“Izzy, Owen, and shockingly, Noah, were all piled up in a corner of the loser’s class sound asleep. Alejandro raises his eyebrow in surprise. He’d heard the rumors about Noah’s clingy tendencies from Sierra, but it’s still surprising to see the teen who was always so sarcastic and cold towards a majority of the competitors show such outward affection.

Alejandro watches the pile of sleeping teens with a plethora of mixed emotions. He can’t pinpoint any of the many muddled emotions besides irritation. (He shuts down the faint voice in the back of his mind screaming “jealousy”. He couldn’t care less what Noah does; they’re barely even friends.) Every time he thinks he understands Noah, something throws a wrench in it.

The rest of his team and the other opponents were easy enough to understand, even if some were harder to manipulate than others. Usually, he could bat his eyelashes and flash a smile, (or bribe them with a chocolate bar in Owen’s case) but with Noah, it only served to irritate him even more. No matter what he did to gain his trust, no matter how many false smiles and compliments he gave, Noah still stayed frosty towards him. He just couldn’t understand him.

Noah is lazy and does practically nothing to help if he can get away with it, yet he will fight tooth and nail to keep his friends in the game. Noah dresses like a nerdy character on a Disney channel show in well worn sweater vests and button ups, but he also never takes off his pair of designer sunglasses. Alejandro had asked him about it once, but he didn’t seem to even be aware of how expensive they were. He seems to have some sort of knowledge about the challenges but doesn’t ever try to win. He’s an enigma wrapped in a mystery and tied up with a bow of contradictions. It’s driving him crazy.

Staring at Noah, the rest of the world seemed to fade away as he loomed over them. Why was it that Noah was so much more resistent than everyone else? Why couldn’t Noah do what he tells him to like the rest of them? Why was it that the only times Noah seems to actually appreciate Alejandro’s presence when Alejandro drops the mask and stops pretending-!?

…Alejandro clenches his fists at his sides. He inhales deeply and cuts off that train of thought immediately. He can’t think about that, not if he wants to win this game. So what if Noah thinks the comments Alejandro makes when he thinks no one is listening are funny? So what if those are some of the only times that he’s ever seen Noah smile? It doesn’t matter. He’s still useful for now, so he’ll keep Noah around until he stops proving to be useful.

He won’t lose.”

Noah TDI x Male!Intimidating!Reader

You and Noah met on the first season of Total Drama, at first, you guys don’t necessarily speak, Noah didn’t have anything against you, but you weren’t the kind of person he was familiar being around

He would never admit it, but yes, like to some of the others, you were intimidating. The way you towered over him, and how you didn’t really talk, it almost felt like a monster towering over him from behind (Not that he ever thought of you as a monster)

But you and Noah got paired up for a challenge, and all of a sudden, things just fell into place.

Noah thought you were a chill guy, he enjoyed talking to you, even if he did most of the talking. And besides, he thought your fits were hot cool.

Over the course of the show, you and Noah had your fun, but eventually, he got voted off.

In the process of goodbyes, Noah stays silent, thinking to himself, he was in awe, he couldn’t believe he’d be off of the show for good. But before he could stop he blurts out…

“(Y/N), I really like you!”

…

“Uh… I just wanted to let ya know..! Like, uhm. Before I left. Heh. Yeah?”

Safe to say that elimination did not go as ANYONE expected.

I redesigned Ella for funsies!!

My motivation (if you must know) was to make her less of a gimmick-y, one note character and more of a grounded character. Pahkitew is special in the sense that half of the cast is stuck in heavy delusion, making them feel too cartoony for comfort. The worst offenders of this in my opinion are Ella (though she’s a bit more of a character than the others,) Max and Leonard. Lord knows if I’ll do this again with them but for now this is how I would ground Ella in terms of design

a couple months ago, i realized i never watched ridonculous race so i binged watched it and i love it, so i decided to make a whole au for my two favs from roti to be in it bc severe autism doesnt rest /lh

some changes are that they have replaced the daters and i changed up their designs! i gave lightning a more laid back sporty look to show he’s not working as hard to be on top all of the time anymore and i gave brick a “fashionable yet practical” look bc he’s working on going to fashion school and he deserves it.

most of their dynamic is basically a bromance (or more, whose to say) but with conflict at the beginning as Lightning is still learning to work with others and Brick is having trouble getting him to understand that they are a team and have to do certain challenges a certain way. and it develops from there (they do get eliminated ep 23 like the daters but hey, they had fun)

was this an elaborate way to ship these two? maybe, mayhaps it was.
