Hi there, Love your work! I'm also doing stuff in Unreal and it feels like it's rarer to find other indie devs using it. I love how clean all your UI feels, and UI is something I seem to really struggle with.
Do you have any recommendations for workflows / tips / sources etc for getting better at UI?
Also I'd love to know more about the material / shader workflow for your latest post if you have more information anywhere.
Thanks :)
Hello there! Thank you!! I hope you don't mind me answering publicly as I feel like some people might be interested in the answer!
I really appreciate your UI (User Interface for those not knowing the acronym) compliment as it's something I've spent a long time working on and specializing in, in my career as a software engineer. UI/UX often goes completely unacknowledged or taken for granted even though it takes a lot of time and hard work to create and develop. In the engineering world I frequently had to advocate for and explain user experiences to those who didn't have as deep of an appreciation for UI or a very sophisticated understanding of why a good, visually appealing user experience makes, or on the flip side, can break everything. I think it's a very challenging, overwhelming topic to grasp and communicate, but just by being interested in it you're already way ahead!
There's a lot going on with UI. From visuals to knowing common design elements to successfully conveying a story to the user to implementation to testing to designing for accessibility to animation and I probably didn't cover everything with that run-on sentence. There's frontend engineers out there whose role is solely to maintain and improve UI component libraries for companies. And that's without throwing games, whose UIs are all uniquely visually tailored to their experiences, into the mix... I could keep going on about this honestly, but I'll get to what I think you can do personally! 1. Learn about common design patterns. What's a toast? What's pagination? What's a card? Little things like that. These apply to all software UI/UX, including video games- and knowing these off the top of your head will make it so much easier for you to invent your own UI designs and patterns.
2. Study the UI in the everyday applications you interact with. Step through menus and think about how you got from point A to point B. Take a moment to think about the why someone put a button where they did. Study the UI in your favorite video games, too! Take a lot of notes on what you think works really well and what you think doesn't. And also there's online resources that are great for inspiration. I personally spend a lot of time on the Game UI Database. - https://dribbble.com/ - https://www.gameuidatabase.com/ 3. Don't be afraid to start with basic sketches or even just simply representing everything with grey boxes. All my UI starts out as really crappy sketches on paper, or tablet sketches on top of screenshots. Visualize your ideas and then keep iterating on them until you've got something. For example, I went from this:
To this. (And come to think of it I might actually still want to make those cooler looking buttons in my sketch) 4. Break everything out into pieces and individual components. A good UI is made up of building blocks that you can reuse all over the place. That's how it stays consistent and also saves you a lot of stress when you need to go in and update components. Instead of a million different looking UI pieces, you just have to update the one! These individual components will make up your very own UI Component Library, which will be the standardized design system and source of reusable components for your project. This also applies to your visual elements that don't do anything (like I personally have a whole mini library of diamond and star shapes that I reuse everywhere).
For reference, here's a breakdown I made of my Inventory UI. On the right, I've labeled most of the individual components, and you might be able to see how I'm reusing them over and over again in multiple places.
5. Spend some time listening to designers talk, maybe befriend some designers! Many of them have an unique, interesting view of the world and how we interact with it even beyond just software. Their perspectives will inform yours.
6. Test your UI on users whenever you can. Get feedback from others. This is the best way for you to see what works and what doesn't. As game devs we spend so much time with our games it's easy for us to lose sight of the full picture.
7. Be patient and don't give up. Continue to be open to expanding your knowledge. These UI skills take time to develop. I personally am still learning even after like 10 years of doing it. Coming up with the visual elements is very challenging for me and I spend a lot of time rearranging things in photoshop before I actually start coding anything at all in Unreal.
Whew, that was a lot, but I hope that gives you some thoughts and a place to start!
I don't have any posts out there about Blender/Unreal shader workflows right now, but I'll consider making another post sometime soonish. I appreciate you asking and you're welcome! :)

What Are Typesetting Services?
Formatting a text for print or digital media is the focus of typesetting services. Choosing fonts, adjusting line spacing, positioning images and graphics are all part of this. A reading enhanced and retaining layout is the objective.

Types of Typesetting Services
Book Typesetting
This is a type for books only. Formatting the text for the differ book sizes and styles. Book typesetters make sure everything in a chapter is in a legible format, such as headings and footnotes. They also watch the margins and pagination, making sure each page they create appears just so.
Magazine Typesetting
Magazine typesetting is more dynamic because they normally combine text and images with graphics. Their services for typesetting mainly target creating spreads that would appeal to readers. For example, they ought to use various font sizes and styles on articles, headlines, and advertisements.
Web and Digital Typesetting
Digital typesetting is important as massive online content is emerging with the Internet. This refers to the whole area of formatting text for the website, e-book, and digital magazine on which text appears on the screen.
Newsletter Typesetting
Newsletters need to both educate and present an appeal visually. The typesetting of news articles ensures a much more clear content organization hence increasing chances of successfully bringing out the primary idea or purpose. These mainly entail the use of bullet points, sections and images hence offering a spacing in contents. Marketing Materials Typesetting Some of the marketing materials in which professional typesetting applies are brochures, flyers, and posters. These materials must quickly grasp the attention of readers and viewers. Typesetters work on layouts that center on key messages, giving due importance to visual and other forms of content while attracting potential customers.

Why Use Typesetting Services?
Professional Appearance: Concisely, presentation of data in a well formatted manner has aesthetics of professionalism and reliability. Printing or typesetting services are important to make the material as professional as possible – and people will only become readers or customers if you grab their attentions.
Improved Readability: Good typesetting helps to make the text more comprehensible. This can help in understanding and keep the reader’s attention to your articles or blog post.
Time-Saving: Formatting may take a lot of time. When you hire a typesetting service provider, then it will be easier to handle other aspects of the given project without having to worry about the layout.
Customization: A large variety of typesetting services exhibit a preference to design layouts to suit your needs. They are capable of making your home fashionable in either a traditional or contemporary way, if that is what you desire.
Conclusion
Typesetting services are necessary to produce high-quality printed and digital materials. Publishing a book, designing a magazine, or even marketing requires professional typesetting, and it makes a lot of difference in the final output. Choosing the right typesetting service can make all the difference between having an easy-to-read, attractive, and effective product.

There Are No Words Adequate For This Day by pagination
Harry Potter crossover Time-travel fix-it 2 chapters (complete) 10k words
And then there was the other reason to hate this Halloween in particular.
“It’s curious that my old friend Xing chose to visit this Halloween, of all times,” Dumbledore told Severus privately, a month previous.
“No doubt he’s curious about the Boy-Who-Lived, like the rest of the idiot public,” Severus sneered.
“If it was anyone else, I might believe that. But he was never impressed by our troubles or interested in Harry. Or how he survived the Killing Curse. The Five Nations apparently have ways around it already. I’ve never been able to determine what.”
The practices of the cultivators—what the West incorrectly bundled under the infuriatingly inaccurate title “Battle Mages”—were a well-guarded mystery. They allegedly included immortality among them. Voldemort had sent several emissaries to the Yiling Patriarch in the hopes of stealing that infamous Dark Lord’s secrets. None of those well-bred, pure-blood emissaries had ever returned. In Severus’s opinion, this was no loss to the wizarding world.
He’d spent enough time wandering through the torturous paths of Dumbledore’s thinking, unfortunately, to know what the Headmaster was obliquely driving at. “The Yiling Patriarch would hardly reject all of the Dark Lord’s messengers and then decide to avenge him ten years later. There is no— no fraternity of Dark Lords.”
“The Yiling Patriarch is not the only one of the Seven Immortals,” Dumbledore reminded him gravely. “Simply the most powerful.”
By which Severus was meant to understand that the Light-bearing Lord, the greatest Light Lord history had ever known, might have some interest in the Potter spawn. Why? Was Dumbledore imagining his blasted prophecy child might be a threat to the Yiling Patriarch? The narrative of the six Immortals battling that great Dark Lord through millenia was, Severus knew through his correspondence with Five Nations compatriots, a story created and popularized by Western wizards who had Opinions about how magical alignment should behave. If he read between the lines correctly—and he was fairly certain he had—the eternal war between the Light-Bearing Lord and Yiling Patriarch involved more wrestling between bedsheets than spellfire exchanged across battlefields.
As we begin There Are No Words Adequate For This Day, Harry Potter is relieved to hear that news of members of the Five Nations visiting on Halloween overshadows his own notoriety. Halloween has meaning to more than one person at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry - this particular Halloween is Harry's first at Hogwarts, and events take a wide detour from the events of the first book in the series.
True, Hermione has run off and is not at the banquet. Also true, there are three members of the Immortal Five Nations attending, including the ICW ambassador from the Five Nations and a younger member who "dabbles" in Potions and is currently a lecturer and post-doctoral student at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst by the name of Lan Yuan.
After a dark hole with "[t]hick, dangerous looking arms of black and burning red smoke" opens up in the dining hall, there is a fight against resentful not-lynx (ineffective on the part of the faculty, very effective from the "Battle Mages" who also appeared). And then, well, I'll leave you to enjoy the results, which are excellent.
Did I mention that Professor Quirrell arrives shouting something about a Troll?
The time-travel fixit comes into play because, well, those travelers who arrive through that dark hole are from the past. Follow-ups are explained in author's notes at the end of chapter 2.
Author pagination has read and enjoyed Author sami's ridiculous future bullshit series (reviewed here) and borrowed the Five Nations from that series. There are two other crossover stories in the series of tales by the author (Harry Potter x Final Fantasy VII, and Harry Potter x My Hero Academia).

This a reminder that a long, long time ago (2010/2011) on this hellsite (neutral,) I offered my code for Followr (a mass follow/unfollow tool) to the guy who created missing e, and he had a tantrum that I had created a tool that made following a list of people on Tumblr easier.
So I hosted it myself until Tumblr revoked my API privileges and then limited the number of people you could follow and unfollow in a day AND paginated the API for follows and followers, which is why for a long, long time (who knows, maybe it's still this way) the number of blogs listed on your follow and followers pages did not equal your listed number of Follows and Followers.
I've made several Tumblr fix-it scripts since then, and Tumblr has changed itself so many times that nothing I (or several other people) created works anymore.
The important thing to remember is that people claiming to be all for making Tumblr user-friendly are sometimes just hypocrites. I used to get anon hate (because yes, actually, sometimes Tumblr would quietly change their codebase two days in a row and leave us scrambling, as much as I know that's hard for assholes on the internet to understand, it happens), and got my code jacked on this site ALL the time (by people with large followings who would claim they "bought it"/"found it" on Twitter when all they did was remove the license information from the top and then block me.) You don't distribute code through filesharing sites. You use a repository.
Tumblr blows nuts these days, and right now, I only know of XKit Rewritten that is still working, but hey, maybe, someday I'll write another script to make Tumblr more user-friendly in the actual sense and not make it a Shitter knock-off like the current dipshit in charge did.
P.S. In case you didn't know, Tumblr no longer allows Javascript to be used in themes or page code, which is the second biggest reason it was so popular in the late 00s. The first being, of course, that they allowed the hosting of porn. Y'all keep throwing around that screenshot of 2010 Tumblr like it's something. At the dawn of Tumblr, there were no post types or photoset templates. We had browser scripts to add them. You also got an email for every Reblog, Like, and, of course, new Followers. The <big> tag was the most abused thing despite most HTML tags being game on the dash. <marquee> was pretty popular, too. And no one fooled themselves by thinking the search or tag system was usable.
You don't understand how exhausting it is to think of everything this site has gone through in a little over 15 years. Comparitively very little of it for the better.

🧩 Struggling with Duplicate Content? The Canonical Tag Could Save Your SEO 🚨
Imagine this…
You publish great content.
You optimize your site.
You expect rankings — but your traffic flatlines. Why?
Because Google can’t tell which page to rank.
This is where the Canonical Tag becomes an SEO lifesaver.
🔍 What Is a Canonical Tag?
A canonical tag (<link rel="canonical" href="URL">) tells search engines:
👉 “This is the original, preferred version of this page.”
It’s your way of saying:
“Hey Google, if there are duplicate or similar versions of this content — this is the one that matters.”
🚨 Why Canonical Tags Are Critical for SEO
Without a canonical tag, search engines might:
❌ Split your ranking power across duplicates
❌ Index the wrong version of a page
❌ Lower your site’s authority
❌ Create keyword cannibalization
❌ Confuse bots and slow your crawl budget
With a proper canonical tag:
✅ You protect your original content
✅ You consolidate link equity
✅ You improve crawl efficiency
✅ You boost your chances of ranking the right page
🧠 How Canonical Tags Support E-E-A-T
🔹 Experience: You know how to manage your content cleanly
🔹 Expertise: Your site structure shows professionalism
🔹 Authoritativeness: You keep Google’s focus on your best work
🔹 Trustworthiness: Clean, duplicate-free structure builds trust with both Google and users
⚠️ Are You Making These Canonical Mistakes?
Using self-referencing canonicals incorrectly
Forgetting canonicals on product variations
Not managing HTTP vs HTTPS or www vs non-www
Ignoring paginated content
Relying only on sitemaps instead of proper tags
Even one wrong canonical can hurt your rankings.
👉 DM me CANONICAL FIX now to get a FREE SEO Technical Audit.
Let’s make sure Google sees — and ranks — your most important pages.

So. So. So.
(a bit of hyping myself up, a bit of a plannin, a bit of a ranting on the day, so trust me the chance that you'd find something personally relevant isn't much)
I added an empty poll by accident.
i see, you cannot add the poll empty to the post. I do not see how to remove it, too.
Also turns out those run either for one day or for 1 week, I see I see.
I have only just one thing on my menu for today. And it's killing me softly
Writing a scraper for a website that requires me to automate a browserrrrr.
Also has cut ties with the person with whom I didn't know how to continue having contact today. So, yay there.
all in all, great day. Coming back to the question..
In order to automate the browser. Several parts. just technical scrapy breking problem into parts stuff below
- detect when captcha turns out
- bypass captcha
---------
- detect cookie pop up
- accept cookies
+ find out what other popups might happen on the website
- detect pop ups
- remove pop ups
---------
- set the search: min to prev max price, max to nex max price. If >1k results, manually input max price broken in half
- check amount of results
- manual price inputter
- after price is over certain treshold test is removing max price is <1k
---------
- add scrolling down to the pagination
- add pressing 'next' button
---------
- add saving response to a particular type of request
--------------------------------
see how long one vpn address would live through all this?
dude that created that scraping browser when he's nineteen and disabled is a legend and someone to aspire to

E‑commerce Faceted Navigation SEO: How to Avoid Infinite Crawl Traps
E‑commerce stores thrive on faceted navigation—offering filters like size, color, brand, and price to enhance shopping experiences. But these filters can unintentionally generate thousands of URL combinations, leading to technical SEO nightmares like duplicate content, crawl budget wastage, and diluted link equity.
To scale profitably, brands need to treat faceted navigation as both a user-benefit and a crawl-risk. And for multi-location or rapidly growing stores, partnering with the right experts is essential—something only the Best SEO agencies in Mumbai are equipped to handle effectively.
In this guide, we'll explore how to structure faceted navigation to avoid crawl traps while still reaping the user engagement benefits.
1. The Facet Trap: How Infinite URLs Kill SEO
Creating infinite URLs isn’t futuristic—it’s happening now:
Every combination of color, size, brand, price creates a unique URL.
Google and other bots see each as a distinct page, but the content often isn’t unique.
That results in duplicate content, crawl waste, and index bloat similarweb.com+15goinflow.com+15searchenginejournal.com+15lumar.iolegiit.com.
A Reddit SEO expert illustrates:
“If your URL scheme allows, disallow them in robots.txt to save crawl budget… Googlebot tries to recognize the pattern of useless faceted pages and reduces the crawl ratio.” reddit.com+7reddit.com+7reddit.com+7
Common symptoms:
Thousands of near-duplicate URLs flooding your index
Rapidly depleting crawl allowance without indexing value
Lost authority and reduced rankings across category pages
Partnering with Best SEO agencies in Mumbai ensures these issues are identified and remediated before they spiral.
2. Best Practices to Avoid Crawl Traps
a. Limit Facets That Generate URLs
Only allow crawling/indexing for high-value facets with both search volume and unique content impact. For low-demand or redundant combinations:
Remove <a> links in the UI
Use JavaScript or AJAX to update listings without changing the URL webflow.com+1reddit.com+1reddit.comsimilarweb.com+1webflow.com+1reddit.com+2reddit.com+2reddit.com+2
Example: color filters might need indexing, but size+brand combinations usually don’t
b. Use standard URL structures & parameter conventions
Stick to ?key=value&... formats—not directory-like or session IDs—so search engines parse them correctly reddit.com+6reddit.com+6reddit.com+6reddit.com+11developers.google.com+11seoclarity.net+11.
Keep facet order consistent:
?category=shoes&color=red
Avoid duplicates caused by reordered parameters
c. Self-Canonicalize or Use Canonical to Base Category
Every faceted URL should include a <link rel="canonical" href="base-category-url">. This tells search engines, “This is just a variant of the category page” goinflow.com+7reddit.com+7shopify.com+7prerender.ioreddit.com+11searchenginejournal.com+11ahrefs.com+11.
Pragmatically, the base category retains all ranking signals and rankings.
d. Noindex Low-Value Faceted URLs
When you can’t block crawling entirely, add <meta name="robots" content="noindex, follow"> to prevent indexing while preserving link flow similarweb.com+1reddit.com+1thegray.company+1reddit.com+1.
However, don’t block these pages with robots.txt if they carry a canonical tag—Google must crawl them to see the canonical directive.
e. Block Crawling via robots.txt
For low-value parameter combinations, you may add Disallow patterns in robots.txt (e.g., Disallow: *?price=*) developers.google.com+12searchenginejournal.com+12reddit.com+12.
But beware—blocking crawling without noindex means these pages may still appear in SERPs without content ("Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt").
f. Manage Pagination Properly
Use <link rel="prev"/><link rel="next"/> or canonicalize to a “view-all” version to consolidate authority on long category listings ahrefs.com+15searchenginejournal.com+15reddit.com+15developers.google.com+1reddit.com+1.
3. Real‑Life Implementation: Tiered Facet Control
A recommended strategy involves a tiered approach, heavily supported by experts like Best SEO agencies in Mumbai: Facet TypeSEO TreatmentHigh-value (color, price)Crawled, canonicalized, indexedMid-value (size, material)Noindex–follow via <meta>Low-value (session, tracking)Block via robots.txtUser-generated search facetsAJAX only (no href URL)
Redditors confirm this layered tactic:
“Separating brand, category, sale type and other facets is a good start… 1–3 filters allowed makes sense most of the time.” reddit.comdevelopers.google.comseoclarity.net+6reddit.com+6reddit.com+6reddit.com
4. Crawl Budget & Index Bloat Management
Crawl Budget Management
Implement smart disallows + canonical/noindex rules to cut unnecessary bot visits.
Tech-savvy firms like the Best SEO agencies in Mumbai also use log file analysis to fine-tune robots.txt and link structures.
Combatting Index Bloat
Proactively monitor Google Search Console—when you see thousands of URLs marked as “Indexed, though not in sitemap,” action is overdue .
Large retailers often reduce indexed pages by 80% through canonical + noindex + robots approaches, leading to cleaner site health and better performance.
5. When to Allow Some Facet Landing Pages
Some facets are high-traffic, high-converting—like “black leather jackets” or “NIKE running shoes.”
Options:
Create clean, dedicated, indexable SEO landing pages for them
Optimize titles, H1s, unique intros
Noindex rest through canonical or meta robots
SEO check:
“Index only facet values that point to indexable pages… focus on user intent” reddit.com+2reddit.com+2reddit.com+2lumar.io+2reddit.com+2reddit.com+2reddit.com
This selective indexing strategy balances discoverability and crawl control.
6. AJAX-based Faceted Navigation
Make low-value filter buttons trigger AJAX updates rather than unique URLs. Use hashes or data-href attributes instead of <a> tags so URL doesn’t change, preserving crawl budget webflow.com+4searchenginejournal.com+4reddit.com+4reddit.com.
This safeguards user experience without polluting your index with filter variants.
7. Monitoring & Auditing Continuously
This isn’t set-and-forget. Faceted navigation changes over time. Here's how experts maintain control:
Monthly log-audits: Identify spike in bot requests to filter pages
GSC checkups: Ensure unwanted facet URLs are disappearing
Crawl simulations: Use tools like Screaming Frog in AJAX mode
Link audits: Remove internal links to noindexed URLs
Sitemap hygiene: Only include canonical category URLs, not all variants
The Best SEO agencies in Mumbai include this in strategic ongoing SEO plans for large e-commerce clients.
8. Business and UX Benefits
Getting faceted navigation right isn’t just SEO—it boosts conversions:
Reduced 404s, cleaner UX
Better site speed and crawl efficiency
Increased rankings for core categories
Easier indexation of valuable keyword pages
Lowered risk of content duplication penalties
By bringing user intent and SEO discipline together, brands can unlock both search visibility and sales performance.
Final Thoughts: Facets Done Right
Faceted navigation—done poorly—creates more problems than it solves. Done smart, it enhances UX and SEO. But implementing this at scale for growing e‑commerce brands requires:
Technical precision
Continuous oversight
Business-aligned content strategy
That’s why serious retailers collaborate with the Best SEO agencies in Mumbai. They have the expertise, tools, and frameworks to:
Segment facets by value
Implement canonical/noindex/robots rules
Execute AJAX-first filter UX
Monitor, audit, refine over time
If you’re scaling an e‑commerce store and want to avoid crawling yourself into an SEO hole, now is the time to partner with an expert.

🌟 Webflow Tip of the Day – Supercharge Your CMS Pages by Optimizing Collection List Performance
When working with Webflow’s CMS Collection Lists, loading too many items on a single page can cause sluggish performance, hurt SEO rankings, and degrade the user experience — especially on mobile.
Here’s how you can dramatically improve speed, interactivity, and SEO using best practices:
🧠 1. Limit Items Per List
Instead of loading all blog posts, products, or portfolio items at once, show only 6–12 items per list.
How to Do It:
Select your Collection List Wrapper
In the Settings Panel → check the “Limit Items” option
Set a reasonable number like 6, 9, or 12
This cuts the load time drastically, especially on mobile.
🔄 2. Enable Pagination
Webflow allows pagination for CMS lists — perfect for blogs, job boards, or directories.
How to Do It:
Go to Collection List Settings
Check “Paginate items” and set items per page (e.g., 6 per page)
Style navigation arrows or numbered pages as needed
Why it works: It keeps DOM size smaller and helps Google crawl pages more efficiently (improves SEO).
🖼️ 3. Lazy Load Your Images
Images can be heavy. Webflow supports native lazy loading.
How to Do It:
Select each image in the Collection List
In the Image Settings → Set “Load” to Lazy
This ensures images load only when they come into view, not all at once.
🔍 4. Combine Filters with Limits
Example: Show only “Featured Projects” or “Top 3 Articles” from a category.
Steps:
Apply a filter (e.g., Category = Featured)
Add item limit (e.g., 3)
This creates focused content blocks without overloading the layout.
⚙️ 5. Use Load More with Webflow Logic or Custom Code
If you want a modern infinite scroll or “Load More” button instead of pagination, consider:
Custom JS with CMS API
Using Finsweet’s Attributes (no code solution): https://www.finsweet.com/attributes/cms-load
This creates a smoother UX for blog readers or product browsers.
🚀 Result
✅ Faster load times ✅ Improved SEO & crawlability ✅ Better user experience on all devices ✅ Easier page management ✅ Scalable CMS design

Berakhot 16b: 22. "The Pagination."
The Torah and the aura it creates about the Jewish people are really just propaganda for why man must adjust his behavior in order to be both modern and sophisticated. Simple, logical conversations should suffice, but so long as as there is a power struggle over the semantics, the kind we are witnessing these days, the power of Jewish propaganda cannot take hold.
About this, the Mishnah, the workhorse of Jewish propaganda says:
22. Rav Batar Shloteya said to him: "May it be pleasing to you, O Lord our God, that you grant us a long life, a life of peace, a life of goodness, a life of blessing, a life of prosperity, a life of deliverance from evil, a life in which there is fear of sin, a life in which there is no shame or disgrace, a life of wealth and honor, a life that will please our children." "Love of Torah and fear of Heaven, a life that will fulfill for us all the desires of our hearts for good."
Rav Batar Shloteya means "multiply this on the websites of our rulers."
Every world leader that wants those poor Russian soldiers to go home now, in one piece and change their destinies needs to point out what just happened in this Mishnah and the message left here for us by God's angels. It is so very good.
The Values in Gematria are:
May it be pleasing to you O Lord if we are granted long life. The Number is 7644, עוםד, omud, "paginate the column."
Now we know the Catholic Church is trying to destroy the surface crust of this world in every way, including via the use of weapons. They have done this before. We also know the Golden Pillar, the horizontal column of the human race that wants to march forward into the future, completely free of its nonsense nuances is how God wants us to approach turning the page. Everyone needs to talk about this.
The Catholics and their weird warped friends want to follow the Torah and the Gospels literally. This means they must be read with an eye for that which is hidden just as Jesus said. He also said conclusively, you may not bring harm to your neighbor or his home or place of business or community, or to anything that belongs to him. This is how one is to follow the Torah literally and this alone will turn the page and turn the world.
A life of deliverance, a life of honor. The Number is 6743, סזםג, sezmag, "pay attention to how the angels make you feel."
A life that will please our children. The Number is 7161, עאסא, asa,
"The unused verb אסה ('asa) correlates to a cognate verb meaning to heal. But an identical root correlates to a cognate verb that means to suffer harm or mischief. A noun that does occur in the Bible is אסון ('ason), mischief or harm. Perhaps they meet in the obvious fact that a doctor is a "man of sorrows."
The final Gemara is עוםד סזםגעאסא, umed sazemgasa, "Stand up! Do not be a man of sorrows."

How to Fix Crawl Budget Issues That Are Tanking Your Traffic
Is your website traffic dropping for no clear reason? You might have a crawl budget problem. Don't worry – it sounds complicated, but it's actually simple to understand and fix.
What Is Crawl Budget?
Think of crawl budget as Google's daily allowance for visiting your website. Just like you have a budget for spending money, Google has a budget for how many pages it will check on your site each day.
Google sends out little robots called "crawlers" to read websites. These crawlers have limited time and energy. If your site wastes their time, they might not see your important pages. This means those pages won't show up in search results.
Why Crawl Budget Matters for Your Traffic
When Google can't crawl your pages properly, several bad things happen:
Your new content doesn't get found quickly. Updated pages don't get refreshed in search results. Important pages might get ignored completely. All of this leads to less traffic from Google.
Small websites usually don't have crawl budget problems. But if your site has hundreds or thousands of pages, this becomes critical.
Common Signs You Have Crawl Budget Problems
Here are the warning signs to watch for:
Slow Indexing: New pages take weeks to appear in Google search results instead of days.
Traffic Drops: Your organic traffic is falling even though you're publishing good content.
Important Pages Missing: When you search "site:yourwebsite.com" on Google, some of your key pages don't show up.
Server Overload: Your website becomes slow because Google's crawlers are requesting too many pages at once.
What Wastes Your Crawl Budget
Several things can eat up your crawl budget unnecessarily:
Duplicate Content
If you have the same content on multiple pages, Google wastes time crawling identical information. This includes pages that are almost the same with tiny differences.
Low-Quality Pages
Pages with thin content, no real value, or auto-generated text make crawlers work harder for no benefit.
Infinite Scroll and Pagination
Some websites create endless pages through filters, categories, or pagination. Google can get stuck crawling these forever.
Broken Links and Redirects
When crawlers hit broken links or long chains of redirects, they waste time following dead ends.
Session URLs and Parameters
URLs with tracking codes, session IDs, or unnecessary parameters create multiple versions of the same page.
How to Check Your Crawl Budget Status
Use Google Search Console
Go to Google Search Console and look at the "Coverage" report. This shows which pages Google found and any crawling errors.
Check the "Crawl Stats" section to see how often Google visits your site and if there are any server errors.
Look at Your Server Logs
Your web hosting provider can show you server logs. Look for requests from "Googlebot" to see what Google is crawling most often.
Check Your Sitemap
Make sure your XML sitemap only includes pages you actually want Google to find. Remove any low-quality or duplicate pages.
Simple Ways to Fix Crawl Budget Issues
Clean Up Duplicate Content
Find pages with the same or very similar content. Either delete the duplicates or use canonical tags to tell Google which version is the main one.
Use tools like Screaming Frog or even manual checking to find duplicates on your site.
Block Unimportant Pages
Use your robots.txt file to tell Google not to crawl pages that don't matter, such as:
Admin pages
Search result pages
Thank you pages
Print versions of pages
Fix Your Internal Links
Remove or fix broken internal links. Make sure your most important pages get the most internal links pointing to them.
Create a clear site structure where important pages are only a few clicks away from your homepage.
Optimize Your Sitemap
Keep your XML sitemap clean and updated. Only include pages that:
Are important for your business
Have good, original content
Are meant for search engines to find
Remove any pages that return errors or redirects.
Improve Page Loading Speed
Slow pages take longer for Google to crawl. Make your pages load faster by:
Optimizing images
Using a good web hosting service
Minimizing code bloat
Using a content delivery network (CDN)
Handle URL Parameters Properly
If your site uses URL parameters (like ?color=red&size=large), set up parameter handling in Google Search Console. This prevents Google from crawling thousands of similar pages.
Manage Your Crawl Rate
In Google Search Console, you can see if Google is crawling too fast and causing server problems. While you can't directly control crawl rate anymore, you can improve server response time to handle more requests.
Advanced Tips for Larger Websites
Prioritize Your Most Important Pages
Make sure your best pages get crawled first by:
Linking to them from your homepage
Including them high up in your sitemap
Getting external links pointing to them
Use Pagination Correctly
If you have long lists of products or blog posts, use proper pagination with rel="next" and rel="prev" tags. This helps Google understand the relationship between pages.
Monitor Crawl Frequency
Keep track of how often Google crawls different sections of your site. If important sections aren't getting crawled often enough, improve their internal linking and make sure they're included in your sitemap.
Tools to Help You Monitor Crawl Budget
Google Search Console: Free and essential for tracking crawl stats and coverage issues.
Screaming Frog SEO Spider: Great for finding technical issues like broken links and duplicate content.
Server Log Analyzers: Tools like Botify or DeepCrawl can analyze your server logs to show detailed crawling patterns.
Website Auditing Tools: Platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz can help identify technical SEO issues affecting crawl budget.
Measuring Your Success
After making changes, watch these metrics to see if you're improving:
Faster Indexing: New pages should appear in search results more quickly.
Better Coverage: More of your important pages should show up when you search "site:yourwebsite.com".
Increased Traffic: Your organic search traffic should start growing again.
Fewer Crawl Errors: Google Search Console should show fewer errors in the Coverage report.
Don't Panic – Start Small
Crawl budget optimization sounds technical, but you don't need to fix everything at once. Start with these simple steps:
Clean up obvious duplicate pages
Fix broken links on your most important pages
Update your sitemap to remove low-quality pages
Block unimportant pages with robots.txt
Even small improvements can make a big difference in how efficiently Google crawls your site.
Conclusion
Crawl budget issues can seriously hurt your website traffic, but they're fixable with some focused effort. The key is helping Google's crawlers work more efficiently by removing obstacles and focusing their attention on your best content.
Start by identifying the biggest problems on your site, then work through the fixes systematically. Monitor your progress with Google Search Console, and be patient – it can take a few weeks to see the full impact of your changes.
Remember, the goal isn't to get Google to crawl more pages. It's to make sure Google crawls the right pages – the ones that will bring you traffic and help your business grow. If you are looking for freelance digital marketer in Kochi to increase your conversion through sales, get in touch.

This article explores how Actowiz Solutions helps businesses scrape product information, images, and brand details from e-commerce websites with precision, scalability, and compliance.
Why Scraping E-commerce Product Data Matters

E-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, and eBay host millions of products. For retailers, manufacturers, market analysts, and entrepreneurs, having access to this massive product data offers several advantages:

- Catalog Management: Automate and update your own product listings with accurate data.
With Actowiz Solutions’ eCommerce data scraping services, companies can harness these insights at scale, enabling smarter decision-making across departments.

When scraping an e-commerce website, here are the common data fields that can be extracted:
✅ Product Information
Product name/title
Description
Category hierarchy
Product specifications
SKU/Item ID
Price (Original/Discounted)
Availability/Stock status
Ratings & reviews
✅ Product Images
Thumbnail URLs
High-resolution images
Zoom-in versions
Alternate views or angle shots
✅ Brand Details

Brand logo (if available)
Brand-specific product pages
Brand popularity metrics (ratings, number of listings)
By extracting this data from platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, Flipkart, Shopee, AliExpress, and more, Actowiz Solutions helps clients optimize product strategy and boost performance.
Challenges of Scraping E-commerce Sites

While the idea of gathering product data sounds simple, it presents several technical challenges:
Dynamic Content: Many e-commerce platforms load content using JavaScript or AJAX.
Anti-bot Mechanisms: Rate-limiting, captchas, IP blocking, and login requirements are common.
Frequent Layout Changes: E-commerce sites frequently update their front-end structure.
Pagination & Infinite Scroll: Handling product listings across pages requires precise navigation.
Image Extraction: Downloading, renaming, and storing image files efficiently can be resource-intensive.
To overcome these challenges, Actowiz Solutions utilizes advanced scraping infrastructure and intelligent algorithms to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
Step-by-Step: How Actowiz Solutions Scrapes E-commerce Product Data

Let’s walk through the process that Actowiz Solutions follows to scrape and deliver clean, structured, and actionable e-commerce data:
1. Define Requirements
The first step involves understanding the client’s specific data needs:
Target websites
Product categories
Required data fields
Update frequency (daily, weekly, real-time)
Preferred data delivery formats (CSV, JSON, API)
2. Website Analysis & Strategy Design
Our technical team audits the website’s structure, dynamic loading patterns, pagination system, and anti-bot defenses to design a customized scraping strategy.
3. Crawler Development
We create dedicated web crawlers or bots using tools like Python, Scrapy, Playwright, or Puppeteer to extract product listings, details, and associated metadata.
4. Image Scraping & Storage
Our bots download product images, assign them appropriate filenames (using SKU or product title), and store them in cloud storage like AWS S3 or GDrive. Image URLs can also be returned in the dataset.
5. Brand Attribution
Products are mapped to brand names by parsing brand tags, logos, and using NLP-based classification. This helps clients build brand-level dashboards.
6. Data Cleansing & Validation
We apply validation rules, deduplication, and anomaly detection to ensure only accurate and up-to-date data is delivered.
7. Data Delivery
Data can be delivered via:
REST APIs
S3 buckets or FTP
Google Sheets/Excel
Dashboard integration
All data is made ready for ingestion into CRMs, ERPs, or BI tools.

if you look at your blog paginated in the OLD way, you can access the original old post formats when you create a new post. you can even see the old dashboard appearance faintly in the background
and it only allows you to edit the post in the old post editor, too. idk how it looks when reblogging but. edit: reblogging brings up new post editor. but hey, you can actually make real quote/audio/etc posts with this trick!
