I fully understand that in Arthurian legend Lancelot isn’t like, biologically related to Nimue, but i feel like people are missing out on the opportunity to give him like, gills or something.

I want my Lancelot to be attractive in a slightly otherworldly, off putting way. Like maybe give the man slightly webbed fingers or spiky teeth or SOMETHING. he was raised in a funky little lake realm for years, make him a little eldritch c’mon.

steddie fake dating au that starts because robin’s mom keeps pushing for her and steve to get together and robin gets so fed up that she yells, “it’s not gonna happen because some people are gay, mom!”

and upon seeing the utter horror and fear on her face, steve swoops in and says he’s the one who’s gay. cue mr. and mrs. buckley, local hippies, attempting to show how supportive they are, and all the while steve gets eddie to agree to fake date to get the buckleys to prove they’re safe, so that robin will feel comfortable enough to come out to her parents.

the blocking of the alhaitham and kaveh reveal scene is so funny to me, because the scene shows alhaitham and kaveh getting closer to where candace, the traveller and paimon will be overhearing them but the framing of it is just so... ???

the only reason given for this is that candace overhears a 'private' conversation, and the whole time alhaitham and kaveh are shown talking, they are seen walking farther away from the main streets, to stand behind crates in order to have said private conversation

when describing all the instances of candace's visions, alhaitham says that it's common to see people having a private conversation in a secluded place, meaning that description aligns with what he and kaveh were doing, because, yeah!! It was!!! They were shown walking away from surrounding people to talk behind some crates, out of sight

And when candace and the traveller jump out to approach the potential suspects, it’s framed as them interrupting something, like the shot is so tight, kaveh is visually confused and alhaitham has to turn his head 180 degrees like an owl

to me this is so funny?? kaveh ran into alhaitham by chance in port ormos and they both started walking aimlessly to go to a more secluded place to talk, like they didn’t even have to think about it

when alhaitham goes to leave, he walks in the opposite direction, meaning that he was working but took to aimlessly wandering around with kaveh in order to talk about mehrak and listening to kaveh’s theories of it gaining consciousness, im thinking,,, fond

I think I wouldn’t have so many problems with FMAB if I didn’t hate the first episode so much. It’s a fine episode in general I guess but I just loathe the way they introduce the characters. A good example of this is that I’ve always loved that Hughes is introduced directly after the Tucker arc. Like Arakawa introduces the best father in the series…right after the arc with the father who turns his daughter into a chimera. Another example is how we follow Ed and Al on this philosophers stone journey and getting to learn about their personalities through that. FMAB just throws a ton of characters at you because it expects you to have already seen ‘03 it’s really weird.

Here’s my beloved child, the Frankensteined SeaWing/SilkWing Stood base. I put it together about… 2 years ago now? This was originally supposed to be a fun little editing project and ended up being like. 4 months of on-and-off work on it because. Stood bases are detaaailed.

I- Why do I not have the transparent version saved to my phone? I digress.

A good amount of it I ended up drawing myself to fill in the gaps/make it a smoother transition. I drew so many scales. I don’t know how stood did it, I was going to go insane. (Especially the arms. I basically redrew the whole arms.) Also, if you’re not familiar with the Stood bases, it’s these:

Very beautiful, very powerful. I love these bases, some of my favorite WOF FTUs.

I also have an Ice/Hive Frankenstein I made, as well as some slight pose change edits on seawing, icewing, and skywing, I think. Let me know if you guys want to see those. I’m fairly proud of those as well.

Here’s some (very rambling) thoughts about Clarissa from Strange Noises From The Hole In The Wall because I’ve been thinking far too much about her!

She was born 1742 and had been on the train for “an awfully long time” which is bad enough in itself but adding the horrible detail of how other passengers turn into train carriages would mean she would’ve seen so many people become part of the train. Which upon checking is 400! So yeah, lot of people, lot of train.

Also coming back to it, she’s the only passenger. The only other characters who are already on the train are: The conductor, the transport police and the Locomotion. Until Timothy/Billy/Benjamin arrives she is more than likely alone and has been alone for some time.

Okay so after a quick search steam trains were invented in 1804, but then again the Locomotion himself says “I’m older than the devil” so really who’s to say what’s right. Anyway not the point.

Personally I like to believe that Clarissa was the first person on the silver line.

Here’s my idea, she obviously gets on the train with Locomotion / the driver and doesn’t realise what’s happening until it’s too late so in my head she’s the first. She keeps calling for people to help her which travels through the hole in the wall (like the one in Billy/Timothy/Benjamins room) and eventually just like him the children who hear it decide to investigate this then brings them into / on the silver line. Clarissa and whoever has come to help attempt an escape which ultimately fails, her new companion eventually becomes apart of the train and she’s alone again, the cycle continues just like the silver line / the locomotion intends it too.

That is until Benjamin/Timothy/Billy arrives and suddenly there’s a new child, who’s got a strong will (maybe like Clarissa used to have) so now the Locomotion decides it’s time for Clarissa to follow the rest of her companions and become apart of the train as well.

Also at the end she becomes a child again. So not only does she need to come to terms with her family more than likely not being alive anymore (after being informed it’s 2024 so yeah it’s highly likely they aren’t alive, like her direct family members) but also she literally goes “I’m a child again” so is she now fully back to being a child or is her mind the same but she’s physically a child again, either way she’ll have to learn how to be a child again in a new time.

Sorry this post is a major ramble I started this with a few thoughts and then decided to keep going! Maybe I’ll make more of these in the future if people are interested / when I think of more things <3

I thought to make my first Bleach post back one commemorating the third cour, but, nah, I’ve decided I wanna spend more time on that, so it’ll be after my art break instead. It seems I can’t stay active on Tumblr through a full cour… First two, I’m initially inactive. This one, I become inactive, like, halfway in… I swear, if this happens next cour… It’s my last chance 🫠

Anywho, have some Bleach sketches I did first—I’ll post digital ones sometime soon (Would like to work on them a bit more). You can tell, but I was definitely in a mood, haha.

But yeah, sneak peek at my Bleach Kingdom AU! Because ofc I’d have at least one—if I stay in a fandom long enough, one’s bound, eheh—but, in fact, Bleach started them off way back when, haha. I suppose I’ll talk more about that when I finally properly make a post about this one.

I didn’t think it’d take so long to post about it… but I have yet to finalize any of the art… They’re, like, my oldest IchiHime sketches at this point, eheh ^^;;;
