It's the start of the 2nd Term 2025 Inuyasha Fandom Awards!

We hope everyone had a good start to the year! A huge shout-out to everyone who participated last term and made it such a huge success! We look forward to all of the amazing new fanfiction and fanart to be shared with this beautiful community!

A special thank you goes out to @mayarab for donating her time and talent to creating banners for everyone! (If you have not received your award banner for last term, please reach out to one of the mods asap!)

As mentioned in this post, there is a big change coming for how to submit your nominations. We are no longer taking nominations submitted through our ask or submission boxes. Change is not fun, but we hope this will make sending in nominations easier and more user friendly across all social media platforms.

You will need to sign into Google, just as we ask you to do with the voting form. If you have any questions or concerns about this new format, please don't hesitate to reach out. And if you have any feedback - positive or constructive - please let us know!

At the end of last term, the voting form included the possibilities of the Roulette Categories for this term, and we have taken the top choice for both Fanart and Fanfiction.

The Fanfiction Roulette Category for this term will be Best Classic Fanfiction. This is defined as: A fanfiction that has been posted outside of the designated timeframe; ie: stories that have been posted and/or updated prior to the 3 years before the start of the term. These are not limited to completed fics, but completed fics may be preferred.

The Fanart Roulette Category for this term will be Best Background. This is defined as: A focus on the background, not just the main character(s). This is an appreciation of the work and background that the artist has created.

We also have the Romance Roulette category for both Fanfiction and Fanart. This term, the pairing chosen will be Best Thruple Romance.

For Fanfiction, it will be defined as: Stories that have developed a believable romance between three Inuyasha characters. "Believable" is subjective, and it is up to those nominating/voting to draw their own line on that quantifier and vote their "Best". This includes canon universe and AU/AR settings.

For Fanart, it will be defined as: Any romantic depiction of three Inuyasha characters.

Remember, all other romantic pairings, besides InuKag & thruples, can be nominated into the Best Romance category. All other pairings will be up for voting again next term.

If it wasn't mentioned above, chances are it hasn't changed. Please be aware that the moderators always take suggestions regarding how the awards are run and category changes into consideration, and each new term may bring about new changes. i'm finally going to put this idea out there!

this is a completely random plot, mostly because I have an absurd fascination with the idea of ​​shauna as a werewolf, and given the "rivalry" and the parallels she's been having with nat this season, i thought about doing something like the rivalry between two of the best species of supernatural beings in history.

this is very edward vs jacob-esque, so i think it's safe to say that i was also inspired by eclipse and the rivalry between the two of them (but with two hot women, which makes it a little better.)

i still don't know when i'll update this or how big this whole series will be. it's my first when it comes to imagines, so please be patient (it takes a while to translate everything and thinking of something really coherent with the supernatural also takes a long time.)
