Bezz who watches Marc win unfairly, because he ruined Vale career, so everything good happen to him would happen to Vale instead.

Bez who wasn't worry about Marc's lession and probably think 'he deserves that' with a bit of more malice than he knows he have inside of him. The honda slowly trying to kill Marc's makes him forgot how good he really is

Bez now is a adult but he never questioned the divorce before, about the evil, the horror bedtime story that Uccio tells to warn them about Marquez. Hi there! Well, I'm not sure it's really random. But let's get the visual up here first, for those who haven't seen Georgia/AL's Insta stories today:

So this seemed to start with Georgia posting the story about Staged playing on BBC iPlayer after she finished watching OFMD. The second story is the one with Georgia drawing the heart around AL, followed by the story with her drawing a heart around the glass of wine Michael is holding, and then Anna shared Georgia's story and called her a flirt.

The reason I don't believe this is random is because for the last several days, all everyone has been talking about online is Ineffable Con and Rob/Gavin's comments about the kiss between Michael/Aziraphale and David/Crowley. And as we've seen before, just when the conversation gets too focused on Michael and David, Georgia and AL post a story or photo to bring the attention back to them. It's actually fairly predictable at this point, since it's happened multiple times previously (though I would say this seems a bit more blatant than other instances, given that there isn't any reason for either of them to promote Staged right now).

My thought in regard to the "flirt" comment is that I agree with you in not understanding exactly how that reads as flirting (as it didn't come across that way to me). I do wonder if this is another attempt at Georgia and AL trying to be the female analogues to David and Michael (which we've also seen before), but it again doesn't work because they don't have that same chemistry or flirty dynamic that Michael and David have. Also, if this actually was "flirting," what was the purpose in GT circling the glass of wine? Is she flirting with the wine as much as AL? Once you look past the straightforward promotional aspect of these stories, it just seems very weird.

Weirdness is apparently the theme for the day, however, as there was also this reply from AL on Twitter earlier:

If you look at the timestamps, AL replied to this tweet/Michael's tweet exactly one minute after Michael replied. Going back to the idea of predictability, there's been nonstop discussion for the past several days about Michael and David kissing, and my first thought was that she seemed to just be looking for a reply that she could jump on and insert herself, to where I would not be surprised if she has notifications set up for his tweets for just such an occasion.

Upon further consideration, I did get the feeling that her "Where can I get one?" was not at all sincere in the way that Michael's was. It came across to me as a passive-aggressive way of reasserting her position (i.e., "I'm the only one who actually gets to love Michael Sheen"). It also makes it seem like she is fighting with the fans for Michael's attention, on top of already competing with David (although let's be honest, there is no competition there). More than that, however, I also got the feeling that AL copying his comment was her way of mocking him for wanting the t-shirt at all (i.e., "Look how stupid he is for wanting this stupid shirt"). Which of course is not something she would actually say, but the copied text along with the reply coming only one minute later makes it seem a bit circumspect. And it makes me feel sad for the fan who made the original post who may not realize what is really going on.

In any case, those are my thoughts on GT and AL's social media posts today. As I've always said before, I know I could be completely wrong in my interpretations, but the timing is just too strange for me to believe it's a coincidence. I'm happy to hear others' thoughts, though...

so! it's been Some Time since I last updated this comic. I'd been unsure where to go with things for a while - Sargentum was my first comic, and I'd pinned a LOT on it (a common story with webcomic artists!) I realise that this comic is important to a lot of people (people have recognised Archer at cons which is WILD), and it means so much to me too. However, I felt like I could tell this story better. I always felt awkward about earlier pages, and I was an adult working within a story and boundaries made by my teen self - staying kinda creatively stagnant. I wanted Sargentum to be SO so good, and everything /I/ wanted to read but couldn't find on shelves, but I wasn't allowing it to thrive and live up to what it could be. I've had some years away from it, (and to my shame near-forgot it) until my illustration agency mentioned that they were interested in pitching it to publishers. They were happy to pitch it as it was, but I'm not. I'm still really fond of these pages, but /because/ Sargentum means so much to me, I'm now working on a pitch for publishing with rehauled plot, characterisation, and art, and doing my best to make it what I always wanted it to be at 18. Currently, rehashing the plot is taking me AGES (society if I had access to ADHD medication) but it's looking good! I'm still working within a sandbox made by 18 yr old me, but I think I'm doing it justice now. This isn't really a big announcement as just putting this pitch together is taking Some Time, and even /if/ (a big if) I was so lucky as to be able to publish it, it'd be Even More Time (recurring joke about ADHD meds). But! This is to say I haven't forgotten, and I'm very much actively working with these characters again. I post on tumblr (not very professionally) under popsicle-stick, and I'm on insta (more professionally) as popsiclestickle - both of these places will have any updates as things happen. I originally was gonna skip this one bc the main pairing is uh about a guy and his step-son 🧍‍♀️. extremely questionable rship and he does get called "dad" when theyre fucking but my 4th wall must be made of titanium bc I was able to look past that due to the way the story was written. it deals a lot with the mc's guilt about failing his family and not being able to raise his step-son, and he blames himself for why his step-son turned out the way he did. a wild ride with the most HWOOOO spicy scenes that i would definitely give a try if you're able to like look past the inherent weirdness of the rship.

fly me to the moon - God this one started out so promising but as soon as the main pairing was established the MC's personality went poof 😭 WHAT HAPPENED TO MY NO-NONSENSE SARCASTIC CHAIN-SMOKING MOMMY....THEY TURNED HER INTO A TYPICAL DAMSEL IN DISTRESS 😭😭 this also was giving "I can't believe it's not omegaverse!!" bc they were talking about like pheromones and scenting and imprinting, it had me going "is this straight omegaverse.....??" I think I knew it was time to drop this when I started caring more about the unhinged insane 2nd ML that everyone hates more than the main couple bc at least he elicits an interesting rxn from the MC rather than the boring ass vanilla insta-love vibes of the main pairing. maybe I just have weird taste 😭

why Ophelia couldn't leave - once again started off promising but started going downhill once the main pairing was established 😔 I think it's bc I was expecting more of a battle of wits or mutual manipulation story, but there wasn't a whole lot of that. i thought the ML's personality was quite flat, bc although i am biased towards obsessive characters, the way he was written just didn't click with me since he has no depth besides "I love ophelia". I did think the slow reveal of the truth behind the parents' death was interesting, they do feed you some info bit by bit, and Ophelia's unreliable narration also helped with the mystery. honestly I was a little mad when I finished this one bc I lowkey felt like I wasted my time 😭

taming the tiger (18+) - by the same author as "miscreants and mayhem", this one was A Ride. this pairing is the definition of matching each others' freak and it also had the best spicy scenes out of all the ones i've read so far like they made me go aWOOGAAAAA!!!!! it can get quite sad near the end but i personally LOVED the way it ended with the side stories....the soulmate-ism of it all.......i would highly recommend this one if you're looking for like something that will make you Feel Things.

walk on water (18+) - by the same author as "under the green light", this one was the most grounded and realistic bl manhwa i've read. at times it gave off almost indie movie vibes with the way the dialogue was written. it deals with discussions surrounding the ethics of like the gay porn industry and the stigma that is attached to sex workers in that industry. would definitely give this one a read!!

codename: anastasia (18+) - the only reason i'm continuing this is bc i think it's finally getting to the good shit after an entire season of me wanting to grab the MC by the shoulders and yelling "HELLO????? YOUR PARTNER IS SUS AS FUCK WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!" for a spy he is kind of stupidt 😭despite that though i did like the banter between the 2 leads, and i'm really curious to see how they will interact in the new season now that uhhhh Shit Happened. anyways huge warning for non-con between the 2 leads like. it was fucked up man.

the ghost's nocturne (18+) - i love supernatural stories, especially ones that deal with folk horror and curses and ghosts, so obvs i liked this one. the art style for this one is SO GOOD, each panel is coloured so beautifully and rendered so well shit had me staring at each panel going "HOW?????" the rship between the nok and jaeshin was pretty iffy in the beginning but it improves pretty quickly once jaeshin explains wtf is going on and they come to an agreement. anyways i'm enjoying this one so far and i am also in love with jaeshin, unfortunately i am not immune to sexy half-ghost man 😔. warning for non-con/dub-con between the 2 leads in the beginning.

steel under silk (18+) - listen when i heard this one was a joseon-dynasty enemies-to-lovers revenge story my ass was clicking into it IMMEDIATELY. i do admit the beginning is a little rough since our MC was acting mainly on impulse and doesn't really have a long-term game plan, but he smartens up and starts to actively scheme around the 20-episode mark. it's so nice seeing both yeonjo and heeryang's perspectives and their thought processes, they each know the other person is scheming and they're constantly thinking of ways to out-scheme the other person to get the upper hand (yeonjo's goal is to gain the governor's trust so he can create an opportunity to assassinate him, while heeryang suspects yeonjo wants to kill him so he constantly blocks opportunities/creates obstacles to make sure he never gets a chance). i am really really curious to see what direction the story takes, especially with the recent chapters that have come out. it's really hard for me to read enemies-to-lovers stories and not compare it to captive prince, which i still consider to be the creme-de-la-creme of enemies to lovers, but so far this one is very promising. warning for dub-con between the 2 leads, and non-con between the MC and another character.

dreadful night (18+) - really unique premise, basically our MC is stuck in a slasher horror game, and he needs to clear all of the endings in order to escape. i'm really enjoying this one bc it's clear the author is a horror-enjoyer with the way they're so knowledgeable about tropes and death flags and like the mechanics of horror games, that has a horror enjoyer myself it made me go "ohohohoho....." they should make more transmigration stories where they transmigrate into a horror game, enough with the fantasy/otome games!!! give me stories where people transmigrate into silent hill or something!!! the ML seems to be an NPC who's sentient and aware of the game, but he also seems a little obsessed with our MC (in a yandere way) so i'm curious to see what his deal is.

toxin (18+) - i usually give something like 20 episodes before i decide if it's for me but like 6 episodes in i went "brother eughhhh". it's an enemies to lovers story but the ML gave me the biggest ick. idk if i just dropped it too early but it's giving colonizer romance (like the ML literally hunted the MC's people for sport and doesn't see them as individuals, he views them as livestock and lower beings). i do get it's enemies to lovers, but this particular brand doesn't appeal to me.

smyrna and capri (18+) - once again by the same author as "miscreants and mayhem" and "taming the tiger", i got curious about their other works since i really enjoyed what i've read from them so far, so i decided to open my heart and try reading an omegaverse story. i think i can conclude that i really don't like omegaverse bc i liked everything about this story except for the pregnancy and pheromone shit 😭i would recommend this if you're a fan of omegaverse, the rship between the 2 leads is very sweet and the alpha is also very very green flag (he is so cute...i lov him...)

roses and champagne (18+) - man this one started off interesting but then went off the rails at the end and made me go "HUH????? okay i guess!!!!" also the MC is a lawyer but he can also be kinda dumb which frustrated me. i did like their relationship in the beginning, but once again Something happens near the end that made me go "oh you Crazy crazy" and i felt like they kinda speedran the ending. there are side-stories, but i honestly lost interest so i stopped following. this is going to sound deranged but this story gave off mad victuuri mafia au vibes. warning for non-con between the 2 leads near the end (where it goes off the rails LOL)

I’ve been home for almost 24 hours now and I still can’t believe everything that happened this weekend....

In February, I had promised myself for my 30th birthday this year, I would do one thing just for me. No questions asked. No wondering if it was too expensive. No second guessing myself. No fear holding me back.

Flash forward to about a month ago, Robin was confirmed as a guest at the June Spookala convention in Ocala, Florida. I knew that this was the thing I was gonna do. As soon as I saw it, I knew. Like a light switch was instantly flipped in my brain.

I’m going to put all of the details under the cut because I don’t want to fill up your dash with a super long post BUT I will say she is even more sweet than you would think. The time she takes with every group, talking to them, listening to them, making them feel comfortable is just so heart warming. I saw it at the auto table and in the pro picture booth. It was just genuine care.

To say that my heart is full after this weekend would be an understatement.

OK so these are all the details, that even to me have a major plot twist ending (I mean I’m still not sure it actually happened)

FRIDAY: I had made a poster myself to get signed because you guys know I can be a lil extra :) Plus I just felt like for me it would be more special. It is a watercolor collage of a good portion of her works. This was a horror con so most people are here to see her because of the craft (great movie) but I think as soon as she saw the poster, she might of realized I was here as a fan of her/her work over all as opposed to a fan of her in that specific movie. She loved it and asked if she could take a picture of it, which was fine with me. As she was signing, I was going back in forth in my head whether or not to show her my tattoo. But I quickly realized that I would be going against the true meaning behind it if I didn’t say anything. So I explained it to her (tattoo here & inspo here) and she told me she loved it and that it was so sweet and asked if she could take a picture of that too, which again, no problem here. I also did my pro photo on Friday which comes with a long story of it’s own but I’m gonna keep that one private (if we’re moots and you wanna know just message me!)

SATURDAY: This was a very busy day so I was just wondering looking at all the amazing vendors the show had (I bought so many stickers and a few pins). I did this a bit all days but couldn’t do it for long because all I wanted to do was buy all the things!!! I also did a little local exploring.

SUNDAY: I decided to hold off and get the jersey dress replica signed (partly because I wasn’t sure if I was actually going to do it) but I decided that I wanted to do it. My plan from the beginning was that I would get it signed and framed to auction off for charity. It is not beyond me that me even having the opportunity to do this is a privilege that not everyone has, so this was the best way I knew how to honor that and give back. When I got there, she remembered me (ngl that threw me) and we just started talking again and we started talking about edits, since now she had signed 2 things that I made. I told her about tumblr and @tmsource​ and how there are still a lot of the mentalist fans out there that are active now on many platforms. She said how talented we all are, everyone who makes edits, because she does see them. And she does like them! I told her my plans for the jersey dress and if she just wanted to shout out a charity on insta, I would see it at some point and make sure all proceeds of the jersey go to that charity. There was some more talking that I’m gonna keep for me but at the end she got up and said I have to give you a hug, which was so sweet :)

Here comes the twist..... Sunday night after I got myself all packed up since I was hitting Magic Kingdom in the morning before my flight and needed to get on the road early, I decided to do the insta post. You know to mark the end of the weekend. I tagged her in it because of course I thought she might see it, and see that I was very grateful for her time this weekend. I’ve had a not so great relationship with instagram in the past so after a full year of not having it on my phone except for a few times where I literally downloaded it, made a post and deleted it again, I hadn’t been using it. Just a few months ago had I decided to leave it on my phone, but I kept notifications off. After a few min, I get a text from a friend that just said omg britt. Of course I was confused, and was just like ??? They said look at instagram. She had liked and commented on my post. Of course I was shocked because even though when you tag someone you hope they see it, you know that it’s not a high probability of it actually happening. I replied and thanked her again for her time this weekend, and dropped a lil reminder about the charity recommendation for the jersey. (bonus fact, I almost deleted the comment when I tried to pin it, not a good time for me) I just kept thinking about how sweet it was that she was interacting with people who had been at the con after giving 3 whole days to everyone. Got on twitter, freaked out it a lil, then went back to insta to close the app out and I had more notifications. AND THIS IS WHAT I SAW......

I still don’t have words if I’m being honest. (context for the comment is in the last video on the post) I’m just still so grateful for this whole weekend. I’m grateful for my friends that helped me through it even if they were miles and miles away. I’m grateful for the privilege to even be able to do something like this. I’m grateful for Robin’s generosity. Just so grateful.

Sumin grabs you the jar of cherries and ginger ale you needed as you made your drink. You down it the second you’re done and it does alleviate the funny feeling in your stomach.

The second the Uber is out of your sight, you sprint inside to freshen up. First and foremost, hello and welcome, anon! 😃 I'm glad you're enjoying the blog and thank you for submitting your questions, which I'll try my best to answer in a somewhat concise manner:

1. Since when is he in a relationship with Johanne? The timing of their relationship is somewhat controversial, and all we know for certain is that they met and shot "Call me Dad" during the Summer of 2022. Around August, she still had pictures on IG with her ex-boyfriend, Mikal, whom she used to call "The best in the world". But in November, she went with Alex to Paris and stayed there with him after the "From Kattegat to Paris" con. Since her Pinterest was public at the time, people even saw that she had a board called "Paris Outfits" (or something along these lines), meaning she'd been planning this trip with him for a while. Therefore, although we don't know the exact time they started dating, we know that in a very short period of time she broke up with Mikal and started her relationship with Alex, and the two were already dating in November 2022. Although, when asked in interviews, their official version is that they started dating only by the beginning of 2023, which doesn't correspond to the truth.

2. What was going on with his ex gf? I don't think there was anything going on with his ex-girlfriend. If you're talking about Rikke, they dated when they were very young and eventually broke up, but have remained good friends ever since and they've both moved on with their love lives. There was nothing weird about them (at least that I'm aware of). And if you're referring to MK, she and Alex never dated (at least officially), even though he seemingly had a big crush on her. MK too has moved on with her love life, and so has Alex by now.

3. Are there proofs that Johanne is not really a good person or are u just assuming it because of his insta? I do think being a "good person" is somewhat of a subjective concept, and it will depend on the importance you place on people's more "questionable" attitudes. That said, Johanne has had quite a few, which have placed her in a position to be disliked by fans. For instance, before Alex had publicly assumed their relationship, and considering how private and careful he'd always been, she kept posting hints that they were together, like a picture of her at the aforementioned Paris convention, and the fact that one of her best friends "accidentally" exposed their relationship by posting pictures/videos of them holding each other at his party. There was also a story she posted, in which Alex was clearly drunk, and she looked at the camera in a somewhat happy/triumphant manner. This didn't sit right with a lot of fans, because once again, it went against Alex's adamant wish for privacy and the "good boy" public image he'd curated along the years. Another example as to why people tend to dislike Johanne, is the "art theft" incident, during which she posted on IG a painting she'd been working on, although a very attentive fan noticed it wasn't an original idea, but rather a copy of another artist's artwork, of which she had a picture saved in her Pinterest board. When called out about this and confronted with the evidence, instead of apologizing & crediting the original artist, she first tried to pass it off as a coincidence, and ultimately deleted everything, simply pretending it never happened. (As someone who works in the artistic field, it would be expected that Johanne would show more consideration towards a fellow artist, in my opinion.) Not wanting to make this too long, I think it's also worth mentioning the infamous "You snooze, you lose" game Johanne tried to "play" on her IG, by posting a carousel of pictures of Alex during their trip to Portugal with this same caption, and deleting them very shortly after, making it some sort of "prank" towards his fans, as if she wanted to make them rush to get the pictures, otherwise they'd lose them. 4. What is the matter with his mental health? Alex has been vocal about his mental health in past interviews, and how during the filming of Vikings he had a digestive problem which, due to a tight schedule and his strive for a good performance, ultimately led to a decline in his mental health. According to him, that's why it was important for him to return to Denmark after finishing Vikings — to just take time for himself, among his loved ones, get therapy and overall getting better. And although we can't be 100% certain, he seems to be doing better now.

5. Are him & Johanne engaged or is he about to propose? At the moment, there are no news about them being engaged, nor is Johanne wearing an engagement ring, so it's almost certain that he hasn't proposed yet. Although, he has voiced this intention in past interviews, so it can happen at any moment.

I don’t personally care about the con discourse much but it gets harped on so much by anons on this blog that I feel the need to comment (at least from my perspective).

I have never been to a con and don’t plan to attend one. But the general consensus seems to be that if you opt for a photo with a celeb, including Joe, it is a very very quick interaction (maybe 30 seconds or less) and this is due mainly to the con organizers wanting to keep things organized and moving and also optimize revenue by allowing for as many people as possible to fit in time for a photo. I imagine that celebs with fewer fans buying photo slots may be able to spend a bit more time with each given person if their line is shorter but I would not be surprised if the con organizers set rules on that. I have heard across the board that the autograph usually takes longer and you get to actually chat with the celeb a bit so it’s less of a churn and burn experience. At the end of the day, it’s a business and they are focused on making the most money possible.

now for the complaints as to joes demeanor. Fans just need to realize that they will never ever get the same Joe who went to the first London con in summer 2022. That was a one-off experience. He was very newly skyrocketing into fame and clearly eating it up having a good time. On some level he may have thought the hype wouldn’t last long so he should just enjoy it to the fullest while it lasted. As we know, that proved to be wrong because he ended up booking a ton of new roles since then and attending swanky events like the Oscar’s. But he didn’t know that at the time. It became clear to me and many others though that he very quickly got over it and he would not continue to be that level of enthusiastic at the cons (even as early as the Toronto one in August 2022).

The one thing I will say is I agree he looks pretty miserable at the cons these days and doesn’t put effort in to even smile, etc. a lot of the time. Personally, I think if he hates them that much I don’t understand why he continues to do them because he’s clearly making enough money through acting. That is where there’s a disconnect. He should just quit doing them altogether if he hates being there. But I also don’t blame him for not loving it because it seems daunting to anyone to sit in a convention center for hours on end for several days in a row meeting tons of strangers who are all over you. And we’ve seen several videos now where he’s interacted nicely with someone at the auto table and then noticed they were filming him and he immediately looks kind of downtrodden. He seems to hate when people post him out in the wild because there have been several times his own friends have posted him on insta stories and whatnot and the posts have quickly been removed which leads me to think he’s probably asking them to take it down. He’s also had people photograph him at his favorite local pub, walking to the tube, etc so he must find it disconcerting to be filmed without his permission and have it all over the internet. I can see why this would make him feel less comfortable at the cons. But again, he should just not do them then…

all this to say I understand people’s disappointment but I don’t think they should have certain expectations going into the cons that it’ll be this amazing experience and he’ll be in great spirits. He’s human and everyone has bad days but he clearly has shown he’s not dying to be there. I have a feeling his team forces him to do them at this point or there is some other reason he continues to do them when he clearly isn’t crazy about it.

I agree, he should stop doing cons.
