I’m want to say a massive thank you to all the people who helped me feel better yesterday with duck photos, gifs, and videos, and asked how I was feeling today in my DMs. Your care and support helped me get through the rest of my training modules, and I am happy to announce that the online portion is complete! 💖

I have to do an in-person training in a month, but thankfully no more graphic videos (at least for another 2 years.)

I stand by my belief that the training is important and necessary for saving lives. I’ve been able to prevent medical emergencies just by recognizing the warning signs from these courses. But it’s never easy to see or sit through. A necessary discomfort, to say the least.

You are all wonderful. Thank you ✨🌈✨
