The apartment is spotless when she walks in; even the stack of dry cleaning she had dropped over the sofa is gone, undoubtedly stripped of its plastic bags and hung up with the rest of her clothes (it is a very type-A tendency she’s not even that mad about, although she dislikes not finding things where she’d intentionally dropped them.)

He’s dimmed the lights, cleaned off the kitchen table, and is waiting for her arrival with no amount of nerves himself-- it’s been a year (and change, really, but a year since they’d gotten together), and it might be too fast for people to live together, but it’s been a decision she hasn’t regretted once. 

So, she sets down her bag, kicks off her shoes, leaving everything in a heap by the door. His own gift is hidden in the closet in the spare room, ostensibly her office, if Garden ever managed to let her take an entire work from home day without disaster.

“Sorry, I couldn’t get out of this meeting as soon as I wanted to, and then I got stuck in traffic. One sec,” she tells him by way of greeting, and darts to grab the box-- inside, is a pair of very expensive gloves, high-tech mesh and dragonskin leather, plated with titanium and wired to carry the force of his elemental limit breaks without damage to his hands. Xu comes back, kisses his cheek, and sets down the box to pick up the one obviously for her. 

The paper is made short work of-- the gift makes her smile, as close to a grin as she usually gets.

“Thank you, this is amazing,” she tells him, and Zell is rewarded with a proper kiss. “I love it. Here, open yours.”

hyunjin—an art student—practicing female anatomy sketches because he finds it most hard to do. you, his best friend was kind enough to model for him (since he said that he doesn't get references online)

first it starts out innocent, and you'd said that he can request as much as he needs as long as he can improve his sketches. but then he starts to get more flustered yet brave as he asks you to remove more clothing pieces—his reason being the clothes are in the way and that he needed to see properly how the female body curves naturally. and so you do remove your clothes as he requested, you're embarrassed  and flushed but you wanted to help hyunjin.

but the innocent poses turn provocative when he asks you, with the reason that he never tried sketching anatomy in a provocative way. and he kind of regrets that, because he sees you pose LIKE THAT all for him to see, all flushed and embarrassed and you just look so cute. he regrets it because now he's hard af, and his breathing is uneven. both of you breathing unevenly.

he was stiff while sketching your upper body, and when he moved down to your lower body, he sees you're wet af. and he gulps. he gets the urge to just touch you but he resists. instead of touching you, he puts down his sketch pad, and walks over to you (you fckin notice how hard he is and it made your core twitch in anticipation) he then asked, muttering if it's okay that you let him study your sex up close so he can get the curves right when drawing. you let him.

Ruggie is just that skillful guy who knows a lot about what he’s doing, doesn’t matter what it is, he’ll learn and master it soon enough.

The act of distraction by talking about topics that he knew you would be interested in, that’s also a piece of cake. His voice and seemingly genuine interest in the conversation had you so lost that you didn’t even notice how constantly he kept pouring drinks in your cup. Just as you would finish a glass, he’d rile the conversation towards himself and muses as he saw your eyes sparkled, before you know it, there’s a new batch of drink in your cup once again. He had to stop himself from chuckling out loud every time you would cluelessly down one glass, excited of how this outcome can do for you. You look like you’re on the verge of tears, closing your eyes from time to time as a way to control your shaking legs. He noticed how you purposely avoided asking for guidance, probably because you didn’t have enough willpower to stomach in the nervousness and your impatient bladder at the same time, but surprisingly, you went and tap a Savanaclaw dorm member’s shoulder for instructions. Now, this made Ruggie tensed up since being a Savanaclaw dorm member himself, he knew their responses would either be as aggressive as he’d imagine, or reasonably rational. Luckily, with your pitiful appearance alone, the Savanaclaw dorm member just instead back down and pointed to the designated bathroom you were looking for.

This made Ruggie sigh, relieved yet disappointed at the same time since his little enjoyment of watching you struggle like a new-born fawn is reaching its end. However, as he trails after your dashing figure, one little fun yet cruel idea came to mind and he isn’t quite sure whether to be disgusted with himself or to praise himself for it. But if he was going to commit in such morbid kind of enjoyment then might as well just partake in it to the fullest, right?

Reaching the toilets filled with different stalls, you found yourself sighing a breath of relief since no one seemed to be around, too distracted by the party going on outside. You walked over to one stall and open it, revealing a perfectly clean toilet and you almost saw it as your bright savior at that moment. However, once you were actually ready to step in inside, a hand snaked its way around your shoulder, startling half of your soul out of you. But yeah huuu… before getting to the part where they dote on their giant leader I just kinda wanna think like how Kichi would react to that… cuz you know how in one of his fte's he said that they'd be better off without him/wouldn't care if he died (? Something along those lines ?) Like in this situation he'd still think they wouldn't want him around. so I'm thinking if he suddenly grew big-mean-villain-sized, he'd prolly like just up and run off to hide somewhere. I just love to think that even he doesn't show it and still acts like a fckin cloWn around others, giant kichi feels like a big ugly scary monster and would rather stay on his own than let anyone near him, and that could work with most of his classmates they wouldn't really care enough to try and get close to him so he thinks even his dice group would be the same but holly heck no they absolutely wouldn't leave him alone gosh that's so cute

Hhehehehhheez imagine the scene bro,,, Kokichi wakes up in the middle of the night with his body screaming in pain he feels weird and uncomfortable and it's like chains r tugging at his limbs to rip them off and it's awful and all and he's curled in on himself breathing raggedly flinching his eyes shut, when the pain subsides he looks around and chaos meets him, there's debris all over and below him and he's seeing everything from a helicopter pov but his feet still meet the ground. it's like he's a kid in the middle of a doll town except there are living people in this little doll town and it's terrifying and he has no idea what to do but he reaches down with shaky hands to see if anyone got caught and hurt in the mess he did, when he sees that no one got injured -or worse- it does little to calm him down. if he doesn't get away immediately someone will come and see him like that- then an image pops in his mind of his dice group standing at his feet with their necks craned up looking at him in horror before running off. he doesn't want to see that, he doesn't want the people he loves the most to leave and he won't let that happen so he runs to hide from them.

And he's a criminal genius and used to hiding and deceiving people so when he goes to a remote location he doesn't even think anyone could possibly find him- he knows dice will try but he knows each and every single one of them better than they know themselves, he can think ten steps ahead of them so they can't catch up to him. They'll get tired of looking and leave him alone and it'll be for the best for everyone. Yet they baffle him when they find him after a while- later they tell him that it's because they too know him better than he knows himself and know how he thinks when he's distressed, but at the very moment they find him their first reaction is discomfort and skepticism 😔 they aren't sure if this giant boy really is their Kokichi maybe someone is trying to cause havoc in their group, but if he really is Kokichi then they don't want to leave alone,,, like this. They're a lil unsure but they try to talk to him understand what happened. And Kokichi feels satisfied that he was right and they're afraid and they don't want to see him but that satisfaction is a bitter lie he's telling himself as comfort but the truth his that he doesn't want to see them like this so he keeps trying to push them away

But dice slowly sees past the bitterness and recognizes Kokichi's distrust and paranoia and their own distrust melts away and leaves room for relief. They slowly shift from interrogatory to fussing over their giant leader for running off without a warning n leaving them so worried. But they know Kichi won't believe their concern for him and if they try to be too supportive too suddenly he'll get paranoid and push them away thinking they're tricking him even if they only want to help, so they'll agree to move things slow nd gentle with their scared giant leader.

See the uhee afro guy? yea he kinda looks like second in command and kinda serious and professional (as professional as a criminal harlequin with an afro can be) I can kinda see him being the most collected in the situation and the first dice member Kichi feels a lil comfortable around- he likes to see him lead the group and keep his head cool in such crazy situation it's comforting normalcy. And the uh gal with super long hair who's curled up in the back on that dice group pic? (The one who for some obscure reason is the fandom fave) like yea she looks like the youngest member I can see her being kinda playful n affectionate and be all over Kokichi always climbing on him nestled in his hair or poking him around nd clinging to him and joking and playing around and Kokichi hates it cuz all that love and acceptance has to be a lie, no one can trust Kokichi Ouma when he's a short whimpy high school boy and no one could ever possiblity trust Kokichi Ouma when he's a giant monster who can hold human lives in the palm of his hand.

One thing dice agrees on is to never leave Kokichi completely alone- they know he'll try to leave again if he finds the occasion so they make sure to keep an eye on him (they also obviously want to keep him company in these trying times) and Kokichi can see that effort to keep him put and he doesn't like it. he doesn't like how they're pushing it with their lie of caring about him and wanting to be around him. he could leave if he really wanted to but somewhere buried deep in him he still longs for their company and comfort even if he's afraid of their betrayal- but he's really desperate so even if it's risky he trusts them just a little to stay with him and goodness, of course they don't disappoint.

No matter what happens after that and no matter how long he stays like that (even if it's forever irreversible) dice is sticking with their leader. they push and prod him around to go back to their routine and drag him to go make new pranks- it's a little hard to adjust to his new size but they do their best to work around it and even make use of it to pull the craziest stunts. all in all they do whatever they can to get Kokichi to be comfortable with them and with himself and they're there for him like he was always there for them cuz he loves them and they all love him too and no matter how hard it's to get through to him they'll show him their honesty n loyalty and prove he can trust them and gosh im not into the whole power of love shtick but let the boy be happy dang it!!

Haha and of course there's the flips side of shrinking ouma and dice,,, but the world isn't ready for that discussion yet.

Avantasian headcanons just for fun pt. 4 - Entity / Raven Child

OH BOY, HERE IT IS. MY FAVORITE PROTAG. i don’t know how LONG this one will be but i really have to dump my love for this dude somewhere. and i’m talking about Entity / Raven Child from Moonglow! decided to call them Entity instead of Raven Child or Misplaced Entity just for the sake of it being shorter, though you’ll see me calling them “Enty” 90% of the time, because i think it’s a cute nickname.

whew okay, let’s start with something that’s VERY important for my headcanon: their design.

WHAT is that shadow? well, Enty was the first protag i ever made a design for since Moonglow is my favorite album. i simply took the lyrics of a bunch of songs as a reference, specially Ghost In The Moon and The Raven Child, where they call themselves “deformed” or “a weak hermaphrodite”, also the “half human - and it’s frightening to just guess the other half”, so this kinda “shadow form” was born because we LOVE being edgy. later on i guess i found another explanation for it and its way of reacting to things, so this shadow ended up being Tobi’s emotions. i got this idea from watching multiple interviews actually, because the man often says how he’s misunderstood or how he can’t really get his feelings out in the right way. with that being said, this shadow part reacts to everything more vividly as seen in those sketches and that’s the main reason why you’ll see this side of them crying but not their human part. also, if their negative emotions get really strong (aka anger, disappointment, sadness), this shadow will take up more of the human part, but never consuming it whole. people say it’s a spiderman-venom kinda relationship between these two parts, but i like to think as if this was Scarecrow without... mental problems, and embracing their feelings.

with ALL of that context being given, let’s get into their personality and everything. Enty is pretty shy and insecure as well: as the album says, they were thrown into a world where people ended up making them feel as if they didn’t belong there, so they end up searching shelter in the night, where this “shadow” grows and is free to express their feelings better. as we get closer to the end of the album, they start accepting themselves. but still, we only have the first part of Moonglow, so we don’t have as many songs to completely know the canon of this character.

i also want to explain why i talk about Enty using they/them pronouns. i also heard Tobi saying how this entity doesn’t really have a gender in a bunch of interviews, and he uses “it” to refer to them which is valid! but since they also have that human part i figured that (again, for me) maybe using they would be more... “correct”? in a way? of course they or he would work fine but this is just my preference in case anyone wonders why i only use those pronouns with them. i also headcanon them as asexual-biromantic, i feel like they aren’t that invested in human relationships but maybe someone could conquer their heart.

as for their alignment... somewhere between lawful-neutral good. even though they were made to feel as if they didn’t belong anywhere, they’ve worked hard on their emotions and they only want the best for everyone they’re close with. about the protags, they really just want all of them to get along since they’re basically the only people they could call friends.

so, that being said, let’s get into their relationship with the rest of the protags!:

Gabriel: as said before, Gabriel is unsure about Enty because he can’t really tell what they are, but as time goes by, Enty manages to get closer to Gabriel by calming him down whenever he’s been in an “fight” with Aaron or Scarecrow. and since Enty can’t do some basic tasks well, Gabriel will not only do them for them but he’ll also slowly teach them, letting them take their time and not putting pressure on them.

Scarecrow: Enty really wants to get Scarecrow to be a better person and help him with his mental health, but Scarecrow isn’t too open to that in fears he’ll get hurt. Enty is the first one who will dare to go near Scarecrow after he loses his cool or gets a panic attack, just to get him to calm down and then have some therapy sessions with him (aka, hugs and crying).

Aaron: again, they start off as victorian buds who support each other. specially, Aaron will be the one to help Enty with their crisis and the one who will help them manage their emotions and reactions to things, and, since he’s a scientist, he’ll also try to help their shadow-y part to feel more normal and less “detached” from them. and... as i said, they end up getting reeeeaaally close, and you all are free to think if “something” ends up happening between them or not...

so to sum up: i fckin love Enty SO MUCH and i could literally say they’re my comfort character. if anyone’s ever interested in that i could write another long ass post on how Entity and Moonglow have helped me in a HUGE way specially when it came to accepting myself and figuring my identity out.

Jaz used to be a friend-with-benefit of Hana’s! He’s a profiler/private investigator/tech-junkie who builds his own computer parts with his nen (he built Hana’s supercomputer for example).  

Now they’re just distant friends, without the sex part, but he was the guy she sort of “experimented” with when she became sexually active. Jaz tried to ask her out at some point but she said no (she was still recovering from the mission failure and from breaking up with Kai). So they remained friends with benefits (and Jaz might have had someee feelings for Hana :x) 

Now, Jaz isn’t Killua XD He’s not gonna make you breakfast in bed or offer you a shoulder when you need to cry or listen to your feelings. He tends to be pretty closed-off, emotionally-speaking, and he is very critical (including in bed... which is something that drove Hana mad XD). But he’s also the kind of people who lift you up and show affection in different ways. He might not hug you if you cry, but he’ll make stupid jokes to make you laugh. He won’t listen to your problems, but he’ll offer distraction. He gives his time to others without counting and if you need a service, he’ll be there. 

Now, he IS very good-looking, although a bit awkward and tactless when it comes to flirting, but he’s very good in bed :’)))))) and he’s just super fun to be around! The lil prince fml. As opposed to the younger boys that are more shy and just think ‘well shit’ when they realize they like their best friend, I think Renjun would be one of the most giddy when he figures it out. Having a crush on a friend at some point is pretty normal, so when those feelings arise, Jun isn’t super scared, or worried, and he pretty much just ignores it, assuming just as the feelings came, they’ll go away. Boy thought wrong. He was already whipped for you to begin with, both being your best friend and having an existing crush, that it took him a long time to understand that the crush was more than he thought. Once Renjun clued in on how his feelings changed, he’s nothing but a smiley, blushy, ball of fluff. Every time I see Jeno now, I think about how he was oh so scary to the babies and just their luck, they ended up in a group with him lmao. Fates funny. Anyways, he’d poker face tf out of the situation, you’d never know what was going on until he tells you. Jeno would be slower at realizing it, he’d only realize it after one of the boys tease him. ‘you’re literally a couple.’ ‘how?’ ‘listen...all you do is go on ‘they’re not date’ dates and you pay and you have heart eyes the entire time.’ ‘...you got me there.’ and just rolls with it, until he has to ask, ‘what are we.’

Jaemin

Imagine being Jaemin’s friend, let alone his best friend, and getting to see that beautiful smile all the time...a concept. Imagine just chilling with Jaemin one day, and you’re just messing around. Maybe playing a video game. Jaemin looks over for a second, and seeing you sitting there, so focused and button smashing the controller. His chest suddenly feels tight and he’s like, ‘what the fuck is thi-...oh.’. And you turn to look at him when you realized his character has stopped moving and you just see him sitting there with this dazed look on his face and a dorky smile, ‘hey, you still here, dude? i’m kicking your ass ma-...wtf is that face for?’ ‘nothing, nothing. just realized something.’ Jaemin won’t spit it out at that very moment, he’ll think about what he’s feeling and what he’s supposed to do about it, but he’ll likely spill later after he’s realized what he’s feeling.

Chenle

*Que the dolphin screaming* Anyways, as dorky and cute as Chenle is, he’s going to be part of the savage squad, I think he’s quite a bit level headed? More mature than his age, and wouldn’t be super confused or freaked out by realizing he likes his bestie. The same with Jisung, Chenle realizes it in just a quick moment, that his feelings towards you have shifted from friendship to romance. Chenle is one that, unless he’s got some assurance that you might like him too, he’ll sit on his feelings and just try and forget it, and try and maintain your normal friendship. 

Jisung

Lord I don’t even want to think about my son being in love, he’s a toddler, I still have to cut his grapes in half or he’ll choke...ugh. Ngl, being a teenage boy, I feel like he’s bound to ‘fall in love’ with his friend so easy, and then like a week later he’s over it and it’s all good again, but for the sake of he req. we’re going to pretend this is some Romeo and Juliet bs and Jisung is dead locked in love. But keeping with that, the realization smacks him in the face in a second, it’s literally a split moment acknowledgment of ‘fuuuuuuck i think love you’ kind of thing. And he freaks. The fuck. Out. You know he’ll talk to Taeyong about it, but Jisung wouldn’t flat out tell you anything. But you;ll know. The poor bub will be so anxious and antsy everytime he’s around you, you’re immediately going to know there’s something wrong, and probably guess it, while Jisung is lowkey peeing his pants. You pretty much confessed on his behalf...but hey, it’s all exposed now, stop shaking Ji it’s alright.

they do move with each other but jinki didn’t really tell kibum lmfao.

jinki and kibum have been coming over to minho’s almost everyday and minho can see lil aspects of jinki appearing everywhere. he’ll accidentally leave his toothbrush there for a couple days. one of his shirts will end up in minho’s closet. his favorite snacks and goodies will suddenly appear in his pantry.

minho loves it.

and one day when they’re all eating dinner, minho just asks, “do you and kibum wanna move in?”

and holy shit jinki actually falls out of his seat and kibum and jonghyun keep turning to look at each other and minho in complete disbelief.

“hyung are you okay?” minho asks, not saying shit because he’s a good christian man.

jinki springs up and sits back down. “did i hear you correctly or was i just imagining things again?”

minho looks nervous now, like he’s regretting ever having said anything. “y-yes. it’s just an idea… i mean, you practically already live here. why not make it official?”

and jongkey’s eyes are WIDE ASF because this is it. this the moment. they’ll get married and live happily ever after oh boy. jong is bouncing in his seat.

jinki inhales and stands up. he grabs minho by the wrist and drags him into the other room, away from the table. jongkey stay seated because they know. tis private.

and before minho can really say anything, jinki is kissing him and minho’s like ???? what is happening????

“you bet your ass we’re moving in together,” jinki whispers, breaking apart.

and minho’s like ??????????? he likes this side of jinki. “i do have a sweet ass,” he replies before kissing him again.

and when they return to the table, both of their faces are RED like the tomatoes in the salad minho made and kibum definitely know they made out.

but they have to make it official.

kibum smirks. “let me see if i made out the decision correctly…”

cue faces burning. jinki giggles and minho’s heart just skips a beat and damn it, they’re a mess.

“we’re all moving in together…”

and jonghyun sighs because HE DOESN’T GET IT. “yes bummie. they just kissed behind our backs and now you’ve embarrassed them with that make out pun.”

and kibum glares at jonghyun like “whomstve the fuck asked you to out me like that??” but he doesn’t say it because he loves jong too much uwu.

minho nods. “we’re all moving in. we can move in here. the place is a decent size and rent shouldn’t be too much of an issue. plus, there’s an extra bedroom so kibum can either share a room with jongie or have his own, whatever he wants.”

(yee he also implied jinki and minho sleeping next to each other EVER DAY and jinki fckin loves it.)

and uwu it’s set so like a couple of weeks later, jinki and kibum have packed up everything, sold the unnecessary and are settling in minho and jong’s house.

it’s better now because minho doesn’t have to worry about whether jinki will be there or not when he wakes up because the older always forgot something for work back at his old place and needed to get up early enough to get it and then head off to work.

and yeah jinki still forgets things but he can sleep in later now that he’s a bit closer to work and he likes to wake up minho by flopping on the bed and giving him lil kissies uwu.
