if astigmatism is at the point where its hard to read or see things properly at times, does that count as visually impaired? or not? is visually impaired just not having good vision? does it count if i mostly struggle when its on screens? if i struggle with things relating to my sight at all, does that count as visually impaired? do my depth perception issues count??? if fluctuates in severity does it still count ????
