So I started a fitness Insta so I can mentally hold myself accountable because I know ppl will be watching me. I was super nervous to do this because who isn't self conscious about how they look and what people think. So I figured putting myself out there and being vulnerable would force me to stick with it. Nobody is perfect. It sounds a lot like you were caught up in the emotion and excitement of a first love, which is a really nice feeling but unfortunately never lasts. The only thing that really helps is time, but try to remember that feeling mushy and adoring wouldn't have lasted forever, if you guys did have a future together it wouldn't necessarily feel that way. That's normal! And there are tons of people who will make you feel that way again in your life. You're still young, try to focus on taking care of and improving yourself.
