u know how doctors and therapists and other medical people (and websites etc) will tell you to "reduce stress" in your life when ur having some kind of medical issue?
what are they ... actually expecting you to do. like what concrete actions are they thinking ur going to take to "reduce stress". what sort of things are they expecting that you're going to do to follow that advice.
because i cannot think of a single action /i/ can take that would "reduce stress" in my life and yet I see that advice plastered EVERYWHERE

Wait you had sex??? Lemme pop the kettle on! I want details! Let me live vicariously through you! 😭
It has been soooo long i was scared they'd changed it since i last gave it a go. But nope! Its all good! I remembered how it works!! Roughly. Hips ached gloriously well into the next day.
Good friend of mine from the pub, total gentleman. We played a game of pool (really badly on my part) before hand. And afterwards, when we were wanting to actually sleep, my dogs were already in the bed so we had to sleep seperatly, either side of those ridiculous creatures. Which amused me greatly.

any podcast recs for me a guy that hates podcasts. the only ones I've fully enjoyed are the magnus archives (had a transcript), a podcast about batman the animated series as analyzed by a psychiatrist, and an episode of last podcast on the left i saw live. everything else was mostly a bore
