🌷Valentino Voguish🌷

Valentino, also known as Val, is a fashion designer and seamstress. They are friends with Mortimer and the Handeemen who help out with clothes and fabrics, the fashion choices, helping and giving children the confidence they need, and many things they are willing to help the Handeemen.

They are the owner of their boutique called “Radiant Aurora”, who immediately takes a liking to Nick Nack and his friends when they enter their shop. Their boutique is located in the city, somewhere near the town where the Handeemen live.

They are creative with their work and talent, very generous, and a beauty expert. Valentino loves pink, likes to spend time with the Handeemen, drinking tea and likes to keep things organized in their boutique and at home. They have shown their favorite flowers in Season 3, which are roses, tulips and cosmos flowers.

They have had Katsaridaphobia since they were a young child that crawled on their arm once. They hate what they look like and the fact that cockroaches carry bacteria. They dislike seeing their friends being mistreated. Especially hated the fact that Nick was being mistreated by his abusive father, Francis Nack (belong to @ericaportfolio). After Nick and his friends escape from Francis and his mobs, Val often stays with Nick and comforts him. They care deeply and are loyal to their family and friends.

Due to their love of fashion, Valentino got along very well with Nick Nack and became close friends in Season 3. Both are flamboyant, love poems, music, and understand the beauty of art. The two even shared their interest and liked to hang out together.

Val enjoys Mortimer’s company and having tea with him. They often talk about their family to him and mention that Mortimer somewhat reminds them of their old friend that brings back good memories.

Just like Nick Nack, Valentino has a complicated relationship and is at odds with Riley (which annoys Riley now that there’s two of them who are passionate about art). But they respect her and like her determination.

Valentino loves Daisy’s pie and is always grateful for her help when they run out of fabric and threads or clean up in their boutique. They are willing to fix or make new clothes and dresses for Daisy for free along with the Handeemen as they are their dearest friends. They appreciate Daisy’s kind words about their work and how compassionate she is.

Valentino has a bit of a complicated relationship with Scout, but not as bad as Riley and Scout’s relationship to each other. Despite their differences and the frustrations that Val tried to convince Scout to try to wear dresses or other new clothes they made, they do respect her and have a soft side with teens and children.

Cruella Movie and Rarity from MLP:FIM were the major inspirations for this character to be a fashion designer. I’ve been thinking about creating my own Hello Puppets OC and my first Non-binary character for a long while, but couldn’t figure out what to write down and the design for them. But now, I finally did it and I’m happy creating this OC.

I also want to mention that I thought about Nick and Val having a romantic relationship or at least felt something for each other during the show. Because again, as I mentioned before, I always see Nick Nack as Bisexual.

And I thought Nick and Val’s romantic relationship would be like Amity and Luz from The Owl House, or Fizz and Asmodeus from Helluva Boss (DON’T watch that show if you’re under 18). I figured they would be cute together. So yeah. If you guys want to draw my OC Valentino, feel free. ^_^

Aw, your cat is your sweet little protector! As for myself, I'm not exactly great with heights, they always make me a bit unsteady.

I don't think that the Physician has any particular phobias.

Aubrey has nosophobia.

I'm not entirely sure about Vesa.

Narciso has emetophobia. Also, even though he hasn't got katsaridaphobia, he would definitely agree with you that roaches are nasty - he certainly has a strong aversion towards them.

I’m trying to finish Fear Dot Com cuz Jeffrey Combs is in it and…there’s so many roaches I’ve had to cover my screen

when I watched the first half like a month or two ago I almost threw up like oh my god it’s a fucking nightmare for anyone with entomophobia or katsaridaphobia

There’s what I can only describe as an army of roaches at some point which is like a little funny to think about (at least when i describe it that way) but also fucking terrifying. I don’t wanna go into more detail about the bugs in it cuz I don’t wanna think about it more than I have to but basically if roaches scare you and/or disgust you don’t watch the movie I know it might be tempting cuz Jeffrey Combs is in it but just don’t or at least be aware especially if you have problems like I do where sometimes images of things get stuck In your head that gross you out, part of what fucked my over so bad was the image of certain parts of the movie getting stuck in my brain and repeatedly thinking about them despite my best attempts not to

Edit: I realized after I posted this that I should warn to anyone who is going to watch it that it does have some flashing lights and bright lights, specifically white lights so if you have issues with that kinda stuff you might wanna avoid this

Okay I made a post about it but now i'll elaborate, Raph is a bit of a nerd for animals. As a tot Raph would sneak out into the sewers and spot things like rats and got curious about them. Bugged Donnie about stuff about them till seeing he could watch documentaries about rats and more. His preface for animals tend to be the smaller ones. Birds, rodents, turtles ect

Like to watch them late at night by himself, he dosen’t need his brothers teasing him for being the animal lover. There is also a few books in room about animals. He also has a few notebooks where he wrote things down in.

This is also where his katsaridaphobia developed, once time well in the sewers he ended up in a nest of cockroaches and it traumatized him a lot.He not a fan of all bugs but Cockroachs are the ones he has an unreasonable fear of.

Likes Taylor Swift

Rapheal has a a passion for art, not just taking part of it himself but also in learning about it. He asked Splinter about his name and it started from there.

Ended up exploring Art himself He took to painting the most, but also draws.Has a sketch book and any art supplies he owns he found in trash bins so it’s normally nearly used up so he has to sparely.

often thats what he is doing when off on his own on the surface looking for supplies he can bring back. Sometimes he gets luckly and kids toss out those ‘art sets’ all artis kids get.

Why did I start with all that? Cause Raph is the far more sensitive of the four turtles. It’s why he so quick to go into his tantrums.

because raph is a bit more in tune with emotions he’s generally kind of good at reading others emotions or picking up on the vibe in a room. He’s not going to approach it with sensitivity mind you

Raph has learned to study other’s body language and it’s part of why he tends to really stare at people when they speak. Of course there are those he can’t figure out and it pisses him off. Like Splinter and to extents Leo at times.

Deals with Anxiety, as well for 2012 Raph I would say it’s more general Anxiety which also explains his quick temper as well. Along with Panic Disorder seeing how he can freeze up at times and has a hard time snapping out of it.

Has a weak stomachache easily grossed out by things and has some motion sickness.

Is overly protective and caring deep down. He loves all his brothers but he isn’t a mushy feeling guy. He would risk his own shell over any of them. A lot of his cracks in his shell are from him taking hits for his brothers. He has no issue risking his own life but he could never risk his any of his brother’s after all.

(I havent fully seen stuff past season 3 I wanna say) But Raph has his Pet Chompy, who he tots treats like a baby hes a pet owner that is  full on pet parent type.

Mikey is his first choice for babysitter if he’s going out. Leos last option mostly to insult the mom of the family uwu

A secret romantic he likes chick flicks, he likes those corny romcom movies too

Of course Leo is the one he fight with the most the two are clear opposites. like fire and rain they just don’t see eye to eye. Yet Leo is who Raph confines in the most. Raph holds a deep respect for Leo but that dosen’t mean he won’t challenge him or his methods.

Donnie and him can be just as bad but they have more verbal fights over physical. But Donnie is who Raph sides with the most as well since they both get annoyed by mikey and will even both challegne Leo’s leadership raphs just more open on it

Mikey is the sibling he gose to when he’s feeling down, and has a very I can mess with them but you can’t stance when it comes to Mikey. Some casey things for reasons uwu

I like to think because these two both demonstrate a like for art, they would make street art together when they go out into the city. Neither of them are gonna care about tagging stuff after all.

Has let Casey seen his unfinished sketches and such cause well he likes his input. 

He can’t tell outright if someone is good or bad but with Casey after fighting with them and such he was able to get an understanding of him. He normally more stand offish but not with Casey, dosen’t even mind when they use him as an arm rest.

Raph loves his brother but spending time with Casey is different. Casey gets him cause well they are like reflections of each other. Anger issues, both like art even  and the fact raph in right handed and casey is left adds to this for me.

Raph can be a bit more transparent with Casey, he may still get embarrassed but Casey likely the one to know most things about him. And if he teases him its not as bad compared to his brothers.(a bit more protective of his imagie with his family)

In return Raph will give Casey the same if he wants, he may tease Casey but it wouldn’t be out of Malice intent.

Because Casey and him are similar he also can see what they might need so he tends to push Casey a little to get them to fess up, looks its how they talk yelling punching it’s a way to communicate.

My Phobias & My Sleep Paralysis Experience.

(I’m putting these in the same post, since one of the stories mentions sleep paralysis)

Phobia of Public Restrooms, now this phobia doesn’t have a official name but doctors usually call it “Public Restroom Phobia”. I’ve developed this phobia ever since I was really really young and the phobia just appeared out of nowhere. To explain more about my case, I’m afraid of the look of the toilet like the pipe that sticks out, something about it just creeps me out, even when I walk pass a public restroom it just creeps me out. It also makes me uncomfortable that it’s in a open place like anyone can easily look under or over the stall and the stalls are uncomfortably small. Also the flushing noise is too loud and there’s too much germs everywhere. This phobia has affected me badly because since I don’t use public restrooms I often have to force myself to not use the bathroom. For example when I was 13, something happened and I couldn’t use the bathroom until two days of holding it in and this went on for over a year. This obviously affected my body badly, because now still to this day my bladder is extremely weak and sometimes my urethra burns like hell.

Emetophobia the fear of throw up, I can’t remember when I developed this phobia but I was probably younger than 10 years old. Basically I’m afraid of other people throwing up, me throwing up, the look of it, the sound of it. When people throw up, it pisses me off like I know they can’t control it but it just disgusts me and scares me that bad.

Katsaridaphobia the fear of cockroaches, I developed this phobia when I was 11. I was sleeping on my bed with the light off and then all the sudden I woke up to a noise. The noise sounded like something fell on my bed, so I got up and turned on the light.. what I saw was horrifying. There was cockroaches everywhere, on my bed, floor, walls, desk, TV, falling from the ceiling onto the floor, etc (and I’m not talking about the small ones, I’m talking about the huge ass ones). It was horrifying especially when you see that at 11 years old. Anyways I ran out of there and went to sleep on the couch and I woke up with sleep paralysis. Since that day I still have sleep paralysis, a phobia of roaches, I hear things that aren’t there and I think that it’s a cockroach, and I never turn off my bedroom light.

Now onto my sleep paralysis experience, now I only have two experiences. The first one was just me not being able to move or talk I didn’t see any sleep paralysis demons. The second time was painful, I had my headphones on and I fell asleep watching YouTube. I woke up because a video auto played and the intro was loud, and then INSTANTLY I knew that I was having sleep paralysis. There was dark gray fog everywhere and a sleep paralysis demon on me. The hands of the demon were grabbing my hips tightly and every time I tried to look at the demon’s face there was a extremely heavy pain from where the demon was grabbing me. While all this was happening the video that woke me up was playing, the fucking video was talking about sex meanwhile I was in pain, waiting for the demon to get it’s fat ass off me.
