How I Run Wildshape
Listen, "wildshape rules are fucking stupid" is not a fresh or hot take. Level 3: You can transform twice a day. Level 19: You can still transform twice a day! But now you can stay transformed for longer.
(Because as we all know, "eight-hour strategy commitments" are the core of how most people play D&D.)
And then of course: Level 20: INFINITE WILDSHAPES! You go from "2 per day" to "UNLIMITED! YOU GET A SQUIRREL AND YOU GET A SQUIRREL AND YOU GET A SQUIRREL, EVERYBODY GETS A SQUIRREL" and that's insane.
Tl;dr: The core appeal to me of playing druid at all is the shapeshifting. I would, genuinely, prefer it if the druid class was a half-caster that focused heavily on the shapeshifting mechanic--and before you all pile onto me in the notes, I know there's barbarian subclasses that bring in some shifter flavor, but that's not really what I'm talking about. I want to play a druidic shapeshifter.
So here's how I house-rule Wildshapes at my table (if, of course, the player is interested--I'm not out here forcing OTHER people to play THEIR characters the way I prefer, come on now) and then, just for fun, a couple of wildshape variants I've thought up but never had the chance to really play with, that DMs might offer as optional druidic feats.
If anyone with more experience and skill than me at putting together subclasses ever wants to yoink these, please do. Please. Someone fix this.
Core Wildshape
The no-frills replacement to RAW wildshape, just a 1:1 replacement.
You have a number of Wildshape charges equal to half your Druid level, rounded up.
Each Wildshape charge allows you to take one animal form, with restrictions as listed on the Beast Shapes table, for up to one hour.
There are no "partial charges," so transforming for five minutes uses the full charge just as if you'd transformed for a full hour.
Charges can be chained together seamlessly; if you choose to remain transformed past the first hour, you simply expend another Wildshape charge. You can also move directly from one Wildshape form to another by expending a new Wildshape charge. (This isn't Animorphs; you don't have to "re-transform" between charges.)
Wildshape Variants
Variant: Feral
(Prerequisite: Druid level 8)
Your communion with nature has made you as comfortable in the form of animals as in your own skin--if not more so.
You have a number of Wildshape charges equal to your Druid level. Beginning at level 12, your Wildshape forms can have a CR equal to 1/3 your Druid level, rounded down.
Variant: Druidic Avatar
You have achieved deep congruence with one of your animal forms, such that it has become tightly associated with you. Choose one wildshape form of size Small, Medium, or Large as your avatar.
While in this form, you can cast spells as normal, replacing verbal components with appropriate animal noises, as long as any necessary material components are physically present (being absorbed into your wildshape form when you transformed counts).
You can choose to alter your avatar when you take a long rest. Once you have done this, you cannot alter it again until one month has passed.
Variant: Deepwoods Shifter
Your travels in the wildest and most remote woodlands have given you a deep understanding of many forms of life beyond simple beasts--forms of life that are, to you, no less natural.
You have a short list of Deepwoods forms. Choose one non-humanoid creature, of no higher than CR 1, of a type other than Beast, to begin this list. Every time you are given the option of an ability score improvement (applied retroactively), you may choose another non-Beast, non-humanoid creature form with a CR of 1/3 your Druid level, rounded down, to add to your list.
These choices can be altered whenever a new form is added to the list.

Eligibility Requirements for PEI PNP Express Entry Stream
To be eligible for the PEI PNP Express Entry stream, candidates must:
Have an Express Entry profile on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website.
Be eligible for one of the following federal economic immigration programs:
Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
Additional requirements for Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) or Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) holders include:
A minimum of four months validity on their work permits at the time of submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI).
Holding an education credential from outside of PEI, or being the spouse/common-law partner of a sponsor.
A minimum of nine months of work experience with a PEI employer.
Eligibility Requirements for Labour Impact Category
The Labour Impact Category is designed to help skilled workers and graduates settle in PEI, offering three distinct streams:
Skilled Worker Stream
Critical Worker Stream
International Graduate Stream
To qualify for the Labour Impact Category, candidates must:
Be between 21 and 59 years old.
Have a full-time, permanent job offer (or a job offer for at least two years) from a PEI employer in an eligible position.
Meet the provincial settlement fund requirements.
Intent to reside in PEI.
Meet a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score of 4 or higher for language proficiency.
Base vs. Enhanced PNPs
When applying for permanent residency through a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), candidates can choose between two types of pathways:
Base PNPs: These programs do not align with Express Entry. Candidates submit profiles directly to the province or territory.
Enhanced PNPs: Candidates have a profile in the Express Entry pool. If nominated by the province, they receive an additional 600 points towards their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, significantly improving their chances of receiving an ITA in the next Express Entry draw.
How Healthcare Workers Can Benefit from PEI PNP
For healthcare professionals, the PEI PNP offers an ideal opportunity to immigrate to Canada. As the demand for healthcare workers continues to grow, PEI actively seeks professionals in this field. Healthcare workers who are already working in PEI or have job offers from PEI employers are eligible for consideration under both the Labour Impact Category and PEI PNP Express Entry.
With the rising need for healthcare professionals in Canada, now is the perfect time to explore options like the PEI PNP. Wave Immigration Consultant, known for its personalized services, can assist you in navigating this process.
Macro Trends Impacting Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) in Canada
The 2025-2027 Immigration Levels Plan has had a significant impact on Canada’s Provincial Nominee Programs. As part of the new plan, the PNP admissions target has been reduced for 2025 from 110,000 to 55,000, which will influence the number of ITAs issued across Canada’s provinces.
This reduction may impact the number of candidates selected in future PNP draws, making it even more important for aspiring immigrants to maximize their chances of being invited through programs like PEI PNP.
The 2025 Immigration Levels Plan and Its Implications
The 2025 Immigration Levels Plan has set a new allocation for permanent residency admissions under the PNP at55,000. This allocation will be distributed among the various provinces and territories. As such, it’s crucial to stay updated on these changes and adjust your immigration strategy accordingly.
The shift to a lower allocation underscores the importance of acting quickly, especially for professionals in high-demand fields like healthcare. Wave Immigration Consultant can help you plan your next steps to align with these shifting trends.

EVP 999 reached on bone rattle arena! this makes my third gold map badge (my other two are jammin salmon junction + gone fission hydroplant!). i'm really happy to have been able to get this badge, it took 50 jobs starting from EVP 300 to get here.
the short of my thoughts is that it's important to take lots of breaks! but i have some other things related to salmon run and my journey with it in the past year that i want to share, so i'll put that under the cut 👍
i've only really grinded salmon run "seriously" since march 2023, and i only really attempt pushes on map rotations that i find favorable (it's important to have fun and having weapons you like help a lot!). and trying to get these map badges is a lot like a marathon, meaning that it's important to pace yourself appropriately.
i could go on about salmon mechanics that are important to learn. but salmon run at it's core ultimately tests your ability to quickly assess situations and make judgment calls. and the most important judgment call, to me is knowing when you need to step away from the grind because you've hit a skill wall.
the challenges i've faced with SR have changed over time as i've accumulated more experience with the mode. but generally speaking, i find that hitting a wall is characterized by repeatedly reaching a certain hazard level/wave, but not being able to completely clear it. i know i certainly found it annoying to reach wave 3 but not meet the quota.
when i started doing these pushes in 2023, i used to throw myself back into the queue because "we were just 1-2 eggs off! we'll get them next time!" and uh. here's the general gist of how that went:
(we failed again)
(i get increasingly irritated)
(my performance starts dropping from irritation)
(i get irritated that my points are dropping because there's only so many hours in a rotation)
("i need to keep playing otherwise i'll be stuck with the not as experienced players!!!")
(the cycle continues and i get a net loss of points)
fortunately, i don't do this anymore because it's largely unhelpful. it took awhile for me to get over the idea that throwing myself into another shift would get me back my points but. i did eventually!
these days i find that it's much more effective (and healing!) to take a 15-20 minute break (and sometimes an hour or longer!) whenever i notice signs of agitation or tension... any shifts that i do afterwards are MUCH easier.
the other reason why i think breaks are so important is because time away from the game helps you ask yourself better questions on what went wrong.
generally speaking if you can pinpoint why your shifts go to shit (thank you video footage and clips), you should be able to figure out a solution for that. and isn't that what learning is about?
i think a lot about how many shifts it took for me to get from EVP 300 -> EVP 999 on gone fission (124 of them). and when i think of that experience, i'm grateful that i learned the power of breaks since it took like half the jobs for me to get to 9's on bone rattle 💪
i definitely think that it's important to remember that getting through shifts will gets easier as you accumulate more experience. this is easier said than done but i think that if you can find ways to take note of your improvement, no matter how small, it will be easier to stay motivated!
i find this most noticeable with eggstra work... while i've only scored within the top 20% and never top 5%... i have gotten closer to the scores of the top 5% (i <3 marooners bay + jammin salmon junction eggswork) than i did at the start!
scoring aside, i cringe a lot at my spawning grounds eggstra work video, these have to be some of the most abysmal gameplay decisions ever and i'm happy to say that i wouldn't make that these days 💀! so if you've ever cringed at your old gameplay do not fret... it is natural and it's a sign of improvement!
anyway that's my lizz talk. while this is about salmon run i technically think this can expand to other pursuits in life. like creative hobbies. and sports! or maybe something else i didn't think of. learning is so wonderful and cool!
as a bonus, here's a notebook spread i made about golden rotation when i needed a break from the game... (did you know i really like my notebook... it's so fun)

#splatoon 3#lizz.txt#lizz.jpg#i <3 salmon run this mode has made me better as a person i think#a lot of these lessons i have tried to apply to myself in art... LOL#if you have ever wanted to grind for something maybe give it a read? or not. that's fine!#i enjoyed writing this up... writing reflections and thinking about things are always my favorite thing to do <3 !! yay!!!

Divine Beast Winter Wolf - CR13 Magical Beast
A winter wolf boss fight with interactive terrain elements.

Artwork is official concept art from Final Fantasy XIV, copyright Square Enix.
Regular winter wolves already have some basic supernatural cold powers, but this one takes it far beyond that, creating blizzards and conjuring massive exploding pillars of ice. This creature is based on the Fenrir boss fight from Final Fantasy XIV.
The CR 9 Alpha Winter Wolf that I previously posted has a similar mechanical concept, but this higher level creature isn't just the ruler of a pack of winter wolves. It's also supernaturally endowed with divine power, in a similar way to how a divine spellcaster might be, or perhaps more aptly, a ranger or druid's animal companion. Winter wolves are intelligent, and this Divine Beast Winter Wolf understands where its power comes from and worships the deity that has empowered it, fighting to pursue that deity's goals and directing its pack to do so as well. Its default alignment is listed here as neutral evil, but you should probably change it to match the alignment of its deity.
This creature is very much meant to be a boss fight, and has significantly above-average hit points, in exchange for spending several rounds of a typical fight not actually dealing damage. It doesn’t particularly need any minions, although you could give it winter wolves as minions if you want.
I recommend a pretty large outdoor combat area for this fight. You don’t want anywhere the PCs can easily hide or get cover. The idea is that they have to get cover behind the ice spikes when the boss uses its Howling Blast ability. It’s fine if they invent their own alternate solutions instead of doing that, but don’t give them a free one.
Divine Beast Winter Wolf - CR 13
This elephant-sized wolf has blue and white patterned fur, a mane resembling icicles around its elongated neck, and a rime of frost around its muzzle. A portion of fur is seared away where a holy symbol is branded into its forehead.

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Inhale Frost (Su) As a full-round action, when a divine beast winter wolf has used its Summon Ice Spikes ability and is within 100 feet of its ice spikes, it can spend its turn inhaling a massive lungful of icy air, recovering 4d8+19 hit points, ending any one harmful condition or ongoing magical effect affecting it, healing all damage or drain to any one ability score, and allowing it to use its Howling Blast ability on its next turn. When it does so, it suffers a -2 penalty to AC until it uses Howling Blast.
A divine beast winter wolf can use its Inhale Frost ability even if helpless or unconscious, as long as it can breathe and using the ability would remove the condition or damage making it helpless or unconscious. (If its negative HP is lower than the amount Inhale Frost would heal, and there’s a chance that the ability would not bring it to 0 HP or more, roll the healing first to determine if the ability is usable this round.)
Howling Blast (Su) On the next turn after a divine beast winter wolf uses its Inhale Frost ability, as a standard action, it can release a howling blast of freezing air with a 100-foot radius in all directions. Creatures that do not have cover from this attack are pushed back 30 feet and take 6d6 cold damage and 6d6 sonic damage. Small or smaller creatures are also knocked prone; Large or larger creatures are not pushed back. A DC 26 Fortitude save halves the damage and halves the distance pushed back. Creatures that have cover are immune to this effect. This is an air effect. The save DC is Constitution-based.
Additionally, when a divine beast winter wolf uses Howling Blast, any ice spikes it has summoned begin to vibrate, and explode 1 round later (see the Summon Ice Spikes ability).
Grand Ice Storm (Sp) As a standard action, as a spell-like ability, a divine beast winter wolf can summon great magical hailstones that pound down over a 60-ft. radius, in a 40-ft. high cylinder, and divinely hone in on the divine beast winter wolf's enemies. These hailstones deal 6d6 points of bludgeoning damage and 4d6 points of cold damage to the divine beast winter wolf's enemies in the area, but do not harm its allies. This damage only occurs once, when the spell is cast.
For one round per caster level afterwards (typically 15 rounds), heavy snow and sleet rains down in the area. Creatures inside this area take a -4 penalty on Perception skill checks and the entire area is treated as difficult terrain; the divine beast winter wolf and its allies can ignore this difficult terrain due to Icewalking Aura (see below). At the end of the duration, the snow and hail disappear, leaving no after-effects (other than the damage dealt).
Treat this as a 7th-level evocation [cold] spell. Spell resistance applies.
Icewalking Aura (Ex) A divine beast winter wolf and all of its allies within 120 ft. can move across icy surfaces without penalty and do not need to make Acrobatics checks to run or charge on ice.
Summon Ice Spikes (Su) Three times per day, as a one-round action, a divine beast winter wolf can begin conjuring four massive spikes of ice in locations within 100 feet of the divine beast winter wolf. These locations begin to visibly rumble when the divine beast winter wolf begins using this ability. The ice spikes must be positioned at least 30 feet apart from each other.
At the start of the divine beast winter wolf’s next turn, when the one-round action completes, the ice spikes appear, piercing up through the ground as massive vertical spikes in the designated locations. Each ice spike is 5 feet wide and 60 feet tall. An ice spike which would impact the ceiling instead stops at the ceiling.
Each ice spike makes a melee attack roll when it appears, with +21 to hit against any creature standing in the location where the ice spike appears, dealing 8d8 piercing damage and 4d8 cold damage on a successful hit. Additionally, it makes a lower attack roll with +16 to hit against any creature standing adjacent to the location where the ice spike appears, dealing 4d8 piercing damage and 2d8 cold damage on a successful hit. The attack bonus is based on the divine beast winter wolf’s hit dice and Charisma bonus.
The ice spikes remain for 1 minute or until the divine beast winter wolf uses Howling Blast, at which point they begin to vibrate. 1 round after they begin vibrating, the ice spikes explode, dealing 8d6 cold damage to all creatures within 15 feet of them. Targets that take cold damage from this explosion are also entangled for 1 round by frost. A DC 22 Reflex save halves the damage. The save DC is Charisma-based.
After using this ability, a divine beast winter wolf cannot use it again until 1 round after the spikes explode.

Canada PR Points System
Canada's Permanent Residency (PR) system is renowned for its welcoming approach to skilled immigrants from around the world. Central to this system is the allocation of PR points, which play a crucial role in determining an applicant's eligibility for immigration to Canada. Understanding the Canada PR points table and how points are calculated is essential for prospective immigrants seeking to make Canada their new home. This article serves as a comprehensive guide to navigating the Canada PR points system, providing insights into its intricacies and offering strategies for improving one's chances of success.

Understanding the Canada PR Points Table
At the heart of the Canadian PR system lies the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), a points-based system used to evaluate candidates in the Express Entry pool. The Canada PR points table assigns points to candidates based on various factors such as age, education, work experience, language proficiency, and adaptability. Each factor carries a specific weightage, and candidates must meet minimum point requirements to be eligible for Canadian PR.
Factors Considered in the Points Calculation
The allocation of PR points is based on several key factors that reflect a candidate's ability to contribute to the Canadian economy and society. Age, education, and work experience are crucial factors, with younger applicants and those with higher levels of education and extensive work experience earning more points. Language proficiency, particularly in English and French, is also a significant determinant of PR points, as is adaptability, which assesses a candidate's ability to integrate into Canadian society.
Breakdown of Points Allocation
Let's delve into the breakdown of points allocation in the Canada PR points table. For instance, candidates can earn a maximum of 100 points for age, with younger applicants receiving the highest scores. Education can contribute up to 150 points, with additional points awarded for Canadian educational credentials. Work experience is valued at a maximum of 80 points, while language proficiency can earn candidates up to 136 points. Adaptability factors such as previous study or work experience in Canada or having a Canadian job offer can also boost a candidate's score.
How many points do I need for Canada PR?
The minimum number of points required for Canada PR varies depending on factors such as the specific immigration program and the current Express Entry draw. Generally, candidates need to score above a certain threshold, typically around 470 points or higher, to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canadian PR. However, meeting the minimum point requirement does not guarantee an ITA, as the cutoff score is determined by the number of candidates in the Express Entry pool and the needs of the Canadian labor market.
Impact of Express Entry on PR Points
The Express Entry system has revolutionized Canada immigration process, streamlining the application process and making it more accessible to skilled immigrants. Under
Express Entry, candidates create an online profile detailing their qualifications, work experience, language proficiency, and other relevant information. The CRS then ranks candidates based on their PR points, with the highest-ranked candidates receiving Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian PR. By understanding how Express Entry impacts PR points, candidates can strategically position themselves to improve their chances of receiving an ITA.
Strategies to Improve Your PR Points
For candidates looking to enhance their PR points and increase their eligibility for Canadian PR, there are several strategies to consider. Investing in language training to improve language proficiency, gaining additional work experience in a high-demand occupation, obtaining educational credentials assessments for foreign degrees, and securing a valid job offer from a Canadian employer are all effective ways to boost PR points. Additionally, creating a compelling Express Entry profile that highlights one's qualifications and achievements can make a significant difference in attracting the attention of Canadian immigration authorities.
Conclusion
In conclusion, navigating the Canada PR points system requires a thorough understanding of the factors considered in the points calculation, the breakdown of points allocation, and the impact of the Express Entry system. By leveraging strategies to improve PR points, candidates can enhance their eligibility for Canadian PR and embark on a new chapter in one of the most welcoming and diverse countries in the world. With careful planning and preparation, the dream of immigrating to Canada can become a reality for skilled individuals seeking new opportunities and a brighter future.

VIXX January issue of @Star1 | cr. 비뮤
translation undercut
translated using google and papago
The return of concept idol, VIXX
This is the comeback we have been waiting for. Group VIXX broke a four-year gap and announced the brilliant return of the original concept idol through their new album . Even in the absence of leader N, there is no room for feeling empty on stage. The three members filled the stage with their bright eyes and restrained choreography, making women around the world fall in love with their mature and sexy charms. Upon their comeback, VIXX swept the top charts not only domestically but also overseas, including in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Russia, proving that they are still alive and well by showing off their remaining global power. VIXX has garnered the response that they are ‘irreplaceable idols’ with their more complete stage and musicality, and the growth story they will write continues.
You made a comeback after 4 years and 2 months. I’m curious about how you feel about meeting Starlight after a long time through this album promotion and single concert.
Ken: It's been a while since I stood on stage as a member of VIXX, and although it was difficult, I was really happy and had fun. I learned a lot while working with the members. We were originally close, but I feel like we have become closer together through this activity. Hyuk: It was an activity for which I was grateful for everything. Now that I have warmly filled the end of the year with my people, I plan to run with more strength and energy in 2024.
I think there must have been a lot of pressure because you were working as a six-member group and had to fill the stage with three people.
Leo_ I felt a lot of pressure because I was making a comeback after several years and I was standing on stage under the name of VIXX. But as the weight was so great, I was overwhelmed and happy. Just being able to perform on stage with the members for the first time in a long time is something I am thankful for. Ken: While practicing, the three of us tried to be very greedy with each other. Since the three of us had to fill in the work that six of us had done, I think we pushed ourselves to practice to fill the empty space. All the members put in a lot of effort, but in the end, I'm satisfied because they showed a well-filled stage. Hyuk: It would be a lie if I said I didn’t feel any pressure. However, because the members had considerable abilities, I was confident that they would be able to show something new than before. I think we approached this album with a slightly challenging mindset in order to show a new stage.
If you were to rate your satisfaction with the results of this album, what score would you give it?
Leo 94 points. The reason I subtracted 4 points is that Hak-yeon expressed his regret that he was unable to be with us this time. Ken_I’ll give it 75 points. When the entire VIXX group gets a perfect score of 100, each person is responsible for 25 points, so we excluded the 25 points that belonged to Hak-yeon, who could not be together this time. Hyuk_I would like to give 80 points. When I think back to when I was in school, when I got 80 points, it was neither too much nor too much of a disappointment. I am satisfied with this album, but 80 points seems to be a stable score in the sense that I will improve and work harder next time.
Since you came together as a group after such a long time, were there any new aspects you learned or areas where you felt you grew while working on the album?
Leo_ Jaehwan and I especially felt that Hyuk's vocals have grown surprisingly. Also, Hyuk helped me a lot so that I could work on the album with good people this time. I think we were able to complete this album with such good connections because all of the members worked hard. Ken_I originally knew that the members had cool looks, but this time I was a bit surprised. While filming the album, I truly felt, ‘Our team is so cool and attractive that the fans love it.’ Even when recording, I was constantly impressed by how good the tone was. Hyuk_I thought I had improved a lot, but when I tried it with my brothers, I thought, ‘I still have a long way to go.’ I felt reassured and proud of the fact that we were on the same team.
Now that you have become a senior in the idol world, I would like to hear what you think of your first music show activity in a long time.
Leo_This time, my activities overlap with Park Jin-young and Golden Girls teachers, so I’m cautious about daring to call him a senior (laughter). The atmosphere really changed a lot. A challenge culture emerged. They said they were filming the challenge here and there, and it was really interesting because it was a culture that didn't exist when we were at the peak of our activities.
There are already 5th generation idols coming out. As a member of the 2.5 generation, how do you feel when you look at younger groups these days?
Leo_Obviously the 2.5 generation was the new generation, but time has passed so quickly (laughter). Regardless of your generation, just debuting as an idol and surviving in this field is truly an amazing thing. There may be some environmental improvements compared to the past, but there are probably also difficulties unique to the current generation. Even though being an idol isn't an easy job, I think it's truly worthy of applause that everyone is working so hard in their respective positions. While watching the junior groups, I think a lot about the early days of VIXX's debut. Ken_There are a lot of teams that debuted around the same time as us but are now gone. I hope groups debuting these days don't have to go through that. There are more opportunities than before, such as novel network services, YouTube, and challenges. I hope to actively utilize those things and survive without giving up until the end. Hyuk_When I look at groups that have just debuted, I often see cases where they focus on other things and end up missing something important. I hope you have fun doing the things you want to do so that you don't end up failing to do something important by following the standards set by others.
Was there any most memorable reaction or comment during this comeback?
Leo_The most memorable reaction was ‘Even if you don’t want to be like VIXX, you are still like VIXX’ and ‘Of course, there is no group that can replace VIXX.’ I am truly grateful that there are fans who love and acknowledge VIXX this much. Ken: I really liked the comment that said ‘VIXX tore it up’ (laughs). The expression that I tore up the stage was very funny and a huge compliment, so it gave me a lot of strength. Hyuk_I feel touched when I see reactions that recognize our sincerity. No matter the outcome, just seeing how sincere we were on stage gave us great strength.
When they debuted, they were all in their teens and twenties, but except for the youngest Hyuk, they are well over thirty. When you stood on stage, were there any differences from when you were in your 20s?
Leo_ Actually, I tend not to think about my age much. Although I'm more tired than before, I don't think there's much difference from when I was in my 20s. Ken: I think VIXX’s heyday is just beginning. There is a saying, ‘Men start at 30’. All of the members seem to have matured in some way compared to when they were in their 20s and have definitely become more manly. I feel good now because I feel like I have matured both externally and internally. Hyuk_age is a weapon, so I'm not physically good. Hahaha.
Now, you and the members seem to be as close to each other as family. What kind of meaning are you to each other?
Leo_Now we know what the condition is like just by looking at the air. Just from the energy of that space, I can tell that ‘there’s something that someone doesn’t like right now.’ That means they know each other very well. Even if you don't say anything, he senses it quickly and tells you the situation for you. It's very reassuring and gives you a lot of help. Ken_I recognize it from the moment we meet and say hello. When we greet each other, I feel, ‘How are our members doing?’ I didn't know about this before and honestly didn't pay much attention to it. But we've been together for almost 12 years. As we spent a long time together, there were things I learned without even realizing it. Hyuk: While doing this job, there were many moments when I wanted to give up or run away. It was thanks to my brothers that I was able to calm myself down every time. When I see my brothers by my side always giving me strength and doing their best, I become more determined and fight harder.
It's already been 12 years since I've been with Starlight, and I think it's very meaningful to grow older with the fans.
Leo_It's already been 12 years since we debuted, so our fans in their 20s and 30s have been with us for half their lives. There are quite a few people who are married. I am once again grateful that we have been together for such a long time, but at the same time, I feel like I need to take on more responsibility. I want to continue to be remembered as a great singer in their lives. I think what we have to do is continue to be by our fans’ side in a great way. Ken_I tend to remember fans’ faces well. So, whenever I have a chance to be with my fans, I feel both happy and sad at the same time. I'm really happy and thankful when I see new fans or fans I've seen for a long time, but on the other hand, I also feel like I keep waiting for the fans who couldn't come. I probably couldn't come because of the situation, but I'm worried that he might be sick and I feel a little sad. Hyuk_When I meet old fans, the memories we have made together come back to me like a panorama. When I look at them and talk to them, there are times when I feel like I'm back in time. These are people who are a very big part of my life.
I also want to hear your plans for individual activities other than the entire group. Leo_There are some things I'm working on right now. I think I'll be able to show them one by one soon. I'll give you some good news soon, so look forward to it. Ken: I have been cast in the role of Phoebus in the musical , so I plan to prepare diligently for the time being. I also want to pursue solo album activities. I want to release projects with my name like Monthly Yoon Jong Shin. Hyuk_Thankfully, I was recently able to appear on a music program broadcast in Indonesia on behalf of a K-pop singer. We plan to produce the stage for a famous Indonesian artist. I think this will be an opportunity to promote VIXX to the world, so I hope our Bits will also look at it kindly.

How to Apply for Canada PR or Immigration from India

Canada has consistently ranked among the top destinations for immigrants, offering a high quality of life, economic opportunities, and cultural diversity. If you’re an Indian citizen looking to move to Canada, the Permanent Residency (PR) or immigration process might seem daunting at first. However, with the right information and guidance, you can navigate through the process smoothly. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to apply for Canada PR or immigration from India.
Choose the Right Pathway
Before you begin, it’s crucial to determine which immigration pathway best suits your profile and aspirations. Canada offers several pathways for immigration, including the Express Entry System, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), and family sponsorship. Research each pathway thoroughly to understand the eligibility criteria, requirements, and processing times.
Meet the Eligibility Criteria
Each immigration pathway has specific eligibility criteria that applicants must meet. Common factors considered include age, education, work experience, language proficiency (English or French), and adaptability. The most common pathway, Express Entry, uses the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) to rank candidates based on these factors.
Language Proficiency
Language proficiency is a significant factor in your application. You’ll need to take a language test approved by the Canadian government, such as IELTS or CELPIP (English) or TEF (French). Achieving higher language scores can boost your CRS score and enhance your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for PR.
Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)
If your education was obtained outside Canada, you’ll need to get an ECA to verify the equivalence of your educational qualifications with Canadian standards. This step is crucial for Express Entry and certain provincial programs.
Create an Express Entry Profile
For Express Entry, create an online profile detailing your skills, work experience, education, language proficiency, and other relevant information. Your profile will be assigned a CRS score, and you’ll enter the Express Entry pool.
Improve Your CRS Score
A higher CRS score increases your chances of receiving an ITA. Consider ways to improve your score, such as enhancing language skills, gaining additional education, obtaining a job offer, or securing a provincial nomination.
Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA)
Candidates with the highest CRS scores are issued ITAs in regular draws. Once you receive an ITA, you’ll have a limited time (usually 60 days) to submit a complete PR application.
Submit Your PR Application
Complete your Canada PR application online, providing accurate and complete information. Include all required documents, such as police clearances, medical exams, proof of funds, and more. Pay the application fee and submit your application before the deadline.
Wait for Processing
PR application processing times vary depending on the pathway and the volume of applications. During this period, ensure you respond promptly to any requests for additional information from the immigration authorities.
Final Steps
Once your PR application is approved, you’ll receive a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR). Plan your move to Canada, ensuring you meet any travel and quarantine requirements. Upon arrival, you’ll need to show your COPR to the immigration officer at the port of entry to receive your PR status.
Conclusion
Applying for Canada PR or immigration from India is a systematic process that requires careful planning, preparation, and attention to detail. By understanding the various pathways, meeting eligibility criteria, enhancing your CRS score, and submitting a complete application, you can increase your chances of making Canada your new home. Remember that seeking professional advice or assistance from immigration consultants or lawyers can provide valuable insights and guidance throughout the application journey.

Not to turn into an angry forum poster, but I want to expand on this a little, because it bugs the hell out of me every time I bring up a homebrew supplement and get told that the group wants to stick to WotC-published materials (which is fine) specifically to avoid 'balance issues.'
Oh really? You think the published material is well-balanced? You think a four elements monk squares up about the same as a twilight cleric? You think Boots of Flying should be more accessible than a Superior Healing Potion? You think all of the capstone features are about on par with one another?
There's a reason that after all this time, most of WotCs own modules and campaigns don't accomodate PCs very far from the first and second tiers, and even experienced GMs tend to have massive burnout at the latter half of their own sandbox campaigns. Even BG3, with all of its tweaks to the 5e ruleset, caps at 12th level. After having played and run several campaigns, at least in my experience, the third and fourth tiers of the game are a complete fucking mess.
Don't get me wrong. I like 5e. I like how it made the game more accessible (as a side effect of streamlining the system to reduce the number of modifiers - 3.5 and especially pathfinder with their magic item treadmills and feat trees and conditional modifiers, etc. etc. involved a lot of their own bookkeeping) but I think the reduction in complexity came with its own issues that rear their ugly head in the back end.
For example, the saving throw system - now, instead of having three saving throws linked to one (or the higher of two) attributes, you just roll saves for abilities individually. Simple! With two save proficiencies (one good, one bad) and a generic PC constructed out of standard array, you have, on average, a 44.17% chance to succeed on any given saving throw from a creature with a CR appropriate for a level 1 party. Assuming you put all your ASIs into those two abilities, for the rest of the game, that average percentage trends downward to a mere 25% at level 20, because of the binary nature of proficiency on saving throws and the fact that most of your ability scores don't get touched after 1st level.
It is admittedly a little reductive not to factor in bonuses from class features, among other things, as some classes do get abilities that vastly improve their chances. But others don't, and the game should not be dependent on players picking a particular class (or race, or feat, etc.) in order to have a passable chance at succeeding in this fairly common occurrence. And keep in mind, this is just an average of the six saving throws - The throws with proficiency maintain a slightly higher-than-average 60% chance to succeed. The other four drop off sharply to between 15-0% (!!!) Even indomitable will not help you here.
Now I know the designers were perfectly aware that this was an issue in play. You want to know how I know? Legendary saves, to ensure that big bads and named creatures that still had the same three or four dogshit saves as players wouldn't be kneecapped anticlimactically because the wizard rolled good on initiative and got a Hold Monster off.
You look at the rest of the rulebook and you see this lazy band-aiding fucking everywhere. No real magic item economy? Magic item power wildly disproportionate with rarity? "Magic items aren't necessary in this system!" (Until you run into a creature with resistance to nonmagical BSP, whoops!) Sorcerers are worse wizards thanks to the changes to prepared spellcasting? Sorcery points, to fuel metamagic! (Oh no, Sorcerers still get less of everything because all their features run off the same point pool instead of having independent uses!) Feats are optional, even though two of the core classes have additional ASIs shoehorned in for the implied purpose of picking them up. Can't figure out a good class capstone? Give them one use of a signature feature back on a short rest or initiative rolled. That feels good, like the pinnacle of class ability.
I could go on but we'll be here all day. And the thing that pisses me off about it is, they had the experience, not to mention two editions of legacy and data, they're Wizards of the fucking Coast. They could have made this the right way. Instead, the core rulebooks are a mess, and every splat they've released since has had less and less content, more poorly tested and vetted, if at all, to the point that one of their last releases had racist caricatures that went sight unseen until they got in front of rightfully angry fans. And most people go unaware that the content smacks of this laziness.
Which brings me back to my original point, with groups that disallow homebrew because they're concerned about balance - don't be. You want to stick to first party material because everyone has access to it and knows it so there's no confusion about how a PCs mechanics work? Fine. But the game is inherently unbalanced, even with just the core content. Yeah, DMs use your best judgement, because there's definitely some mary sue bullshit going on out there, but most homebrew I've seen falls well within the bounds of the best and worst content WotC has offered. Hell, make your own if you feel confident enough.
As an example of good, competent homebrew creations out there, I invite you to take a look at Valda's Spire of Secrets, or anything done by Laserllama or KibblesTasty. Most of those creations are things I would allow in games I run.
It's often remarked how D&D 5e's play culture has this sort of disinterest bordering on contempt for actually knowing the rules, often even extending to the DM themselves. I've seen a lot of different ideas for why this is, but one reason I rarely see discussed is that actually, a lot of 5e's rules are not meant to be used.
Encumbrance is a great example of this. 5e contains granular weights for all the items that you might have in your inventory, and rules for how much you can carry based on your strength score, and they've set these carry capacities high enough that you should never actually need to think about them. And that's deliberate, the designers have explicitly said that they've set carrying capacity high enough that it shouldn't come up in normal play. So for a starting DM, you see all these weights, you see all the rules for how much people can carry or drag, and you've played Fallout, you know how this works. And then if you try to actually enforce that, you find that it's insanely tedious, and it basically never actually matters, so you drop it.
Foraging is the example of this that bothers me most. There's a whole system for this! A table of foraging DCs, and math for how much food you can find, and how long you can go without food, etc. But the math is set up so that a person with no survival proficiency and a +0 to WIS, in a hostile environment, will still forage enough food to be fine, and the starvation rules are so generous that even a run of bad luck is unlikely to matter. So a DM who actually tries to use these rules will quickly find that they add nothing but bookkeeping. You're rolling a bunch of checks every day of travel for something that is purpose built not to matter. And that's before you add in all the ways to trivialize or circumvent this.
These rules don't exist to be used, that is not their purpose. These rules exist because the designers were scared of the backlash to 4e, and wanted to make sure that the game had all the rules that D&D "should" have. But they didn't actually want these mechanics. They didn't want the bookkeeping, they didn't care about that style of play, but they couldn't just say, "this game isn't about that" for fear of angering traditionalists. And unfortunately the way they handled this was by putting in rules that are bad, that actively fight anyone who wants to use that style of play and act as a trap to people who take the rules in good faith.
And this means that knowing what rules are not supposed to be used is an actual skill 5e DMs develop. Part of being a good 5e DM is being able to tell the real rules that will improve your game from the fake rules that are there to placate angry forum posters. And that's just an awful position to put DMs in (especially new DMs), but it's pretty unsurprising that it creates a certain contempt for knowing the rules as written.
You should have contempt for some of the rules as written. The designers did.

How to Boost Your CRS Score While Living in the UAE?
If you're planning on immigrating to Canada from Dubai, your first step is understanding the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), the backbone of the Canada PR Visa Process through Express Entry Program. A lot of UAE applicants suffer because of a low CRS score, but here is the good news: you can increase it.

What to Expect from the Next Express Entry Draw?
The Next Express Entry Draw? is always a topic of interest for aspiring immigrants planning their move to Canada. Whether you’re a skilled professional dreaming of Canadian permanent residency or someone who recently submitted your Express Entry profile, staying updated with the latest Express Entry updates can make a significant difference in your immigration journey.
At IRA Immigration, we understand the importance of timely information and expert guidance when it comes to Canada’s immigration system. As a trusted name among the best immigration consultant in Delhi, we’ve created this comprehensive guide to help you prepare and strategize for the next Express Entry draw.
What is the Express Entry System?
Before diving into the Canada PR draw date, it's essential to understand how the Express Entry draw system works. Launched in 2015 by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Express Entry system is a points-based immigration system used to manage applications for permanent residence under three major programs:
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Each candidate is assigned a CRS score—Comprehensive Ranking System—based on factors like age, education, work experience, language proficiency, and adaptability. The IRCC conducts regular Express Entry draws, inviting candidates with the highest scores to apply for permanent residency.
Why Is the Next Express Entry Draw? So Important?
The next Express Entry draw holds the potential to change lives. Thousands of skilled professionals await every draw hoping to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canada PR. A lower CRS score cutoff or a category-based draw could open the door for more applicants, especially those who were previously just below the threshold.
For example, recent Express Entry updates have shown a shift toward category-specific invitations, such as those targeting healthcare professionals, tech workers, and French speakers. Understanding these trends can help applicants plan better and explore additional eligibility options.
Predicting the Canada PR Draw Date – What You Should Know
While the IRCC does not publish an official schedule for Canada PR draw dates, patterns from past draws offer some insight. Typically, draws are held every two weeks, usually on Wednesdays. However, there have been exceptions, especially with the introduction of category-based draws.
As of June 2025, experts anticipate that the next Express Entry draw could happen within the next 1–2 weeks. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official IRCC website or consult with experienced immigration professionals for timely updates.
What Will Be the Likely CRS Score Cut-Off?
The CRS score cut-off is a key factor in determining whether a candidate receives an invitation. In recent draws, the scores have ranged from 500 to 560 depending on the type of draw. If the next Express Entry draw is a general round, the cut-off might remain on the higher side. However, a targeted draw could see much lower cut-offs, sometimes even below 400.
This unpredictability highlights the importance of improving your profile wherever possible. Factors like enhancing your language test results, gaining additional work experience, or obtaining a provincial nomination can significantly boost your CRS score.
Recent Express Entry Updates You Shouldn't Miss
The year 2025 has already brought several significant Express Entry updates. IRCC has placed more emphasis on targeted draws under specific categories, making it easier for in-demand professionals to secure a PR invitation.
Here are some of the recent trends:
Frequent healthcare and STEM-specific draws
A push towards increasing French-speaking immigrants
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) aligned draws contributing to lower CRS score thresholds
These changes indicate a strategic move by the Canadian government to address labor market shortages and support economic growth. As a result, being aligned with these categories could improve your chances in the next Express Entry draw.

How to Immigrate to Canada Without a Job Offer – Is It Possible?
Yes, it is absolutely possible to immigrate to Canada without a job offer—and thousands of people do it every year. While having a job offer can improve your chances under certain immigration programs, Canada’s immigration system is designed to welcome skilled individuals, international graduates, entrepreneurs, and family members even if they don’t have employment lined up.
In this article, we’ll explore how you can immigrate to Canada without a job offer, the programs available, and how to boost your chances of success.
1. Express Entry (Federal Skilled Worker Program)
The Express Entry system is one of the most popular ways to immigrate to Canada without a job offer. Specifically, the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) does not require Canadian work experience or a job offer.
Eligibility is based on:
Age
Education
Work experience (outside Canada is accepted)
Language proficiency (IELTS/CELPIP or TEF for French)
Adaptability
If you meet the minimum eligibility criteria, you can create an Express Entry profile and receive a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. Candidates with high scores are invited to apply for permanent residency during regular draws.
Tip: Boost your score by improving your language test results or getting an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).
2. Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) – Without a Job Offer
Several Canadian provinces run Provincial Nominee Programs that allow them to select immigrants who meet local labor or demographic needs. Some streams under PNPs do not require a job offer, especially those aligned with Express Entry.
Examples of PNP streams that may not require a job offer:
Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream
Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry Category B (when open)
Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker – Express Entry Sub-Category
Alberta Express Entry Stream (sometimes invites candidates with lower CRS scores)
To apply, you’ll need to demonstrate strong ties to the province, such as education, work experience in an in-demand occupation, or language skills.
3. Canada’s International Graduate Programs
If you study in Canada, you may become eligible to stay and apply for PR—without needing a job offer—under various graduate or post-graduate immigration streams.
Key programs include:
Ontario Masters Graduate Stream – No job offer needed
British Columbia International Post-Graduate Stream
Quebec Experience Program (PEQ) for graduates
These programs are tailored for international students who have completed eligible programs at Canadian institutions.
4. Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) – With Pathways for No Job Offer**
Although a job offer is typically required for AIP, some provinces may offer pilot or international graduate streams where post-graduation pathways exist without a formal job offer. This varies depending on provincial policy updates.
5. Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) – Limited Options Without a Job
While the RNIP usually requires a job offer, some communities may offer programs or community recommendations based on education, community ties, or volunteering. However, these are rare and not guaranteed.
6. Family Sponsorship – No Job Offer Required
If you have a spouse, common-law partner, parent, or child who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, they may sponsor you for PR.
Key benefits:
No CRS score
No job offer required
Faster processing in many cases
7. Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP)
Quebec operates its own immigration system. Under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP), you can apply for permanent residency without a job offer, provided you score enough points based on age, education, work experience, and language proficiency.
Knowing French is often an advantage, but not always required depending on your overall profile.
8. Start-Up Visa Program (For Entrepreneurs)
If you don’t have a job offer but you have a viable business idea and the support of a designated Canadian organization, the Start-Up Visa Program offers a direct path to permanent residency.
This program does not require prior work experience in Canada or a job offer.
Boosting Your Chances Without a Job Offer
Even without employment, you can strengthen your application by:
Scoring high on language tests (IELTS/CELPIP/TEF)
Completing a credential assessment (ECA)
Gaining more years of work experience in your field
Studying in Canada (for PGWP + PR options)
Applying strategically to provinces with demand in your occupation
Final Thoughts: A Job Offer Helps, But It’s Not a Must
While having a Canadian job offer can make certain immigration programs more accessible or give you extra points in the Express Entry system, it is not required for many pathways.
The key is knowing which immigration program best suits your profile and submitting a strong, accurate application.

Eternally Cursed Child of Disaster - CR15 Oracle / Soul Warden
Every campaign needs a 4000 year old loli who uses dark magic.

Artwork is official art from Closers, copyright Naddic Games.
This creature is based on Lucy from Closers. She uses my Simplified Spontaneous Spellcaster Template in order to make her easier to run. She's still complicated as hell to run, because she's a high level multiclassed NPC, but she's better than she would be without the template. I mean, she's got 21 spells instead of 55; that should be worth something.
This could be a powerful friendly NPC in some campaigns, but I designed her to be used as an antagonist in an adventure where the PCs were necromancers, spiritualists, dhampir, or otherwise aligned with the undead.
In the process of defeating a powerful pharaoh thousands of years ago, the eternally cursed child of disaster was sealed inside a magic sarcophagus, and cursed so that if it were ever opened and she were freed, disaster would befall the civilization that aided her. If you're using her stat block, then obviously someone set her free.
Although originally an oracle of purification and cleansing, brought along to the fight against the pharaoh to combat his curses, the eternally cursed child of disaster has been infused with necromantic power after being trapped in a cursed sarcophagus for thousands of years. She has resisted that power every step of the way though, and twisted it to learn how to use it against the undead. She despises undead, but nevertheless has gained the power to create and control them, and sometimes does so for a greater purpose, with the intention of destroying them later. Her preferred undead are mummies and crypt things.
The sarcophagus itself is a legendary artifact, and empowers its owner with negative energy that is designed to fight the living.
She begins battle by activating Death Field as a swift action for fast healing 1. If she fights undead, she is most likely to cast disrupting weapon on her coffin, then use her coffin's Whirling Disaster ability and apply the Improved Channel Smite feat to the melee attacks. Using Channel Energy as a move action is useful against undead if she doesn't have to move - which is very likely the case if she spends her standard action using Death Leaping. If fighting living creatures, she uses her spells if seriously threatened, or uses the abilities of her coffin if she thinks it's better to save resources (or needs to escape from danger with Death Leaping).
If she has allies, including undead creatures under her command, she uses death ward on them before combat starts, or casts hallow to infuse the area with death ward if she has time. She protects her allies with holy aura in combat. If she has undead creatures under her command, she'll also use mass umbral infusion. Her long range spells allow her to stay back. She casts destruction against living targets, heal against undead targets in melee range, or searing light against undead targets further away.
She has some powerful healing spells. She can use them to heal living allies, or even heal her undead minions with undeath inversion, but can't actually heal herself with them, as undeath inversion only works on actual undead creatures, not living creatures with negative energy affinity. Sucks to be her.
Ectoplasmic Spell can be used on a channel casting spell once per day with the Spectral Spells ability, but otherwise, her metamagic feats can't be used on channel casting spells, since those spells cost a unique resource instead of spell slots.
Her high ability scores and incredible gear, including a legendary artifact, increase her challenge rating by 1. As a humanoid full spellcaster, her damage is still very high for a CR 15 creature; destruction is a heck of a spell. The legendary artifact probably isn't something that your PCs will actually be able to use, unless you give them a year of downtime. If a year does pass in-game though, and they're too hesitant to attune to it, or something interferes with their attempt, you get to revive her!
Even ignoring the legendary artifact, she has 96k gold worth of other loot, which is about twice the recommended amount for a CR15 NPC. If you think that's too much, you can easily remove the belt or headband without actually lowering her ability scores, or just use up the spell components.
Eternally Cursed Child of Disaster - CR 15
The ceremonially dressed child, garbed in an ancient style of clothing, hovers above the ground, praying solemnly with her hands clasped together. Lashed to her back is a massive stone sarcophagus, which she seems to carry effortlessly - or maybe it's carrying her.

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Channel Energy (Su) 12 times per day, the eternally cursed child of disaster can channel positive energy to harm undead and stagger evil creatures, but not to heal living targets. Undead within 30 ft. take 5d6 damage; a DC 24 Will save halves the damage. The eternally cursed child of disaster can exclude herself from the effects of this ability.
Channeling energy is normally a standard action. By spending 2 uses of this ability, the eternally cursed child of disaster can use it as a move action instead of a standard action, thanks to the Quick Channel feat.
Whenever the eternally cursed child of disaster destroys an undead creature using channel energy or a spell with an instantaneous duration, she regains a use of channel energy, up to her maximum of 12. She can regain only one use of channel energy per round, and can regain a up to 10 uses of channel energy per day.
Channel Casting (Su) The eternally cursed child of disaster can spend a use of Channel Energy to cast one of her Channel Casting spells. These spells cannot be cast any other way.
History of Terrors (Ex) The eternally cursed child of disaster gains a +2 racial bonus on saving throws to resist mind-affecting effects. The bonus increases to +4 if the effect is also a fear effect. This is already included in her statistics above.
Life Shell (Sp) As a standard action, as a spell-like ability, the eternally cursed child of disaster can create a dome of energy that repels undead creatures. This ability functions identically to antilife shell, except it hedges out only undead creatures and not creatures of any other type. Living creatures within the affected area gain fast healing 1 for the duration of the effect.
The eternally cursed child of disaster can activate this spell-like ability for up to 10 minutes per day. The duration need not be consecutive, but it must be expended in 1-minute increments.
Necrotic Resistance (Su) Whenever the eternally cursed child of destruction is targeted by an effect that would result in ability drain or impose negative levels, she takes 2 point of ability drain fewer and gains 2 negative level fewer than she normally would (to a minimum of 0).
Negative Energy Affinity (Su) The eternally cursed child of disaster takes damage from positive energy and heals from negative energy as if she were undead.
Negative Energy Ward (Su) Once per day, the eternally cursed child of destruction can ward a 15-foot-radius area centered on herself to protect it against undead incursions. Any undead creatures with fewer than 16 Hit Dice cannot enter the warded area. Undead with 16 or more Hit Dice must attempt a DC 20 Will save when entering the area. An undead that succeeds at its save is unharmed, and is immune to the negative energy ward for 24 hours. Failure means the creature takes 3d6 points of positive energy damage when it enters the area and it becomes staggered for 1d4 rounds. Once placed, a negative energy ward cannot be moved. The ward lasts 10 minutes.
Spectral Spells (Su) The eternally cursed child of disaster gains Ectoplasmic Spell as a bonus feat. In addition, once per day, she can cast a spell with the Ectoplasmic Spell metamagic feat as a standard action that does not increase the level of the spell.
True Death (Su) Those slain by the eternally cursed child of disaster's spells, or by one of her attacks that deals negative energy, become more difficult to bring back from the dead. Spellcasters attempting to bring such a creature back from the dead must succeed at a DC 21 caster level check or the spell fails and the material component is wasted. A successful casting of remove curse (DC 16) before attempting to bring the creature back from the dead suppresses this effect for 1 minute.
Undead Imposition (Su) As a standard action, the eternally cursed child of disaster may expend one use of channel energy to control an undead creature within 30 feet. The target can negate this effect with a DC 29 Will save. The save DC is Charisma-based. Failure means the creature falls under the soul warden’s control, obeying her commands to the best of its ability for 1 minute. This ability is otherwise identical to control undead. If she needs to make a contested Charisma check to command an undead, she gains a +5 bonus on it.
Sarcophagus of the Eternal Disaster As a standard action, at will, the eternally cursed child can activate one of the abilities of the sarcophagus of the eternal disaster:
Whirling Disaster: The owner grabs the sarcophagus off of her back, transforms the sarcophagus and its contents briefly into pure dark energy, and swings it in a circle, making melee attacks with a +2 enhancement bonus on the attack rolls against up to 5 different targets within 10 ft (typically with a +15 total bonus). Each successful attack deals 2d10 force damage, plus an additional 2d10 negative energy damage if the target is not undead. The owner must have both hands free to use this ability.
Death Leaping: The owner transforms into pure negative energy and whips forward in a 40 ft. line, re-materializing at the far end of the line. Non-undead creatures and objects in the path of the line must succeed on a DC 22 Reflex save or take 6d10 points of negative energy damage and objects take damage as per the lightning bolt spell. If the owner runs into an object or barrier and fails to burst through it, the owner appears next to the impacted object and is staggered for 1 round. Movement while in negative energy form does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
Disaster Spread: The sarcophagus opens and releases a blast of negative energy in a 30 ft. cone, dealing 6d10 points of negative energy damage to all non-undead targets in the cone. A DC 22 Reflex save halves the damage.
Entomb: The sarcophagus opens and attempts to suck an adjacent creature inside. The sarcophagus makes a special Drag combat maneuver check at a +20 bonus, which does not provoke attacks of opportunity against the owner. If the check is successful, the sarcophagus closes around the target, trapping it inside. The target is treated as if grappled and swallowed whole by the sarcophagus, as the swallow whole universal monster ability, taking 1d10 negative energy damage immediately and another 1d10 each round it remains trapped in the sarcophagus. It can break free by dealing 30 points of damage to the inside of the sarcophagus, which has 10 AC and 8 hardness, or by making a DC 22 Strength check. Damage dealt to the coffin is automatically magically repaired after 10 minutes.
Curse of the Entombed: The owner attempts to curse a creature that is currently inside the sarcophagus. The target must succeed on a DC 22 Will save or be cursed as if by the bestow curse spell.
End of the Entombed: The owner attempts to deal 10d10 negative energy damage to a creature that is currently inside the sarcophagus and already cursed by bestow curse. A DC 22 Fortitude save halves the damage. This is a death effect. If the target dies from this effect, the owner immediately becomes aware of it.
Return of the Entombed: The owner attempts to turn a dead creature inside the sarcophagus that was killed by End of the Entomed into a mummy, as if casting create undead on it. The mummification process takes 1 week, during which the coffin is sealed shut and the coffin's abilities cannot be activated (but it retains its passive properties such as weightlessness and flight). The owner can cancel this ability at any time, but if she does so, the corpse crumbles to dust.
None of the negative energy damage dealt by a sarcophagus of the eternal disaster heals undead creatures. Undead are unaffected by the negative energy damage, though they may still suffer other effects of these abilities.
