Summary: Dean is going to his brother's wedding in Paris. Castiel is also going to his brother's wedding in Paris. It turns out that their brothers are marrying each other. Dean hates flying but for some reason Castiel makes it better. That is, until a plane engine catches on fire and the plane crashes? Into the ocean 

Excerpt: “Hey Cas, are you with me?” Dean’s voice shook him out of the memory. “Yeah. I’m here. What’s wrong?” “Donatello says we’re over the ocean right now.” “Really? Already?” “Yeah. We’re over the Atlantic Ocean right now. He can see it outside his window.” “Hey Castiel, maybe you should tell your mother to keep her legs closed and you wouldn’t have so many siblings.” Donatello said and smirked and then the smirk was replaced with a look of pure fear. Because Castiel had a knife to his throat. A knife that wasn’t visible to anyone else. A knife that somehow got past the TSA. “What was that?” Castiel said, pressing the knife to Donatello’s throat. “N-nothing. I said that your mother must be a wonderful woman.” “She isn’t, but that’s what I thought.” Castiel put the knife away. No one would know. “Damn Cas, that was savage.” Castiel smiled. “Yeah. I know.” They talked for another two hours. Now they were above the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. That’s when they heard a loud explosion. People screamed.  “The engine is on fire!” Someone shouted. The plane started rocking. Dean tensed.  “This is why I don’t go on planes!” He was hyperventilating. Things couldn’t get worse. Dean was wrong. Things could get much worse because the second engine blew up and was on fire and now the plane was nose diving straight towards the water. Everyone was screaming. Oxygen masks came out. Castiel grabbed one and put it over Dean’s face. “Dean. You need to wear this. This will help you.” “C-Cas. You have to put one on too.” Dean said and was hyperventilating again. Castiel put one on just as the plane crashed into the water and everything went dark. Dean woke up. The plane was quiet. No one was moving and he knew they were all dead. He looked at Castiel as much as he could. His whole body hurt. The man was breathing. Castiel was alive. He was alive. Dean was alive.  The plane had floated down onto a ridge. They weren’t moving anymore.  “C-cas. Cas, wake up. Please, Cas.” Dean watched and sighed with relief as Castiel opened his eyes. “Dean…?” “Oh thank God, you’re alive.” “I’m not sure we should be thanking God right now Dean.” Dean closed his eyes. “You got a point there, Cas.” The plane was filling up with water. Dean took off his seatbelt and grabbed Castiel’s hand. “C-cas. Cas I can’t move my legs. Cas!?” “Dean. I need you to breathe for me okay. I need you to breathe slowly in and out. The plane has an airlock so we should be okay… as long as we conserve oxygen. And maybe we shouldn’t move. Any movement could pull us further underwater.” “C-cas.” Dean shivered. “I know we just met but we’re going to die. No one is going to find us. I just need to do something first before we do.” “Dean. We’re not going to die. They’re going to find us. We’re going to be okay. And what do you need to do?” “This.” And then Dean turned his body toward Castiel and kissed him. Castiel startled a bit but closed his eyes and leaned into the kiss. Dean pulled away. Castiel blinked. “What was that for?” “It’s just something I needed to do. If we’re going to die, why not right?”

Dean and Castiel are on a date at a diner called The Lily pad in a small town in Minnesota. Sam is back home at the bunker taking care of a sick Jack. Originally they didn’t even want to go on the date but Sam and Jack insisted. Sam even told them to go to a diner in a different state so they wouldn’t be tempted to rush home afterwards.

 Crowley and Aziraphale are on one of their regular dates at the Ritz. They go there together so frequently that the waitresses, waiters and even the owner had set up a special table for them and them only. They loved their boys, Adam and Warlock but sometimes it’s okay to get away for a little while.

 But of course as things do happen. Heaven and Hell want to ruin everything. Strange things start happening in London and in turn, the same things start happening in America…

 At the same time.

So much for date night.

Okay so I have this idea that I have been struggling with. Dean and Castiel have four kids. (Claire, Jack, Ben and Emma.) and I want to write something that focuses on that but I also need a plot too.

Please help?

It'll be useful to note down what kind of fic you'd like to write: fluffy, angst, long, short, plotty or character driven etc.

But depending on the ages you'd like the kids to be, you could have a fic where they're going on holiday, or maybe there's some kind of natural disaster or a smaller one like a house fire where they have to move or change their location for a while.

Maybe it could be something school or kindergarten focused with one or more of the kids getting in trouble.

Or what about a runaway scenario where if one of the kids is older, they run away after an argument with Dean and Cas?

Or perhaps something for upcoming Easter with an Easter egg hunt and some of the kids feeling like they're too old?

I hope these ideas spark something for you, feel free to IM me or send another ask if you wanna figure something more in depth out, or brainstorm ^_^

I was wondering if you could write something where Dean finds out about Sam and Gabe and at first, he gets mad but then learns to accept it anyway because Sam called him out about his hypocrisy because Dean was with Cas. Adam and Michael (in his own vessel.) are just watching the chaos while Bobby and Crowley drink.

Excerpt: The water sparkled under the midday sun as Castiel swam gracefully through the depths of Lake Overview. His iridescent tail glimmered with every movement. Surveying the area was Castiel's duty as a guardian of the lake and to make sure that humans didn’t get too close to the portal that was located in the lake because there are different portals to Atlantis in all large bodies of water. His keen eyes noticed the ripples on the water's surface, disturbed by the forceful splash nearby. Intrigued, he swiftly swam towards the source of the commotion. There, struggling against the weight of his waterlogged clothes, was a human man. Panic and desperation filled the man’s eyes as he fought to stay afloat, but the more he struggled, the closer he came to being claimed by the depths. Castiel's heart raced with a sense of urgency as he realized the human’s predicament. Without hesitation, Castiel propelled himself forward. He reached the man just in time to witness the man's foot becoming trapped between two unforgiving rocks. Time seemed to slow as Castiel's mind raced for a solution. Summoning his strength, Castiel exerted his mermaid magic. He wrapped his slender arms around the other man’s waist, his touch imbued with a calming energy that washed away the panic. With a powerful surge of his tail, Castiel freed the human’s foot from its rocky prison. Together, they ascended through the water, Castiel guided him to the surface like a protective angel. Breaking through the water's veil, the human gasped for precious air, his breaths ragged but grateful. Castiel hovered nearby, his luminous eyes filled with relief. He dragged the man to the beach and stared at him for a few seconds, wanting to remember what he looked like, what he smelled like— other than salt water.  He wanted to know what he sounded like. Castiel heard other voices and knew he had to leave so he jumped back into the water disappearing into the depths of the lake.
