鮮度が良ければ、アクも少ないので

もっぱらこの作り方で。

お出汁をきかせつつ、薄味に仕上げます。

我が家の男子はペロリと500gは食べてくれるので、それも微笑ましい。

美味しいという言葉は、私にとって最高の返答です。

ならばもっともっと、喜ばしてあげたい。

そして栄養にしっかりなってほしい。

色々なお店のものをいただけるのも学びの時間です。

コストや人件費も考えて、産地は？味は均一か？

企業努力が素晴らしいねとか。今日のお肉はまた違うねとか。

お米が変わったかな？サイドメニューのこれが切り方？

トータルでみて満足が高いねなどなど。

経営視点でこどもに学んでもらえます。

香辛料においてもですし、地域の特産品を使うときに、その地域の特性などをお話しします。

そして何より、笑顔で家族が食卓を囲むのは幸せなことです。

izumi has clothes hanging in her room because she likes fashion

himecchi calls her "izumin"! she hasnt had much experience being called a nickname before but shes very happy hime-chan gave her one. everyone, feel free to call her izumin too

she originally went to mizukawa but it unfortunately closed down, so she transferred here to hasunosora. it seemed interesting, and she likes people doing interesting things

ruri joined hasunosora late too! theyre hendomo 編友! (like intomo for transferees)

izumi's favourite foods are italian dishes, hamburgers, and gyuudon. she actually had gyuudon today in the school cafeteria. ruri ate a lot of burgers when she was in california too so they should go out and eat burgers together!

izumi can cook as long as she has a recipe

her special skill is "anything." she can sing, dance, perform, act, and she's won awards for fencing and programming too. she's not bad at studying either

her hobby is people watching (not in a weird way!) she likes observing people and trying to think what kind of person they are. eg if someone has muscles they may do sports

ruri thinks that's why she was able to fit in her class so quickly. she was a little worried about her as its a boarding school so everyone's pretty settled (and as a transferee herself) but himecchi told her not to worry, izumin's fine! but as expected of the saint of kindness...

since last week she and ceras have been trying out each unit. they all shine so brightly and she thinks she could have a wonderful time with any of them. however, there is only one unit for her...

ruri announces kosuzu was originally planned for the afternoon stream but she's a little unwell (sayaka is looking after her don't worry!) so kaho will be taking over!

like kaho and ceras, the with×meets after is discussing izumi's emojis

she actually has a message from ceras about last time. even though she had "violin" in her head she ended up saying "shark". izumi did think it was odd ceras didnt say violin

izumi suggests her greeting "gokigenyou" while ruri wants "kakkoii" because she says a lot of cool things. someone says they'd want to use it with ruri too but she doesn't think she says many cool things...

ruri says hime wants "ikebo" since izumi has a nice voice so she thinks everyone would want to use that sticker

izumi's favourite animals are rabbits and tigers so they would be good too

ruri says izumi would suit chess and she says "the game thing?" lol

Favorite food - my comfort food is gyuudon (a Japanese beef and onion dish) it's a simple but satisfying meal that always hits the spot. I also have a sweet tooth and I'm especially fond of cheese Danish pastries, they're tasty and also have the best texture ever.

Cynthiaaaaaaa! 💚💚💚💚 Awwww! Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to you too! I hope your Christmas was a good one! As for me, some family members came over and we baked sugar cookies and snickerdoodles together. They turned out pretty good when fresh out of the oven, but then they got hard when they cooled down, even in an airtight container. Definitely finding a new recipe next year! As far as presents go, I got the Kazuha scarf from his clothing line. It is wider than I thought it would be. When I showed a picture of it to my friend, she thought it was a blanket, hehe~ but it's soft and warm, and I can't wait to wear it somewhere. 🍁 This year, probably the only thing of note that I made was gyuudon (beef bowl), but with a faux meat that I buy sometimes. In January though, I will be transitioning back into eating meat, so there will be more possibilities! One dish I want to try is enoki beef rolls. I bet Tighnari would love that. こども自身が常日頃から、学校とは関係ないのですが『尊敬している！先生や、あの◯◯さんに今日、お会いできて嬉しかったよ！』

という言葉が私たち親に教えてくれます。数々たくさんの、とても素晴らしい言葉で教えてくれる状況に、こどもと一緒に、心から感謝し、敬意を抱きつつ感動をもってお話をいたします。

あたたかく本当にいつも常に見守ってくださって。

私は、本当は照れ屋でございますので涙を堪えて、ユーモアで隠しますが。

家に帰ると、振り返り、感謝で涙が溢れます日々。

もちろんのことでございますが、こどもは親だけで成長はできませんし、見守ってくださる地域の思いやりがあり、良識あって素晴らしい方々によって支えられ育っていくことを痛感しております。

He asked and lit a cigarette, he often wondered if it was just his luck or if the other box animals gave their guardian as many issues as Uri often gave him.

Can't remember if I've posted this before but heck, it's worth posting again.

So I moved country and simply do not have access anymore to a lot of food I love. Either it's not popular here so it's difficult to find or it's too expensive or they simply do not sell it at all.

So I have learned to make a lot of things myself. Salt and pepper tofu. Cinnamon sugar pretzels. Crispy chilli beef. Mongolian chicken. Gyuudon. Tomato soup. Fairy cakes.

And honestly?

Can't recommend it enough.

If I can just crack mitarashi dango I'll be happy. Oh, and apple pie like my grandma used to make it (the recipes online are... Different... It wasn't like that.)

...for some reason... I used to be able to make dango and mochi just fine in uni but nowadays I always seem to not quite get it right. Infuriating.
