Pierwsze zdjęcia dla nowego hotelu sieci Accor w Krakowie za mną. Mercure Kraków Fabryczna City to olbrzymia inwestycja, za którą stoi krakowski deweloper Inter-Bud. W budynkach zabytkowej Fabryki Wódek na Dąbiu powstałej w 1931 roku powstaje kompleks, na który składają się czterogwiazdkowy hotel z blisko 200 pokojami, centrum kongresowe, pasaż z sześcioma restauracjami, barami i minibrowarem, centrum fitness z siłownią i basenem oraz pierwsze w Krakowie Muzeum Wódki!

Na razie mamy sfotografowane pokoje dwuosobowe w standardach Double i Twin oraz łazienki. Przede mną kolejne pokoje w wyższych standardach - Superior, Privilege oraz apartamenty Junior Suite, Superior Suite i Executive Suite. To co odróżnia ten obiekt od innych w Krakowie to przestrzeń. Pokoje są baaaaardzo przestronne! Nawet te najmniejsze pokoje nie są wcale małe. To chyba wynika z warunków adaptacji tych zabytkowych budynków, bo te pokoje mają od 25 do 35 m2 a dodatkowo są znacznie wyższe niż w nowo powstałych budynkach. Privilege mają około 40 m2 a apartamenty od 40 do blisko 110 m2.

春の小旅行第一弾。初の初島に。初島、なかなかよいですね。景色も良くて魚介類も美味しいし、子供が楽しいアクティビティもたくさんある。中学生の娘も楽しそうにしてくれいて、なにより。もっていたカメラはFUJIFILM GFX 50S II。初代のGFX 50S とGF63mmF2.8 R WRの組み合わせでも思ったんけど、これくらいの距離感で撮影したときの、立体感がすごい好き。立体感と、ピントのあったところの質感のバランスといいますか。

So, you asked for more colour and you know that I’m always happy to oblige 🤗 The image does fit well in this series because again it’s a photo taken with the Fujifilm GFX 50S II in Florence. And it’s one taken on the same night as the previous post. This one was a bit tricky because I really wanted to take a long exposure but I was out without tripods 😅 So I had to resort to leaning onto a very unstable pole and hope the lens stabilisation would do its job… And it seems to have worked (good job Fuji engineers!) 😃 I also wanted to take the end of this series towards something more joyful after having dragged you to the very dark place of my street photography. I promise you the next series will take a completely different path. And of course there will still be room for my harsh lights and bold shadows in 2022! But if you followed me for a while you know that I don’t like to corner myself into a niche and I always like to experiment…

Hotel Mercure Fabryczna City oficjalnie otwarty!

Na mojej niedawnej sesji fotografowałem między innymi architekturę budynku oraz piękne i bardzo przestronne lobby hotelowe, gdzie można odpocząć obok oryginalnej kadzi, w której jeszcze niedawno destylowano alkohol. Kadź jest bowiem pozostałością po Fabryce Wódek na Dąbiu. 

Oczywiście po raz kolejny fotografowałem pokoje i apartamenty, które występują tu w wielu różnych wersjach i standardach. Zdecydowanie nie jest to  jeden z tych hoteli, w których jeden pokój nie różni niczym się od reszty. Z resztą inne przykłady możecie zobaczyć w poście tutaj.
