12-EN003), Battle Pack 2: War of the Giants (BP02-EN003)
With the high dominance of effects in the card game, monsters' stats won't mean much when their attacks can be easily countered by one of many methods. This is why Normal Monsters gradually became some of the strongest offensive choices in the game, compensating their lack of abilities with ATK and DEF very few others can replicate. Despite not going beyond the stats of the famous "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", the combination of pressure and array of supporting cards makes Normal Monsters powerful contenders for their simple yet effective approach.
"Frostosaurus" was the first monster to break the overall stats of monsters of its Level, and with a few points of difference becomes one of the strongest Normal Monsters in its category. With 2600 ATK "Frostosaurus" easily becomes a powerful choice involving monsters of its kind, technically becoming the lead monster in many builds involving its pressence. Not only that, but thanks to iits position as a Dinosaur "Frostosaurus" obtains a big list of benefits in both summon and performance from mid to late game.
Dinosaurs are known for their ability to summon powerful creatures and pressure the opponent right from early game, and combined with Normal Monster tools makes "Frostosaurus" a constant threat in any purpose needed. Right from our first turn we can obtain "Frostosaurus" to our hand with the help of either "Summoner's Art" or "Fossil Dig", which then can be followed by either cheap Tribute Summon setups or cards like "Fossil Excavation" summoning it as soon is discarded for its cost (If we already have atleast one Dinosaur in our Graveyard). Our options will furhter increase with other tools to bring it out from inside our Deck, like "Petiteranodon" once destroyed by an effect (Including ours) or "Miscellaneousaurus" recycling Dinosaurs in our Graveyard. When comes to revival effects not only we gain the mentioned "Fossil Excavation" as well cards like "Lost World" to mill "Frostosaurus" with, but many revival effects like "Swing of Memories" and "Birthright" to constantly bring "Frostosaurus" by little to no effort.
Although lacking in abilities, Dinosaurs recently gained some options arround Normal Monsters to make "Frostosaurus" a powerful attacker for the opponent to be aware of. In combination with other powerful Dinosaurs such as "Sabersaurus" and "Megalosmasher X", "Frostosaurus" can completely take dominance of the Battle Phase depending of our Deck's approach. Some will rely on "Lost World" and "Solidarity" to further increase the already high stats of "Frostosaurus" and other Dinosaurs, while others will play along "Heat Wave" and "Skill Drain" to shut down as many opponent options as possible. However, while "Frostosaurus" clearly stands out in battles, don't hesitate on taking advantage of its many summoning options to use it as material for one of many Extra Deck summons.
"Frostosaurus" is probably one of the best Normal Monsters in the game just by the fact that belongs to the Dinosaur-Type. This group of monsters is often known for its high offense and many opportunities to summon powerful creatures with ease, pretty much sharing the same approach many Normal Monster strategies aims for. Therefore, from overwhelming the opponent with supporting cards to being used as material if needed, even though reliant on other cards "Frostosaurus" is a wonderful choice along the other Dinosaur cards that can play along with.
Personal Rating: A
+ One of the strongest Normal Monsters of its Level + Greatly supported by both Normal Monster and Dinosaur options + Flexible approach as either offense or as material
- Completely dependant of other cards and effects

What is your current cube list!?!?!?!>!
Sorry it took so long to reply. Had some updating to do.If yo uare talking about my Magic The Gathering Cube you can find it on CubeTutor, it is like 95% done. I need to cut some black cards and fill in a few more rarity spots. But I have nobody to play with so no rush.http://www.cubetutor.com/viewcube/46304;jsessionid=2C05A19EA661EB1A898107213FF381A4
Seeing how I never talk about that one I would guess you are more likely talking about my Yugioh Cube. I have cut it down to 240 cards to be drafted by 4 people. Deck size is 30 cards for the main decks. It is drafted with each player getting 4 packs of 15 cards. Further I seed it so the first pack everyone gets 2 Extra deck cards and then the next 3 packs after that all have 1 Extra deck card. Here is the current full list below.

Succubus Knight ———————————————— 'A warrior wizard adept in casting bone-chilling spells.' ———————————————— Can Be Found In: Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon (LOB-EN117)
When the game started in the OCG, monsters didn't had impressive stats or powerful effects to fight each other compared to the current state of the game. Slowly but steady the game gained stronger monsters, but in return made previous cards quickly obsolete. While Normal Monsters suffered the most from these changes, on the bright side they gained solid support to keep some pressence in either their own builds or as supporting tools for bigger summons. However, high Level Normal Monsters will have it more complicated to stand out, as unless you are as supported as "Dark Magician" or "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" things will be a bit rough for a good performance.
"Succubus Knight" is a good example of classic Normal Monsters that will barely have a chance to show up in today's strategies. As many of her kind, a high Level with poor stats makes "Succubus Knight" a tough choice to unironically invest our build arround. And while still gains some good options to play along with, "Succubus Knight" best use will become as material of other monsters thanks to the various options involving Normal Monsters nowadays.
The stats of "Succubus Knight" makes her neither a great offense to depend on or supported enough to be summoned by taking advantage of her poor ATK and DEF, placing her in an odd situation to work with. While cards such as "Summoner's Art" and "Dragoons of Draconia" can quickly search for her, can be a waste of resources to Tribute Summon her or even spend cards like "Ancient Rules" on her arrival. Unless working arround Pendulum Summon the best option might be to instead dump her to the Graveyard as soon as we can, easily achieved by cards like "Dark Grepher" or "Advanced Ritual Art" if playing arround Ritual Monsters. As a result, "Succubus Knight" will become a recurring monster as several copies of "Silent Doom" and "Swing of Memories" constantly brings her back to our field for any purpose required.
There's no big secret or potential behind the uses arround "Succubus Knight", and will be the very same as any other Normal Monster out there. While some stat changing effects like "Solidarity" can give her a chance to stand out in battles, in most Duels will be mainly used as material for other summons required at the moment. From taking advantage of her Level for Xyz and Synchro Summons to all kinds of Link Summons, "Succubus Knight" and other Normal Monsters if any easily becomes recyclable creatures for any bigger monsters we can pull out for cheap. Not only that, but if also working along "Dragon's Mirror" and other Fusion effects we can use "Succubus Knight" as material for "First of the Dragons" from early to late game.
"Succubus Knight" is in the same unfortunate position as hundreds of other Normal Monsters in the game. Her below average stats for a Level five monster makes her a terrible card to completely focus on, specially due the limited traits of her kind to invest on. Normal Monsters are either a offensive build with the likes of "Frostosaurus" and "Alexandrite Dragon" to pressure the opponent from our first turn, or takes advantage of their low stats to exploit cards like "Tri-Wight" in all kinds of setups. "Succubus Knight" fits in no one of them, and even with solid Graveyard support there are plenty of better Normal Monsters to work with even from her original set.
Personal Rating: D+
+ Well supported specially from the Graveyard
- Poor stats for her Level - Relies on other cards and effects - Easily overshadowed by stronger or better supported Normal Monsters

Fossil Dig ———————————————— Add 1 Level 6 or lower Dinosaur-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. ———————————————— Can Be Found In: Ancient Prophecy (ANPR-EN062), Duelist League 13 (DL13-EN018), Legendary Collection 4: Joey's World Mega Pack (LCJW-EN164)
Dinosaurs has the most basic and in an ironic way most primitive tactics of all Types. Their goal is to overwhelm the field with strong attacks and monsters, not asking much thought compared to other builds. To do so they have various strong small monsters to start the Duel with, to end with high Level creatures with powerful stats and effects to lead battles with. Together with some basic defenses and effects to protect themselves, Dinosaurs shouldn't be underestimated for having the simplest setups in comparison to others.
"Fossil Dig" is the usual staple searching card many Decks share, but in comparison to others this one offers some liberties. When activated, "Fossil Dig" allow us to look for a Level 6 or below Dinosaur in our Deck to add to the hand. The Level restriction really stands out, as while other searching effects often limits its use to small monsters "Fossil Dig" allow us to look for some of our bigger Dinosaurs for when the time comes for their arrival. Obviously a staple card for the Type, "Fossil Dig" is an important Spell Card that goes from looking for Dinosaurs to start the Duel with to our biggest targets to keep the pressure later on.
Obviously excluding Level 7 and above Dinosaurs, every Dinosaur that can fit in the Main Deck becomes easily at our disposition by the use of "Fossil Dig". We can start by looking for monsters such as "Jurrac Velo" or "Hydrogeddon", able to summon other Dinosaurs as they defeat monsters in battle. If you don't wanna rely on effects, instead we can look for Normal Monsters such as "Sabersaurus" and "Megalosmasher X" which are further supported by cards like "Rescue Rabbit" and "Unexpected Dai". Some Dinosaurs might not stand out as much in battle but still carries effects to keep the opponent under control, with "Hyper Hammerhead" able to bounce enemies even on defeat or "Black Brachios" rearranging battle positions. "Destroyersaurus" can become an interesting target to look for, as once is added to our hand can be discarded to look for "Jurassic World". Together with "Fossil Dig", "Soul-Devouring Oviraptor" can either search or dump to the Graveyard any Dinosaur regardless of Level when brought to the field. Pendulum Monsters have a dependable searcher to setup their Scales with, allowing us to look for monsters like "Samurai Cavalry of Reptier" or "Lancephorhynchus" for any purpose needed at the moment. "Tyranno Infinity" is a very particular target, as requires its own build to boost its ATK  as much as maximum, thus becoming the top priority of "Fossil Dig" in its strategy. Last but not least there's the high Level monsters we can search for when we need a push in battles, with "Frostosaurus" as one of the strongest monsters of its Level or "Dark Driceratops" punishing defenses.
"Fossil Dig" is undoubtly a must for Dinosaur Decks of any kind. With several monsters having different roles to cover, "Fossil Dig" allow us to look for the right Dinosaur for the best scenario by simply activating it. However, while allow us to look for some high Level Dinosaurs the Type's most dominant monsters are above Level 6, turning this small liberty over other searchers not that impressive when we see the scarce targets we can search for. But regardless "Fossil Dig" is as important as any searcher from early to late game, and even if doesn't have that many high Level monsters to add in our hand still has a very important role when looking for one of many important Dinosaurs to keep leading Duels with.
Personal Rating: A+
+ Searches and adds to our hand a Level 6 or lower Dinosaur from our Deck + Many candidates for all sorts of purposes to search for
- Very scarce high Level Dinosaurs to search with this effect
