I never say never, but I'm not a huge fan of the accidental pregnancy leading to a real relationship trope. Mostly because it always follows the same beats and there's very little room for variation. It feels limiting in a way that other tried and true plots aren't. Also the temptation to go too sweet with it is too high! We'd all get cavities. (That said, it doesn't stop me from watching movies with it though! There was a time years ago when HBO inexplicably played How To Be Single all the time and I died every time I caught this scene.)

But in a hypothetical situation where Hannix were having an accidental baby, I bet Phoenix would 100% get increasingly rage blackout-y as her pregnancy progressed and threaten to eviscerate everyone once she got grounded. Whenever she walked into the kitchen and Hangman helpfully pointed out what fruit size her fetus was that day, Nat would threaten to kill him with a melon baller while Jake laughed as he handed her a homemade kale smoothie he saw on a Goop blog post before suggesting prenatal goat yoga to help her de-stress.

Anyone who's seen the commercials during the fall season knows that the networks are going heavy on reality television and throwing previously premium content like Yellowstone to fill their holes with ABC taking the unprecedented (but welcome) decision to put Monday Night Football back on network television, while streaming services shuffle their remaining content and air either foreign media (Netflix's big December show is a Japanese production, an adaptation of the manga Yu Yu Hakusho) or negotiate for older material like Netflix has for some old but acclaimed HBO series's like Band of Brothers and Ballers. But football season only lasts so long, and without the writers to write scripted shows, the network lineups will start to look hopelessly barren.

Ballers HBO Season 2 Episode 10

I hope Ricky goes to New England, mainly because I'm from there LOL but also I respect the sentiment about putting legacy in the long term over money. But honestly, it's crazy turning down the Rams in LA to go to fucking Foxborough for a 10-and-a-half-million-dollar pay cut. Also, his actor, John David Washington was real good in Black Klansman, and I found out he actually used to play for the Rams way back when which was really cool to find out. I also found out that DENZEL FUCKING WASHINGTON is his pops which is wild to me. I mean the name shoulda given it away but Washington is a very common last name. No wonder he had such an easy time transitioning to the industry though bros dad is literally denzel. Hes a really good actor though deserves all his success and all that.

Why does this dude Spencer refuse to take care of that hip? First, we had dude worried about his brain health (which I'm not all the way convinced is doing too well), then he's over here getting cortisol shots on that shit while the doctors are talking abt the ball and socket are rubbed raw. Every time I get a stuffed nose I reminisce on days I could breathe clearly, I can't imagine hobbling around like that ... just get that shit fixed you get paid minimum 6 figures bro. and don't give me no shit like "Oh I'm busy I can't fit it in" cus he has his whole rock bottom moment at the end of the episode and the season ended on him getting it fixed. Also he likes them pills too much.

Charles is spending mad time at work so his wife gets a nanny, but that man is too attractive. I think if you're gonna be a nanny you shouldn't be fuckable in the slightest cus that's just a recipe for disaster but I digress, the news near the end of the episode about his promotion and being on the road for a few months is wild though, he gotta put his family first, his wife legit just had a kid smh. That fuckable ass nanny gonna be walking around raising your kid man that's tragic

Lastly, I find the ball player cameos in this show so funny cus I don't really watch football like that at all despite having played for a few years, so I don't recognize 95% of the people they bring onto the show for guest appearances. I just kinda get confused as to why the show is calling so much attention to this random dude. Half the time they cant even act they just end up looking mad stiff.
