Lunar Landing Systems
The Angry Astronaut tells us how important Blue Origins Lunar Lands might be for our future on the Moon: ‘Maybe the Distant Future?’. He also explains that BO’s HLS is too big for the human missions scheduled before 2040. ‘So, BO has plenty of time to get their spaceships to work?’. JOLT has opened applications for Submissions Committee — apply here by July 31!
On Submissions Committee, you write substantive reviews of the best articles submitted to JOLT, helping the Submissions Team make our publication decisions. The time commitment is modest — SC members generally write 2-4 reviews each semester, each taking about five hours — and the work is flexible — you decide which articles you want to review and when. It is a unique opportunity to engage with the latest in cutting-edge law and tech scholarship and make a meaningful contribution to JOLT's publication process.
The Fall submissions cycle opens on August 1, 2023, and runs through September; the Spring submissions cycle occurs in February-March. The bulk of SC work is concentrated during those months. If you have any questions about Submissions, please get in touch with Juan Lorente ([email protected]).
We are excited to kick off the Fall submissions cycle with you!

if it is okay for you to share how many chapters left in hook, line, sinker?
if I knew, I’d tell you 😅
we just started part 2 which is basically book 2 so probably 80-90k words. Maybe. I know what’s going to happen but still mapping how fast we get there. I let HLS write itself. 😇
