Another year has passed, and with it the opportunity to reflect back on all that has happened. While my growth was not as dramatic as last year, I can still see lots of positive change.

A hat under waters: The finale, time's end.

Last year in febuary, I drew and posted my first concept of this AU, and exactly one year later; here we are!

Thank you so much to everyone who supported this AU, and to everyone who left kind words in the notes. It's been a delight reading through them, and I'm very happy to see that people enjoy seeing the silly things I do! :D

Does anyone ever think about the fact that it’s implied that Zim is neurodivergent by alien standards since he’s considered defective and his behavior is treated as abnormal to the other Irkens, then when he goes to Earth his main reference for how humans act is Dib, the autistic kid who’s had a special interest in the paranormal since before he could walk?

I’d like to imagine Zim thinks some of his own strange behavior is normal by human standards since he sees Dib do it and just assumes that must be how humans act. Bro cannot escape the ASD allegations no matter what planet he’s on

A lazy summer day by a stream~

I finally put my illustration degree into good use and made a proper traditional illustration (although still fanart 😅). Sometimes I really wanted to just "undo" some strokes or move some things around haha but man was this relaxing and satisfying to work on, also I am just so proud of the outcome. I haven't done a proper traditional illustration on this scale since my thesis so it's been a few years.

I took these photos with a phone outside to try and really capture the colors and details.

Been wanting to draw some fanart for Poor George MAP since it's my favorite one, and because it was its anniversary recently, I finally did it :>
