so far this month washing machine broke, had to call a plumber for backed up pipes, car went in the shop for a fucking week because of my next door neighbor hitting it while it was PARKED IN MY OWN DRIVEWAY, refrigerator broke and half the food spoiled and had to be thrown away, delayed going on vacation in hopes of getting my car back first, got my car back today and tried to leave for vacation and ended up trapped in standstill traffic for more than an hour due to an accident at the entrance to the interstate, and came back home to try again in the morning. also my boyfriend has been sick with some kind of mystery ailment and work got fucked because of the crowdstrike event and hildegard got real relaxed last night and excreted snake droppings all over the bedspread. do y'all think I should buy a lottery ticket

Before, during and after exile Tommy was consistently fed lies and was manipulated, being told that he couldn't trust or believe anyone besides them, how no one cared about him. Of course those were lies meant to isolate him and make tommy dependent, but when it comes down to it all good lies stim from truth.

Before exile though not very noticeable people needed a scapegoat and who better a scapegoat than an annoying impulsive child who just so happened to be at the heart of the war?

People though once again not very noticeably separated themselves from Tommy not everyone, but quite a few people, mainly Niki at the time, began blaming him for what had happened that faithful day, blaming him for the wars, and the death of their commander, brother-in-arms, son, father, the list goes on.

It was subtle but it was still there, then post-exile when Tubbo caught him in L'manburg having thought he was dead but wasn't openly grieving, Tommy assumed it was because he did not care of course we know that wasn't the case and it was just Tubbo rejecting his grief and diving into work, pushing and bottling all of it down till it no longer affected him, (it never worked as he hoped always at the back of his mind he was nagged by the regret and guilt)

At the community house when he was framed of blowing it up, people believed Dream no questions asked despite the evidence that it wasn't him.

Then during the disc finale Tommy finally had reason to believe people cared about him enough to save him, though soon after Niki and Jack try to kill him and people go back to blaming him once again. After he was revived and let out of them prison he was simply a science experiment to people, he no longer trusted Sam and his relationship with Tubbo was being held together with a frayed knot.

Thats all I feel like typing I'm about to pass out so apologies for any mistakes with the timeline, canon or grammar.
