They're still very new to drawing kobolds so there's lots of "AAA I'M NOT GOOD AT THIS" while they draw, but I think it looks ✨SO GOOD✨!!!!

I woke up today with painful sinuses, lamenting the sheer number of tasks I have to do.

Max went to the shop and bought me my favourite flavour of tonic water and cleaned the bathroom, so that I don’t have to.

One of my friends didn’t even offer a lift to the festival a bunch of us are going to, just text me saying “yo, I’m coming to get you at 10am on Wednesday, so make sure you’re ready”, while two others messaged me to tell me they’d factored me into their food and booze shops, so to not bother bringing anything, and to just transfer them some money.

Another friend sent me a picture of the can of beer they’re currently drinking and said “isn’t this brewery near where you live? Let’s go soon!”

Sometimes it’s little things and just being reminded that you are loved that makes life more manageable and helps you to realise not everything is a sack of hammered dicks.

Thanks be to God, mandatory overtime for me was canceled for today!! I will now have plenty of free time to catch up on all your messages and say some extra prayers. 🙏🏻

Nothing has ever moved and touched me as deeply as #GIFT. I'm so happy he had so much fun on the ice and finally seemed to realise how loved and cherished he is by millions of people worldwide, how much we adore him and really only want to see him happy doing what he loves. I feel like this show has been a gift to not only us but Yuzuru himself as well in that way. Seeing Yuzuru happy while doing what he loves is the greatest gift. He truly does deserve every single ounce of love, admiration and support he gets. One of a kind athlete, the best theres ever been. The embodiment of the olympic spirit not only as an athlete but as an astonishing, inspiring person off the ice as well. Yuzuru truly is a gift to us all.

What a historic moment and a Milestone in the history of figure skating. Very thankful I got to witness the making of history.

I started babysitting again after a break of 3.5 months. Yesterday I baked cupcakes with one of the kids I have been babysitting for over 6 years. It was such a good day, I smiled so much :')

It is weird being up and not having to tend to a kitten anymore. I just got a jolt of anxiety because I hadn't gone and hung out with him this morning. He's not here. I don't have to do that.

Thankfully, the friend who currently has him, sent me pictures of him playing this morning. So they have my anxieties taken care of.

It means so very much to me that you'd say that; I've been struggling really badly lately, but I am digging myself out of the dump slowly 🥹

I am trying to rest as much as I can, but this week will be a more or less peaceful one and I am much looking forward to it. As of right now, there are 11 October prompts that are yet unwritten/not started.

The response to them has been very gratifying for me - mainly because I've written them for other people rather than for myself - and it feels good to know that people appreciate how much I love them.

I am not necessarily good with words (dumb thing to say for someone who uses so many of them) but I need people to know that I am 1/8 a word-abuser and 7/8 an avid reader.

If anyone who clicks on my stories thinks "Woah, they suck but let's check out the tagged people"...then everything is good in my book.
