What the FUCK is up with Kenshiro's powers?! Through the magic of hitting the correct pressure points he can:

Make people's heads explode.

Make people's hands explode.

Make people explode specifically seconds after being hit.

Make people experience guilt for the first time ever just before exploding to bits.

Make people collide with one another and explode.

MAKE PEOPLE DO WHAT YOU SAY BY CONTROLLING THEIR MUSCLES.

If you're wondering who Goronn is, he's one of Trigon's minions who fought with the Titans very early on in the comic. As far as I'm aware, he only appears in this single issue. The comic claims his touch is "deadly". I'm not sure if it means literally or figuratively deadly, because he doesn't appear to use any special powers beyond being a physical powerhouse. Does he kill people by touching them? Has he trained in Hokuto Shinken?

jagi's arc being so short and him dying so quickly makes me so sad because he'e genuinely maybe my favorite villain. i like him a lot as an opposite to kenshiro in more than just "he's evil lol"

LIKE HOW KEN IS ENTIRELY DEVOTED TO HOKUTO SHINKEN AND ITS VALUES while jagi just sees it as another tool to get ahead. or how he's kind of a master manipulator who doesn't always solve things with his fists

i think there's a good reason why i and a lot of people consider jagi gaiden their favorite gaiden (other than it being the only good one) and it's because it gives more content to a character who desperately needed it

Finally I got the body and size of Raoh from Hokuto Shinken

Miraculous headcanon: Both Adrien and Gabriel have mentally categorized the Mirakung Fu as Hokuto Shinken.

Jagged Stone insists it's actually Seito Gekken, as he read Fist of the North Star and that manga reveals that's the much older style Hokuto stole the pressure point attacks from.

Luka and Penny are the only ones in Paris to actually use the proper name... That is NOT Mirakung Fu, that was Su-Han shortening the TRANSLATION for the name of the entire art of the Guardians, of which the hand-to-hand combat is only a part (kung fu, or in Mandarin gongfu 功夫, being a term for any art or skill that requires hard work to achieve). He wasn't in the mood of translating the proper name for the two kids and not impolite enough to use names that he didn't think Adrien could understand (how was he supposed to know he speaks fluent Mandarin, better than Marinette actually?), and it stuck.
