I Think It's Time...
I'm finally adding these to numbskulls to my Familial or Platonic list!
My S/I's name is Maxine Wesson, and she's the third best friend that didn't exactly go to school with them but was always just around. (Think Fred from BH6 but not not as comic-obsessed or as rich)
She joins them on their wacky adventures and just sort of ends up places.
She lives down the hall from them in the first film.

There's a lot going on and tons of people are quite upset I think they're figuring it out. There's very little room to go to it's really a little space and there's no place to stay. Whoever they talked to says it. Huge losses and there's more coming this afternoon the infighting too. Couple more announcements. We're in charge of our own program we're going to run it the way we want we don't need advice I'm tired of this offering it. Nothing sticks it's very rude and arrogant for people becoming teeny. I'm so horrible team. Almost all of it can be traced to the max. We're now infiltrating. Well I'm finding out we are finding out there's a lot of stuff there and more than we thought as you can't do deep scans will set off weaponry. Get another disaster thwarted...hehe Hera giggles but she sees it weren't we supposed to take it. It's on and I'll see it. ... I'm right here if you ever need to Miami I had almost exactly right now.
-and there's sourpusses but really they're kind of spoiled it's not really la it's around here and they're slowly figuring out around that many people to try to get an army together and it didn't work and they're trying to call up north and they don't want to come down here to waste our time. Minority morlock are heading down the numbers and people are starting to pester Tommy f a lot and there's a big attack on him he's down to 75% of what he was yesterday and it's good it's less than the size of the United States now only about 7% less or so and it's a bit hefty but it's a it's about 6% less than the size of the United States and it's shrinking every hour it's about 45% smaller so in 10 hours would be half the size that would just be late tonight and they're panicking and they're coming top side and it's going to make it quicker not slower soon they'll be out.
-the McDonald's are trying to recruit and they were taking over the neighborhoods and Florida too and are getting overrun by Max and foreigners and us and it's not a pleasant experience it is boys are mostly somewhat demented and his son cork went the wrong way.
-some more events going on there is the quest for the key Kumar and Harold have dropped in already and you saw them quite a while before it happened then people say I'll come and not going to tell you and it's because that's not how they get there and it's a decent event a big one that was about it it's a few more things that happened as Olympus has fallen there is a White House down in several things like that when is the X-Men believe it's Days of Future past and the whole place is going to be in an upper uproar this week. And it begins shortly too but today a couple of movies are started I mean it's right that the movie dumb and dumber too is during the week and dumb and dumber one looks like a weekend and that's true too and you believe that all that stuff happens the second weekend it's getting set up now and it is about the keys it's very important. More shortly
Thor Freya
Olympus
I can ask some things shortly practicing transitioning

Alternative Christmas Picks: Ten picks that don't include 'Die Hard' for 2021
Alternative Christmas Picks: Ten picks that don’t include ‘Die Hard’ for 2021
Yes, yes, we all know that Die Hard is has become the go-to Christmas movie for a couple of generations but what about the other alternatives to the familiar picks? Try these out for future non-traditional holiday traditions. A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas (2011, R) is a holiday odyssey that lives up to the reputation of the stoner comedy series starring John Cho and Kal Penn. Which means there…

Kate Kelton: PHOENIX
JANUARY 2023
Seeking to elevate brave Silence Breakers who’ve come forward during the #MeToo movement, Kate Kelton’s portraiture combines their oft familiar faces with elements of her family’s Czech architecture. Her portraits are cloaked in the garb of statues that Ladislav Šaloun sculpted onto the central train station that her great- grandfather, Josef Fanta, designed for Prague between 1901 – 1909. Sampling and mixing her own lineage, Kate has transformed a historical body of work, itself a thing of lasting beauty, exchanging granite for graphite; plaster for paint.
Headdresses and crowns deify Kate Kelton’s subjects. She uplifts the Unsung Sheroes & Heroes, Patriarchy Smashers, Warrior Survivors, Silence Breakers, Philosophers, Truth-Tellers, Whistle Blowers and Thought Giants. She paints portraits cloaked in the garb of statues Ladislav Šaloun sculpted onto the train station that her great-grandfather, Josef Fanta, designed for Prague in 1901 – 1909.
Apotheosis through a reclaimed, reapplied Art Nouveau.
Kate’s recent work is a matter of expansion through contrast – she is as ephemeral as her subjects are concrete architecture; she is structural when her subjects should slip through your fingers like too-fine sand. Taken as a whole, the works in her magnificent series Phoenix are incredibly intelligent, but when looked at individually, you come to understand that these are statements of life beyond themselves. The series take embellishments of a Prague train station designed by her great-grandfather, Josef Fanta, and combines these with portraits of men and women who have stood against the sexual harassment and assault rampant in Hollywood –particularly those who have testified against Harvey Weinstein, R. Kelly, and Bill Cosby, and made allegations against Franco Zeffirelli, Donald Trump, Russell Simmons, Max Landis, Michael Jackson, Nick Carter, Luc Besson, and others. These women, like Kate herself, have suffered in the era where powerful men, every bit as immovable as the train station, wielded their power without check. The portraits emblazoned on architectural elements, they are marked against the edifice, every bit as permanent, and perhaps even more defining. If you approach those as portraits, you’re taking the moment but missing the permanence. If you take them as statuary, you’re missing the fact that they are, in fact, alive within those gazes. It’s really incredible how much a shift of the light, a dart of the eye, can turn each of them from a memorial into a promise. This is not an exhibition about tragedy. This is a monument to courage, survival and empowerment.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Kate Kelton was born in the south of Germany, after her parents escaped Czechoslovakia. Her early years were spent in a VW bus traveling Europe with her mother, an abstract painter. Settling in Toronto, Canada at age seven, Kelton attended the Etobicoke School of the Arts as a Visual Arts Major, and received a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Film, from Ryerson University. Her father was an architect. His grandfather, and namesake, was Josef Fanta: renowned Art Nouveau architect, engineer and sculptor, who worked closely with Alphonse Mucha. Photographer Dagmar Hochová is Kelton’s great aunt, on her mother’s side. Kelton also had a recurring role on Stephen King’s Haven on the Syfy Channel. When the illustrated re- edition of the book it’s based on, The Colorado Kid, was published, she illustrated the front and back inside covers. Her first lead role on tv was opposite Eric Roberts and Eddie Izzard, in the Independent Film Channel’s Bullet In The Face. Alex Maleev illustrated her for the poster. Her first feature film, Deepa Mehta’s The Republic of Love, debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival. Her film credits include cult classics, Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle and American Psycho II. Did you also spot her in music videos, like Shaggy’s “It Wasn’t Me?” Almost as good as googling her as “the Tic Tac girl.” ;} Kate has exhibited her artwork internationally for decades, at, among others: the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles, the New Walk Museum & Art Gallery in the UK; Gallery 1988 in New York, Venice, and West Hollywood; Gabba Gallery, La Luz de Jesus Gallery, and Durden & Ray in Los Angeles; Art On Scene in Beverly Hills; Galerie F in Chicago; Lawless Concept in Montreal; and The Sony Centre for the Performing Arts in Toronto. Her work has toured with Yoko Ono’s Group Show Arising from Zurich, to Portugal, to the UK and Germany.

HBO Max New Releases: October 2021
https://ift.tt/39ZMSFm
The fall is usually the domain of television. September and October are the months in which networks (and increasingly some streamers) debut all their new series. With its list of new releases for October 2021, however, HBO Max has decided that fall works just fine for new movies as well.
HBO Max’s new offerings this month are highlighted by two enormous Warner Bros. film releases. The Sopranos prequel The Many Saints of Newark opens things up on Oct. 1. The movie is getting a theatrical release as well but you can certainly just watch it via streaming to make Sopranos creator and film purist David Chase mad. Next up is the sprawling sci-fi epic Dune on Oct. 22. It’s long been thought that a faithful and suitably enormous Dune adaptation was impossible. Now it’s almost time to see if director Denis Villenueve pulled it off.

Even if the movies are the big blockbusters here, HBO Max isn’t letting its TV offerings go to waste. Arguably HBO’s biggest running drama, Succession, returns for a long-awaited third season on Oct. 17. Also mixed in to the streamer’s TV offerings are docuseries like 15 Minutes of Shame (Oct. 7) and What Happened, Brittany Murphy? (Oct. 15).
October will also be a good month for movie fans looking to check out some recent heavy hitters without buying a ticket. It: Chapter Two (Oct. 10), The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (Oct. 21), and In the Heights (Oct. 28) all arrive this month.

The TV Show Trials - Christmas Movies
‘Tis the season! I’m steering off course this month to review films instead of a TV show, because a TV show that’s only about christmas wouldn’t make much money.
White Christmas
A successful song-and-dance duo become romantically involved with a sister act and team up to save the failing Vermont inn of their former commanding general by planning a yuletide musical extravaganza.
This film is iconic, and I loved every second of it. The costumes in this film are gorgeous and I want to own every single one. I plan on making a tradition out of watching this every year.
Rating: 5
Elf
Buddy is a human who was adopted and raised by Santa’s elves. He learns about this and heads to New York City to meet his biological father while also spreading Christmas cheer in a world of cynics in the process.
I feel the need to proceed my thoughts with the fact that I have never been a fan of Will Ferrell, and I am not a fan of this movie. Most of the jokes come down to Will Ferrell either screaming or being dumb. Also, not be overly sensitive, I’ve never been a fan of casting a bit role for a dwarved actor just to make jokes that they’re short.
Rating: 2
Scrooged
Based on Charles Dickins’ A Christmas Carol, Scrooged is a modern retelling that follows Frank Cross, a cynical and selfish television executive, who is visited by a succession of ghosts on Christmas Even Intent on helping him regain his Christmas spirit.
The film does drag in the first act, but once the ghost of Christmas present shows up, it only gets better. I thought the touch of Bill Murray ‘interacting’ with the audience is a fun way to close out this entertaining film.
Rating: 3
It’s A Wonderful Life
George Bailey has given up his dreams in order to help others, and his imminent suicide on Christmas Even brings about the intervention of his guardians angel, Clarence. Clarence shows George all the lives he has touched, and how different life in his community would be if he had never been born.
This is a beautiful film with a great sentiment, but my god is it boring! Like everyone else, all I really knew about this film was the ending, and that is truly the only part that I enjoyed. By now you should all know how I feel about films longer than eighty minutes, and at one-hundred and thirty-five minutes, this film is way too long.
Rating: 3
Crown for Christmas
After getting fired from her job as a maid at a ritzy New York City hotel, Allie reluctantly accepts a temporary job as the governess to the daughter of the King of Winshire. Soon, Sparks begin to fly between Allie and the king.
This film is just A Christmas Prince (which is coming up) but, in my opinion, better. The editing is pretty tragic, but it makes up for that with heart. I am always a sucker for father-daughter stories.
Rating: 3
A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas
Six years after their last adventure, Harold is asked to look after a Christmas tree by his father-in-law, but his ex-roommate Kumar ends up destroying it. The two then set out to find a replacement for the damaged tree.
Despite my earlier comments about Will Ferrell, I am a sucker for irreverent comedy and this film is full of it. I’m also a sucker for goofy 3D, another feature of this film. Also, Neil Patrick Harris is always great to see, especially in this.
Rating: 3
A Charlie Brown Christmas
Charlie Brown finds himself depressed despite to onset of the cheerful holiday season. Lucy suggests he direct a neighbourhood Christmas play, but his best efforts are ignored and mocked by his peers. After Linus tells Charlie Brown the true meaning of Christmas, Charlie Brown cheers up, and the Peanuts gang unites to celebrate the Christmas season.
This special is weirdly anti-commercialist? As well as being very boring, I can guarantee that I won’t be re-watching this.
Rating: 2
The Muppet Christmas Carol
The Muppet characters tell their version of the classic tale of Scrooge, an old miser who doesn’t care about the joyous season of Christmas is visited by spirits who foretell his future. Will Scrooge turn over a new leaf and change his ways?
This has earned it place as my second favourite Christmas Carol adaptations; behind the Barbie version, of course. Like any Muppets film, it’s entertaining, funny and the songs are great. I also really want one of this tiny mouse muppets.
Rating: 4
Klaus
A simple act of kindness always sparks another, even in a frozen, faraway place. When Smeerensburg’s new postman, Jesper, befriends toymaker Klaus, their gifts melt an age-old fued and deliver a sleigh full of holiday traditions.
This film has a beautiful heart, but is tonally dissonant in the first half. Once Klaus and Jesper start delivering their presents, it picks up drastically. The heart-warming story, mixed with the gorgeous animation makes for a cute Christmas film.
Rating: 4
A Christmas Prince
When a reporter goes undercover as a tutor to get the inside scoop on a playboy prince, she gets tangled in some royal intrigue and ends up finding love - but will she be able to keep up her lie?
How did this film get two sequels, it’s so boring?
Rating: 3
Krampus
Frustrated by the constant quarrel between the members of his dysfunctional family, max loses interest to celebrate Christmas, awakening Krampus, a demon who will punish his entire family.
Making a tonal 180, we land on this film; which I adore. The creature design for Krampus and his minions is fantastic and the family dynamic is perfect. My only gripe is that the whole film is too dark, visually, I don’t like struggling to watch movies.
Rating: 5
Better Watch Out
Ashley travels to the suburban home of the Lemers to babysit their 12-year-old son Luke during the holidays. She must soon defend herself and the young boy when unwelcome intruders announce their arrival.
I hate home intruder films, by that I mean they scare the shit out of me, so I actually love them. I’m not going to spoil this film, because it is best to go in with all I’ve given you already. I loved this movie and the cast does an amazing job, especially Levi Miller.
Rating: 4
Christmas Under Wraps
When a doctor doesn’t get the position she wanted, she ends up movie to a remote Alaskan town. She unexpectedly ends up finding love, happiness and discovers that the small town is hiding a big holiday secret.
I don’t know why I expected more from the most popular Hallmark film, but this isn’t much. Also, this Santa’s pretty shit if he only leaves on Christmas Eve in Alaska, he would have already missed half of the world.
Rating: 3
Magical Christmas Ornaments
Marie finds her Christmas spirit reawakened when her mother begins sending her the family’s Christmas ornaments. As each ornament arrives, it brings a positive change to Marie’s life, including an introduction to the handsome man from next door.
This film, is the worse precursor to The Holiday Calendar on Netflix. There’s nothing wrong with this film, but maybe watch The Holiday Calendar instead.
Rating: 3
Jack Whitehall: Christmas with My Father
Jack Whitehall invites his notoriously stuffy father onstage in London’s West End for a Christmas comedy extravaganza, complete with celebrity guests.
Is it a fun watch? Yes. Will I watch it again? No.
Rating: 3
Christmas is easily my favourite time of the year, and I hope it’s pleasent you as well. I’m wishing you the happiest of holiday seasons and a fantastic 2020!

Are you an emotional wreck? I’m just a wreck in general.
Will tomorrow be better than today? Today was okay. I don’t see anything different happening tomorrow that would make it better.
Do you still talk to the person you were dating 4 months ago? I was single 4 months ago (and for the past several years...)
Are you nice to everyone? I think so. It’s never my intention to be rude or impolite. I’m not like overly friendly, though, if that makes sense.
Who did you last hang out with? My family.
Was the first person you talked to today male or female? Male.
What’s the one thing that always gets you through the day? Coffee helps.
Does it make you uncomfortable when you receive a compliment? Yes.
Is there a night you would like to put on repeat and live it forever? No, not forever. There’s many past experiences I wish I could experience again, though.
Did you do laundry today? No.
What kind of computer do you have? MacBook Air.
What size bed do you have? I have a full.
Do you like Harold & Kumar? I had a brief phase where I was into those movies.
Can you say all 50 states in alphabetical order? Yes, because we were all taught a song in school during the 3rd or 4th grade about the “Fifty Nifty United States”. <<< Yeppp. And it stuck with me all these years.
Do you subscribe to any magazines? No.
Do you ever buy the same shirt in different colors? Sometimes.
Do you plan your outfits out the day before? No.
Last time you rode a bicycle? Never.
What do you have planned for today? Same stuff I do everyday that I’ve talked about many times in surveys.
What did you argue about last? I don’t recall.
What is the last thing you bought? Starbucks yesterday. UGH, but I’m so pissed off because I got charged for something twice that I wasn’t aware I was being charged for. So, I use the app and I had a few bucks left on a gift card that I was going to use towards my order and pay the difference, but that meant having to add more money to the card, so I went ahead and did $15 and tried putting the order through. It said there was an error on their end, so I went ahead and tried again and it said the same thing. I was about to do it a 3rd time, but realized the issue was that the location I was trying to put it in at was no longer taking online orders at that time or something, so I changed the location and ended up just forgetting the whole gift card thing and just paid the total for the order. Well, afterwards I decided to check my bank and saw there were 3 charges pending. It had a weird name, so I looked it up and realized it was my Starbucks order and the two others that I tried doing but didn’t think went through because of the error message. Apparently, the Starbucks order itself didn’t go through, but the money I was trying to add to the gift card did. I didn’t realize that. Ugh.
Can you touch your toes? Yeah?
What’s your star sign? Leo.
Last place you went out to dinner at? Denny’s back in February.
Ever made out on a rooftop? No. I’ve never been on a rooftop. I never want to be.
Where in the world is Carmen San Diego? Depends on which episode you’re watching. Man...this is making me think of my old Carmen San Diego computer game. I might have to go searching for it for nostalgic purposes. <<< Omggg, I played that, too!
What kind of phone do you have? I got the 12 Pro Max for Christmas.
Are your nails painted? Nope.
Would you date anyone you met online? I don’t think so.
Have you met a real redneck? What do you define as a “real” redneck? <<<
How is the weather right now? It’s currently 45F.
What was the last movie you watched? Wonder Woman 1984.
Where was the last place you went besides your house? My doctor appointment a couple weeks ago.
Have you ever fired a gun? Once. I went to a shooting range with friends and tried it.
Last wedding you attended? A friend of a friend a few years ago.
What does the newest text in your inbox say? I don’t feel like checking.
What are you listening to? An ASMR video.
Have you ever made your parents cry? Not intentionally, but yes. Like, out of concern and frustration and fear with health related stuff and some of the things I’ve gone through in my life.
Do you wear glasses? Yep.
Have you ever thrown up on one of your friends? No.
Are you tan? Ha, no.
What are you wearing right now? A new Baby Yoda/Grogu sweatshirt and leggings.
Do you know anyone that wants you dead? Not that I know of...
Do you believe that regrets are lessons learned? They can be, but not always.
Are you the one that normally makes the first move? No.
Would you sacrifice yourself for a friend? I don’t have any friends.
What’s really annoying you right now? Bleh.
Do you currently work? No.
Who do you know you can depend on? My parents and brother.
When’s your birthday? July 28th.
Who was the last person you texted? My mom.
What are you gonna do later? Tumblr, surveys, listen ASMR, eat.
Do you like where you live? Not the city.
Are you a jealous person? No, not typically.
If the last person you kissed invited you to a family dinner, would you go? That would be so random and out of the blue for him to reach out to me at all at this point, but especially to invite me to a family dinner. But no, I wouldn’t go.
Has anyone ever told one of your secrets they promised they wouldn’t tell? Yeah.
Have you ever lent the last person you called money? Yes.
Did you have any unread texts when you woke up today? I haven’t gone to bed, yet.
Can you sleep easier with the TV on then off? On. I’ve been sleeping with it on for as long as I can remember. I can’t have it be completely dark or quiet.
Have you ever kissed the last person you texted? On the cheek.
Is the last person you kissed black? No.

Christmas Movies and TV Specials: Full 2020 Schedule
https://ift.tt/2K1JFvg
Every year, the cheer of the holiday season at the end of the calendar is the reward for us good boys and girls who behaved ourselves for 11 grueling months. Never, however, has the reward of the holiday season felt more earned than in 2020.
There’s no way around it – amid worldwide pandemics, contentious political campaigns, and the cancellation of everything on Netflix – we’ve had a bit of a rough time. Thankfully, November and December marks the unofficial beginning of the holiday season on the entertainment calendar and we’re here to make sure you don’t miss a minute of any of it.
Using network schedules, we’ve cobbled together all of the holiday movies and TV specials we could find. Be sure to chime in with anything we may have missed as we will be updating as the season moves along.
cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "106e33c0-3911-473c-b599-b1426db57530", }).render("0270c398a82f44f49c23c16122516796"); });
With social distancing guidelines in place, the holiday season might be just as weird as the rest of the year. But with this schedule in place, hopefully the entertainment world can provide a bit of normalcy. Check it out below!
