Finally got around to watching invincible and I have alot of thoughts (and prayers jesus FUCK). But primarily this one thing to say:

I feel like he started that in like 3rd grade and he got banned from doing it and all that but then he gets to his new school system after moving in with Wayne and they don't know about his ability to replicate Cleese's high kick walk (you know the one) perfectly so he weaponizes it. Whenever someone tries to bully him he Cleese walks at them while sticking his tongue out and hissing and soforth. The first time he uses it on Tommy, Steve sees it and genuinely laughs either because he wasn't expecting it and it's ridiculous or because he actually knows what it is (prolly the first one tho) and it takes Eddie by surprise because usually people give him a look of disgust and call him a freak or something. of course it distracts Eddie and then Tommy shoves him into a locker or something and the moment is over. but it sticks in Eddie's brain for a while.

Okay listen I need you to understand that I read this at work and I BARK LAUGHED in the MIDDLE of the office. I’m STILL laughing about Eddie weaponising his walk hours later. Like genuine TEARS.

He tries to make up his own silly walks too and they are actually terrifying. He always incorporates wide bug eyes and crab claw hands. He’s punched a teacher by accident before and shouted ‘it’s but a flesh wound!’

When he gets in trouble for ‘being generally disruptive and a physical hazard to staff and students’ he gets taken to the principal’s office yelling ‘help! I’m being repressed!’
