I think about this Horizon Forbidden West art by @toherrys quite often and wanted to make sure you all thought about it too. I am 30000% in the same camp of not wanting Aloy to have a love interest (specifically a male one) and then came Kotallo. I think this art perfectly captures the subtle playfulness and respect in their relationship, an I just absolutely adore them both and how they've been depicted here. I really might do another playthrough just to see them both again...
